  • We have started the field test of the VOD service since April 1996, in Huis Ten Bosch which is one of the famous theme parks in Japan. In three years, total about 100 thousands people have used this VOD system and evaluated it. This test verifies that the VOD system which provides moving picture by MPEG2 via broad bandwidth ATM network has already reached the level of actual use. And also we get the know-how to construct contents, or how to manage network resources and server resources, and we have proposed them.

The Study of Determinants of Hospital Organization Trust Leading to Trust in Hospital Worker's Organization Trust (병원 근로자의 조직신뢰에 영향을 미치는 조직신뢰 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate of determinants of hospital organization trust affecting to hospital worker's trust in organization. This study was measured levels of trust in organization of hospital workers and 5 determinants of organization trust, organizational fairness, consideration, morality, competence and responsibility toward a society. Levels of trust in organization of hospital workers and determinants of organization trust were assessed using a sample of 190 employees who work at 2 hospitals in Seoul, Kyunggi. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires from november 22 to 29 in 2012 and analyzed SPSS 18 by using t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational fairness, consideration and responsibility toward a society among 5 determinants were positively related to levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. Based on these findings, it can be defined that 5 determinants of hospital organization trust influences levels of trust in organization of hospital workers. The implications of this study are discussed and areas for future research are presented.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate leisure types of casino dealers, and how these leisure types effect the organization trust, customer orientation, organization commitment. This study was performed survey questionnaire on casino dealers at Kangwondo and Seoul. To achieve the research objectives, analysis methods were used: regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows. First, leisure types had a effect on organization trust. Second, leisure types had a effect on customer orientation and organization commitment. Third, organization trust had a effect on organization commitment. Finally, customer orientation had a effect on organization commitment. The results of this study suggested implications for effective human resource management practices on casino dealers in leisure activities and support measures for the organization in connection with the leisure types.

We analyze the combat development element such as doctrine, organization, and training which is working in the United States of America. then we apply the ideas to our proposal for the improvement of doctrine, organization, and training for weapon systems. This paper will be contributed to the improvement of doctrine, organization, and training and the efficiency of defense acquisition program management.

Analysis on Taxation Public Servant's Pride in Organization (세무공무원의 조직에 대한 자긍심 분석)

  • The purpose of this research is to investigate empirically the relationship among organization identity, organization immersion, and pride(또는 self-esteem) of taxation public servants. The results of the research showed the following. First, the research showed that gender and work year, as individual characteristic variables, influence a significant effect on organization identity. Second, it turned out that the pride of taxation pubic servants influences a positive effect on organization identity, and groups of lower pride affect organization identity more than groups of higher pride. Third, it turned out that the pride of taxation public servants also influences a positive effect on organization immersion. In other words, taxation public servants with higher pride showed higher organization immersion. Groups of lower pride affect organization immersion more than groups of higher pride. These results verified that higher pride of organization members can strengthen organization identity and organization immersion.

  • Geographic Information System(GIS) has become an essential tool for making efficient interaction with both natural and artificial envirionment. Currently, it is being used on an inteligent tool in many device like the personal digital assistant(PDA) and the cellular phone and so on. However, these devices show very low performance comparing to a personal computer(PC). These devices(PDA, celluar phone) posses a less powered device profile. The less powerful hardware make these devices in capable to handle GIS based large spacial data. In this paper, we propose a new concept of multi-tier GIS oriented architecture to improve the data transfer performance providing only the necessary information required by the user using semantic filter.

  • Third party logistics research is searching for increasing its logistics efficiency of organization. Perspective of resource-based theory, this study is to reveal the exploratory relation between integrated capabilities, organzaiton knowledge, and service performance. To develop the relational model, this study conducted a theoretical survey on Shang(2009)'s 3PL service providers research model and Synder & Cumming(1998)'s learning of organization knowledge. According to the result of correlation analysis, Integrated organization knowledge is positively correlated with service diversity advantage (correlation coefficient= .670, p-value= .000) and service quality advantage (correlation coefficient= .575, p-value= .000). The thesis argued that Korean companies try to apply integrated organization abilities and service performance for cutting their export expense.

The Impact of Job Satisfaction of Industrial Security Guards on Organization Commitment and Organization Performance (산업보안요원의 직무만족이 조직몰입과 조직성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this paper is to determine the extent to which job satisfaction affects organization commitment and organization performance among industrial security personnel. To this end, we attempted to conduct a four-week survey from August 28 to September 22, 2023, targeting about 150 workers working as industrial security guards in the field. According to the survey, the variables were comprised of "first, job satisfaction, second, organization commitment and third, organization performance" and based on this, three research hypotheses were proposed. After confirming that the internal consistency of each measurement item was satisfied, discriminant validity and conceptual reliability were calculated, and the discriminant validity of each variable was verified. As a result of the analysis, after conducting regression analysis to verify the research model, the results show that among the three research hypotheses, "Job Satisfaction ⇨ Organization Commitment, Job Satisfaction ⇨ Organization Performance" was found to be statistically significant and was adopted. We calculated that "Organization Commitment ⇨ Organization Performance" was not significant and was rejected.
