참여자관점에서 공급사슬관리 시스템의 성공에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Determinants of Supply Chain Management Systems Success from Vendor's Perspective)

  • The supply chain management (SCM) systems have emerged as strong managerial tools for manufacturing firms in enhancing competitive strength. Despite of large investments in the SCM systems, many companies are not fully realizing the promised benefits from the systems. A review of literature on adoption, implementation and success factor of IOS (inter-organization systems), EDI (electronic data interchange) systems, shows that this issue has been examined from multiple theoretic perspectives. And many researchers have attempted to identify the factors which influence the success of system implementation. However, the existing studies have two drawbacks in revealing the determinants of systems implementation success. First, previous researches raise questions as to the appropriateness of research subjects selected. Most SCM systems are operating in the form of private industrial networks, where the participants of the systems consist of two distinct groups: focus companies and vendors. The focus companies are the primary actors in developing and operating the systems, while vendors are passive participants which are connected to the system in order to supply raw materials and parts to the focus companies. Under the circumstance, there are three ways in selecting the research subjects; focus companies only, vendors only, or two parties grouped together. It is hard to find researches that use the focus companies exclusively as the subjects probably due to the insufficient sample size for statistic analysis. Most researches have been conducted using the data collected from both groups. We argue that the SCM success factors cannot be correctly indentified in this case. The focus companies and the vendors are in different positions in many areas regarding the system implementation: firm size, managerial resources, bargaining power, organizational maturity, and etc. There are no obvious reasons to believe that the success factors of the two groups are identical. Grouping the two groups also raises questions on measuring the system success. The benefits from utilizing the systems may not be commonly distributed to the two groups. One group's benefits might be realized at the expenses of the other group considering the situation where vendors participating in SCM systems are under continuous pressures from the focus companies with respect to prices, quality, and delivery time. Therefore, by combining the system outcomes of both groups we cannot measure the system benefits obtained by each group correctly. Second, the measures of system success adopted in the previous researches have shortcoming in measuring the SCM success. User satisfaction, system utilization, and user attitudes toward the systems are most commonly used success measures in the existing studies. These measures have been developed as proxy variables in the studies of decision support systems (DSS) where the contribution of the systems to the organization performance is very difficult to measure. Unlike the DSS, the SCM systems have more specific goals, such as cost saving, inventory reduction, quality improvement, rapid time, and higher customer service. We maintain that more specific measures can be developed instead of proxy variables in order to measure the system benefits correctly. The purpose of this study is to find the determinants of SCM systems success in the perspective of vendor companies. In developing the research model, we have focused on selecting the success factors appropriate for the vendors through reviewing past researches and on developing more accurate success measures. The variables can be classified into following: technological, organizational, and environmental factors on the basis of TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) framework. The model consists of three independent variables (competition intensity, top management support, and information system maturity), one mediating variable (collaboration), one moderating variable (government support), and a dependent variable (system success). The systems success measures have been developed to reflect the operational benefits of the SCM systems; improvement in planning and analysis capabilities, faster throughput, cost reduction, task integration, and improved product and customer service. The model has been validated using the survey data collected from 122 vendors participating in the SCM systems in Korea. To test for mediation, one should estimate the hierarchical regression analysis on the collaboration. And moderating effect analysis should estimate the moderated multiple regression, examines the effect of the government support. The result shows that information system maturity and top management support are the most important determinants of SCM system success. Supply chain technologies that standardize data formats and enhance information sharing may be adopted by supply chain leader organization because of the influence of focal company in the private industrial networks in order to streamline transactions and improve inter-organization communication. Specially, the need to develop and sustain an information system maturity will provide the focus and purpose to successfully overcome information system obstacles and resistance to innovation diffusion within the supply chain network organization. The support of top management will help focus efforts toward the realization of inter-organizational benefits and lend credibility to functional managers responsible for its implementation. The active involvement, vision, and direction of high level executives provide the impetus needed to sustain the implementation of SCM. The quality of collaboration relationships also is positively related to outcome variable. Collaboration variable is found to have a mediation effect between on influencing factors and implementation success. Higher levels of inter-organizational collaboration behaviors such as shared planning and flexibility in coordinating activities were found to be strongly linked to the vendors trust in the supply chain network. Government support moderates the effect of the IS maturity, competitive intensity, top management support on collaboration and implementation success of SCM. In general, the vendor companies face substantially greater risks in SCM implementation than the larger companies do because of severe constraints on financial and human resources and limited education on SCM systems. Besides resources, Vendors generally lack computer experience and do not have sufficient internal SCM expertise. For these reasons, government supports may establish requirements for firms doing business with the government or provide incentives to adopt, implementation SCM or practices. Government support provides significant improvements in implementation success of SCM when IS maturity, competitive intensity, top management support and collaboration are low. The environmental characteristic of competition intensity has no direct effect on vendor perspective of SCM system success. But, vendors facing above average competition intensity will have a greater need for changing technology. This suggests that companies trying to implement SCM systems should set up compatible supply chain networks and a high-quality collaboration relationship for implementation and performance.

스마트폰의 지각된 가치와 지속적 사용의도, 그리고 개인 혁신성의 조절효과 (An Empirical Study on Perceived Value and Continuous Intention to Use of Smart Phone, and the Moderating Effect of Personal Innovativeness)

  • With rapid development of ICT (Information and Communications Technology), new services by the convergence of mobile network and application technology began to appear. Today, smart phone with new ICT convergence network capabilities is exceedingly popular and very useful as a new tool for the development of business opportunities. Previous studies based on Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) suggested critical factors, which should be considered for acquiring new customers and maintaining existing users in smart phone market. However, they had a limitation to focus on technology acceptance, not value based approach. Prior studies on customer's adoption of electronic utilities like smart phone product showed that the antecedents such as the perceived benefit and the perceived sacrifice could explain the causality between what is perceived and what is acquired over diverse contexts. So, this research conceptualizes perceived value as a trade-off between perceived benefit and perceived sacrifice, and we need to research the perceived value to grasp user's continuous intention to use of smart phone. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structured relationship between benefit (quality, usefulness, playfulness) and sacrifice (technicality, cost, security risk) of smart phone users, perceived value, and continuous intention to use. In addition, this study intends to analyze the differences between two subgroups of smart phone users by the degree of personal innovativeness. Personal innovativeness could help us to understand the moderating effect between how perceptions are formed and continuous intention to use smart phone. This study conducted survey through e-mail, direct mail, and interview with smart phone users. Empirical analysis based on 330 respondents was conducted in order to test the hypotheses. First, the result of hypotheses testing showed that perceived usefulness among three factors of perceived benefit has the highest positive impact on perceived value, and then followed by perceived playfulness and perceived quality. Second, the result of hypotheses testing showed that perceived cost among three factors of perceived sacrifice has significantly negative impact on perceived value, however, technicality and security risk have no significant impact on perceived value. Also, the result of hypotheses testing showed that perceived value has significant direct impact on continuous intention to use of smart phone. In this regard, marketing managers of smart phone company should pay more attention to improve task efficiency and performance of smart phone, including rate systems of smart phone. Additionally, to test the moderating effect of personal innovativeness, this research conducted multi-group analysis by the degree of personal innovativeness of smart phone users. In a group with high level of innovativeness, perceived usefulness has the highest positive influence on perceived value than other factors. Instead, the analysis for a group with low level of innovativeness showed that perceived playfulness was the highest positive factor to influence perceived value than others. This result of the group with high level of innovativeness explains that innovators and early adopters are able to cope with higher level of cost and risk, and they expect to develop more positive intentions toward higher performance through the use of an innovation. Also, hedonic behavior in the case of the group with low level of innovativeness aims to provide self-fulfilling value to the users, in contrast to utilitarian perspective, which aims to provide instrumental value to the users. However, with regard to perceived sacrifice, both groups in general showed negative impact on perceived value. Also, the group with high level of innovativeness had less overall negative impact on perceived value compared to the group with low level of innovativeness across all factors. In both group with high level of innovativeness and with low level of innovativeness, perceived cost has the highest negative influence on perceived value than other factors. Instead, the analysis for a group with high level of innovativeness showed that perceived technicality was the positive factor to influence perceived value than others. However, the analysis for a group with low level of innovativeness showed that perceived security risk was the second high negative factor to influence perceived value than others. Unlike previous studies, this study focuses on influencing factors on continuous intention to use of smart phone, rather than considering initial purchase and adoption of smart phone. First, perceived value, which was used to identify user's adoption behavior, has a mediating effect among perceived benefit, perceived sacrifice, and continuous intention to use smart phone. Second, perceived usefulness has the highest positive influence on perceived value, while perceived cost has significant negative influence on perceived value. Third, perceived value, like prior studies, has high level of positive influence on continuous intention to use smart phone. Fourth, in multi-group analysis by the degree of personal innovativeness of smart phone users, perceived usefulness, in a group with high level of innovativeness, has the highest positive influence on perceived value than other factors. Instead, perceived playfulness, in a group with low level of innovativeness, has the highest positive factor to influence perceived value than others. This result shows that early adopters intend to adopt smart phone as a tool to make their job useful, instead market followers intend to adopt smart phone as a tool to make their time enjoyable. In terms of marketing strategy for smart phone company, marketing managers should pay more attention to identify their customers' lifetime value by the phase of smart phone adoption, as well as to understand their behavior intention to accept the risk and uncertainty positively. The academic contribution of this study primarily is to employ the VAM (Value-based Adoption Model) as a conceptual foundation, compared to TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) used widely by previous studies. VAM is useful for understanding continuous intention to use smart phone in comparison with TAM as a new IT utility by individual adoption. Perceived value dominantly influences continuous intention to use smart phone. The results of this study justify our research model adoption on each antecedent of perceived value as a benefit and a sacrifice component. While TAM could be widely used in user acceptance of new technology, it has a limitation to explain the new IT adoption like smart phone, because of customer behavior intention to choose the value of the object. In terms of theoretical approach, this study provides theoretical contribution to the development, design, and marketing of smart phone. The practical contribution of this study is to suggest useful decision alternatives concerned to marketing strategy formulation for acquiring and retaining long-term customers related to smart phone business. Since potential customers are interested in both benefit and sacrifice when evaluating the value of smart phone, marketing managers in smart phone company has to put more effort into creating customer's value of low sacrifice and high benefit so that customers will continuously have higher adoption on smart phone. Especially, this study shows that innovators and early adopters with high level of innovativeness have higher adoption than market followers with low level of innovativeness, in terms of perceived usefulness and perceived cost. To formulate marketing strategy for smart phone diffusion, marketing managers have to pay more attention to identify not only their customers' benefit and sacrifice components but also their customers' lifetime value to adopt smart phone.

사용자 로그 분석에 기반한 노인 돌봄 솔루션 구축 전략: 효돌 제품의 사례를 중심으로 (Implementation Strategy for the Elderly Care Solution Based on Usage Log Analysis: Focusing on the Case of Hyodol Product)

  • 고령화 현상이 가속화되고, 취약계층 노인과 관련된 다양한 사회문제가 제기됨에 따라 노인세대의 건강과 안전을 보호하기 위한 효과적인 노인 돌봄 솔루션의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 최근에는 노인 돌봄의 수단으로 첨단화된 ICT 기술을 탑재한 스마트 토이를 활용하고자 하는 사례가 늘고 있다. 특히 스마트 토이를 통해 기록되는 노인 행태에 대한 로그 데이터는 노인 돌봄 관련 정책 수립, 노인 돌봄 서비스 컨셉 기획 및 개발과 같은 분야에 정량적이고 객관적인 설명지표로써 활용 가치가 높을 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 현재까지 노인 돌봄 스마트 토이와 관련된 연구 중 스마트 토이를 통해 기록된 사용자 행동 로그에 주목하여 이를 의사결정에 활용하고자 하는 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기존에 충분히 논의되지 않았던 스마트 토이 사용자 행동 로그 데이터에 대한 분석을 중심으로, 노인 돌봄 솔루션의 사용자 경험 증진을 위한 효과적인 인사이트를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 구체적으로 사용자 프로파일링 기반 행태 분석과 사용 행태에 따른 삶의 질 변화 메커니즘 도출을 단계적으로 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 5개의 노인 생활관리 요인으로부터 노인집단 유형을 분류할 수 있는 2개의 중요한 차원을 도출하였으며, 도출한 차원에 근거하여 전체 노인 사용자를 3개의 유형으로 분류하고 유형별 스마트 토이 사용 행태 차이를 프로파일링 분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 이후 스마트 토이 사용 행태에 따른 삶의 질 변화 메커니즘을 도출하기 위한 단계적 회귀분석을 수행하였으며, 스마트 토이와의 상호작용, 스마트 토이의 콘텐츠 사용, 스마트 토이가 관찰한 노인의 가정 내 활동 정도가 노인의 우울감 개선과 생활패턴 개선에 미치는 영향 및 이를 중재하는 경로로써 스마트 토이에 대한 사용자의 성능평가와 만족감의 역할을 밝혀내었다.

Rat에 sulfamethazine sodium 경구투여 후 혈청 및 실질장기내 sulfamethazine의 잔류량 추이에 관한 연구 (Study on the changes of sulfamethnzine residues in serum and practical organs of rats orally administrated with sulfamethnzine sodium)

  • In order to know the depletive changes of sulfamethazine residues in senlm and practical organs of rats orally administered with sulfamethazine sodium(SMS), the concentration of sulfamethazine was measured in serum and tissue(kidney, liver, spleen, testis, and skeletal muscle) of rats with using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). SMS was orally administrated to sprague-dawley male rats(body weight, 200~300g) with using sonde at the rate of 20mg/100g body weight(recommended therapeutic dose) on once a day for 3 days. There were investigated the depletive changes of the sulfamethazine in serum, kidney, liver, spleen, testis and skeletal muscle of rat at the time 8 hours, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th day after administration SMS, respectively. The results obtained were summarized as follows; 1. After oral administration of the SMS, the mean concentrations of sulfamethazine in serum according to the time lapsed were showed 215.53$\pm$42.99ppm at the 8 hours after withdrawal of medicated sulfamethazine. And gradually according to the time lapsed, the concentrations of sulfamethazine residues in serum were significantly (p<.05) decreased 25.87$\pm$5.18ppm at 1st day, 2.30$\pm$0.61ppm at 3rd day and 0.11$\pm$0.02ppm at 6th day respectively. 2. The mean concentrations of sulfamethazine in kidney, liver, spleen, muscle and testis according to the time lapsed after administration SMS were showed 83.82$\pm$12.16, 81.77$\pm$12.88, 36.96$\pm$5.35, 35.96$\pm$TEX>$\pm$1.39 and 27.89$\pm$1.92 ppm at the 8 hours, respectively. And gradually according to the time lapsed, the concentrations of sulfamethazine residues in the each of samples were significantly(p<.05) decreased such as 7.15$\pm$0.26, 5.62$\pm$0.72, 2.43$\pm$0.29, 1.99$\pm$0.14 and 3.11$\pm$0.48 ppm at 1st day, 0.52$\pm$0.04, 1.32$\pm$0.22, 0.13$\pm$0.03, 0.15$\pm$0.06 and 0.26$\pm$0.11ppm at 3rd day, and 0.03$\pm$0.01, 0.11$\pm$0.03, 0.02$\pm$0.01, 0.009$\pm$0.001 and 0.02$\pm$0.01 ppm at 6th day, respectively. 3. After oral administration of the SMS to rats, the residual concentrations of sulfamethazine in skeletal muscle were significantly (p<.05) decreased 35.96$\pm$1.39 to 0.009$\pm$$\pm$0.001 ppm between 8 hours and 6th day, respectively From the 4th day, the residual concentrations of sulfamethazine were showed 0.10$\pm$0.04 ppm below 0.1 ppm at the permitted limit concentration of muscle in Korea. In conclusion, this study could be suggested the relationship between administrated period, doses of sulfonamides and residual aspects of serum and practical organs, and the importance of observing ceasing period of antibiotic drugs before forwarding livestocks to slaughter.

만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자의 영양상태 평가 (Assessment of nutritional status of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)

  • 연구배경 : 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자에서 영양결핍이 흔히 나타나며, 그 원인기전은 섭취의 부족보다는 호흡근의 열량요구량의 증가에 따른 과신진대사로 인하여 상대적인 결핍이 초래되기 때문으로 알려져 있다. 또한 만성 패쇄성 폐질환에서 영양결핍은 폐기능, 근력 및 운동수행능 등의 생리적 척도와도 유의한 상관관계를 보이며, 나아가서는 예후에도 영향을 미치는 독립적인 인자로 보고된 바 있다. 방법 : 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환 환자와 유사연령의 건강한 대조군에서 영양섭취량을 조사하였고, 신체계측과 혈액검사 등의 영양상태의 지표를 평가하였으며, 영양상태의 평가지표들과 만성 폐쇄성 폐질환의 중요한 폐기능지표인 1초간 노력성 호기량과의 상관성을 조사하였다. 결과 : 1) 대상 환자는 남자 25예였으며, 평균연령은 66.1세였고, 1초간 노력성 호기량의 예측치에 대한 비율은 $42{\pm}14%$였다. 대조군은 폐기능이 정상인 건강한 남자 26예였고, 평균연령은 65.0세였다. 2) 1일 열량섭취량/열량요구량 비율은 환자군에서 $107{\pm}28%$, 대조군에서 $94{\pm}14%$로 환자군에서 높은 경향을 보였다(p=0.06). 3) 환자군과 대조군의 비만도가 92.8% 및 101.6%로(p=0.024), 신체비만지수가 $20.0kg/m^2$$21.9kg/m^2$ 로(p=0.015), 악력이 29.0kg 및 34.3kg으로(p=0.003), 환자군에서 유의하게 낮았으나, 상완삼두근부위 피부두겹두께, 상완위 근육둘레, 알부민 및 총림프구수는 두 군간에 유의한 차이가 없었다. 환자군에서 저체중군의 비율은 40%(10/25)였고, 대조군에서는 15%(4/26)였다. 4) 비만도, 신체비만지수, 상완삼두근부위 피부두겹두께, 상완위 근육둘레 등은 1초간 노력성 호기량과 유의한 상관성이 있었다. 결론 : 이상의 결과에서 만성 패쇄성 폐질환 환자는 저체중과 말초근력의 저하 등 영양결핍의 소견을 보이나, 그 원인이 섭취량은 부족에 기인하지 않음을 알 수 있었으며, 영양상태 평가의 지표들이 1초간 노력성 호기량과 유의하게 상관됨을 알 수 있었다.

노인 하지불안증후군에서의 인지기능 저하 (Mild Impairments in Cognitive Function in the Elderly with Restless Legs Syndrome)

  • 목 적: 하지불안증후군에서의 인지기능 저하는 흔히 동반되는 수면박탈, 불안, 우울 등에 의해 영향을 받는다. 본 연구의 목적은 투약 받지 않고 있는 한국 노인 인구에서 하지불안증후군과 인지기능 저하와의 관련성을 동반 증상의 영향을 배제하고 살펴보는 것이다. 방 법: 연구대상은 25명의 투약 받고 있지 않은 한국 노인 하지불안증후군 환자군과 나이, 성별, 교육연한에 따라 짝지은 50명의 대조군이다. 모든 연구대상에 대해 CERAD-K 신경심리평가, 중증인지감퇴평가 척도, 전두엽 기능 평가, 그리고 시계 그리기 검사(CLOX)를 포함한 광범위한 인지기능 평가를 시행하였다. 또한 수면의 질 평가를 위해 피츠버그 수면의 질 지수(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI), 우울증의 평가를 위해 노인우울척도(Geriatric Depression Scale, GDS)를 사용하였다. 결 과: 환자군과 대조군 사이의 PSQI와 GDS 점수의 차이는 없었다. 구성 재인 검사에서 환자군이 대조군에 비해 더 낮은 점수를 보였으며(t=-2.384, p=0.02), 이를 제외한 모든 영역의 인지기능 평가에서 환자군과 대조군의 유의미한 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 우울감이 있는 대상($GDS{\geq}10$)은 그렇지 않은 군에 비해 언어 유창성, 간이 정신상태 검사, 단어목록기억, 길 만들기 검사, 전두엽 기능 평가의 영역에서 유의한 인지기능 저하를 보였다. 수면의 질이 낮은 대상(PSQI>5)은 그렇지 않은 군에 비해 인지기능 평가의 전 영역에서 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결 론: 본 연구에서 하지불안증후군 환자군을 대조군과 비교한 결과 환자군은 불면과 우울의 영향을 배제하면 비교적 인지기능이 보존된 것으로 관찰되었다. 환자군에서 관찰되었던 시각 인지 영역의 저하는 하지불안증후군에서의 도파민 신경전달계의 장애와 연관하여 해석해 볼 수 있다.

외과적 손씻기 및 외과용 장갑의 천공율에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Surgical Hand Scrub and Surgical Glove Perforation)

  • Post - operative wound infections have been a serious problem in nursing care in the operating room and appear to be strongly related to the infection occurring during the performance of operation. The purpose of this study is to identify patterns in duration of surgical hand scrub (SHS), to evaluate the method of SHS and to examine the rate of glove perforation. Subjects for this study include 244 doctors and 169 nurses working in the operative theatre of a hospital in Seoul area. Test samples and related data were collected from this medical facility between April 1, through 15, and July 1, through 5, 1995 by the author and a staff member working in the operating room. For the study, data on the SHS of doctors and nurses were obtained at the time of operation and multiple batches of surgical gloves worn by the operating doctors were collected after each operation. The duration of SHS was measured with a stop watch and the method of SHS was evaluated according to Scoring Hand Scrub Criteria (SHS Criteria) and expressed as SHS scores. For the analysis of the data, t-test was used to compare the differences in the duration and the SHS scores of doctors and nurses, and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to examine the relationship between the SHS duration and the SHS scores. The results of the study are summarized as follows. 1) The mean time spent in each SHS was 167 seconds in nurses, and 127 seconds in doctors. The data comparing nurses and doctors indicated that there were significant differences in Our ation of SH S between these two groups (t=5.58, p=.000). 2) The mean time spent in the first SHS was 145 seconds and that in the End SHS, 135 seconds, and there was not a significant difference in the duration of the SHS between doctors and nurses (t=1.44, P=.156). 3) The mean time spent in the SHS by OS (Orthopaedic surgery) doctors was 162 seconds, 150 seconds by NS(Neurologic surgery), 121 seconds by GS(General surgery), 94 seconds by OPH(Opthalmology) and DS(Dental surgery), 82 seconds by URO(Urology), 78 seconds by PS(Plastic surgery) and 40 seconds by ENT(Ear, Nose & Throat) These also showed a significant difference in the duration of the SHS among the medical specialities (t=4.8, P=.0001). 4) The average SHS score of the nurses was 15.2, while that of doctors was 13.1. The statistical analysis showed that t-value was 3.66, p was. 000. This indicates that the nurses actually clean their hands more thoroughly than the doctors do. 5) The average SHS score of NS doctors was 15.5, 15.3 for doctors for OPH,14.3 for OS,12.7 for GS, 12.0 for DS, 11.7 for URO, 10.1 for PS, 7.5 for ENT. Comparison of the average SHS scores from 8 specialties showed that there was a significant differences in the patterns of the SHS (F=5.08, P=.000) among medical specialties. 6) It appears that the operating personnel scrub the palms and dorsum of their hand relatively well, however, less thorough the nails and fingers. 7) The more the operating personnel spend their time in hand scrubbing, the more correctly they clean their hands(r=.6427, P<.001). 8) The overall frequencies of perforation in all post-operative gloves tested was 38 out of 389 gloves (10.3%). The perforation rate for PS was 13%, 12.1% for GS,8.8% for 05, and 3.3% for NS.

한국인의 만성 알코올 중독 진단을 위한 모발에서 Ethyl Glucuronide (EtG) 분석법 연구 (Analysis of ethyl glucuronide (EtG) in Hair for the diagnosis of chronic alcohol abuse of Korean)

  • 일반적인 음료처럼 주변에 손쉽게 구할 수 있는 알코올(술)은 남용 및 중독 섭취로 인하여 사망에 이를 수 있을 만큼 유해한 물질이므로 적정량의 음주량을 유지하고 올바른 음주습관을 가지는 것이 중요하다. 뿐만 아니라 적정량 이상의 알코올을 장기간 섭취함으로써 야기될 수 있는 행동장애 및 판단장애로 인해 일어나는 사건 또한 상당하므로, 각종 사건, 사고에서 관련자가 음주 상태였는지, 그리고 관련자의 알코올 중독 여부를 확인하는 것이 법과학적으로 매우 중요하다. 현재 우리나라에서는 혈액이나 뇨에서 알코올 농도 혹은 알코올 대사체인 ethyl glucuronide (EtG)를 검출하는 것으로 알코올 섭취 여부를 판단하고 있다. 하지만 혈액이나 뇨에서 알코올이나 EtG를 검출하는 것은 검출 가능 시간이 짧기 때문에 비교적 최근 음주에 대한 정보만을 알 수 있다는 한계가 있다. 그러므로 오랫동안 알코올 대사체가 존재할 수 있는 모발에서 EtG를 검출하여, 장기간의 음주 여부와 주취 정도를 분석하고 알코올 중독 여부를 진단하고자 하였다. 이번 연구에서는 지속적인 음주를 하는 한국인의 모발 시료를 대상으로, 일관성 있으면서 효율적으로 모발에서 EtG를 추출 및 전처리 하는 방법을 정립하고 이를 LC-MS/MS를 이용하여 정성 정량하는 분석법을 확립하였으며, 평소 음주를 하는 사회 음주자의 실제 모발과 만성 알코올 중독이 의심되는 변사자의 모발을 대상으로 EtG를 분석해 보았다. 이 연구 결과는 한국인의 알코올 중독 진단 및 치료 과정에서 금주를 모니터링 하는 데 유용할 뿐만 아니라, 양육권 관련 법적 절차나 운전면허 재발급 및 갱신 등을 위한 절차에 근거로 응용할 수도 있을 것이다. 또한 변사자들의 알코올 남용에 대한 확실한 객관적 지표를 제공함으로써 보다 명확한 사인을 규명하는데 법과학적 응용 가능성이 기대된다.

초등학생의 과학탐구기능 향상을 위한 명시적이고 반성적인 교수.학습전략 개발 및 적용 -관찰과 분류를 중심으로- (Development and Application of the Explicit and Reflective Learning Strategy for Enhancement of the Elementary School Students' Basic Inquiry Skills -Based on Observation and Classification-)

  • 이 연구에서는 초등학생의 관찰과 분류를 중심으로 한 명시적이고 반성적인 교수 학습전략을 개발, 적용하여 학생들의 과학 탐구기능 향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 명시적이고 반성적인 교수 학습전략은 이론적 고찰 후에 초안을 개발하고 전문가 검토를 거쳐 수정, 보완하였다. 실제 수업 진행을 위해 실험집단은 명시적이고 반성적인 교수 학습전략을 적용하여 수업하였고, 통제집단은 교사용지도서에 따른 일반적인 수업을 하였다. 학생들은 수업시행 전 후 과학탐구능력검사와 수업시행 후 학업성취도 검사를 하였다. 그리고 수업전사자료, 심층면담, 교사의 반성적 저널을 통해서 수업 전 후 탐구기능의 변화를 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과로 첫째, 개발한 교수 학습전략의 단계를 (1) 동기유발하기, (2) 반성적으로 탐색하기, (3) 명시적으로 안내하기, (4) 명시적으로 탐구하기, (5) 반성적으로 검증하기의 5단계로 설정하였다. 둘째, 개발한 교수 학습전략의 수업 적용 결과, 정량분석에서는 관찰과 분류에 대한 탐구능력의 성취도 향상이 전체(관찰과 분류를 합한 탐구능력)와 관찰능력에는 효과적이었으나, 분류능력에는 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 개발된 수업전략을 적용한 수업은 학업성취도 향상에 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 특히 학업성취도와 탐구능력의 상관관계를 분석한 결과, 학업성취도를 높이기 위해서는 탐구능력의 향상이 중요하다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 정성분석결과, 개발한 교수 학습전략을 적용한 수업에서 교사의 명시적인 안내와 소집단 활동을 통하여 반성적인 학습활동이 이루어졌다. 이는 학생의 관찰과 분류의 탐구기능 향상에 효과적이었다. 그리고 정량분석과 정성분석 결과를 통해 과학탐구의 가장 기본적인 관찰기능이 형성된 후 이를 바탕으로 분류기능이 향상됨을 알 수 있었다.

중소 벤처기업의 조직공정성과 공유가치, 직무만족이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향: 조직신뢰의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Influence of Organizational Justice, Shared Values and Job Satisfaction on Innovative Behaviors in Small & Medium Venture Enterprises: Focusing on the Mediating Effect of Organizational Trust)

  • 우리 사회가 성숙해지면서 사회적 자본으로서 신뢰에 대한 관심이 커지고 있으며, 사회적 자본에 대한 연구가 시민사회와 국가경제 발전에 대한 사회학적 관심에서 출발하여 기업의 역량강화에 대한 관심으로 확산되고 있다. 특히 중소벤처기업의 경우 최소인원으로 핵심기능만을 조직화한 창업이 늘어나고, 핵심기능에 집중하는 부문별 Partner의 책임경영 체제가 강조되면서 기업의 가치창조를 결정하는 변인과 과정에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 중소벤처기업의 가치창조와 장기적 생존을 위하여 필수적인 구성원의 협력과 조직의 혁신행동을 달성하기 위한 변인과 과정을 알아보기 위하여 실증적 연구를 시도하였다. 기업조직의 수준에서 Nahapiet & Ghoshal이 제안한 사회적 자본의 3가지 차원 즉, 구조적 차원, 인지적 차원, 관계적 차원의 변수로서 조직공정성, 공유가치, 조직신뢰를 선택하고 기업성과의 선행변수인 직무만족을 거쳐 기업성과의 대용변수인 혁신행동에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설을 수립하여 검정하였다. 기업의 조직구성과 운영은 사회적 계약관계이므로 조직공정성과 공유가치가 직무만족에 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 직무만족이 혁신행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 조직신뢰는 직무만족과 혁신행동 사이의 관계에 매개효과를 갖는 인지적 과정과 조직적 맥락을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 직무만족이 혁신행동에 미치는 직접적 효과(69%)에 비하여 조직신뢰가 혁신행동에 미치는 간접적 효과(31%)가 작지 않게 나타났으며 상대적으로 중요한 변수로 관찰되었다. 구성원 30인 이하의 중소벤처기업의 경우에는 직접효과(36%)보다 오히려 간접효과(64%)가 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 구성원의 직무만족을 높이기 위한 노력과 함께 조직신뢰를 최우선적으로 확보하여야 한다는 점을 보여준 것이다. 본 연구의 의의는 구성원 30인 이하의 중소벤처기업의 경우 조직신뢰가 조직공정성, 공유가치, 직무만족보다 더욱 큰 영향력을 갖는 변수라는 점을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에 있다. 추가적으로 혁신과 생존을 위하여 조직신뢰를 포함한 사회적 자본의 제반요소를 강화하기 위한 실행방안을 논의하였다.
