In this paper, we develop an efficient approach to solve a multiple-item budget-constraint newsboy problem with a reservation policy. A conventional approach for solving such problem utilizes an approximation for the evaluation of an inverse of a Gaussian cumulative density function when the argument of the function is small, and a heuristic method for finding an optimal Lagrangian multiplier. In contrast to the conventional approach, this paper proposes more accurate method of evaluating the function by using the normalization and an effective numerical integration method. We also propose an efficient way to find an optimal Lagrangian multiplier by proving that the equation for the budget-constraint is in fact a monotonically increasing function in the Lagrangian multiplier. Numerical examples are tested to show the performance of the proposed approach with emphases on the behaviors of the inverse of a Gaussian cumulative density function and the Lagrangian multiplier. By using sensitivity analysis of different budget constraints, we show that the reservation policy indeed provides greater expected profit than the classical model of not having the reservation policy.

CRS, which was initially developed to support airline reservation is now the main part of e-business of airlines, and it decides the degree of prompt and accurate itinerary for travelers due to the remarkable difference in availability inquiry and seats reservation information according to CRS joining level CRS joining level also decides the exactness of reservation, ticketing and traffic data collection and plays the most important role in the exactness of advanced forecast of demand, appropriate seats allocation, and overbooking. Therefore, it provides front end function like seats reservation, schedule display, fare inquiry on-line linked with CRS and back office function like sales result of travel agents, accounting administration. stock administration and customer administration and decides the level of an airline's e-business.

일반적으로 Mobile IP 기술에 있어 이동 노드에게 실시간 서비스를 제공하기 위한 방안으로 RSVP 사용이 제시되고 있다. 그러나 Mobile IP와 RSVP(Resource Reservation Protocol) 연동시 이동 노드의 핸드오프는 등록 지연, RSVP 예약 지연 및 시그널링 오버헤드를 증가시킨다. 특히 이동 노드와 대응 노드 사이의 경로에 대한 자원 예약은 핸드오프 이전과 이후 경로가 대부분 같기 때문에 중복 예약이며, 불필요한 시그널링의 생성과 자원 낭비를 초래한다. 만약 무선 인터페이스를 제공하는 셀의 반경이 작다면 이동 노드의 핸드오프는 증가할 것이며 따라서 시그널링 오버헤드와 자원 중복 예약이 크게 증가할 것이다. 본 논문은 RSVP proxy 방안의 Cellular IP와 RSVP 통합 모델을 제안한다. Cellular IP 프로토콜은 마이크로 셀 네트워크에서 핸드오프에 의한 등록 지연, 전송 지연 및 손실을 최소화하며, RSVP proxy는 자원 중복 예약을 최소화하는 방안으로 이동 노드의 예약 주소를 사용하여 Cellular IP 외부 네트워크에서의 RSVP 세션 경로 변경이 일어나지 않도록 한다. 제안 방안은 셀 반경과 핸드오프율에 대해 자원 예약 실패 확률을 이용 기존 Mobile IP와 RSVP 연동 방안과 비교 평가하였다.

PRMA(Packet Reservation Multiple Access) 프로토콜은 연집 트래픽 특성을 갖는 불특정다수의 단말기들이 공유채널을 엑세스하기 위해 서로 경쟁하는 환경하에서 음성 트래픽과 데이터 트래픽을 집적하여 서비스하는데 매우 효율적인 것으로 잘 알려져 있다. 그러나 PRMA 프로토콜에서는 부하가 커지면 예약채널의 용량이 영(Zero)으로 축소될 수도 있으므로 시스템이 불안정해지고 고부하 상태에서는 제대로 동작할 수 없다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 PRMA의 단점을 보완할 수 있으며 보다 안정되게 동작하는 음성/데이타 직접 PRMA 프로토콜을 제안하고, 프레임 및 슬롯구조를 제시하여, 제안된 프로토콜의 성능을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석해 보았다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 기존의 방식에 비해 제안된 프로토콜이 보다 효율적으로 음성과 데이타를 집적할 수 있으며, 고부하 상태에서도 보다 안정되게 동작함을 알 수 있었다.

관광산업에 있어 예약 시스템의 효율성은 의미를 지닌다. 이러한 관광 산업의 예약 시스템은 각각 여행사를 중심으로 한 예약 시스템에 한정되어 있다. 여행사 홈페이지를 통한 예약 시스템은 항공, 숙박, 차량 예약에 한해 제공된다. 제공되는 각각의 예약 시스템은 서로 다른 정보를 가지고 있으며, 제공하는 여행사 각각 상이한 시스템을 사용함으로써 여행사간의 정보 교환이 이루어지지 않는다. 이에 본 논문에서는 상이한 시스템으로 제공되는 항공, 숙박, 차량 예약 정보를 모듈화하고 이를 제공하는 통합 시스템을 제안한다. 사용자는 통합 시스템을 통하여 각 제공자별 예약 상황을 실시간으로 확인할 수 있으며, 제공자는 각 제공자별 정보를 공유함으로써, 시스템의 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

Because the Resource reservation Protocol (RSVP) was originally designed fur stationary networks, it is insufficient to accommodate Mobile Nodes (MNs) which frequently change their points of attachment.7his paper deals with how to integrate the RSVP and Hierarchical MHv6 (HMIPv6), in order to quickly establish the QoS guaranteed path and minimize the service disruption when the MN moves around. That can be achieved with the utilization of the common path between the new and old path. Therefore a new method is proposed in detail to find out an anchor node and re-establish a new reservation path.

Future microcellular systems will require distributed network control. A packet-switched network is suitable for this requirement. The packet reservation multiple access(PRMA) is a Reservation-ALOHA like protocol for wireless terminals to transmit packet speech to a base station. It allows spatially distributed users in cellular systems to transmit packeted voice and data to a common base station using a shared channel. In the existing PRMA, the problem is that the voice packets may collide with the data packets due to simultaneous channel access. the problem may be a major performance degradation factor to a voice and data mixed system. We propose a new PRMA method that integrates voice and data traffic efficiently by resolving the collision problem between data and voice packets. The proposed PRMA method gives a performance improvement than the existing PRAMA method in terms of voice packet dropping probability and data delay characteristic. From analytic results, we can confirm that the proposed PRMA method show a performance improvement than the existing PRMA protocol.

The state adopts the policies based on the goals pursued by the state and provides a basic policy for administrative activities related to early childhood education. Therefore, early childhood education policy should be established organically in consultant with the social consent in advance. In most countries will bear the costs of child care and early childhood education can reduce the financial burden of parents and early childhood education consumers are able to understand the will of the government to support the child care services, which they need in a variety of way. The conflict is deepening - among policy officials, front-line institutions participating in policy implementation, and parents - surrounding the infant and early childhood education. And the conflict has caused the difference between this policy and claims that cannot find hardly a solution. In this study, we argue how the policy differences between groups involved in the policy to analyze the influence, to find the policy conflict resolution strategies.

In this paper, the Packet CDMA Reservation ALOHA protocol is proposed to support the multi-traffic services such as voice and videophone services with handoff calls, high-rate data and low-rate data services efficiently on the multi-rate transmission in uplink cellular systems. The frame structure, composed of the access slot and the transmission slot, and the proposed access permission probability based on the estimated number of contending users for each service are presented to reduce MAI. The assured priority to the voice and the videophone handoff calls is given through higher access permission probability. And through the proposed code assignment scheme, the voice service can be provided without the voice packet dropping probability in the CDMA/PRMA protocols. The code reservation is allowed to the voice and the videophone services. The low-rate data service uses the available codes during the silent periods of voice calls and the remaining codes in the codes assigned to the voice service to utilize codes efficiently. The high-rate data service uses the assigned codes to the high-rate data service and the remaining codes in the codes assigned to the videophone service. Using the Markov-chain subsystem model for each service including the handoff calls in uplink cellular systems, the steady-state performances are simulated and analyzed. After a round of tests for the examples, through the proposed code assignment scheme and the access permission probability, the Packet CDMA Reservation ALOHA protocol can guarantee the priority and the constant QoS for the handoff calls even at large number of contending users. Also, the data services are integrated efficiently on the multi-rate transmission.

최근 스마트폰의 활성화로 이동통신망과 스마트폰을 활용한 IT 기술과 타 산 업간의 융합 산업의 응용 범위가 더욱 확장되고 있다. 더욱이 R&D 기술들을 다른 분야의 기술개발과 효과적으로 스마트폰과 접목시켜 생활편의를 제공하는 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 그렇지만, 비엔날레, 영화제 및 엑스포와 같은 대형 행사를 위해 많은 인원이 특정지역에 밀집되는 경우, 이를 통제하기란 매우 어렵고 이에 대한 효율적인 대책 또한 미흡한 실정이다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 스마트폰에서의 증강현실, 이동통신망을 이용한 네트워크 기반의 티켓예약 시스템과 이의 구성에 대하여 기술하고자한다. 특히, 앱 설계기술을 이용하여 실제 스마트폰-앱 응용기술에 앞서, 사전에 프로토타이핑 시스템을 설계 및 개발하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.
