How to protect the environment without sacrificing the human environment and economy at the level of region is on of the most difficult issues of recent times. The dynamic Interactions between economic activities and environmental pollution control activities determine whether social welfare is increased of decreased by such activities and provides a basis for saying whether they help or hurt the economy. Bureaucratic Approach of Local government has failed, and an Impetus has arisen to develop new tools of analysis, useful for finding policy leverages focused on sustainability. This paper focus on understanding dynamic relationships between regional economic system and environmental system, and presenting possible framework for finding policy leverages in dynamic interaction behaviors. The case, selected in this study, is Nacdong river regions case, which is related many meaningful issues about sustainable development： two big metropolitan government and dwellers have different opinion with regard to construction of large scale Industrial pack, drinking water supply, and environment model consisting of three sectors： regional economy sector, river pollution and drinking water sector, environmental protection and investment policy sector Finally, this paper deal with how to link policy leverage to causal loop structure for the sustainable development of two regions.

The purpose of the study was to investigate attitudes toward to, values and expectations of environmental education of Korean students and teachers and to provide basic data and reference materials needed to development of environmental education curricula for primary and secondary schools. A review of the related literature, a series of conferences with teachers and specialists in environmental education and environmental sciences. and questionnaire survey were methods employed in this study. Survey question were developed to explore attitude and responses of primary and secondary school students and teachers on various types of issues and problems of environmental education at personal level as well as on their future prospects attitudes values and expectations with which had been dealt in this study were categorized into personal feeling on environmental issues and problems at both national and regional levels issues and problems of current environmental education pre service and in service training of teachers for environmental education instruction and so on. The sample population for the survey was selected by using the stratified cluster and random sampling techniques with respect to regional area, school level, sex and grade, The subjects used in this study were 1,633 students and 385 teachers of primary and secondary schools across the country. The results of the survey were summed up and recommendations to be considered in the revision of sixth national curricula for primary and secondary schools were also suggested.

In recent years there has been a growing recognition that presenting principally environmental issues in environmental textbooks is a form of local, national, regional, and global issues. The environmental textbook in the 7th environmental curriculum is to be composed of contents that could encourage the inquiry of value and change of attitude to take part in environmental preservation on the foundation of the comprehension about ecosystem. Therefore, the present study analyzed the difference of the contents of the environmental issues between the 7th national curriculum and textbooks in the middle school environmental education. The analytical results of this study are as follows: Firstly, there are total 4 sections related to environmental issues in environmental curriculum of middle schools. The content areas that are included ‘Environmental Preservation and Development’, ‘Getting the Hot Earth’, ‘Decreasing Forest and Increasing Desert’, and ‘Pleasant Surrounding and Quality of Life’. Secondly, an environmental textbooks that are used in school education edited for direction that coincide in motive that is ‘real life-centered education’ that is presenting in the 7th environmental curriculum. Specially, introduction to local environmental issues coincides the intent of the curriculum revisions that are ‘environmental education within everyday life’ and ‘contents of local-centered environmental education’. These findings have implications for teaching about environmental issue in school environmental education.

Methodology and application of Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) for policies, plans, and programs are still new approach in Vietnam. With a support from Vietnam-Swedish Project (SEMLA) and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE), SEA for the Tonkin Gulf Coastal Economic Belt Development Plan was conducted in 2008. Lessons obtained from this SEA may contribute to improving methods and practicing SEAs for regional development. The main lessons summarized in this paper are: (i) close cooperation between the planning and environmental teams from the beginning phase of a master plan; (ii) SEA should focus not only on impacts to the natural environment but also on main issues of socio-economic aspects; (iii) approaches and methods used in SEA should be appropriate to properly predict the impacts at regional-levels and cumulative impacts; (iv) a good SEA study may be achieved when detailed data on the environment and socio-economy of the study area are available and have active engagement of stakeholders, including project affected sectors, ecologists, planners, policy makers, etc. This paper is useful for whom, those work in SEA in regional development.

Water problems recently, not only influence environmental issues such as water quality and water management but also influence socioeconomic issues such as poverty, gender, and regional conflicts. Therefore there is increasing attention on water education as part of the environmental education. Yet water education in formal education is only treated with particular subjects like science and social studies with limited contents which fails to cover the social, economic problems related to water thoroughly. Also, though there is an active water education on the field of informal education. its contents are also very limited. Water education requires the implementation of a comprehensive and holistic approach that can holistically consider economic and social problems as well as environmental problems. Therefore in this research, 'water education for sustainable development' is set up as a direction of contents development which include interdisciplinary and holistic aspects. Contents development of water education for sustainable development is an reflection of the experts and teacher's opinions and contain of: main category dividing into three pillars of sustainable development such as environment, economy, and society, and subcategory covering environmental science's objective including knowledge, skill, attitude, and action as well as local, national, regional, and global issues.

The ultimate goal of environmental education is to train the civilian who positively participates in solving environmental problems. To do above, not only accurate knowledge but also right value about environmental problems are needed. It is reasonable decision making that choose the first of all alternatives to solve the problems by accurate knowledge and right value of an individual. Teaching reasonable decision making in environmental education is related to raise the participant civilian toward regional environmental problem solving Simulation game helps that students have a opportunity to practice decision making skills about regional problems and give self-confidence to their decision making ability. So, the aim of this study is to present simulation games which is fit to elementary environmental education. The first one is for group decision making, the second one is for individual decision making. These can make a conclusion, winner and loser of games. But last one is open-ended game and aims to make explicit a variety of opinions, issues and conflicts to problem.

Asan city has many strengths, for examples, the distinction of innovation ability, several places with clean environmental resources, conventional-cultural resources and favorable conditions of location in regional agriculture development. But it has not devised the comprehensive development plan for regional agriculture that is integrating natural, cultural and industrial resources. So the plan linked with those resources should be to promoted to develop agricultural production, marketing and regional economy. And a development strategy is to have the system of agricultural independence within Asan. Namely, originality, identity and cooperative spirit in economic and social-cultural aspects of Asan agriculture are needed, which are a great help to settle agricultural issues in Asan itself And the governance system needs to be introduced that has the main bodies of Asan agriculture, so as to promote agricultural policy.

반폐쇄성인 북서태평양 해역은 지형, 해류순환, 생태학적 관점에서 하나의 큰 시스템으로 간주되어 관리되어야 한다 현재 북서태평양권에서 진행되고 있는 해양환경 관련 다자간 협력 활동은 WESTPAC, PEMSEA, PICES, NOWPAP 등 다양하다. 본 논문에서는 특히 유엔환경계획의 주관하에 한ㆍ중ㆍ일ㆍ러가 지난 1994년부터 채택하여 수행중인 북서태평양보전실천계획(NOWPAP)사업을 중심으로 하여 북서태평양에서 진행되고 있는 지역협력 활동의 제반현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 이의 가능한 해결책을 제시하고자 하였다. 주요 제안으로는 (1) 북서태평양 인접국들은 해양환경 관련 국제협력 활동에 있어서 법적 구속력 있는 지역 차원의 협약의 중요성을 인식하고 실질적인 지역 협력활동을 수행함에 있어 큰 우산으로 작용할 수 있는 해양환경 관련 협약을 개발하여야 하며, 이에 (2) 현재의 제반 상황을 고려하여 현 단계에서는 국가의 영해나 관할권 등의 이슈를 침해하지 않는 느슨한 형태의 협약 개발을 시도할 필요가 있다. 아울러 (3) 지역내 다양한 정치 사회적 문제로 인해 환경분야의 협력사업이 종종 중단되거나 간섭받지 않도록 하기 위하여 유엔환경계획이나 다른 국제기구로부터의 지도력이 계속 발휘되어야 한다 (4) 재정적 및 제도적 기반을 계속 강화시켜야 하며, (5) 또한 북서태평양에서 연안 및 해양환경에의 위해 요소에 대응하기 위한 지역내 다자간 협력활동을 지속적으로 수행하여야 한다

To minimize the occurrence of aviation accidents in the post-COVID, continuous flight training is crucial. However, the current infrastructure of domestic airports and airfields is insufficient to prepare for and respond to accidents, and there is a need for sufficient facility capacity. Therefore, this study examines the construction of a regional airport to minimize aviation accidents and selects factors necessary for determining the site location. Among the 11 selected factors, six were considered the most important site selection factors, including noise issues, weather conditions, obstacle limitations, environmental issues, airspace conditions, and facility usability. Applying these factors, an analysis was conducted on the Songpo area of Sacheon City, Gyeongsangnam-do. Based on a comprehensive review, it can be concluded that the Songpo area is a suitable choice for a regional airport due to its excellent transportation environment, consideration of noise and environmental issues with the residential population, and other factors. Furthermore, the development of the aviation industry is expected to bring about an increase in tourism and economic benefits, and it is anticipated to make a significant contribution to the domestic aviation industry along with the construction of the currently under-construction Ulleung Airport.
