Colleges have been forced to take non-face-to-face classes this year due to the COVID-19, and the situation is expected to continue unless the development of treatments and vaccines is carried out as soon as possible. In the situation where non-face-to-face classes are required under compulsion, two methodologies have been suggested as most representative alternatives to face-to-face classes: online real-time classes and on-demand contents classes. The purpose of this study is to compare the perceived convenience, self-fidelity, and preference of students between online real-time and on-demand contents classes by gender, school year grade, mostly using class media, and number of courses taken. Comparative results between online real-time and on-demand contents classes were statistically analyzed by surveying students at a university.

본 연구는 코로나 19 감염병으로 인하여 실시하게 된 비실시간 동영상수업과 실시간 화상수업에서 딴짓과 강의만족도가 수업몰입에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 D대학교 간호학과 재학생 550명을 대상으로 2021년 5월 20일∼6월 4일까지 설문지를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구결과 실시간 화상수업보다 비실시간 동영상수업에서 딴짓을 더 많이 하는 것으로 나타났으며(t=-2.00, p=.046), 강의만족도(t=-1.54, p=.124)와 수업몰입은 실시간 화상수업(t=-.63, p=.529)에서 더 높게 나타났으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 그러나 두 가지 형태의 온라인 수업에 참여한 2학년 학생의 강의 만족도(t=13.55, p=.000)와 수업몰입(t=4.48, p=.004)이 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, 4학년 학생에서 딴짓이 통계적으로 유의하게 낮게 나타났다(t=4.68, p=.003). 강의몰입에 가장 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 강의만족도인 것으로 나타났으며, 비실시간 동영상 수업에서(F=128.49, p<.01) 모형의 설명력은 55.1%, 실시간 화상 수업에서(F=77.24, p<.01) 모형의 설명력은 47.2%였다. 향후 동일한 교수자의 두 가지 형태의 온라인 수업과 학습자중심학습 적용 후 나타나는 딴짓, 강의만족도, 수업몰입의 차이를 확인하는 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다.

We compare engineering students' learning performance in introductory Statistics classes of the two class types, traditional in-classroom classes with a few reports and real-time online classes with quizzes. Rates of missing classes and turning in homeworks are also included to explain learning attitude. Scores of quizzes, midterm test and final test are used to assess performance. Upto the midterm, the class type is not significant, but rates of missing classes and turning in homeworks are significant. Since the midterm, in-classroom class type reveals better final performance than real-time online class type, rate of turning in homeworks is significant, but rate of missing classes is not significant.

본 연구는 현재 대학에서 진행되고 있는 온라인 토의수업의 활용 실태 및 효과에 대해 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기지역 총 4개 대학에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 온라인 토의수업의 운영 실제와 그 효과에 관한 인식을 진단하는 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 적용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 교차분석, F검증, T검증, Scheffe 검증을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, COVID19 사태 이후 대학에서는 '비실시간 녹화수업'과 '실시간 쌍방향 화상수업' 방식이 주로 진행된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인수업 방식에서 '실시간 쌍방향 화상수업'은 '토의수업 선호도'에 정적 영향을 주며 더 의미 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 온라인 토의수업 참여에 대해 대학생들은 창의사고능력 확대를 위한 기반으로 인식하고 있었으며, 토의방식과 절차에 대한 학습자의 충분한 인지과정을 기반으로 하는 원활한 의사소통과 교류를 통한 강화가 더 도움이 된다는 것을 시사해준다.

The aims of this study were to do a survey on teachers' perception and operational state for elementary science online remote classes and suggest ways to improve the elementary science online remote classes. The survey was based on responses from 100 teachers who have taught elementary science online remote classes for the first semester of 2020 for COVID-19. The questionnaire used in this study consisted of four parts: general informations of participants, the operation status of elementary science online remote classes, teachers' perceptions on the operation of elementary science online remote classes, ways to improve elementary science online remote classes. As a result of this study, elementary teachers taught elementary science online remote classes on the main use of content utilization type. And they had a difficulty in conducting elementary science online remote classes because of lack of contents, absence of elementary science online remote classes teaching methods, learner management and heavy workload. Therefore, to improve elementary science online remote classes the Ministry of Education and regional offices of education have to develop and provide high-quality contents reflect the characteristics of elementary science subjects, introduce a rent-an-experiment equipment system, and build a science class platform providing frequent real-time interaction between teacher and student.

현재, 교육은 대면수업과 온라인의 특징을 활용한 온·오프라인 통합 모델인 블렌디드러닝을 이용하는 교수 설계를 통해 진행되고 있다. 코로나 19 이후 교육의 패러다임이 대면 수업에서 비대면 수업으로 변화되면서 교육 현장에서는 변화에 대응하는 교수 방법이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 온라인을 활용한 교수 설계모형으로, 비실시간으로 온라인 수업을 진행한 후, 실시간으로 버추얼 클래스룸을 활용하여 온라인 대면 수업을 진행하는 교수 설계 모형을 제안하였다. 그리고 제안한 버추얼 클래스룸을 활용한 온라인 대면 교수 설계 모형을 소프트웨어교육에 적용할 수 있는 교수 전략을 제시하였다. 제안한 교수 설계 모형은 대면 교육 특징을 온라인에서 수용할 수 있는 교수 설계로 교육의 패러다임 변화에 대비할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 초등학교에서 시행되는 온라인 수업 운영 방법 중 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법'에 대한 수업만족도를 비교 분석하였다. 연구자는 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법'의 수업만족도를 비교·분석하기 위해 실험연구를 진행하였으며, 연구 집단은 경기도 화성시의 D 초등학생 98명을 선정하였다. 학생들을 대상으로 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업' 과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업'을 각각 진행하였으며, 각각의 수업 운영 방법에 따른 학생들의 수업만족도를 분석하였다. 분석결과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법'에 대한 수업만족도가 높게 나왔으며, 학생의 특성에 따른 만족도를 분석한 결과 과제수행을 잘 못 하는 학생과 수업에 집중을 잘하지 못하는 학생의 경우 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'의 만족도가 더 높게 나왔다. 이를 통해 '콘텐츠 활용 및 과제수행 수업 운영 방법'과 '실시간 쌍방향 수업 운영 방법' 간의 장단점이 있으며, 학생의 실태를 명확히 조사하여 수업을 진행함으로써 맞춤형 온라인 수업이 될 수 있도록 제언한다.

Purpose: It is intended to investigate the satisfaction of dental hygiene students with non-face-to-face online classes and use them as basic data for successful lecture design and operation. Methods: The data collected in this study were analyzed using the lBM SPSS Statistics 21 program. The general characteristics of the study subjects were frequency analysis, non-face-to-face online class satisfaction, and test satisfaction were frequency analysis and technical statistics. Through the independent sample T test, a t-test was conducted to find out whether there was an average difference in online class and test satisfaction according to grade. Results: The advantages of non-face-to-face online classes were that repetitive learning was possible (57.7%), the disadvantage was that there was a lack of real-time communication (74.9%), and the most efficient teaching method was a mixed form of online and face-to-face classes (64.9%). The satisfaction level of online classes was 2.69 points for 'self-directed learning habits,' which was the highest compared to the overall average of 2.55 points, and 2.09 points for 'difficulty in interaction between instructors and learners in online classes.'Non-face-to-face test satisfaction was 2.68 points for 'short test time gives fairness to test results,' higher than the overall average of 2.45 points, and 2.07 points for 'no difficulty accessing the test.'In terms of satisfaction with the non-face-to-face test according to the grade, it was found that the third grade showed a more negative attitude than the second grade in terms of sexual fairness (p<0.05). Conclusions: Through the above results, non-face-to-face online classes require various content development and some mixed classes considering the level of students, and instructors' efforts to improve the quality of classes for interaction between instructors and learners are needed.

The threat of COVID-19 pandemic put many universities in Korea to develop and implement various types of non-face-to-face on-line classes, such as on-line real time class and on-line recorded video class. Online education has been recognized as one of the effective educational methods because of its ubiquitous and flexible educational environments. Even though COVID-19 led to many problems such as faculty's burden and stress during the early stage of COVID-19, both students and faculties have gradually become familiar with on-line environment. As students have got accustomed to the online environment, on-line recorded lectures are shown to be more preferred rather than on-line real time class. Researches regarding the learner's satisfaction of on-line classes during the COVID-19 indicate that systematic and good quality contents and interaction by instructor are important factors. This study, therefore, investigate the learner's satisfaction of online classes in Liberal Arts course using recorded video contents in terms of contents and interaction. The results of empirical analysis reveal that systematic and good quality contents are likely to predict learner's satisfaction and interaction plays a great role in providing those contents. These findings provide insights that preparing systematic contents and interaction are key to enhancing learner's satisfaction of on-line classes in Liberal Arts course.

최근 팬데믹으로 인하여 대부분의 교육 시스템은 비대면 강좌를 통해 이루어지고 있다. 비대면 강좌는 대면강좌와는 달리 수강자들이 집중을 유지하는데 더욱 어려우며, 평가 목록 중 하나인 수업 태도에 대한 교수자의 평가 또한 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 비대면 강좌에서 사용할 수 있는 실시간 화상 강의에서 수강자들의 집중력 기반 복습 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 기존의 화상 시스템에서 사용하는 장비를 이용하여 수강자의 얼굴, 동공 및 사용자 활동을 실시간으로 측정하여 이를 교수자에게 여러 가지의 형태로 수강자의 실시간 집중도 측정값을 전달한다. 동시에 집중도 측정값이 일정 수준보다 낮아지면 수강자에게 알림을 주며 동시에 강의의 타임스탬프를 기록해 주도록 한다. 이 시스템을 이용하여 교수자가 수업 시 실시간으로 수강자들의 수업 참여 여부 확인 및 수강자들의 수업 태도를 평가하는 데 도움을 주고 수강자들의 수업 능력을 향상 시켜주도록 한다.
