코로나19 두려움과 아동의 생활역량 간의 관계에서 스마트폰 과의존의 매개효과 연구 (The Study on the Mediating Effect of Smartphone Overdependence in the Relationship between Fears of COVID-19 and Life Competencies of Children)

  • 본 연구에서는 코로나19 두려움이 아동의 생활역량에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고, 이 관계에 영향을 미치는 스마트폰 과의존의 매개효과를 검증해 보았다. 연구수행을 위해 K지역에 살고 있는 아동 중 스마트폰을 사용하고 있는 아동 250명을 연구대상으로 조사하였다. 주요 연구결과, 코로나19 두려움이 높을수록 아동의 생활역량은 낮아져 아동의 생활역량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 코로나19 두려움은 스마트폰 과의존에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 아동의 코로나19 두려움과 생활역량의 관계에서 스마트폰 과의존은 완전매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 코로나19와 같은 사회적 재난 위기에서 아동의 건강한 성장과 발달을 도모하기 위해 아동의 스마트폰 과의존을 조절하고 생활역량을 향상시킬 수 있는 융복합적 개입 및 실천 전략을 제시하였다.

문제발견 능력과 화학 문제해결 능력과의 관계 (Relationship Between Problem Finding Ability and Problem Solving Ability in Chemistry)

  • 연구의 목적은 고등학생들의 문제발견 능력과 화학 문제해결 능력 사이에 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 낮게 구조화된 과학 관련 문제 상황에서 문제발견 활동 결과와 대학수학능력시험 화학I의 모의평가 결과 간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 문제발견 능력은 화학I 모의평가 점수와 상관(r=.346)이 있었으며, 평가 요소 중 ‘적용 능력'과 약간의 상관관계(r=.390)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 상위 집단의 유창성이 적용 능력과 높은 상관관계(r=.446)가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 화학I의 성취도가 높은 학생들의 개념 적용 능력은 다양한 문제를 발견하는 능력과 밀접한 관련성이 있음을 의미한다. 또한 화학I 모의평가에서 높은 점수를 받은 학생들과 낮은 점수를 받은 학생들의 문제발견 능력은 차이가 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다(t=.830, p=.411).

아동간호사의 공감정도에 관한 연구 -간호사와 입원아동 어머니를 대상으로- (A Study on the Empathy of Pediatric nurses)

  • Empathy is an essential factor for establishing therapeutic relationship. Especially for pediatric nursing, the nurses need to know how to perceive children's feeling and thought and to express her understanding about them affectively. So, empathy is considered as an important concept in pediatric nursing. This study was attempted to measure the empathic ability of pediatric nurses by pediatric nurses and mothers of hospitalized children. The subject of this study consisted of 83 pediatric nurses and 106 mothers of hospitalized children in 4 hospitals in Seoul and 1 hospital in Kyung-Gi. Data were collected from Jan. 14 to Feb. 6, 1997, by the questionnair method. The instrument for this study was the Empathic Construct Rating Scale : ECRS(60-item, 5 point scale). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test and ANOVA. Results of this study are summarized as follows 1. Pediatric nurses perceived their empathic ability to be moderately high (Mn=3.71). The level of perceived empathic ability of the pediatric nurses showed no significance by general characteristics. 2. The mothers of hospitalized children perceived nurses' empathic ability to be moderate(Mn=3.27). The level of perceived nurses' empathic ability of the mothers of hospitalized children showed significant differences by the experience of hospitalization of the children and the age of the mothers. 3. The perceived nurses' empathic ability of the mothers was significantly low than of the pediatric nurses(t=6.50, P<.001). From the above results, it can be concluded, that the empathic ability of the pediatric nurses is not sufficient for caring children and mothers of ficiently. So, the pediatric nurses' empathic ability is needed to improve through facilitative relationship training as refreshment in-service education program.

간호대학생의 기본소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 및 수행능력과의 관계 (Relationship among Knowledge, Attitude, Self-Confidence and Performance Ability on Basic Life Support in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 기본소생술에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행자신감 및 수행능력과의 관계를 파악하고, 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 관련요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 간호대학생 4학년 85명을 대상으로 하였으며, 설문조사와 수행능력 관찰평가 방법으로 시행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple Linear Regression을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 기본소생술에 대한 지식과 수행자신감이 높을수록 수행능력이 높았으며, 기본소생술에 대한 지식, 교육 횟수, 마지막 교육시기가 3개월 이내가 수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 기본소생술 수행능력을 유지하기 위해서는 3개월 이내 교육과 반복교육이 중요하므로 이를 위한 교육방법이 개발되어야 한다고 생각한다.

자녀의 영상미디어 이용에 대한 어머니의 교육적, 의례적 목적이 유아의 영상미디어 조절능력에 미치는 영향: 유아 영상미디어 시청시간의 매개효과 (Do Mothers' Educational and Ritualized Reasons for Allowing Their Children to Use Screen Media Affect Children's Screen Media Regulation Ability via Their Screen Media Time?)

  • This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of the screen media time of young children on the relationship between mothers' reasons for allowing young children to use screen media and their children's ability to regulate screen media. The participants consisted of 614 children aged 5-6 (312 boys and 302 girls), and all the survey questions were answered by their mothers. Descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, structural equation modeling, and bootstrapping analysis were employed to analyze the data using SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 8.6. The results were as follows. First, mothers' educational and ritualized reasons for allowing young children to use screen media and children's screen media time directly affected young children's ability to regulate screen media. Second, children's screen media time mediated the relationship between mothers' educational and ritualized reasons for allowing their children to use screen media and children's ability to regulate screen media. When mothers permitted their children to use screen media for educational purposes, their children were likely to spend less time on screen media usage which, in turn, increased their ability to regulate screen media. Conversely, the more mothers allowed their children to use screen media for ceremonial purposes, the more time their children spent on screen media and the less ability they had to regulate screen media usage. These outcomes suggest that, to improve children's screen media regulation ability, mothers must not routinely allow their children to use screen media and should manage their children's screen media time.

Structural Equation Model Analysis of Communication Ability by Havruta Teaching-Learning Method

  • 본 연구는 하브루타 교수-학습법을 대학생들의 전공 수업에 적용하여 의사소통 능력의 효과성 평가와 하위요인의 관계를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하는 것이다. 연구 결과 의사소통 능력 점수는 하브루타 교수-학습 전·후에 따라 달라졌으며 하브루타 교수-학습 전보다 하브루타 교수-학습 후가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 경로 효과는 직접 효과에서 해석 능력과 역할수행 능력의 목표설정 능력 간의 관계를 제외한 잠재 변수들 간의 총효과, 직접효과, 간접효과에서 모두 유의미하게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 하브루타 교수-학습 방법은 창의력과 사고력을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 자기 주도적 학습능력도 향상시킬 수 있다는 것을 파악하였다. 또한 사회성 발달과 의사소통 능력은 물론 자신과 다른 의견들을 경험해보면서 문제해결 능력을 키울 수 있는 교수-학습법이라는 것을 재확인하였다. 결과적으로 호모마키나 시대에 걸맞은 철저한 학생중심 교수-학습법의 연구는 지속되어야 하고 교육현장에서의 적용이 반드시 실행되어야 될 것이다.

임상치과위생사의 포커싱적 태도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The effect of focusing manner on job performance by clinical dental hygienists)

  • This study was undertaken to confirm the relationship between the manner of focus and job performance of clinical dental hygienists. A survey was conducted, and the results of the survey were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. As a result, in the correlation between job performance ability and focusing manner and appreciation of the experience process, which are sub-factors of job performance ability and focusing manner, r=.161 (p<0.1) and appropriate distance r=.229 (p<0.1) indicated a positive (+) correlation. Multiple regression analysis revealed that the factors that have the greatest influence on job performance are type of workplace (β=-0.381), focusing attitude (β=0.166), marital status (β=-0.156), and age (β=0.152). Therefore, by confirming the relationship between focusing and job performance ability, we intend to provide the basic data necessary to prepare measures to improve dental hospital management and job performance.

Planfulness Ability as a Mediator of the Relationship between Learning from Supervisor and Readiness for Change: Empirical Evidence from India

  • The present research aims to examine whether learning from the supervisor influences readiness for change with the mediating impact of planfulness. Drawing upon the theory of planned behavior, it is hypothesized that learning from the supervisor positively impacts planfulness ability in individuals, which in turn enhances the readiness for change. Through using convenience sampling, the sample of 451 was collected from employees working full-time in the manufacturing and I.T. service organizations in India. Structural equation modeling and regression analysis indicate that learning from the supervisor is positively associated with readiness for change and planfulness. Additionally, planfulness fully mediated the relationship between learning from the supervisor and readiness to change. The findings of the present research highlight that continuous support and learning from the supervisor enhances the planfulness ability of the individual and consequently enhances individual readiness for change. The current research is pioneering in testing the hypothetical model associating learning from the supervisor, planfulness, and readiness for change.

거동불편 노인의 가족관계와 의.식생활에 관한 연구 -(제1보) 편마비 노인의 운동능력 특성과 의생활- (Studies on Family Caregiving, Clothing and Nutrition of Disabled Elderly -(Part I) A Study on the Motor Ability Traits of the Hemiplegic Aged and their Clothing-)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out problems which occured between clothes and motor ability traits of the hemiplegic aged. The samples were 32 hemiplegic aged men and were compared with 43 healthy aged men. Motor ability of the samples were measured by ROM test, muscle power test and finger function test(grip strength, hand's coordination, lateral pinch, 3pt. pinch). Design of the clothes consisted of 25 variables and the analysis of dressing and undressing motion consist of 10 motions of dressing and undressing dress shirts and 8 motions of trousers. The results were as follows: 1. There were significant relationship between ROM and muscle power and finger function of the hemiplegic aged(P<.001). 2. There were significant differences between the nomal side's finger function of the hemiplegic aged and that of the healthy group(P<.001). 3. The designs of clothes such as tutle neck line, long sleeve, button cuffs, fastening lace, open zipper and belt of trousers gave much difficulty to the hemiplegic when dressing and undressing. 4. The most difficult motion of dressing and undressing was fastening when dressing both dress shirts and trousers. 5. There were partly significant relationship between design of clothes and ROM, muscle power, finger function of hemiplegic aged man. 6. There were partly significant relationship between the degree of difficulty in dressing and undressing motions and ROM, muscle power, finger function of hemiplegic aged man.

간호사의 자아상과 간호업무성과와의 관계에서 셀프리더십의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Self-leadership in Relationship between Self-image and Work Performance of Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the research is to investigate the effect of self-image on work performance and controlling ability of self-leadership in relationship in between self-image and work performance. Methods: The data were collected from Mar 16th to April 15th 2009, a descriptive survey study was conducted with 140 nurses. Results: The hypothesis "Self image of nurse would affect on work performance" is supported ($R^2$=.335, p<.001). In the hypothesis of "Self-leadership would have controlling ability on self-image and work performance", as a result of regression analysis in independent variables of self-image(A) and self-leadership(B), adding relation of both variable($A{\times}B$) would increase in 36.6% (p<.05). Conclusion: Self-image of nurse was confirmed that it had positive effect on work performance and that it had moderating ability on relationship between self-image and work performance. The shaping and strategic operation are required to increase self-leadership and positive development on self-image of nursed.
