조리사의 개인-조직 적합성과 개인-직무 적합성이 직업 몰입, 조직 몰입, 이직 의도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Person-Organization Fit and Person-Job Fit on Occupational Commitment, Organizational Commitment, and Turnover Intentions of Cooks)

  • 본 연구는 외식산업에서 근무하고 있는 조리사를 대상으로 개인-조직 적합성과 개인-직무 적합성이 직업 몰입, 조직 몰입, 그리고 이직 의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 조사에서는 서울, 경기 지역 외식업 근무 조리사를 대상으로 총 210부의 자료를 실증분석에 사용하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 AMOS 분석을 실시한 결과, 개인-조직, 개인-직무 적합성은 직업 몰입과 조직 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 그리고 조리사들의 직업 몰입은 이직 의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 조리사들의 조직 몰입은 아직 의도에 부적인 영향을 마치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 조리사들의 이직 의도를 밝히는데 직업 몰입과 조직 몰입의 매개 역할을 이해하고, 선행변수로 개인-직무 적합성, 개인-조직 적합성이 영향을 준다는 결과를 밝힘으로써 이직 의도를 원인을 본질적으로 이해하는데 기여하였다는 점을 들 수 있다.

  • 감리업무가 CM으로 통합되면서 조직의 업무가 확대되고, 업무의 관점 및 목표가 변경되었기에 조직 내 갈등상황이 증가할 가능성이 크다. 조직갈등은 구성원에게 직무스트레스로 작용하여 조직의 성과를 도출하는데 부정적인 요인으로 작용한다. 따라서, 본 연구는 국내 건설현장의 CM기술자에게 발생하는 조직갈등과 직무스트레스의 상관관계에 관해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구결과 CM기술자의 조직갈등은 대체로 낮게 나타났으며, 직무스트레스도 다른 분야 근로자에 비해 적게 받는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 상관분석 결과 조직갈등과 직무스트레스는 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 CM 현장조직에서 조직체계를 개선하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

  • Accounting information system is the most important and formal subsystem of the total information system of an organization which produces and delivers financial information. An organization has its own contigent characteristics. It is the key to a successful development of accounting information system to select the development mode and information characteristics appropriate for the contigent characteristics. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the contigent factors and the development mode of accounting information system. In addition, this study will examine the relationship between the contigent variables and the information characteristics of accounting information system. The research method adopted in this study is the survey. The results show that the environmental uncertainty, organization size, task diversity, task interrelatedness, and management commitment are positively related with the involvement and role of user in the system development process. The aggregate information regarding various departments tends to be produced by an organization under the uncertain environment. The information is reported periodically by a centralized organization. The aggregate information is preferred when tha task for implementation is diversified. The output information is more aggregate and provided more frequently when there exists a high interrelatioship between tasks. The output information is more external and reported more frequently in an organization with the high management commitment.

  • The purpose of this study is to present the problem of the introduction and management and the method of activation of the team organization in college administrative systems through the theoretical study about the team systems and the actual proof study already introduced and operated in colleges and enterprises. The scopes of the subject of theoretical study are the concept of team systems, the type of systems, the strategy of introduction and management, the problem of management and the tactics of activation. The scopes of the theoretical study are the field of systematic structure and that of introduction and management. In order to activate the team organization of college administrative systems, we must study three points such as empowerment, construction of learning team and the method of personal management. For the sake of conducting the team organization efficiently, we must consider four fields. They are as follows: First, considering the continual efforts for reorganization is the most important precondition. Second, the device of supplement related with introduction of systems such as evaluation of merits, promotion and budget must be prepared as soon as possible. Third, in order to introduce the systems, the improvement of systems is needed. Fourth, it must be accompanied by redesigning the whole business process. Especially, in the introduction of team organization, it is important above all to introduce suitable constitution or situation of business. And making a constant effort and preparation for solving problems is essential to successful management of team organization.

  • Analysis of current state of construction industry functioning in Ukraine allows us to identify a number of problems having negative impact on sustainable development of construction industry, especially in terms of its organization. Therefore, it is absolutely essential to study existing methods of organization system supplying construction sites with necessary material resources. Companies can develop their own logistics departments, which independently solve logistics issues related to transportation organization and management, accounting and inventory management, acquisition and warehousing, intercommunication (ability to obtain both final and intermediate information during transporting materials). Using a complex of methods is substantiated: the hierarchy analysis method (Saati's method), the network method, the defect elimination algorithm DEA, the transportation problem that finds optimal problem solutions for construction sector with the purpose of rational supplying uninterrupted construction with building resources in the designed model "provider-transportation-costs".

In silico approach to calculate the transcript capacity

  • We sought the novel concept, transcript capacity (TC) and analyzed TC. Our approach to estimate TC was through an in silico method. TC refers to the capacity that a transcript exerts in a cell as enzyme or protein function after translation. We used the genome-wide association study (GWAS) beta effect and transcription level in RNA-sequencing to estimate TC. The trait was body fat percent and the transcript reads were obtained from the human protein atlas. The assumption was that the GWAS beta effect is the gene's effect and TC was related to the corresponding gene effect and transcript reads. Further, we surveyed gene ontology (GO) in the highest TC and the lowest TC genes. The most frequent GOs with the highest TC were neuronal-related and cell projection organization related. The most frequent GOs with the lowest TC were wound-healing related and embryo development related. We expect that our analysis contributes to estimating TC in the diverse species and playing a benevolent role to the new bioinformatic analysis.

  • As Cyber threats are rising, the scope of information Security (IS) is extending from technical protection of a single information system to organizational comprehensive IS capability. The ministry of National Defense (MND) has established the IS evaluation for defense organization in 'the Directive for Defense Informatization Affairs.' However, no information about an evaluation method, process and organization is provided. We surveyed information security management system (ISMS) and related best practices in public sector and other countries, and analysed the military information security affairs. Thus, this paper recommends the IS evaluation method and process. The trial IS evaluation is in progress this year and the MND will expand this IS evaluation to the entire organization.

  • Government intervention, industry cooperation, new vendors, and foreign competition are all factors that exert a powerful influence on the information technology, marketplace, and on the individual IS organization. When these influences need to change an organization, it is likely the culture or identity of the organization will be targeted for change. Because an organization is also composed of cognitive frameworks, there is an implication that the existing cognitive structures are in jeopardy. Thus, the cognitive component is important in how all members of organizations react and respond to change. This paper defines cognitive process and its related research history, introduces organizational change matters, tries to solve conflicts in organizational changes, and applies this topic to the information systems field.

  • Six Sigma advocates rigorous application of quality management tool. Using Six Sigma program provides a mechanism for service organization to achieve organization's goal and customer satisfaction. A model on Six sigma in service organization was developed and applied for the service organization. Questionnaire was developed, and data was collected and analyzed for this study. Conclusively, 6 sigma leadership is the important drivers to process management and customer relationship management. Process management and customer relationship management are significantly related to the job performance and customer satisfaction.

  • This research shows that as the use of IT spreads, the Investments of IT must be accompanied by the innovation of the business process of an organization to increase productivity. It examines closely to the relations between these by presenting a theoretical formula, with related-theories at the basis, that shows the characteristics of IT Infrastructure and heightens the results of organization. In previous researches, various results co-exist in presenting the direct relativeness between IT Infrastructure and results of organization. But in this research, a parameter called business process has been included making it possible to analyze even the indirect effects to the results of organization. Also, the difference and relativity between the IT Infrastructure and business process groups according to the company environment factor has been proved.
