This study is aimed at development a plan to strengthen the competitiveness in technology of small and medium manufacturing enterprises, which can be assumed mainly by small and medium manufacturing companies, to improve the competitiveness of domestic industry. To remove these obstacles and strengthen the technological competitiveness, internally it is required to change the attitude of management about the development and innovation of technology first. Promotion of favorable atmosphere for the technological development and organized activity to acquire technological information are additional requirements. In conclusion, to survive the competition and to secure national industrial competitiveness, each individual company needs to endeavor for technological innovation and improvement in product quality and productivity.

작업 지연은 건설 사업의 확실성을 저하시키는 요소 중에 하나이다. 작업 지연의 원인 분류체계를 확립하고 관리 항목을 도출하는 것은 건설 사업의 경쟁력을 갖게 한다. 하지만 작업 지연 단계의 분류체계나 지연 원인 도출에 관한 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설 사업에서 차지하는 비중이 높은 공동주택 건축공사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 이를 통해 작업 지연 원인을 파악하고 공종별 지연 요소를 도출한다. 그리고 지연 요소의 우선순위를 선정하여 작업 지연 요소를 효과적으로 제거하고 관리할 수 있는 중점 관리 항목을 제시한다.

With the requirement for providing multiple levels of access control for group members, many group key management schemes designed for hierarchical access control have been put forward. However, most of these schemes focus on the efficiency of group key establishment and rekeying in centralized environments. This paper proposes an integrated group key agreement (IGK) scheme for contributory environments. The IGK scheme employs the integrated key graph to remove key redundancies existing in single key trees, and reduces key establishment and rekeying time while providing hierarchical access control. Performance analyses and simulations conducted with respect to computation and communication overheads indicate that our proposed IGK scheme is more efficient than the independent group key agreement scheme.

Railway accidents/incidents occur because of many reasons. Human error by the railway staff or personnel takes a major part of those reasons. In order to reduce and prevent railway accidents/incidents, appropriate measures should be developed to remove root causes induced in human error. A systematic study for analysing causes of human errors and for developing an effective management is necessary. Detailed analysis of the railway traffic signaller's tasks should be preferentially performed for this purpose. This paper introduces the results of analysis for the types and characteristics of the railway traffic signaller's tasks. As a result of the analysis, the railway traffic signaller's tasks can be decomposed into 24 tasks in total, and also be divided into the general task and the emergency task. The railway traffic signaller's tasks are characterized to require continual confirmation and observation activities, and sometimes immediate decision and action.

In the current study, factors affecting cheese brands products in grocery stores were evaluated with an emphasis on diversity. The sample data were collected from Noushad and Pegah Milk Industry in 2015 and data were extracted, reviewed, and analyzed from 435 grocery stores in Mashhad using seemingly unrelated regression model and particle swarm optimization algorithm. Results showed that optimum amount of Kalleh product diversity is higher than other competitors in the market, and Kalleh UF diversity is 100 to 250 grams, and Kalleh UF diversity with weight of 300 to 500 grams is more than other modes of diversity, and Kalleh brand must remove tin cheese from the market. Sabah Brand also should eliminate its glass and creamy diversity from market, UF diversity is mostly welcomed in market.

컴퓨터방사선촬영 시스템이 도입되면서 영상판은 분명 우리에게 많은 정보, 정밀한 디지털이미지 제공, 재촬영률 감소 등 상당한 이점으로 다가왔다. 컴퓨터방사선촬영 시스템의 영상판을 이용한 의료 영상 획득시 좋은 영상을 얻기 위해서는 영상판의 보관 장소 및 발광시간의 응답 특성과 잠상퇴행 현상을 인지함과 동시에 효과적인 정도관리와 화질 향상을 위해 체계적인 관리와 노력을 해야 할 것으로 판단한다. 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터방사선촬영 시스템의 영상판을 이용한 영상획득 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 자연 환경에 의한 잡음에 대하여 알아보았다. 실험 결과 시간이 지남에 따라 영상판에 잡음이 생성되며 영상의 신뢰성이 떨어지게 됨을 확인하였다. 영상판을 사용할 경우에는 4시간 이상 보관된 영상판에 대해서는 잠상소거를 반드시 실시해서 사용하고, 2회 이상 잠상소거 하는 것이 가장 좋은 방법일 것이라고 판단한다. 본 연구는 임상에서 영상판 관리 및 사용 시 정량적인 참고자료가 될 것이다.

본 논문은 CATV 망 관련 장치 구현에 관한 것으로 기존의 수동형 장치의 비효율성을 제거하기 위해 자동화된 집중식 Headend 시스템 및 분배장치를 구현하였다. 이를 위해 기존의 주파수대역 중에서 비디오 신호의 송신에 사용되지 않은 대역을 확보하고 이를 제어신호의 송ㆍ수신이 이루어지는 제어대역으로 사용하는 송수신 시스템 및 자동화 분배기를 설계하였으며, 상ㆍ하향통신 및 하향통신방식이 공유된 형태로 RS-232를 이용한 9600bps의 CATV 망을 위한 통합관리 시스템을 구현하였다.

Social network has been expected to increase the value of social capital through online user interactions which remove geographical boundary. However, online users in social networks face challenges of assessing whether the anonymous user and his/her providing information are reliable or not because of limited experiences with a small number of users. Therefore. it is vital to provide a successful trust model which builds and maintains a web of trust. This study aims to propose a prediction method for the interpersonal trust which measures the level of trust about information provider in Facebook. To develop the prediction method. we first investigated behavioral research for trust in social science and extracted 5 antecedents of trust : lenience, ability, steadiness, intimacy, and similarity. Then we measured the antecedents from the history of interactive behavior and built prediction models using the two decision trees and a computational model. We also applied the proposed method to predict interpersonal trust between Facebook users and evaluated the prediction accuracy. The predicted trust metric has dynamic feature which can be adjusted over time according to the interaction between two users.

To remove unnecessary background from tooth X-ray images and enhance the sharpness of tooth and gum images, image processing techniques including contrast adjustment and histogram equalization are used. The introduction of two methods for detecting the boundary of the tooth and gum region and separating the tooth and gum from the background. In both cases, the background of the tooth X-ray images could be removed as a result, improving the quality of the images. The proposed method improves MTF (Modulation Transfer Function), an image performance indicator, as a result of measuring MTF. The original image's spatial frequency ranged from 4.73 to 11.40 lp/mm at the 10% response, whereas the proposed image's spatial frequency ranged from 10.90 to 11.85 lp/mm, giving uniformly enhanced results. In contrast, tooth and gums could not be completely separated from the background using Apple's Lift subject from background function.

Traumatic injuries of the face often involve root fractures especially in anterior teeth. The prognosis and the treatment of the root fracture depend on the extent of the fracture line, general health and patient compliance. This case report outlines a new conservative trial treatment modality to stabilize the maxillary central incisors with horizontal root fracture on the cervical to middle third by fabricating canine guidance to remove loading on the traumatized maxillary central incisors during eccentric movements and thus inducing spontaneous healing of the fractured line between the fragments. Radiographs after thirty months showed adequate healing with no signs of pathological changes including root resorption, ankylosis or displacement. Long term follow-up revealed that vitality, stability and aesthetics were maintained and the patient was satisfied with the outcome.
