With the advent of Internet era, e-commerce has become the focus of human's life. It leads a new direction of social development. As the representative of traditional industry, shipping industry is confronted with a series of difficulties, which have to break through the traditional and existing model to make their business for survival. With the increasing pricking up of market competition, shipping industry is now facing development bottle neck, but e-commerce provides a new way to solve the problem. This paper firstly describes the existing forms of the e-commerce shipping platform. Secondly analyzes the data for the situation of shipping industry in China, the data for expected functions of an e-commerce shipping platform and the data for how to choose a specific e-commerce shipping platform. Thirdly analyzes the potential risks of establishing e-commerce shipping platform in China. Based on the above researched, the paper provides a suggested model of the shipping e-commerce shipping platform in China.

The development of human-friendly game technologies understanding and responding to human emotion is a very crucial element in designing games. Out of emotion derived from games, this study attempted to define characteristics of games as a meaning representing the degree of reaching the targeted emotion. When examining most of researches regarding emotion, it has been noted that they tried to extract the most representative emotion through the systematization of emotional vocabulary and evaluate it by the association with the design elements in question. However, this definition would be beneficial only to understanding the direction of game entity and it could not express the emotion of concrete and objective players. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the sense correlation of adjectives so as for emotional expressions to be represented accurately corresponding to players' intention, by using adjective thesaurus for the systematic understanding of such game entity.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the framework for innovation policy that the approach to popularization, diffusion, and S&T culture through the science and technology(S&T) fair. The innovation policy has a role which suggests direction to do behavior and concerns to social members. According to, this point of the diffusion of the S&T culture emerges the reasonable and adoptable innovation policy. Korean S&T fair have many problems, for example, a short historical background, lack of the fund and special human resource, so on. In this aspect, this study provides theoretical reviews and several issues for publicity of the innovation policy and S&T popularization and culture through the representative case-Future Tech Korea2006. Also, this study argues that "How to build and improve S&T fair", and "What the figure of S&T is that communicate and approach to people". Finally, the research for the S&T fair gives detailed and realized strategies for improving them.

It is very active that existing companies of providing e-Learning contents try to differentiate themselves through a business model based on Web 2.0. For instance, Etoos, online education website (www.etoos.com) run by SK Communications has made more space where students can participate in the Web 2.0 era and overhauled its website completely, turning into an open-ended one, which strengthens learning and fun in 2007. This study is to analyze the present state of e-Learning contents with representative e-learning sites for middle and high school students, to find that the development direction for next generation e-Learning lies in developing contents focusing on learners that can get effective feedback and drawing collective intelligence grounded on the essence of Web 2.0, and to suggest 'the project to form virtual private tutor community in e-Learning contents.'

The purpose of this study has its meaning to indicate the direction on collection and preservation of national literature which is one of the must important functions of the Central National Library. The Central National Library is, however, a representative library of our country and collect every kind of literature and to meet the requests of its users, the present situation of The Central National Library can't be performed sufficiently on these actions. According to studies of this paper, it have suggested the following five methods as a method of collecting national literature. First, the method by registering copyright endowing the number of copyright like ISBN. Second, the method a n.0, pplied by revising and su n.0, pplementing present legal deposit system. Thirdly, the method that the central one institution secure national budget collect literature of nation i.e., central intensive collection one. Fouthly , method of collecting literature by partial charge through local library networks. Fifthly, method by subject intensive collecting. As the preserving method of national literature, this research has indicated the following two ways. First, to keep the literatures forever, the method of The Central National Library keeps records as a limited volume. Second, The method of dispersing records as the local libraries. To put these methods into practice, it must be preceded that not only national helps, budget secures are needed but special committee must be organized to keep and preserve national literatures and material range also be extended and bibliographies for information data issuing must be worked out.

Longitudinal studies have shown mixed findings on the association between body image dissatisfaction and self-esteem among adolescents. This study examined the longitudinal, reciprocal influences between body image dissatisfaction and self-esteem among Korean pre- and early adolescents by using nationally representative longitudinal panel data from the Korean Youth Panel Study (KYPS). Analyses based on 2,230 participants indicated that girls' body image dissatisfaction was significantly higher than boys'. The trajectory of body image dissatisfaction increased sharply during pre- and early adolescence, but stabilized afterwards for both boys and girls. Self-esteem deteriorated rapidly initially, but began to recover as adolescent girls and boys matured. Structural equation modeling showed that reciprocal influences between body image dissatisfaction and self-esteem were detected for boys. Body image dissatisfaction among girls predicted self-esteem during the entire period, while the opposite direction from self-esteem to body image dissatisfaction emerged two years later. The present study found that, during pre- and early adolescence, body image dissatisfaction and self-esteem develop in a circular fashion by forming a vicious cycle. Implications for the development of intervention and prevention programs are discussed in consideration of age and gender.

What prevails in the today's research on social media is a functional view of technology. Technology is regarded as a set of technical devices used to conduct specific social functions, such as personal communication, social networking, public posting, and corporate advertising, among others. This paper proposes that such a functional view of technology renders social media research unduly limited and constrained in its scope, level, and direction of inquiry. Problematizing on some representative social media research efforts in the field of IS, this paper provides an alternative perspective, that is, to view social media as a technology-for-being that exerts a deeper level of influence on our existence, molding and shaping the nature and mode of being itself. Such a technology-for-being perspective has been rarely explored or subscribed to in the present IS social media research. Building upon the new conception of social media as a technology-for-being, this essay explores the quality of being in the context of social media. Five such qualities are discussed, including virtuality, materiality, externality, liquidity, and hybridity. The essay also explores the deep structural problems of research to guide future social media research. Six of such problems include Problematize-the-Natural, Follow-the-Actor, Welcome-the-Frankenstein, Weber-meets-Frankenstein, Freud-meets-Frankenstein, and Marx-meets-Frankenstein. The essay concludes with discussions on the implications of the essay, its limitations, and suggestions for future work.

${\beta}$-Arrestins are one of the protein families that interact with G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs). The roles of ${\beta}$-arrestins are multifaceted, as they mediate different processes including receptor desensitization, endocytosis, and G protein-independent signaling. Thus, determining the GPCR regions involved in the interactions with ${\beta}$-arrestins would be a preliminary step in understanding the molecular mechanisms involved in the selective direction of each function. In the current study, we determined the roles of the N-terminus, intracellular loops, and C-terminal tail of a representative GPCR in the interaction with ${\beta}$-arrestin2. For this, we employed dopamine $D_2$ and $D_3$ receptors ($D_2R$ and $D_3R$, respectively), since they display distinct agonist-induced interactions with ${\beta}$-arrestins. Our results showed that the second and third intracellular loops of $D_2R$ are involved in the agonist-induced translocation of ${\beta}$-arrestins toward plasma membranes. In contrast, the N- and C-termini of $D_2R$ exerted negative effects on the basal interaction with ${\beta}$-arrestins.

Surface texturing of micro-dimples has been used in many manufacturing industries to reduce friction between two sliding contacted surfaces. Surface texturing decreases the frictional force owing to minimizing of the sliding contact area. In this paper, micro-dimples have been fabricated on an Al6061-T6 surface using a two-frequency elliptical vibration texturing (TFEVT) method. A high-frequency of 18 kHz and low-frequency of 250 Hz were applied to an elliptically-vibrated tool holder. The Stribeck curve was plotted to analyze the friction coefficient trends. Furthermore, the representative wetting index, such as the water contact angle (WCA), was measured by considering the friction coefficient. WCA is associated with micro-dimple density and associated parameters. Consequently, the dimpled surfaces with a low friction coefficient exhibited a relatively high WCA in the feed direction. According to the Stribeck curve, the dimpled surfaces demonstrate superior friction performance for mixed-film lubrication compared to the non-textured surface.

A dormitory is the most important compound space to college students who have to live with others. Also, for the students living in the boarding area, the dorm space can be the space for learning, exchanges and cultural. These Housing environment is a public space, so this is based on Universal Design. However, the 1970s-built dormitory space for the current user is narrow and not right for furniture standard. In this study, in order to compensate for these problems, the design directions are based on the previous studies - Park, Young-Soon, 2008, 'A Proposal on Dormitory Furniture Design for University Students.' Based on the previous study, the type of variable design is designed for desks, bookcases, beds, wardrobes, and other cabinets as representative household types. Furthermore, these furnitures are assembled and transformed depend on the dormitory space for single, double and four students. The furniture assembly system and arrangement module are presented in the direction of three kinds of designs. Therefore, three meaning of this study are the development of design to be used each item, the realization of custom furniture for space and presenting variable design module.
