One male of A. puncta was collected from Island Gageo-do, which located at the most southwestern part of the Korean Peninsula. A new species, Tritoma gangwonensis sp. nov., is described. Also three species - Rhodotritoma fitlva (Reitter, 1879), Triplax discicollis Lewis, 1887 and Triplax signaticollis Reitter, 1879 - are reported for the first time in Korea. A description and redescriptions for each species, photographs of adults and illustrations of diagnostic characters are provided.

One of the most secure ways of maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of electronic information is to use electronic signatures. So, in this paper, we developed guideline on electronic signatures for EMR(electronic medical record) based on the Medical Law and the Electronic Signature Act. This guideline is intended to introduce EMR easily in the medical field and to facilitate the promotion of EMR. We developed it through consulting from the advisory committee that was made up of experts in the fields of medical record, EMR system and electronic signatures. The contents of the guideline consist of subject and time stamp of electronic signatures, validity of a certificate, management of electronic signatures and custody and management of EMR. In the future, we will develop practical cases and promote educations and publicities of them to use in the medical institutes and EMR system related industries.

This is a convergence study to provide an effective way of managing nurses' job stress by improving nurse satisfaction through an integrated identification of the effect satisfaction level on job stress for nurses using an electronic medical record(EMR) system. The data were collected from August 1 to September 1, 2014. The participants were 377 nurses from C university hospital of G metropolitan city were analyzed using SPSS 21.0. The result shows that job stress decreases as nurses' satisfaction level of using the EMR system increases. Thus, a practical job stress mediation program should be developed to continuously enhance nurses' satisfaction with the EMR system, which is expected to shorten the nursing record writing time and improve the quality of nursing service for patients. Furthermore, to improve the satisfaction with the EMR, appropriate management, such as continuous nursing education on the EMR system, will be needed.

Bian-zheng(辨證) of Korean Medicine(KM) is based on four examinations(四診) of Korean medical doctor. The interrogation or questioning(問診) provides the most information of four examinations. The symptom obtained from the interrogation or questioning is the main basis of the Bian-zheng. KM is understood in the whole state of the body of a specified time without seeing the disease exist. So the observable symptom is disease itself. Symptom in KM is used as an important basis for the diagnosis. But if the interview when memories are not sure of the correct answer does not get much easier to find exactly the symptoms. So when recording original symptom(素證) and daily subjective symptom can be helpful for care. In this paper, we propose daily living symptom record system as a method that can be applied to the health care according to the importance of collecting the symptom in the KM. Daily living symptom record system can record the symptom in the individual to awaken daily. The system stores the symptom in structure and provides an open shared services. So it can be used as a symptom of other systems, such as PHR, EMR, CDSS. In addition, Doctor may be able to help in the treatment determined by reference to shared symptom.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of agricultural management accounting information, education status, and policy demands through a questionnaire survey of advanced agricultural managers. These people are expected to play a key role in the changing agricultural environment in Korea. Based on survey results, several policy implications were derived for the advanced agricultural managers' agricultural management accounting information record activation. Survey results of 303 respondents identified that 63.4% of them record their agricultural management accounting information. The biggest reason given for not recording this information was lack of time for record keeping. The biggest problem was a 'lack of Question and Answer system'. In addition, 37.2% of the respondents were not aware of the current agricultural accounting guidelines. In terms of education, 71.3% of the respondents have completed course work in accounting and responded that an 'On-off parallel education system', which offers both online and offline classes, was the most effective method to prevent dropout. Respondents thought that agricultural management accounting records were helpful for the management of agriculture and their participation in government policies. They also thought that customized education programs should be further implemented for enhancing the effectiveness of education programs, and 'One-stop Question and Answer system on related web sites and organizations' is required for them to keep better records. The following policy implications can be derived from the survey results. First, interoperability between agricultural management accounting information recording programs is needed. Second, accessibility should be strengthened. Third, the education system needs to be improved. Fourth, voluntary participation should be encouraged. Last, the government needs to establish a post-verification system.

The purpose of this research is to show that elements of learning information's record(learning time and the score of practice test) have a significant effect on the correctness of decision when they are applied to e-Learning based on CAT with SPRT model. Especially, the score of practice test can be used in the real e-learning environment as its effect showed approximately 90% improvement. Therefore, if we apply learning information's record to SPRT in evaluation, we can evaluate the learner's ability more precisely and quickly, contributing to the enhancement of the individualization of learners. If an algorithm with variables from learning information's record can be developed, a better e-Learning evaluation program will be made in the future.
