총의치 환자에 있어 Permanent record base를 이용한 악간관계 기록 (JAW RELATION WITH PERMANENT RECORD BASES IN THE EDENTULOUS PATIENTS)

  • When the complete denture is made, the record base for jaw relation is divided into temporary record base and permanent record base. However, The temporary record base include some disadvantages such as, the lackness of intimate contact between model and base, the lackness of retention during the jaw relation registration, When we obtained jaw relation the permanent record bases made from heat curing resin were utilized. We could get several advantages as follows : 1. The permanent record base provided intimate contact between the model and record base. 2. In fabricating occlusal rim on record base, the dimensional change of record base was little because the permanent record base was lesser influenced to thermal change of occlusal rim than the temporary record base. 3. At the stage of jaw relation, the retention of final denture could be early checked. 4. It could be able to get more accurate registration of jaw relation because all procedure were done on the same base during the jaw relation, artificial teeth arrangement, try-in, and final denture construction. 5. Although there was an inconvenience due to double curing procedure, the shrinkage rate in resin polimerization was relatively reduced so that more dimensional stability could be taken.

종이의무기록과 전자의무기록의 기재 충실도 및 일치도 비교 연구 : 의사의 입원.퇴원기록지와 간호사의 입원.퇴원간호정보기록지를 중심으로 (A Study of Comparing the Paper-Based Medical Record with the Electronic Medical Record on the Level of Medical Record Completeness and the Accordance)

  • This study was tried to evaluate the level of completeness and the accordance in electronic medical records by comparing paper-based medical record in doctor's admission records, discharge summary, and nursing information records. Medical records of inpatients of neurology department that the 100 paper-based medical records in 2004 and 100 electronic medical records in 2006 were targeted. Existence of record items and doctor-nurse record accordance were evaluated in doctor's admission record, discharge summary, admission nursing information record, and discharge nursing information record. There were not any differences between electronic medical records and paper-based medical records in doctor's admission record and discharge summary. Electronic medical records had less missing records than paper-based medical records in admission and discharge nursing information records. Electronic medical records showed higher accordance than the paper-based medical record in doctor-nurse record generally, but there were statistically differences in only medication, allergy, smoking, and drinking (p<0.05). In this study, it was verified that the quality of electronic medical records are better than paper-based records in nursing information record and doctor-nurse record agreement.

간호기록의 개선과 전산화를 위한 기초연구 (A Basie Study on Improvement and Computerization of Nursing Record)

  • This study was designed to develop a basic plan for computerization of nursing records. The subjects were 7 nursing record forms, 58 charts, 23 nurses, 2 nurse managers, a nurse and computer specialist, 16 master course students and 3 professors. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire, observation and interview. The collected data were analyzed for problems, plan of improvement and needs for computerization. Based upon these results, it is recommended that nursing record computerization was needed a basic plan to integrate needs of nursing record computerization. The basic plan as fellows : 1. To illustrate a data flow path of nursing record and data dictionary that show nurse's work and record process. 2. To establish a system in order to use multi -tasking and graphic user interface. 3. To establish hardware and software in order to embody integrated management of computer based system through structured walkthrough. 4. To choose effective database management system and to achieve Log as record unit.

전자의무기록(EMR) 시스템하에서 의사의 만족도와 의무기록정보의 기재 충실도 향상 방안 (Study for Improvement of the Doctor's Satisfaction and Completeness of the Medical Record in the EMR System)

  • This study aims to present ways to enhance the stabilization of electronic medical records, ensure the commitment to filling in information of the medical record and improve the overall quality Electronic Medical Record(EMR) information. For that purpose, the present state of the incomplete record rate and the doctor's satisfaction in Electronic Medical Record(EMR) have been surveyed by comparing and analyzing Paper-based Medical Record(PMR) and Electronic Medical Record(EMR). The survey was conducted on 31 doctors in charge of EMR system and each PMR and EMR inpatients were collected for a period of 5 months and analyzed. The results showed that the doctor's satisfaction level was higher for EMR, and the rate of incomplete record appeared to be lower in EMR in departments of both internal and external medicine. In this context, it can be said that the higher efficiency of EMR helped accomplish the increase in commitment to completing medical record information and improve the quality of the data.

전자기록 환경에서 레코드 컨티뉴엄의 의의와 한계: 기록의 의미 및 속성을 중심으로 (Significance and Limitations of Record Continuum in Electronic Record Environment: Focusing on Meaning and Nature of Records)

  • 레코드 컨티뉴엄은 전자기록 환경으로 이행하는 패러다임 전환기에 기록학의 기반을 제공하는 이론임에도 불구하고, 이에 대한 비판적 분석을 그동안 거의 수행되지 않았다. 레코드 컨티뉴엄은 아직 개발이 진행 중인 이론으로, 핵심은 라이프사이클 모델과는 다른 기록에 대한 새로운 시각이다. 따라서 전자기록 환경에서 레코드 컨티뉴엄이 지닌 의미 및 한계를 분석하고 보다 심도 있는 이론적 개발을 위해서는 레코드 컨티뉴엄 논리 속에 함유된 기록의 의미 및 속성에 대한 분석이 필수적으로 요구된다. 하지만 레코드 컨티뉴엄에서는 기록에 대해 별도로 정의를 내리지 않고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 최근의 전자기록 환경에서 레코드 컨티뉴엄 이론 속에 함유된 기록의 의미 및 속성을 축선 및 차원 분석을 통해 고찰하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 우선 기록의 의미 및 속성 도출을 위한 기초 작업으로, 컨티뉴엄 모델상의 차원 1 및 차원 2에 초점을 맞추어 분석을 수행하였다. 이어 컨티뉴엄 논리 속에 함유된 기록의 의미 및 속성을 라이프사이클 모델과 결부시켜 고찰하였으며, 이를 기반으로 컨티뉴엄이 지닌 의의를 고찰한 다음, 기록의 의미 및 속성 관점에서 컨티뉴엄이 지닌 한계를 제시하였다.

갑오개혁기 기록관리제도와 등기실체제(Registry System) (Record management system and Registry System in the Gabo Reform)

  • 갑오개혁기 기록관리의 특징 중에 하나는 왕복과, 이후 문서과가 기록의 생산에서부터 유통에 이르기까지 통제하고 있다는 점이다. 그리고 업무가 종료된 기록은 기록과로 넘겨져 분류와 정리가 이루어졌다. 기존 연구들에서는 갑오개혁기의 이런 기록관리제도는 일본을 통해서 수입된 것으로 파악하였다. 본고는 명치유신 이후 정착된 일본의 새로운 기록관리제도가 당시 프로이센의 등기실체제를 받아들인 것임을 밝혔다. 그러나 프로이센의 등기실체제는 현용기록을 관리하는 체제이고, 이는 기밀국가기록보존소(아카이브즈)를 통해 시민에게 기록을 공개하는 근대적 기록관리체제를 전제로 하는 것이었다. 명치기 일본은 프로이센의 현행 기록관리체제인 등기실체제만 수용하였고, 아카이브즈의 설립을 받아들이지 않았다. 이는 갑오개혁기 조선도 마찬가지였다. 따라서 갑오개혁기 일련의 법규 속의 기록관리관련 규정을 '근대적'인 것으로 평가할 수는 없을 것이다. 즉 갑오개혁기의 기록관련 법규는, 기록에 대한 시민의 권리, 즉 기록의 공개를 법적으로 보장하는 '근대적 기록법규'는 아니었다. 그러나 갑오개혁기 기록관리제도가 우리나라의 기록관리제 도사에 큰 의미를 주는 것이 있으니, 기록의 가치와 기구와 명칭이 기록의 라이프사이클과 명실상부하다는 점이다. 현용기록을 관리하는 기구가 문서과였고, 업무가 끝난 기록을 분류 정리하여 편철하는 기구가 기록과였다. "현용기록=문서=문서과, 비현용기록=기록=기록과"의 개념은 이후 계승되지 못하고, 오늘날에도 현용기록이나 비현용기록이나 기록으로 사용하고 있고, 관리기구의 명칭도 마찬가지이다.

정보공개의 새로운 지향 - 전자정보공개제도(電子情報公開制度)를 중심으로 - (Disclosure of Digitalized Information by Public Agencies)

  • Digitalization of public administration information shall be accelerated more. When information exists both in the form of electronic and paper record, even the disclosure of paper record make it possible the access to public administration information itself, but there may some needs for the disclosure of electronic record in applicant's situation. Similarly, when only electronic record exists, there may be some problem about whether to disclose the record as print-out or as being electronic format itself. Thus, the method and format of disclose are very sensitive issues, and it is very important to clarify who has the competence to decide the method and format of disclosure, applicant or the public agency. In making any record available to an applicant under the EFOIA in America, the public agency shall provide the record in any form or format requested by the applicant, if the record is readily reproducible by the agency in that form or format. And for the convenience of the applicant with sensory disability, the AIA in Canada also permits the right to access to information in an alternative format. It is desirable also in our country that disclosure of information is done by public agencies in the format that applicant wants, as possible. In the meantime, we should consider the costs and technological restrictions corresponding to the change of format of information to the format that applicant specifies. In the case of electronic record, efforts required for searching cause some hard problems. Information disclosure system requires disclosure of record that exists at the demand point, and creation of new record that does not exist at that them is not required on the public agency. For the search of electronic information, we need some code or program. So, if we evaluate that act of coding or programming as creation of new record, demand on disclosure of electronic record becomes impossible, in fact. Therefore, when we include electronic record as the object of information disclosure system, we need to clarify the degree of reasonable efforts for searching the information included in that record, as long as possible, although it is very difficult problem. Also, we should consider the way to make it permitted to demand the disclosure of electronic record by FAX or E-mail. Disclosure of electronic record itself by E-mail is not generalized yet, even in America or Canada. There are many technological and legal problems to solve, before permitting or enforcing the disclosure of electronic record by E-mail. But, it is desirable to expand the method of disclosure to including disclosure by E-mail in possible spheres. Also, as well as disclosure on demands, we need to expand electronic access to information, so far as possible, in the process of information offer.

조선초기 공기록물(公記錄物) 관리제(管理制)의 개편 (The Reformation of the Public Record Management System in Early Chosǒn Dynasty)

  • $Chos{\check{o}}n$ Dynasty was governed by the words of king, however, if they were not announced by the form of public document, they were useless. Therefore, the form of public document was the symbol of governing activity, and it was very important to manage the public record in operating the nation affairs. However, the point we should consider is that $Chos{\check{o}}n$ Dynasty, in the case of managing the public record, edited 'the original' instead of preserving them. And so, the preservation of the public record was deeply related to the editing of history. In Late Korea dynasty, the management of the public record got into utter confusion and so many troubles were occurred. In order to resolve these problems, the movements which innovated the public record managements system was gradually extended. This movements were continued in $Chos{\check{o}}n$ Dynasty. Finally, through the several modification procedures, the rules of public record management were legislated by 'Kyong Kuk Dae Jeon'(經國大典). Especially, by laws of 'Kyong Kuk Dae Jeon', not only the daily records of Secretary Department(承政院) but also the important documents which was related to the government branch should be booked in the last decade of the year and the number of the books had to be reported to the king. This rule made certification of the fact that the king was the last confirmer of the public record management. In addition, through the procedure of printing the record of the national affairs, and the diplomatic once in three years, and then preserving that public record in the National Department(議政府), other departments responsible and the archives, the National Department practically took part in the public record management. The management system was also changed in order that the public record was virtually used and consulted before taking the procedure of immortal preservation. All public documents were classified by the definite rule and filed in a same volume. After classifying and filing, certainly, for making convenience of reference and application of public record, records were indicated by the paper card. It may be that, after the step of reference, application and indicating, the public documents were gradually transferred to the next step. In these procedures, Early $Chos{\check{o}}n$ public documents system was confirmed.

기록관리를 위한 스포츠기록 정보서비스 구축 방안 (Development Plan for a Sports Record Information Service for Records Management)

  • 기록의 다양성은 많은 분야에서 중요하게 강조되고 있다. 스포츠 분야에서도 기록관리의 중요성을 강조하여 종목의 역사를 남기는 데 많은 노력을 기울여 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 젊은 층에게 인기가 높은 농구 종목을 중심으로 하여, 기록정보서비스를 개발하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기록정보서비스 개발 방안은 기술을 개발하는 관점도 있지만, 최근 수요가 많아지고 있는 기록관리학의 관점으로 기술하였다. 이를 위하여 정보서비스 이용 예정자들에게 FGI를 통하여 요구 분석을 하였고, 기록 분석의 절차 요소를 도출하였다. 또한 시스템 구조와 데이터베이스 스키마를 설계하였고, 기록을 관리하고 열람할 수 있는 화면을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 기록관리 분야에서 스포츠 분야 기록관리에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

전자기록 환경에서의 '업무친화적' 기록관리 방향성 분석 (A Critical Approach to 'Business-Friendly' Record Management In Electronic Records Environment)

  • 본고에서는 전자기록 환경에서의 기록관리 패러다임 변화에 대한 한 단면으로서, '업무친화적' 기록 관리의 향방에 대해 논의하고자 한다. 우선 전자기록 환경의 특성을 기반으로 업무와 기록, 기록관리의 상관관계를 심층적으로 분석한 다음, 전자기록 환경에서 기록관리가 지니게 되는 의미 및 역할의 방향성을 제시코자 한다. 이를 통해 본고에서는 종래의 라이프사이클 체제하에서 간과되어 왔던 현용기록관리의 의의 및 역할을 전자기록 환경에서 재정립함과 더불어, 나아가 기록관리와 정보관리의 연계를 위한 이론적 기반을 제공할 것이다.
