실행 유휴 시간 분배 정책에 따른 실시간 전력 관리 스케줄링 기법의 성능 평가 (Performance Evaluation of Real-Time Power-Aware Scheduling Techniques Incorporating Idle Time Distribution Policies)

  • 실시간 태스크의 스케줄링 가능성 검사를 위해 미리 설정된 태스크의 최악 실행 시간보다 태스크의 실제 실행 시간이 짧은 경우, 최악 실행 시간에서 남은 실행 유휴 시간이 발생한다. 발생된 실행 유휴 시간은 실시간 전력 관리 스케줄링 기법을 통해 배터리 기반 센서 노드의 전력 소비 감소에 활용될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 발생된 남은 최악 실행 유휴 시간을 분배하여 실시간 전력 관리 스케줄링 기법에서 활용할 수 있도록 세 가지 분배 정책을 제안하였다. 제안한 분배 정책은 보수적, 중도적, 그리고 공격적 실행 유휴 시간 분배 정책으로 각각 구분하였다. 그리고 분배 정책 유형에 따른 실시간 전력 관리 스케줄링 기법의 성능 평가는 전력 소비 측면에서 비교 분석하였다.

어린이집에서 이산화탄소와 미세먼지의 장기간 시간적인 변이를 활용한 실내환경수준 평가 (Temporal Variation of Indoor Air Quality in Daycare Centers)

  • Objectives: The purposes of the study were to analyze the temporal variation of carbon dioxide ($CO_2$) and particulate matter (PM) in daycare centers and evaluate the appropriateness of the official test method of one-time measurement. Methods: Indoor air quality in 46 daycare centers in the Seoul Metropolitan Area was measured as specified in the official test method of Indoor Air Quality Management law. In addition, indoor air quality in the 46 daycare centers was measured over 37 days using a real-time monitor (AirGuard K). Results: The daily means of $CO_2$ and PM in the 46 daycare centers were $1042.74{\pm}134.45ppm$ and $67.60{\pm}18.25{\mu}g/m^3$, respectively. Indoor air quality in the daycare centers showed significant temporal fluctuation. Measurements for single days were significantly different from the 37-day average exposure. Relative error of short term exposure decreased with an increase in the number of sampling days. The noncompliance rate for $CO_2$ using the official testing method was 2.17%, and none exceeded the $PM_{10}$ standard of $100{\mu}g/m^3$. With monitoring over 37 days, the daily noncompliance rate for $CO_2$ was 50.4% and the daily noncompliance rate for PM was 13.8%. Conclusions: When the official test method evaluates the indoor air at daycare centers one day per year, the results may not represent actual indoor air quality over a longer period of time. Real-time monitoring devices could be an alternative for managing indoor air quality.

위성 시분할다중접속 통신시스템을 위한 실시간 자동이득제어기 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Real Time AGC for Satellite TDMA Communication Systems)

  • 일반적으로 위성 시분할다중접속 (TDMA, Time Division Multiple Access) 통신시스템 설계 시 채널감쇄를 반드시 고려 해야하며 위성 통신시스템은 급격한 채널환경 변화에서도 안정적인 네트워크 구성을 위해 실시간 자동 이득제어기 (AGC, Automatic Gain Control)가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 위성 TDMA 통신시스템에서 타임 슬롯에 실시간 적용이 가능한 AGC를 제안한다. 제안하는 실시간 AGC 성능을 확인하기 위해 위성 TDMA 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였고 제안하는 AGC 알고리듬을 적용하여 시스템의 비트 오율을 확인하였다. 이 결과는 추후 위성 TDMA 통신시스템의 안정성을 높이는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

  • 전 세계적으로 해운물류 안전 보안체계가 강화됨에 따라 국가물류보안 체계 구축을 위한 해운물류안전 보안 핵심기술 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 또한 미국에서 2018년 시행예정인 컨테이너 사전 100% 전수검사에 대응하기 위한 컨테이너 검색기의 핵심구성 요소인 Array 검출 System의 국산화 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 현재 자체 개발한 Test Digital 신호처리 Board를 가지고 TI-RTOS(Texas Instruments - Real Time Operating System)를 이용하여 개발한 Test Software Program을 제안한다.

  • Since multipath phenomenon frequently occurs when a Global Positioning System receiver is placed in urban area crowded with large buildings, efficient mitigation of multipath effects is necessary to resolve. In this paper, we propose a new multipath detection technique that is useful in real-time positioning with a general Global Positioning System receiver. The proposed technique is based on a channelwise multipath test statistic that efficiently indicates the degree of fluctuations induced by multipath error. The proposed multipath test statistic is operationally advantageous because it does not require any specialized hardware nor any pre-computation of receiver position, it is directly related to standard $\chi$$^2$-distributions, and it can adjust the detection resolution by increasing the number of successive measurements. Simulation and experiment results verify the performance of the proposed multipath detection technique.

In order to perform real time implementation of the automatic assembling tasks in the complex processes, we have developed an intelligent control algorithm based-on neural networks control theory to enhance the precise motion control. Implementing of the automatic test tasks has been performed by the real-time vision algorithm based-on TMS320C31 DSPs. It distinguishes correctly the difference between the acceptable and unacceptable defective item through pattern recognition of parts by the developed vision algorithm. Finally, the performance of proposed robot vision system has been illustrated by experiment for the similar model of fifth cell among the twelve cell for automatic test and assembling in S company.

  • This paper presents new approach to technology pattern recognition of camera back cover and test of soldering. In real-time implementing of pattern recognition camera back cover and test of soldering, the MVB-03 vision board has been used. Image can be captured from standard CCD monochrome camera in resolutions up to 640$\times$480 pixels. Various options re available for color cameras, a synchronous camera reset, and linescan cameras. Image processing os performed using Texas Instruments TMS320C31 digital signal processors. Image display is via a standard composite video monitor and supports non-destructive color overlay. System processing is possible using c30 machine code. Application software can be written in Borland C++ or Visual C++
