지식경영의 추진전략이 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Impact of KM Strategies on KM Performance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공기업의 성공적인 KM 추진전략의 실행도와 중요성 인식도가 KM 성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하는데 있다. 본 연구의 수행을 위해서 첫째, 선행연구를 통해 공공기관 및 민간기업의 성공적인 KM 추진전략 및 KM 성과를 고찰하여 핵심요소를 파악하였다. 둘째, KM을 실행하고 있는 공기업을 대상으로 전략의 실행정도, 중요성 인식도, 그리고 KM 성과를 측정하였다. 셋째, KM 전략의 실행정도와 중요성 인식도 간의 복합관계가 KM 성과에 어떻게 작용하는지를 분석하였다. 그 결과, KM 전략의 실행뿐만 아니라 중요성에 대한 종업원의 인식 제고가 KM 성과에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 공기업 KM을 성공적으로 이끌기 위해서는 KM 추진전략에 대한 종업원들의 이해 및 중요성 인식도를 고려해야 할 것이다.

Improvement of self-mixing semiconductor laser range finder and its application to range-image recognition of slowly moving object

  • An infrared range finder using a self-mixing laser diode (SM-LD), which has been proposed and developed by the Authors, can measure not only a range of a moving target but its velocity simultaneously. In this paper, described is that the precise mode-hop pulse train can be obtained by employing a new signal processing circuit even when the backscattered light returning into the SM-LD is much more weaker. As a result, the distance to a tilted square sheet made from aluminium or white paper, which is placed 10 cm through 60 cm from the SM-LD, is measured with accuracy of a few percent even when the tilting angle is less than 75 degrees or 85 degrees, respectively. And in this paper, described is the range-image recognition of a plane object under the condition of standstill. The output laser beam is scanned by scanning two plane mirrors-equipped with each stepping motor. And we succeeded in the acquisition of the range-image of a plane object in a few tens of seconds. Furthermore, described is a feasibility study about the range-image recognition of a slowly moving plane object.

A Novel Recognition Algorithm Based on Holder Coefficient Theory and Interval Gray Relation Classifier

  • The traditional feature extraction algorithms for recognition of communication signals can hardly realize the balance between computational complexity and signals' interclass gathered degrees. They can hardly achieve high recognition rate at low SNR conditions. To solve this problem, a novel feature extraction algorithm based on Holder coefficient was proposed, which has the advantages of low computational complexity and good interclass gathered degree even at low SNR conditions. In this research, the selection methods of parameters and distribution properties of the extracted features regarding Holder coefficient theory were firstly explored, and then interval gray relation algorithm with improved adaptive weight was adopted to verify the effectiveness of the extracted features. Compared with traditional algorithms, the proposed algorithm can more accurately recognize signals at low SNR conditions. Simulation results show that Holder coefficient based features are stable and have good interclass gathered degree, and interval gray relation classifier with adaptive weight can achieve the recognition rate up to 87% even at the SNR of -5dB.

금융 장표 자동 처리를 위한 인식 시스템 개발 (Development of a Recognition System for Automatic Giro Processing)

  • A pattern recognition system is proposed to recognize characters in any type of Giro. The system consist of the character segmentation and the character recognition. Positional features from two round markers at the upper-right part and lower-left part of Giro is used for extracting character strings from images and RLE analysis is used if there are no round markers. A multi step combined method, which use a structural method and a statistical method, is used to improve recognition. The structural method apply rules on each characters, whereas a statistical method gives a different weighting vector to each pixel for improving the classification performance in regard to noises and distortions. The experimental results show that the proposed combined method has higher recognition rate, over than 98% even in cases that images are rotated about 10 degrees as well as have noises.

  • This paper presents machine vision technique with a camera modeling that accounts for major sources of camera distortion, namely, radial, decentering, and thin prism distortion. Radial distortion causes an inward or outward displacement of a given image point from its ideal location. Actual optical systems are subject to various degrees of decentering, that is, the optical centers of lens elements are not strictly collinear. It is our purpose to develop the vision system for the pattern recognition and the automatic test of parts and to apply the line of manufacturing.

  • Through the recognition and the satisfaction of the lower part of the women body from age 30 to age 49 we studied 211 respondents of the women to analyze what lower part shape they want. The results are as follows. 1. The recognition of the lower Part showed certain degrees of differences in waist girth, abdomen girth, and weight according to the age. 2. The female of the 40s showed higher satisfaction of their lower part considering that of the 30s 3. The cluster analysis of the lower part shape of the 30s and 40s was classified into 5 types.

인천광역시 중학생의 근린여가시설 이용실태와 인식도 (Actual condition and recognition of middle school students′ utilization of neighborhood leisure facilities in In-chon)

  • The Purpose of this research is to investigate utilization and recognition about neighborhood leisure facilities of middle school students. The data were collected through the questionnaire from 532 second grade students of 6 middle schools at Yeon-su Gu. Nam-dong Gu, and Suh Gu in In-chon. Results of the study are as follows; 1) They were most likely to use the consumptive and commercial entertainment-association facilities. There was no difference in the total number of frequencies of using facilities among the three areas. The students were more likely to use the leisure facilities whatever available for them easily to access. 2) All the using degree, sufficient degree and satisfactory degree of the leisure facilities were below the middle Point. The degree of using facilities by the student was insignificantly different among three areas but the sufficient and satisfactory degrees were varied. The regression result showed that the use of Public facilities as well as culture or sports facilities significantly increased sufficient and satisfaction degrees This research suggests to offer inexpensive leisure facilities of culture and sports in district residential area so as to access easily and to offer facilities for girls' students to activate using leisure facilities.

Adaptive Cross-Device Gait Recognition Using a Mobile Accelerometer

  • Mobile authentication/identification has grown into a priority issue nowadays because of its existing outdated mechanisms, such as PINs or passwords. In this paper, we introduce gait recognition by using a mobile accelerometer as not only effective but also as an implicit identification model. Unlike previous works, the gait recognition only performs well with a particular mobile specification (e.g., a fixed sampling rate). Our work focuses on constructing a unique adaptive mechanism that could be independently deployed with the specification of mobile devices. To do this, the impact of the sampling rate on the preprocessing steps, such as noise elimination, data segmentation, and feature extraction, is examined in depth. Moreover, the degrees of agreement between the gait features that were extracted from two different mobiles, including both the Average Error Rate (AER) and Intra-class Correlation Coefficients (ICC), are assessed to evaluate the possibility of constructing a device-independent mechanism. We achieved the classification accuracy approximately $91.33{\pm}0.67%$ for both devices, which showed that it is feasible and reliable to construct adaptive cross-device gait recognition on a mobile phone.

병원 약사들의 위해약물 안전 수칙의 인지도 및 수행도에 대한 조사연구 (Survey for the Recognition and Performance rate in the Hospital Pharmacists on the Safety Rules about Hazardous Drugs)

  • The objective of this study was to evaluate the recognition and performance rates about the safety rules on hazardous drugs among the selected pharmacists. The 160 pharmacists working in 4 general hospitals and in the other 4 institutions specialized in the oncology division were surveyed through mail. Among the 137 respondents to the survey (response rate 85.6%), 111 pharmacists (81%) had recognized the terms of 'hazardous drugs'. In categories of vaccines and hormones, the degrees of the recognition rate were much lower than the cytotoxic medications. It was surveyed that the degree of recognition and performance of safety rules on injectable drugs were higher than the disposal and noninjectable medications. The higher recognition rate of the safety rules made the higher degree of performance. These results were expected to provide the incentive for guidelines on handling hazardous drugs based on Korean healthcare system.

결혼상태별 인공임신중절문제에 대한 인지도 비교 (Comparison of Perceptions on Induced Abortion by Marital Status)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for suggesting the realistic plan for the prevention of induced abortion. We performed an analysis of a recognition and actual conditions of the induced abortion according to the marital status. Methods: Participants were 681 persons of 20 years of age or older who lived in 7 cities and provinces. The data was collected with a structured questionnaire. For data analysis, Chi-square test, t-test and stepwise discriminant analysis were utilized. Results: The results were as follows. When degrees of recognition were analyzed according to the marital status, married were found to have higher levels of recognition of induced abortion than unmarried. From comparison of the recognition, there were significant differences between married and unmarried in terms of the recognition of the law, premarital sex, sex consciousness, intention of induced abortion, knowledge of contraception. Conclusion: The above results showed that marital status was strongly related to the recognition of induced abortion. And measures for preventing the induced abortion, specially about 20 percents of risky unmarried, should be focused.
