This study is intended to prepare an revitalization plan of region where rural development project is completed through an analysis of the actual condition of facility operation and maintenance in the region where the project is completed. The results of survey of actual condition of facility operation in the region where rural development project was completed showed that the facilities were not self-sufficient in terms of operation and maintenance cost. Therefore, a prerequisite to the revitalization of region where the project is completed is to prepare an alternative plan for increasing the efficiency and applicability of currently already prepared facilities. Second, a project operation organization system should be streamlined and the competency of operation personnel should continue to be strengthened. Third, it is necessary to prepare a support system and establish cooperation networks for increasing the extensibility of project and continuing to induce community revitalization in the region where the project is completed in the future.

As China enters the 21st century, China is strengthening its position as a world power in an international position. However, there are still problems with Three Agricultural(Agricultural, Rural, Farmer) and unbalanced urban and rural villages. China, as one of the largest and most populous nations, values the development of three farms. Strategies such as "The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside" were a policy to solve rural problems, But they were not enough to achieve breakthrough results. In order to achieve more effective results, the Central Committee of THE STATE COUNCIL proposed The Document No.1 of "Opinion on the Implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy" in February 4, 2018 and published "The Rural Revitalization Strategy (2018-2022 )". The Yanbian region, which is the subject of this study, is the home of Korean-Chinese tribes and the Korean autonomous region. As a minority of Chinese ethnic minorities, the Korean-Chinese has their own unique culture, and Yanbian has distinct regional characteristics. As The Rural Revitalization Strategy was raised, Villages is showing positive change in accordance with policy implementation in Yanbian. This study analyzed the current status of policy implementation of The Rural Revitalization Strategy in Yanbian area and analyzed the policy contents and performances based on the of Yanbian Daily News. Based on the results of the analysis, I would like to help in suggesting a more rational development direction and building the villages.

I have analyzed four methods for revitalizing the Ibi district, a local community in Minami Awaji City in Hyogo Prefecture, using Awaji tile, a traditional product. The first analysis is of a workshop to think about the revitalization of the community using Awaji tile. The second is an evaluation of using Awaji tile in the construction of green spaces and the renewal of existing buildings. The third analysis is on the distribution of terracotta for plants to all the residents of this district and the construction of art objects using Awaji tile at the seashore and by the entrance area of a highway interchange. The fourth analysis is of the results of information sharing by a newsletter and a website. Finally, I gave questionnaires to workshop participants. As a result, visible, completed products of these efforts were evaluated positively, but more effort is required related to the newsletter and website. Overall, I could verify the compounded possibilities for revitalization of the community using Awaji tile as promoting regional industry, activating the community, and improving the landscape.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of financial support for rural industry revitalization in eastern China. Comparative analysis of the efficiency of provincial financial support for rural industrial revitalization in eastern China can provide reference for various provinces to formulate financial policies for rural revitalization. In the research process, 5 evaluation indicators were selected using the panel data of the 2016-2021 "China Financial Statistical Yearbook" and "China Statistical Yearbook", and the DEA and Malmquist index methods were used for calculation. The results show that the average efficiency of financial support for rural revitalization in the 10 eastern provinces from 2015 to 2020 was generally higher, with the efficiency values all higher than 0.8, and reached 0.908 in 2017. The comprehensive efficiency of financial support for rural industry revitalization in Tianjin, Shanghai and Hainan has reached the best. From 2015 to 2020, the total factor productivity of financial support for rural industry revitalization in the eastern region has a "V"-shaped fluctuation. Total factor productivity has the fastest growth. The provinces are Beijing, Hebei and Shandong showing negative growth. It is recommended that relevant provinces improve their strategies for financial support for the revitalization of rural industries. The scope of future research should be expanded to most areas of China and the evaluation indicators should be optimized.

The Conventional market located in Yangyang, Gangwon is currently facing the crisis, so it needs a new strategy to break a slowdown. Nevertheless, the local residents are looking forward to activating Yangyang conventional markets. To this end, the associates shall utilize their advantages of Yangyang conventional markets to supply cheap and good quality to guests with differentiated strategies. The purpose of the study is to analyze Yangyang conventional markets with architectural aspect and to provide conventional markets in each region with alternatives for revitalization.

본 연구는 도시재생사업으로 인한 지역 활성화로 영도구 도시재생사업 대상지의 상권변화를 살펴보고자 한다. 도시쇠퇴로 인한 지역 침체의 심화는 도심 상업 기능의 쇠퇴를 가속할 수 있기에, 경제활동이 저하된 원도심을 활성화하기 위한 상권 활력 증진 측면에서 이해할 수 있다. 도시재생사업 대상지의 상권변화 분석을 위해, 상업 활성화를 살펴보는 상점 밀도, 업종 다양성을 지표로 산출하여 비교 분석하였다. 또한, 인구의 유입과 집객에 영향을 미치는 음식점업과 카페 비율을 통해 대상지 상권의 동태적 변화를 확인하였다. 연구 결과 영도구 내 도시재생사업 대상지에서 상점 밀도와 업종 다양성이 증가하는 추세를 보였다. 음식점업과 카페 비율의 경우 큰 차이를 발견하기는 어려우나, 영선2동(흰여울문화마을)의 경우 상업적 변화가 상대적으로 크게 나타나는 것으로 확인하였다. 본 연구는 영도구 도시재생사업 대상지의 상업적 변화를 정량적으로 평가 분석하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

This study identifies the necessity and importance of innovation in rural communities and highlights the role of rural revitalization support centers in facilitating the diffusion of community innovation. The study provides a literature review and employs the survey method to verify the arguments. There is an urgent need for rural communities to be distinct, attractive, and competitive in the wake of globalization. It is clear that they must recognize the need to facilitate innovation under growing trends toward trade liberalization, environment-oriented life styles, diversified consumer needs, and a knowledge-based society. The results provide support for the legitimacy of establishing rural revitalization support centers to help community leaders and local stakeholders develop their communities. More specifically, rural communities should employ R&D outcomes from diverse fields and capacity building by community members, leaders, and local governments to foster sustainable growth by overcoming limitations in spatial access and resources. The results suggest that rural revitalization support centers can be established as intermediary organizations that can be operated to facilitate community innovation in rural development. In addition, these centers should play key roles such as empowering communities, facilitating region-specific rural development policies, motivating R&D applications for rural development, encouraging rural development networks. Further, close attention should be paid to facilitate mutual learning by expanding networks and interactions between these centers.

This paper want to do the feasibility analysis that it uses financial statements in order to attract foreign investment to enter in the Busan area. And this paper would be presented the plan about foreign investment revitalization. To that end, this paper would be deployed the following methods and scope. First, It defines to the concept of foreign investment, foreign investment region, and foreign-invested enterprises, I wish to loot at the economic effects of positive and negative effects through foreign investment. Second, this study's scope would be set up foreign investment area of Busan, and investigate the land development cost of invested enterprises, construction cost of enterprises burden, expected revenues, etc. Third, it classified three industry for the feasibility analysis of entered enterprises, so would be yield industry-specific analysis using financial statements to be pre-research. Forth, this paper is suggested a revitalization plan for efforts to attract foreign investment, for the future through economic effective analysis of foreign invested-enterprises.

The Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties are being protected, the rest facing with demolition and damages. In order to better cope with such situation, Korea has officially introduced the Registered Cultural Properties System since 2001 and began acknowledging the historical values of industrial buildings as modern cultural properties. In the Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany, there are approximately 3,500 industrial buildings under the cultural asset protection and management not only in the Ruhr-region but also state-wide. Among these, this case study focuses on the Hansa Coking Plant, a large-scale Revitalization project to rehabilitate the old industrial complexes and facility buildings that have been shut down on December 15, 1992. Purpose of this study is to analyze main project plans of each facility in the Hansa Coking Plant and to bring out the main features of the plans, so that they can be utilized to find suggestions for Industrial/Technological Cultural Properties Revitalization in Korea.

양산 ICD(Inland Container Depot)는 2000년 3월 개장 이후 2005년 133만 TEU를 처리하여 국제물류경쟁력과 부산지역의 컨테이너화물 운송 경쟁력을 높여 부산항 및 우리나라 항만물류산업에서 중요한 역할을 담당하였다. 그러나 2006년 부산항 신항 개장과 신항배후부지의 조성에서 물동량이 급감하여 활성화를 위한 새로운 방안이 모색이 필요한 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 AHP(analytic hierarchy process)를 활용하여 평가모형을 설정하고, 양산 ICD 내 입주기업 및 관계자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 양산 ICD의 활성화 방안을 모색하였다. 연구의 결과, 양산 ICD 활성화 방안으로 입지와 시설의 장점을 고려한 물류시설(공동집배송센터, 물류창고)로의 기능전환이 필요하며, 이용기간 연장, 건폐율 확보를 통해 기존 및 신규 기업활동의 안정성을 보장하여야 할 것이다. 또한 ICD 내 철도역 등 시설을 활용하여 적극적인 철도활성화 정책을 통해 철도택배 등을 활용하여 신규 물동량을 창출하고, 공로 중심의 국가물류체계에서 철송 활성화를 통한 내륙물류기지로서의 그 역할을 제시하였다.
