Paper stock could be situated in a cooled environment seasonally and/or regionally otherwise it is stored in a controlled warehouse. In this paper, printing problems on a cooled paper are investigated and characterized in terms of paper properties. For this purpose, various kinds of sample are cooled down under a specially designed freezing device and printed for observing their printability. Causes for poor ink transfer on a cooled paper are suggested due to condensation, surface inactivity, and rheological change in ink film. Paperboards with higher amount of binder, thick and/or multi-coated layers are more vulnerable to poor ink trap. Severe drying of wet coating could cause a similar result as that of the coatings with higher binder formulation. It is shown that more absorptive porous structure is desirable for better ink receptivity in a cooled status. Printing on a dampened surface may be an indicator for ink transferability on a cooled paper. Finally, desirable directions for papermaker and printshop are suggested.

The corpus luteum (CL) is a temporary endocrine gland whose main function is to secrete progesterone to support pregnancy. On the other hand, the cyclic bovine CL has also been shown to be a site of prostaglandin $F_{2{\alpha}}$ ($PGF_{2{\alpha}}$) production. Although there is general agreement that endometrial $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ is an essential luteolysin in cattle, luteal $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ seems to play a luteotropic role as an autocrine and/or paracrine factor, especially for the development and maintenance of the CL. This supposition is based on evidence that some of the prerequisites for autocrine/paracrine mechanisms are present, including local production of $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ and the existence of specific binding sites within the CL. The purpose of this paper is to review the regulation of luteal $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$ secretion, its action on CL as an autocrine and/or paracrine factor and the receptivity of bovine CL to. $PGF_{2{\alpha}}$.

This study was carried out to investigate the effect of the type of base papers containing Sw-BDP, HW-BDP and Bamboo-BKP on the properties and printabilities of coated papers. Also it was intended to evaluate the effect of coated paper prepared with anionic and amphoteric latex based coating color. The results obtained from this study were as follows. The fiber length of Bamboo-BKP was observed longer than that of the Hw-BKP and shorter than that of the Sw-BKP. This has effect on physical properties. Therfore the results of mea-suring physical properties were higher ratio of Sw-BKP physical properties tended to be slightly higher with the increase I the mixing ratio. Considering the optical properties of base papers the highest opacity was obtained in case of the Hw-BKP and the second appeared Bamboo-BKP. On the other hand smoothness roughness and air permeability of Bamboo-BKP were lower than those of wood pulp and the optical properties of coated papers tended to show the similar with those of base papers. The ink receptivity and print gloss of the coated papers for Bamboo-BKP were lower than those of wood pulp. As the mixing ratio of Sw-BKP was increased the properties and printabilities were improved slightly. Meanwhile amphoteric latex was improved the optical properties and printability of coated papers.

소비자의 고품질 지향과 신 합리주의, 컨셉트지향은 고감도 패션시장에서의 F.M.D의 중요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구는 소비자의 기호와 듀행수용도 그리고 소비성향을 어떻게 마케팅전략으로 연결시킬 것인가에 대한 실질적이고도 총체적인 접근이다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과로, 첫째, 사회전반의 변화와 그에 따른 새로운 fashion lifestyle의 생성은 신 소비자 그룹 즉 신세대 층을 등장시켰다. 둘째, 급박한 트렌드 추종을 통해 신상품을 짧은 주기로 연속해서 만들어 내기보다는 소비자들의 개별생활 각각의 장면 (sence)에 맞는 컨셉을 발굴하여 세분화하는 전략을 채택해야 할 것이다. 셋째, 소비자의 고급화, 신 합리주의 추구 등 오리지널 지향 성향 등을 충족키 위해서 세계 유명 브랜드의 감각과 Quality를 가진 한국 오리지널(Korean original) 상품의 확립이 필요하다.

This study describes a multicultural literacy program that can nurture multicultural people who can live in a multicultural society. A total of 10 20-hour programs were conducted for 22 youths in Busan. Through this, the current perception and acceptance of multiculturalism among young people in Busan was investigated, and a curriculum suitable for multicultural awareness, multicultural acceptance, and multicultural competency enhancement was constructed. In accordance with the goal of strengthening the multicultural competency required for multicultural activists through education, learners can exchange opinions through the activity sheet, so that learners can know the difference between themselves and others. Students could learn about each other's culture and values through cultural exchange with others, and through teachers with diverse cultures, they could learn various perspectives and cultures about culture and values. Through the results of the multicultural literacy program, I would like to suggest three methods of multicultural literacy education to strengthen multicultural competence in a multicultural society. Therefore, efforts should be made to develop various multicultural education courses to strengthen the multicultural capabilities of Koreans.

The advent of Omni Channel has changed the fashion business model and the role of fashion sales persons. In such situation, internal marketing can become an important organizational management strategy for fashion companies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the components of internal marketing of fashion companies for fashion shop masters in an omni channel environment. To achieve the purpose of this study, To achieve the purpose of this study, a qualitative study was conducted to investigate the internal marketing sub-factors of fashion companies. In-depth interviews were conducted for qualitative study. Seven respondents to the in-depth interview were fashion shop masters who had at least 10 years of field work experience. As a result of the qualitative study, internal marketing was derived from five factors, including empowerment, education and training, rewards, internal communication, and management supports. Empowerment factors consist of initiative, encourage creativity, and problem solving. Education and training factors consist of the degree of education and training opportunities, the value of education and training, and the scope of education and training. Rewards factors consist of diversity of rewards, fairness of rewards, and source of rewards. Internal communication factors consist of communication flexibility, diversity of communication and receptivity of communication. Management support factors consist of headquarters support and department store support.

Jatropha curcas is an oil bearing species with multiple uses and considerable economic potential as a biofuel plant. Plant flowering and breeding characteristics are important for us to understand the reproduction of plant populations. The present study describes the floral biology and flowering phenology of J. curcas which is a prerequisite for hybridization program for genetic improvement through conventional breeding. The plant produces flowers in dichasial inflorescences. Normally, the flowers are unisexual, and male and female flowers are produced in the same inflorescence. Only a few male flowers are produced in an inflorescence, and fruits are produced only through pollination between different flowers from the same or different plants. This study includes a description of the inflorescence, flower anatomy of both male and female flowers, female : male ratio, pollen : ovule ratio, flowering phenology, pollen viability, stigma receptivity, comparison of selfing methods and a comparison of geitonogamy and xenogamy. This information may be useful in J. curcas breeding programmes.

본 연구에서는 국내 중소 제조기업을 대상으로 스마트팩토리의 구축요인에 따른 활용 정도를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 스마트팩토리를 기존의 목표와 취지에 맞게 활용하기 위해서 스마트팩토리 도입에 따른 중소 제조기업의 구축요인에 대한 사전에 기업의 특성에 맞는 전략적 검토가 필요하다는 점을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 조직 내 구성원들이 스마트팩토리에 대해 어떻게 받아들이고 수용하느냐 따라 활용의 정도는 차이가 있다는 점을 실증분석을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 중소 제조기업 뿐 만 아니라 많은 기업은 조직 내 구성원들이 스마트팩토리에 따른 변화의 불안감을 갖지 않고, 적극적 참여를 유도하고 이를 통해 스마트팩토리 활용도를 높이기 위해 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다.

This study is about the effect from properties of coated paper and ink dispersion to the printed mottle. Ink receptivity would be expected that it is mainly effected by roughness of coated paper Because the transfer of ink can not be uniform with rough surface, it will cause the optical appearance such like printed mottle. And also it may be able to cause the printed mottle from uneven transfer of ink due to absorption property of based paper, depend on size degree, by using dampening in Off-set printing. Each different specific of surface and ink dispersion could cause printed mottle. Therefore this study was carried out by using densitometer and image analysis to show the interaction between properties of domestic coated paper and ink dispersion.
