기준모델과 피드포워드 적응제어를 사용한 위치제어기 (Adaptive Feed-forward Control with Reference Model for Position Controller)

  • 본 연구는 관성의 변화에 견실한 피드포워드 적응 위치제어기를 제안한다. 제안된 피드포워드 적응 위치제어기는 PI 위치제어기에 피드포워드와 기준모델 적응제어기를 추가한 구조를 가진다. 제어기의 특징은 과도상태에서 적응제어기가 위치오차와 기준모델의 속도 정보를 이용하여 피드포워드 이득을 조정한다. 이것은 과도응답 특성을 향상시키고, 정상상태의 수렴 시간을 개선시킨다. 위치 오차에 속도의 정보를 받아들여 기존의 Pl 위치제어 및 기준모델 적응제어에 비하여 속응성이 우수하다. 그리고, 적응제어기에 규준화 함수를 사용하여 입력크기에 대해 출력신호가 일정한 응답특성을 가지도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안된 피드포워드 적응 위치제어기 동작의 타당성을 보였다.

Apparent Amino Acid and Energy Digestibilities of Common Feed Ingredients for Flounder Paralichthys olivaceus

  • Flounder were fed a reference diet and test diets containing various feed ingredients: mackerel fish meal, meat meal, soybean meal, wheat flour, wheat gluten, corn gluten meal and brewer's yeast. Apparent digestibility was determined using a reference diet with 0.5% chromic oxide indicator and test diets contained 70% reference diet and 30% of the feed ingredient being evaluated. Apparent digestibility coefficients for amino acid and energy in the reference and test diets were determined, and digestibility coefficients for the test ingredients were calculated based on differences in the digestibility of test diets relative to the reference diet. The fish averaging 300 g were held in 2000 L tanks at a density of 20 fish per tank. Feces were collected from three replicate groups of fish using a fecal collection column attached to fish rearing tank. Apparent total amino acids digestibilities(90-95%) of mackerel fish meal, soybean meal, wheat gluten, corn gluten meal and brewer's yeast were higher than those of meat meal and wheat flour(P<0.05). Apparent energy digestibilities(86-98%) of mackerel fish meal, meat meal, soybean meal, wheat gluten and corn gluten meal were significantly higher(P<0.05) than those of wheat flour and brewer's yeast. These results provide useful information about nutrient and energy utilization for flounder.

  • Generally, a proportional-resonant controller is used to eliminate steady-state errors during the voltage-current control of a double-conversion uninterruptible power supply (UPS) in a stationary reference frame. Additionally, the feed-forward control compensating for the load current, which can be considered a disturbance of the voltage controller, can be used to improve the disturbance rejection performance. However, during the parallel operation of UPSs, circulating current can occur between UPS modules when performing both feed-forward control and droop control because feed-forward control reduces the circulating current impedance. This study proposes a feed-forward compensation technique that considers the impedance of circulating current. An additional feed-forward compensation technique is developed to enhance the disturbance rejection performance. The validity of the proposed feed-forward compensation technique is verified by the experiment results of the parallel operation of a 500 W double-conversion UPS module.

  • In the turning process, the feed is usually selected by a machining operator considering workpiece, cutting tool and depth of cut. Even if this selection can avoid power saturation or tool breakage, it is usually conservative compared to the capacity of the machine tools and can reduce the productivity significantly. This paper proposes a selection method of the feed and the reference cutting force based on MRR(material removal rate), maximum spindle power and specific energy. In order to estimate and control cutting force accurately in transient and steady state, this study utilizes a synthesized cutting force estimation method and a Fuzzy controller. The experimental results present that these systems can be useful for the FMS(flexible manufacturing system) and unmanned automation system.

Feed-forward 선형화 방식을 적용한 송신 시스템 설계 (Application of Feed-forward Linearization Method to A Transmitter System)

  • 본 논문에서는 전력 증폭기의 선형화를 위해 제안된 feed-forward 선형화 방식을 IMT-2000용 송신 시스템에 적용한 새로운 송신 시스템 구조를 제안한다. 이 시스템에서 feed-forward 구조는 왜곡 성분을 비교하고 제거하기 위해 보조신호(reference signal)을 필요로 하는데, 이 보조신호는 무시할 정도로 낮은 왜곡을 갖도록 낮은 입력 동작 범위에서 동작하는 두 번째 변조기에서 만들어 진다. 이런 구조로 한 결과송신 시스템에서 증폭기뿐만 아니라 변조기의 왜곡을 줄일 수 있다는 큰 장점이 있다. 본 논문의 시스템은 Agilent 社의 EEsoft ADS ver.2002를 사용하여 설계하였으며, 입력은 1.98GHz 주파수 대역에서 2MHz의 주파수 간격을 갖는 2-tone으로 하였고, 약 49.95dB의 IMD 개선 특성을 얻어, 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 간단함과 선형성을 동시에 제공할 수 있다는 것을 입증하였다.

  • Locally available milk mix, coconut meal, cassava root meal, cassava leaf meal, maize, meat meal, fish meal, rice bran, rice polishings, wallow, molasses and coral sand in Fiji were analysed for proximate components, gross energy and mineral contents. The results obtained indicated typical and variable amounts of nutrients in these materials. On the basis of their nutrient contents, the potential usefulness and weaknesses of the various feed materials are discussed with specific reference to the formulations of diets for livestock and poultry in Fiji based on these locally available feed materials.

  • We work for big offshore project in the Korean shipyards as a EPC contract. There are a lot of risks even though the FEED Engineering was taken in the famous engineering company. In case of ICHTHYS CPF, it worked on the FEED activity for several years. Here is mention that design modification was carried how to modify material and specification according to shipyards human resource and yard practice for your reference. Furthermore, I expect that this paper is used for Korean engineer for their reference.

  • Adaptive feed forward control algorithms based largely upon LMS approach have developed in recent two decades, and they have been widely applied to practical sound and vibration control problems in the case of the reference signal is available. Feedforward control can be applied only when reference signals can be measured or regenerated, while feedback controllers are used to reduce; sound and vibration when reference signals are not available. In recent years, hybrid control schemes in which adaptive feed forward controllers are combined with feedback ones have been studied based on simulations and experiments. The results have shown that the hybrid control may have better control performances in convergence speed and steady state error than the single control schemes. Hybrid control has the advantages of improving stability and performance as well as the disturbance rejection property. However, little effort has been made to the analysis or interpretation of hybrid control systems. In this study, we discussed the feedback controller effects on the stability of feed forward control algorithm in the presence of uncertain error path and a simple example showed that a stable feedback controller could make the feedforward controller unstable. A design criterion of feedback controllers is proposed in order to guarantee the stability of feedforward algorithms in the presence of error paths with uncertainties.

고속 CMOS A/D 변환기를 위한 기준전압 흔들림 감쇄 회로 (A DC Reference Fluctuation Reduction Circuit for High-Speed CMOS A/D Converter)

  • 고속 Flash, Pipelining type의 CMOS A/D 변환기에서 Sampling frequency가 고주파로 올라감에 따라 Clock Feed-through 현상, Kick-back 현상 등의 영향으로 DC Reference voltage 흔들림 현상이 심화되고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 측정 시 외부 Noise가 Reference voltage에 적지 않은 영향을 미친다는 것을 감안 할 때 High speed A/D converter에서 Reference fluctuation 감쇄회로는 반드시 필요하다. 기존의 방식은 단순히 커패시터를 이용했으나 면적이 크고 효과가 좋지 않다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 Transmission Gate를 이용한 reference fluctuation 감쇄 회로를 제안하고 흔들림 현상이 크게 개선되었음을 정량적 분석 및 측정을 통하여 증명하였다. 제안하는 회로의 측정을 위해 6bit의 해상도를 갖는 2GSPS CMOS A/D 변환기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제작된 A/D 변환기를 이용하여 Reference 전압이 40mV의 흔들림이 있음에도 원하는 범위 내에서 동작함을 측정하였다. 본 연구에서는 1.8V $0.18{\mu}m$ 1-poly 5-metal N-well CMOS 공정을 사용하였고, 소비전력은 145mW로 Full Flash 변환기에 비해 낮았다. 실제 제작된 칩의 SNDR은 약 36.25dB로 측정되었고, INL과 DNL은 각각 ${\pm}0.5$ LSB 이하로 나타났다. 유효칩 면적은 $997um\times1040um$ 이었다.
