주거 내 PC 사용공간 계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Planning for PC Use Space in Residences - Focus on the Unit Plan of Apartments According to the Size -)

  • This study is aimed to provide a guide for PC use space in apartment. To achieve this, a design about PC use space which was considered adequate location, area, form was suggested. As methods of the study, survey research method and case study. The survey was taken by five hundred-eighty-nine people who used PCs in apartment from May 2005 to July 2005 in JeJu Special Self-governing Province for an analysis of data. The results of the survey were showed PC use space situation and furnitures layout patterns. The case was classified by unit plans of size, and it showed design example of PC use space. In types of $61{\sim}69$ square meters ($m^2$), PC use space was located in dead-space in the residence with minimum scale, because of $61{\sim}69$ square meters types are smaller than the other types. In types $100{\sim}129$ square meters, PC use space which was divided with a partition panel was located in the livingroom expanding the room space to the balcony. In types of 130 square meters, PC use space was located in the room of sons or daughters which was arranged with other furniture. The adequate area of PC use space is $1.4{\sim}2.2$ square meters, and it should take into account furniture size and human active sphere. And PC use space of form should consider traffic line, personal space and privacy. Besides it is required of ergonomic design in chair, table in its scale. And it is necessary development of systematic furniture for PC use space.

고령인구의 거주지 인지도 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Cognitive Maps of the Elderly Living in Apartment Area)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to figure out the cognitive characteristics of the elderly living in apartment complex in order to construct basic data for the design of sustainable and age friendly apartment area. Methods: Cognitive map was used to identify and analyze the elderly residents' status of residential environment cognitions. The elderly living in Gongreung-dong apartment was randomly interviewed outdoor area and requested to draw cognitive maps on their living environment. 26 valid cognitive maps collected were analyzed, classified into two different types: Line type and Dot type. The average age, cognitive distance, length of residence, number of elements in the map(complexity) were then compared by Line and Dot type, as well as by gender. Correlations among variables also were analysed. Results: Males showed a tendency to draw dot types, which means they are place-centered, and females drew line types more than males, which means they are way-centered. The average cognitive distance of male group was greater than that of female group. As the age went up, the number of perceived place and the cognitive distance decreased. Oder people tended to draw line types rather than dot types. As the cognitive distance was longer, the perceived place and the number of lines increased. Implications: The age was more related to the recognition of the residential environment. The younger the residents were, the more they recognized the elements. The points that were represented by dots in the cognitive maps are places for memories for the individuals. Creating more memorable spaces will affect the cognition of residents on living environment. It is better to improve the cognitive environments before cognitive abilities of residents decrease.

여성 소비자 유형별 웰빙 마케팅 전략에 관한 연구 -웰빙 라이프스타일을 중심으로- (A Study on Well-Being Marketing Strategy by Female Consumers' Types - Focusing on Well-Being Lifestyle -)

  • The purposes of this study were to analyze 'well-being' lifestyle pursuits depending on consumer types and to classify female consumer types according to their 'well-being' awareness. This study also intended to examine the levels of consumers' participation in pursuing a 'well-being' lifestyle, and to find female consumers' characteristics related to well-being lifestyle. The results of study were as follows: First, female consumers were classified in terms of their lifestyle by using their participation in, and awareness of well-being concerns. The results were divided into four groups: society/family-oriented group, 'well-being' oriented leading group, trend-oriented material wealth pursuit group, and selt~centered/fashionable appearance-oriented group. Second, the results of examining characteristics by female consumer type in terms of their pursuit of a well-being lifestyle show that the 'well-being' oriented leading group had the greatest number of innovators and followers. Also, the trend-oriented material wealth pursuit group consisted of mostly medium level participants, and the self-centered/fashionable appearance-oriented group had the greatest number of 'well-being' lifestyle bystanders. With regards to practical participation group, significant differences were found in the sections of 'health', 'leisure' and 'whole', except for 'appearance management'. With regards to purchase experience of 'well-being' products, the health-oriented leading group was the highest participation level in the sections of 'clothes' and 'food', except for 'residence', in which the society/family-oriented group was the highest. Third, demographical characteristics within female consumer types classified by 'well-being' lifestyle showed that the society/family-oriented group had a high percent of. dedicated housewives in their forties or fifties, and the trend-oriented material wealth pursuit group has a high percent of married people in their twenties or thirties. Also, the self-oriented/fashionable appearance-oriented group had a high percent of unmarried. people in their twenties.

철근콘크리트 바닥판 평면확장 공법에 대한 연구 (Study on the Extension of Reinforced Concrete Slabs)

  • 노후화된 철근콘크리트 공동주택을 리모델링할 경우에 거주성의 향상을 위하여 기존 바닥판에 새로운 바닥판을 신설하여 기존 건물의 평면을 확장시키는 경우가 많다. 새로운 바닥판이 기존 바닥판에 연결될 경우에 두 바닥판의 접합 방법에 따라서 힘의 흐름이 달라진다. 이 연구에서는 8개의 부분 실험체와 24개의 전체 실험체를 제작하여 3종류의 강절점으로 연결된 바닥판 접합부의 파괴모드와 내력을 실험적으로 평가하였다. 실험체의 주요변수는 강절점 접합방식, 철근의 묻힘 깊이(0, 50, 60, 100, 120mm), 묻힘 길이(100, 200, 300mm), 철근의 배근 간격(150, 200, 300, 450mm)이다. 실험에서 강절점으로 연결된 바닥판의 휨내력은 일체화된 바닥판의 철근항복시의 내력과 유사하였다.

한국형 심리부검 기반 이차원적 자살유형 연구: 자살행동과 자살위험요인을 중심으로 (The Study of the Two-Dimensional Suicidal Type Based on Psychological Autopsy: A Focus on Suicidal Behaviors and Suicidal Risk Factors)

  • 본 연구는 심리부검을 통해 완결된 자살자의 자살행동과 자살위험요인을 탐색하고 이를 지표로 자살 유형을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 또한 각 유형에 영향을 미치는 영향요인을 이차적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 128명의 완결된 자살자와 관련 유가족과 지인을 대상으로 심리부검 면담을 실시했고 유형 분석에 필요한 지표변수를 최종 선정하였다. 자살위험요인 지표변수로 정신장애, 자살/자해, 중대한 신체변화, 배우자간 갈등, 직장/학교 내 적응 및 관계문제, 실직/해고, 사업실패, 무직, 심각한 재정적 문제가 선정되었다. 자살행동 지표변수로 자살의지표현, 자살유서, 구조도움요청, 자살시간/장소/방법, 과거 자살/자해 시도, 자살자 최초발견이 선정되었다. 잠재계층분석(Latent Class Analysis)과 3단계 분석 방법(3-step method)을 이용하여 유형을 분석하였고 각 유형에 대한 차이를 규명하고자 외부변수(경제적 변화, 동거, 스트레스 존재/변화, 관계변화, 가족 중 정신장애/알코올문제/신체질병, 학교/직장 만족)를 활용하였다. 분석 결과 자살행동을 기반으로 한 유형 분석에는 5가지 계층(경제문제, 적응문제, 복합문제, 정신과문제, 사건반응), 자살위험요인을 기반으로 한 유형 분석에서는 3가지 계층(주거지-자살시도-가족발견형, 비주거지-비자살시도-지인발견형, 주거지-비자살시도-가족발견형)이 탐색되었다. 자살행동 기반 3가지 유형 간에는 성별, 결혼상태, 동거여부, 관계변화에서 유의미한 차이를 보였고 특히 유형 3(주거지-비자살시도-가족발견형)의 경우 다른 유형에 비해 동거중인 상태로, 기혼자일 가능성이 높고 대인관계 갈등이 두드러졌다. 자살위험요인 기반 5가지 유형 간에는 경제적 변화, 동거, 스트레스, 관계변화, 가족 관련 문제, 학교/직장 만족도에서 차이를 보였는데 특히 유형3(복합문제)은 상대적으로 가족 관련 문제는 없으나 개인적인 스트레스 발생과 악화가 두드러졌다. 향후 해당 유형과 유형별 영향요인에 맞는 자살예방과 위기개입 방안이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

한국인 거주 미국주택의 공간별 주생활행위와 공간구성 및 사용행태 - 미주리 주 콜롬비아 시를 중심으로- (A Study on the Dwelling Behavior Patterns and Space Planning of Koreans in the Unite States - Focused on Columbia, Missouri -)

  • The main goal of this research was to understand housing environment as well as the living behaviors of Korean people who reside in foreign countries. This study includes examination of dwelling units, especially focusing on dwelling behaviors by space types, arrangement and use of the space, and the according residence patterns of the Koreans in the United States. Focus group interview method and survey method were conducted; photography were taken as a visual evidence; and results were analyzed by researchers. This study strongly indicates that most of Koreans try to keep their own way of living in foreign cultures and rather readjust the housing spaces and living patterns to their own culture. The results from this study have limitations in generalizing all Korean families living in foreign cultures, because a convenience sample was used. Although studies of Korean families in Columbia, MO may not provide information that can be generalized to the entire population of Koreans overseas, we expect that this study provides useful insight in understanding and estimating the future trends in residential planning for Koreans.

전라남도 농촌한옥의 규모특성에 관한 연구 -평면 형태에 따른 실별 면적을 중심으로- (A Research on features of rural Hanok in Jeollanam-do by housing scale -Centered around area of the room depending on shape of the plan-)

  • The recently built rural Hanoks have shown changes in appearances regarding its shape, space and size in the traditional floor plan. This is probably the transformation process to suit the needs of modern residence as new spaces and other factors are considered these days. The purpose of the research is to provide basic data for the innovation and construction of future Hankoks by analyzing the size features of the Hanoks in the rural areas of Jeeollanam-do and changing trends. They were divided into 5 types depending on the shape and the spacing of the living room and kitchen. Then size features per each type were analyzed. From this, it was revealed that there needs to be reasonable development of types in the standard design of Hanok because the size of the rooms is actually bigger than the standard design of Hanok in Jeollanam-do. The composition of the utility rooms should be classified as either domestic space or agricultural workspace considering that this area is rural but there are not enough storage spaces for agricultural machines and materials in most houses as they did not install external storage spaces. Therefore, it was analyzed that the size varies with the changes in the composition of space because of Hankok's similarities in the area of the rooms with typical apartments.

경사도에 따른 고층 주거 단지의 주동 형태에 관한 연구 - 설계경기 당선안을 중심으로 (A Study on the Block Plans in High-Rise Multi-Family Housing based on a Gradient - A Case Study on Prizewinners in the Design Competitions)

  • Owing to the mass-housing policies of high-density and high-rise, the residential environments in Korea have come to be uniform and monotonous. Nevertheless, the design competitions introduced for the first time in 1980s have Played significant roles in developing the fresh ideas and concepts in housing design. And in our country, the land of the gradient $0-9^{\circ}$ that is able to plan as level sites come up to 32.5% of the total land and the land of the gradient $10-29^{\circ}$that should be designed by considering the characteristics of the sloping sites is 53.2% of the whole. For that reason, the development of the apartment housing in the sloping site has been done largely to solve the issues associated with the scarcity of the land. Therefore, it is very meaningful job to see the various design methods on the basis of the characteristics of the sites, particularly gradient, by analyzing the prizewinners in the design competitions. In this context, the research analyzed the works that won the design competition after 1990, and organized the types of the block plans and the design characteristics applied in our residence housing. Secondarily, it classified that types by the gradient and analyzed statistically and compared the numerical value.

부채가계의 객관적 부채부담 지표 및 기준실정을 위한 주관적 부채부담 관련요인의 분석 (An Analysis of the Effect of the Objective Debt Burden Variables on the Subjective Debt Burden for Setting the Guidelines for Household Debt Management)

  • The purposes of the study were to investigate the effects of the debt burden which was measured objectively, the types of debts and socio-economic characteristics on the subjective debt burden of households. The questionaires for 457 households who hold some debts were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Duncan’s multiple range teat. The major finding are summarized as follows: (1) the objective debt burdens which were measured by three variables, that is monthly debt repayment, the ratio of debt repayment to household income and total debt amount, affected the subjective debt burden. The households in which the monthly debt repayment was over 200 thousand won, the debt repayment was over 20% of the household income and the total debt amount was over 15 minion won felt higher debt burden. (2) the types of debts, which were classified into four groups such as debts from financial institutes, debts from private sources, credit card debts and debt from retailers, influenced differently the subjective debt burden. Holding debts from financial institutes and debts from private sources increased the subjective debt burden whereas holding credit card debts and debt from retailers did not. (3) the level of subjective debt burden were different according to household income, change in income due to IMF crisis, financial assets, home ownership, residence, householder’s age, job and educational levee. Based on the results, criterion for household’s debt management were suggested.

겨주시 단독주택지역의 주거유형 및 생활적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Residential Patterns and Living Characteristics of the Existing Single-Family Residential Areas in Gyeongju)

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the changes in space structure in urban residential areas, based on the historical and cultural background of Gyeongju area. In order to clarify its residential and cultural properties, the residential patterns and living characteristics identifying its historical context were analysed. This study was carried out with the data of the Hwango-dong area that has maintained its original form since the creation as a urban residential area during the 1960s and 1970s, the data of the Dongbang village area that was developed as one of residential area projects during the 1970s, and the data of the Seonggeon-dong area that was developed as a residential area during the 1970s and 1980s. The analyses on previous studies and statistical data, referring to building administration registers, field survey and photographing of house types, and exploration of living characteristics by house types were used to perform this study. Four hundred and five sample houses were used in this study, having forty one sample houses which were used for living survey and actual plane measurement. The result of this study can be used as basic information for designing the house to meet Gyeongju citizens' desire for living environments, and to maintain the cultural and historical contexts.
