공동주택 리모델링 사업성 평가를 위한 위험요소 분석 (The Analysis of Risk Factors for Apartment Remodeling Feasibility Study)

  • 재건축과 관련한 각종 규제들이 강화됨에 따라 향후 공동주택 리모델링사업이 활발하게 이루어 질 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 공동주택 리모델링사업을 수행할 수 있는 관리시스템의 부재로 사업의 어려움을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 리스크관리에 필요한 리스크 인자를 식별하고 분석하여 AHP에 의한 쌍별비교와 리스크 레벨분석을 위한 확률평가를 시행하여 리스크 수준을 제시하였다. 본 연구가 공동주택 리모델링사업의 리스크를 최소화하고 사업을 원활히 수행할 수 있는 기초자료로 활용되어 건축산업의 기조가 신축위주에서 지속 가능한 산업으로 발전하는데 도움이 되지를 기대한다. 향후 연구과제로 본 연구의 리스크 인자분석의 자료를 활용하여 리스크 관리 모델구축이 있어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

Long-Term Wildfire Reconstruction: In Need of Focused and Dedicated Pre-Planning Efforts

  • Wildfire disasters in the United States impact lives and livelihoods by destroying private homes, businesses, community facilities, and infrastructure. Disaster victims suffer from damaged houses, inadequate shelters, inoperable civil infrastructure, and homelessness coupled with long-term recovery and reconstruction processes. Cities and their neighboring communities require an enormous commitment for a full recovery for as long as disaster recovery processes last. State, county, and municipal governments inherently have the responsibility to establish and provide governance and public services for the benefit and well being of community members. Municipal governments' comprehensive and emergency response plans are the artifacts of planning efforts that guide accomplishing those duties. Typically these plans include preparation and response to natural disasters, including wildfires. The standard wildfire planning includes and outlines (1) a wildfire hazard assessment, (2) response approaches to prevent human injury and minimize damage to physical property, and (3) near- and long-term recovery and reconstruction efforts. There is often a high level of detail in the assessment section, but the level of detail and specificity significantly lessons to general approaches in the long-term recovery subsection. This paper aims to document the extent of wildfire preparedness at the county level in general, focusing on the long-term recovery subsections of municipal plans. Based on the identified challenges, the researchers provide recommendations for better longer-term recovery and reconstruction opportunities: 1) building permit requirements, 2) exploration of the use of modular construction, 3) address through relief from legislative requirements, and 4) early, simple, funding, and the aid application process.

1960년대 광화문 중건과 광화문 앞길의 변화 (A study on a reconstruction of Gwanghwamun and fluctuation of boulevard in front of Gwanghwamun)

  • Gwanghwamun was dismantled and displaced to the east side of the palace, at that time, the Chosun Government General Building was constructed in the Gyeongbokgung palace. After the Korea war, it remained as a stonework as a result of the fire. In 1968, The Gwanghwamun came back in front of the palace. Then, why it was rebuilt in the 3rd Republic period? What was the reason for selecting concrete? Since the May 16 coup, the military regime had been utilized palace and surrounding urban space to show a visible practice of modernization. Attempting the combination of modern technology in the 1960s and traditional cultural property and reconstructing a city as a pretext called Cultural Heritage conservation was a typical mechanism of the 1960s. In this study, I start by assume that reconstructing Gwanghwamun(1968) was a part of project to change the surrounding urban space of Gwanghwamun than to preserve cultural assets. Two main contributions of the study are following. First, I collect availabe data on the reconstructing surrounding urban space of the Gwanghwamun and re-organize them in chronological order to make them as fragments of a map. Second, I analysis and identify the nature and phase of the Gwanghwamun reconstruction.

  • This paper summarized the safety diagnosis method in the field of durability among the structural safety suggested in the safety diagnosis manual of the reconstruction project and analyzed the safety diagnosis case. It is expected to be a reference material for safety diagnosis in the field of durability by pointing out cases that are wrong during existing safety diagnosis and cases where diagnostics are likely to make errors.

  • In the case of failed fixed implant prosthesis accompanied by abutment screw fracture, fractured screw fragment must be removed to use the existing implant fixtures. A 61-year-old male patient, who had a failed maxillary fixed implant prosthesis accompanied by three abutment screw fracture, hoped to reconstruct the maxillary implant prosthesis, while maintaining the existing implant fixtures. To use the existing implant fixtures, fractured screw fragments were removed. A maxillary implant overdenture using available existing implants was planned. Bar-attachment with Locator was used for implant splinting, denture stability, and retention. Final impression was taken after treatment of peri-implantitis. Jaw relation registration was taken to evaluate available interarch space for bar-attachment. After fabricating bar-attachment, centric relation was taken. Implant overdenture using bar-attachment with Locator was delivered after wax-denture evaluation. This case report showed that a satisfactory clinical result was achieved by implant overdenture using existing implant fixtures in a maxillary edentulous patient.

노후공동주택 리모델링의 사업성 확보를 위한 수직증축 제안 (A Study on the Story Increase for Securing the Feasibility of Aged-Housing Remodeling)

  • 리모델링은 기존 구조체를 재활용함으로써 국가적인 자원절감과 친환경적인 기여 등, 재건축과 비교해 큰 장점을 가지고 있다. 리모델링의 이와 같은 장점과 기존 용적률과 관계없이 전용면적의 30% 이내 증축 이라는 적용범위의 완화, 짧은 사업기간 등은 강력한 규제정책으로 재건축 추진이 어려운 노후화 된 고층 공동주택의 거주환경 개선을 위한 대안으로 여겨졌다. 하지만 현재 리모델링을 추진하던 노후화 된 고층 공동주택의 거주자들은 리모델링을 포기하거나 재건축으로 돌아서고 있다. 이러한 주된 원인은 주택 재건축사업과 달리 가구수를 늘릴 수 없어 일반분양이 불가하고, 안전상의 문제를 이유로 리모델링 이전보다 층수를 올리는 것이 원칙적으로 불허되기 때문이다. 즉, 모든 공사비를 거주자들이 부담해야 하는 경제적인 부담감에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이러한 상황을 개선하기 위해서는 리모델링의 수행 주체인 거주자들의 부담금을 저감시킬 수 있어야 하며, 거주자들의 부담금을 저감시킬 수 있는 방향은 세대수 증가가 가장 직접적인 수단이므로 이를 어느 정도 허용할 수 있는 방향의 제도개선이 단기적으로 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 수직증축을 포함한 리모델링 대안을 제시하고, 제시한 대안과 현행 리모델링 안과의 개략공사비 산정을 통해 세대당 분담금을 비교해봄으로써 리모델링 활성화를 위한 제도개선의 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

대용량 유전자형 데이터에 대한 LD기반의 일배체형 재구성 시스템 (The LD based Haplotype Reconstruction System for Large scale Genotype dataset)

  • 유전자 분석기술의 발전은 지놈 프로젝트(genome project)와 햅맵 프로젝트(hapmap project)를 가능하게 하였으며 이제는 맞춤형 진단 및 신약 개발 등 실제 사업의 구체화를 가져오게 하였다. 실제 사업에 적용시키기 위해서는 비용 절감의 문제를 해결해야 한다. 그래서 대용량의 유전자형(genotype)데이터를 정확하고 빠르게 일배체형(haplotype)으로 재구성해 줄 수 있는 시스템이 생물 산업 및 제약 산업에서 제기되어 지고 있다. 기존의 연구에서 비록 정확성이 높은 알고리즘들이 개발되어 있지만 기존의 방법들은 계산에 필요한 양이 크기 때문에 대용량 데이터에 대한 처리가 불가능하였다. 우리가 제안하는 시스템은 대용량 데이터를 유동적인 크기로 블록을 분할하여 대용량 데이터 처리 문제를 해결하였다. 또한 나누어진 블록에서 나타나는 모호한 이형접합체(heterozygote)의 위상(phase)의 결정 과정에 LD기반의 블록 분할 방법을 이용함으로써, 추론된 결과의 정확률을 높였다. 구현된 시스템의 성능평가는 ms로 구성한 인공데이터를 사용하여 수행하였다.

CTF/DYN3D multi-scale coupled simulation of a rod ejection transient on the NURESIM platform

  • In the framework of the EU funded project NURESAFE, the subchannel code CTF and the neutronics code DYN3D were integrated and coupled on the NURESIM platform. The developments achieved during this 3-year project include assembly-level and pin-by-pin multiphysics thermal hydraulics/neutron kinetics coupling. In order to test this coupling, a PWR rod ejection transient was simulated on a MOX/UOX minicore. The transient is simulated using two different models of the minicore. In the first simulation, both codes model the core with an assembly-wise resolution. In the second simulation, a pin-by-pin fuel-centered model is used in CTF for the central assembly, and a pin power reconstruction method is applied in DYN3D. The analysis shows the influence of the different models on global parameters, such as the power and the average fuel temperature, but also on local parameters such as the maximum fuel temperature.
