In these days, there are a lot of research results on the Post-Quantum Cryptography according to developing of quantum computing technologies and the announcement of the NIST's Post-Quantum Cryptography standard project. The key size of the existing symmetric key block ciphers are needed to increase and the security of discrete logarithm based public key cryptography can be broken by Grover's algorithm and Shor's algorithm. By this reason, a lot of cryptologist and mathematician research on safe cryptography against the quantum computer which is called as the Post-Quantum Cryptography. In this paper, we survey on recent technical trend on the Hash-Based Signature Scheme which is one of the Post-Quantum Cryptography and suggest the prospect of the Hash-Based Signature Scheme.

Background: Intersectoral and multidisciplinary collaboration is becoming more prominent in all facets of government, health, social services, and scientific endeavors. An interplay of a multitude of driving forces moves multiple disciplines forward to achieve quality outcomes in health and social sciences services and research. Aim: This paper aims at discussing the prospects for future multidisciplinary collaboration. If inter organizational integration and multidisciplinary collaboration are the ways of the future in academia and the scientific world, it then becomes crucial to examine what lies ahead for the nursing profession, Discussion: This paper argues that in order for multidisciplinary endeavors to succeed, the leaders in multidisciplinary teams shoulder the largest share of the responsibilities involved. In developing a lasting team constituting professionals from different disciplines, the leader needs to include the right individuals in the team, identify a common goal, build trusting relationships through open communication and interprofessional education, and empower members through creating room for autonomy and at the same time allowing space for personal development. The leader will need to utilize information technologies to manage communication issues in a large multi-site multidisciplinary project. Lastly, he or she must be able to demonstrate team productivity through process and outcome evaluation. It needs to be emphasized that it falls to each individual nurse to speak up and act upon what nursing believes and represents in our quest for success in multidisciplinary endeavors. Conclusion: The significance of the role of the leader is paramount for a team to succeed. Yet there is no prospect if only a handful of exceptional nurse leaders are moving ahead in multidisciplinary endeavors. Without the actualization of professional roles by each individual nurse, the profession will have no prospect in collaborations across disciplines.

This paper inspected about the application of transportation and the character of GPS&Galileo using the basis of GNSS. In the paper, searched the present condition of study which applied foreign GNSS in the railway and drew the applicable field which is corresponded with the railway environment. In spite of recent stagnation, the rate of electric consumption has highly grown in accordance with a high cultural livings, Also, a usage of electric energy is growing with development of multi-information society. To make the matter worse, hard work of highest order is required because distribution system are widely spread and complex. And consummers demand for the electricity of good quality and it is obstracle to be not able to train related technitian for maintenance without an interruption of electric power. It is sure the counterplan of uninterruption of electric power is very necessary. In this paper, considering the working circumstances, we presented the necessity of work method, the effects and the future prospect for uninterruption power supply.

In order to prepare new video coding standard, ITU-T SG16/Q.6 VCEG is gathering high efficiency and low complexity coding tools. In this paper, we introduce the latest KTA codec that includes new coding tools such as AIF, APEC, AQMS, AQP, IBDI, MDDT, MVC, 1/8-pel MC, and RDO-Q. After that, we describe the our prospection and strategy for these future video coding technology.

This review synthesizes research during the past 15 years on the family relations of older persons. After discussing two background issues-sociodemographic changes of later life families and the status of the elderly-the following topics are addressed; relationships between aged parents and adult children, couple relationships, grandparents' relationship with their grandchildren and sibling relationships. Family relationships are vital support systems providing emotional and instrumental support in the lives of older persons. Mutual assistance and affection among family members were found to be common characteristics. Although research on family gerontology has increased in quantify, there are feater needs to develop qualitative, longitudinal and theory grounded studies to capture the rich complexity of family life. Other challenges and suggestions for future research on older persons' family relationship are presented.

A new hybrid vehicle Powered by fuel cells is being developed in order to improve the fuel conversion rate and reduce air pollutions. Considerable research has concentrated on medium-range production planning model in that it can contain long and short-term decision making in contents. Since medium-range production planning deals in situations with setup time or/and costs, solution methodology is classified by (1) optimization method using a sort of integer programming approach and network formulation (2) heuristic method offering an computationally easy, approximate solution. But, solution methodology is different in type of demand generation, existence of capacity and dependant demand. Therefore this paper reviewed the medium range production planning according to above mentioned three factors, and suggested for further work direction.

The main target to do this analysis is to find out the competitiveness between 2 countries(Korea and USA) in the ship business industry. Ever since free from Japanese empire domination of modern history in Korean peninsular, Korea has been strong relationship with USA almost every fields. The purpose of this research is to realize which country is more competitive between 2 country's trade structure. This research conducted for period from 2000 to 2016. Expecting effect is to learn how to improve ship industry for 2 countries. Research method is used by comparative advantage trade theory. Even though Koran government has been accomplishing trade stimulus environment against USA ship industry, it is research limitation that overseas productions both Korean & USA are not available due to company business strategy. From early 50's, every USA industries hold a dominant position so far. Now, Korea is comparative advantage against that of USA in the field of ship industry. Sound competition relationship is good for both 2 countries for mutual benefits. The future prospect is Korea needs export market diversification to enlarge economic growth in the long run.

For the Gas hydrate Research and Development in Korea, the prospect area I & II was surveyed and drilled during the first phase. At the result, we succeeded to discovering gas hydrate real sample at BSR reflection and vent structure. This expedition processing contributes to developing the offshore seismic survey technologies and data processing of Korea. But Korean gas hydrate test production research, in spite of activating test production at other countries, is such a limitation about technician, GH production technologies and E&P processing. First of all, there is no exist in Korea to application site for the their production research results. In this paper, we have studied the gas hydrate reservoir selection technics of the DOE & BPXA for the ANS test production. And this result will helpful to preparation of gas hydrate test production in Korea.
