Although many prior studies have investigated the relationship between supply chain and new product development (NPD), the causal relationship between them has not been clearly established. Therefore, this study investigated systematically over the entire process of supply chain management (SCM) from trust to NPD capability, including not only the associations between trust, commitment, collaboration, supply chain quality, and NPD capability, but also the impact of organizational culture in the context of supply chain. In particular, this study examined the mediating effect of commitment on the relationship between trust and collaboration of channel members. In addition, it studies the moderating effect of organizational culture on the relationship between collaboration, supply chain quality, and NPD capability. Using a questionnaire survey, 112 usable responses are obtained. PLS (partial least square) is employed to assess the relationships among related constructs. The results of the data analysis show that (1) commitment mediates the link between trust and collaboration (2) supply chain quality is positively associated with NPD capability, and (3) organizational culture significantly moderates the association between collaboration and supply chain quality, yet it does not the relationship SC quality and NPD capability. Finally, the implications of the results are discussed, and directions for future research are suggested.

본 연구는 전통적인 관계마케팅의 기본모형을 보완하여 e-비지니스에 적용 할 수 있는 실행모형을 제시하였다. 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 중심으로 한 고객관계의 특성 및 영향 요인에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 관계형성의 영향요인으로 커뮤니케이션 이론을 적용하였다. 통제 가능한 요인인 커뮤니케이션 특성이 e-비지니스에서 관계의 신뢰와 몰입을 중심으로 장기지향성에 미치는 영향정도를 파악하고자 하였다. 분석 결과 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 제공하는 정보의 질이 좋을수록 고객의 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치며 고객에 대한 쇼핑몰의 반응이 좋을수록 고객의 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 고객의 신뢰가 높을수록 관계몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치며 고객의 신뢰와 관계몰입이 높을수록 각각 장기지향성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

The paper has used the Solow-Swan growth model to analyze the long-term impact of credit market development and stock market development on economic growth in Asia from 2000 to 2019. The empirical model is performed with panel cointegration analysis by Common Correlated Effects (CCE) method with cross-sectional dependencies. The results find that there exists a cointegration relationship among stock market, credit market development, and economic growth. These results also show that financial structure improves the exact impact of financial development on economic growth, namely the opposite effect of stock market development and credit market development. Moreover, the Granger causality test reveals a bi-directional relationship between credit market development and economic growth, while only unidirectional causality from stock market development to economic growth for the whole group panel. And it is different for a specific country, according to Kónya's test. The view of the new structuralism does not apply in the Asian financial system when we estimate the Nonlinear Autoregressive Distributed Lag model (NARDL) to analyze the asymmetric relationship between financial structure and economic growth. On the whole, policymakers can draw on the findings to provide policy implications to improve their country's financial system as well as pursue the goal of sustainable economic growth.

The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relationship developmental activity of the marine sports among the educational value and barrier's factors in a middle school teachers in Busan. Responses were collected from 352 questionnaires which participated in the survey chosen by convenient sampling from the middle school teachers who working the area of Busan. A total of 338 responses were used in data analysis; 14 questionnaires were excluded form data analysis because of incomplete or missing data. To conduct this study the multiple regression analysis was used by SPSS 10.0. The result of this study disclosed; first, The factors of educational value such as self-concept development, collaboration, human relationship, and emotional development were statistically causal relationship with the developmental activity of the marine sports. The other factors of creativity, leisure activity, and health were not statistically causal relationship with the development activity of the marine sports. Second, the barrier's factors of facility and weather were statistically causal relationship with the developmental activity of the marine sports. The other barrier's factors of safety accident, program, and participation expense were not statistically causal relationship with the developmental activity of the marine sports.

Background: Emergency workers such as firefighters are cataloged within the most demanding and injurious professions globally. Considering the health and safety implications in firefighting, a lot of research needs to be conducted to examine how firefighters' task characteristics and their work demand influence the development of work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). This study therefore examines how the task characteristics of firefighters moderates the relationship between their work demand and the development of WMSDs. Methods: Convenient sampling was employed to select 320 firefighters in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, correlation, and regression. Results: The findings revealed that work demand and task characteristics have significant positive effects on WMSDs. Again, the task characteristics of firefighters moderates the relationship between their work demand and WMSDs. Conclusion: Since the study shows that task characteristics influences the relationship between work demand and WMSDs, it is vital for managers to constantly modify the nature of tasks performed by and work demand of emergency workers to minimize the development of WMSDs and other industrial health complications.

본 연구는 무용수업 참여 정도가 사회성발달과 또래 관계에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있으며 다음과 같은 결과가 나왔다. 첫째, 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 사회성발달과 또래 관계의 차이에서는 성별에서 또래 관계의 하위요인 경쟁심은 남학생이 높게 나타났으며, 학년에 따른 또래 관계의 하위요인 중 자신감은 2학년 학생이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 중학생의 무용수업 참여 정도에 따라 사회성발달에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 무용수업 참여기간은 사회성 하위요인 자율성, 성취성, 협동성에 유의한 영향을 주며 참여빈도는 책임성, 활동성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 무용수업 참여 기간이 증가할수록 사회성발달에 발달한다는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 중학생의 무용수업 참여 정도가 또래 관계에 미치는 영향성을 살펴본 결과 무용수업 참여 기간이 높을수록 또래 관계 하위요인들이 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 참여 기간이 증가할수록 적대감이 감소한 결과가 나타났다. 즉 참여 시간, 참여빈도, 참여 기간 모두 증가할수록 또래 관계에 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Purpose: This paper aims to determine features of the relationship between human development, tourism and national brand. Research design, data and methodology: ranking indicators, cluster analysis, K means method, correlation analysis. Results: The analysis covers data for 95 countries for 2019. The number of countries is justified by the availability of comparable data for calculations. A direct relationship between the indicators for the entire sample has been revealed in the result of the correlation analysis. However, this relationship has not been confirmed for the groups of countries that were formed through the cluster analysis. Spearman Rank Order and Kendall Tau Correlations have been calculated for the five obtained clusters. In two of the five clusters, the relationship between the indicators has not been found. A strong negative link between all the indicators has been detected in the cluster with average index values. A strong positive link between TTCI and BSI has been revealed in the group of countries with the best index values. A strong positive link between TTCI and HDI has been found in the group of countries with the worst index values. Conclusions: The analysis demonstrates that there is a relationship between BSI, TTCI and HDI, and while this link is observed for the sample as a whole, it is not homogeneous for groups of countries.

This paper concerns with parent-child relationship program for the adolescents' parents(PCRP). The purpose of this paper is to develop a model for the strength of the relationship between parents and their children as well as to prevent adolescent's individual and social problems The contents of PCRP based on the theoretical background consist of our parts: understanding adolescent physical and psychological development understanding adolescent sexuality developing effective communication skills and developing conflict solving skills. Implicationsh for the program evaluation methods and further development of family life education are discussed.

In this paper, I empirically estimate the relationship between digital technology and climate technology using the United States Patent and Trademark Office's patent database. I find that innovation in digital technology increases the number of patents for climate technology by 17.3% on average, with digital data-processing technology and machine-learning-related technologies especially playing a key role in this relationship. Designing and implementing detailed policies that take into account the relationship between the two technologies will help us reduce the time required to achieve carbon neutrality and shift to the digital economy.

The purpose of this study is to identify in two aspects the relationship between standardization activities and technological development at the firm level. The first aspect is to analyze the relationship between the current Korean industrial standards system and the firm's technological development vis-a-vis quality standards. The analysis reveals that even if Korean firms recognize the importance of standards, the level of product quality of the KS mark is still lower compared to the average world level. The survey also reveals that the reasons for acquiring ISO and KS marks are mainly aimed at enforcing company image and increasing quality management mind, rather than to foster technological innovation. The second aspect explores how much Korean industrial standards (KS marks) affect the firm's technological development in the Process of standards acquisition activities. The survey results show that standardization activities have a less positive impact on technological innovation than on the maintenance of consistent production works.
