It is impossible to obtain the growth of library and the information culture of high quality without the desirable policies. Korean libraries have been developed steadily through the efforts of the authorities concerned. libraries, the library and information science, and the library business area. For the growth of Korean library culture and knowledge information society in the 21st century, I suggest that we should set up new library policies: (1) establishment and effective administration of advisory organizations of library, (2) revision of "the library and reading promotion law" and other related laws, (3) establishment of an exclusive bureau for administration of library, and (4) continuous development of informatized library.d library.

We aimed to understand how English textbooks in Korea reflect English education policies for improving the English language learners' cultural ability. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, we used the method of analyzing English textbooks because English textbooks are an important tool that most specifically reflects the English policy of a country. This study analyzed middle school English textbooks currently used in Korea. We analyzed nouns/pronouns related to cultures presented in the reading section included in each unit, and compared cultural diversity and cultural identity included in English textbooks in Korea. As a result, it was found that Korea tried to introduce the diverse cultures from the world and promote Korean traditional cultures into the world. So the cultural policy of English education in Korea can be evaluated to be appropriate for cultivating Korea young learners with the cultural capabilities which are essential to be successful leaders in the globalized world.

This study starts with the premise that many problematic situations in modern society can seriously damage personal feelings and that this phenomenon can create anxiety in individuals and society. In order to address such anxiety in individuals and society, we would like to propose measures to heal emotions. Accordingly, 270 research trends related to emotions studied from 2005 to 2020 will be analyzed to establish the direction of future research on emotion healing. As a result of analyzing the trends of healing papers, active healing studies have been conducted since 2010, but reading and writing healing through specific academic societies has been the main focus. Theoretical research accounted for a large portion, and emotional research was steadily conducted. Although healing methods are expanding to various topics, they have not been commercialized as specific methods. As a result, we hope that concrete research to heal individual emotions will be expanded and measures to implement a stable future society will be proposed.

Data quality issue in information systems is analyzed with focus on conceptual data modeling. Extensive investigation through triangulation of case studies is attempted to find how much extent inappropriate data modeling practices exercised in real workplace environment. It is revealed that more than 40 percent of data adversely contributed to unnecessary data redundancy, i.e., the level of data obesity is over 40 percent. Another contribution of this paper lies in excavation of all the categories of inappropriate data modeling practices, which has been previously only partially uncovered in the literature. New findings in this paper prove that the extent of inappropriate modeling is more serious that previously reported.

The aim of this study is to understand how English textbooks in Korea and Japan reflect English education policies for improving the English language learners' cultural ability. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the method of analyzing English textbooks was used because English textbooks are an important tool that most specifically reflects the English policy of a country. This study analyzed a total of six English textbooks, three middle school English textbooks currently used in Korea and three in Japan. We analyzed nouns/pronouns related to culture presented in the reading section included in each unit, and compared cultural diversity and cultural identity included in English textbooks in Korea and Japan. As a result, it was found that both countries experienced cultural diversity through English education and introduced their cultural pride to Western culture to realize the goal of strengthening global capabilities. This textbook analysis results show that English textbooks of Korea and Japan depend on American/British cultures and norms. The cultural contents of English textbooks in Korea and Japan tend to focus on geography, food and drink, festivals and activities, family and education systems, etc. And English textbooks in Korea and Japan include the cultural sections in each lesson, but they don't suggest how to relate these cultural sections into the learners' real experiences. These results can be utilized as the motives from which both countries develop English education policy and textbooks in the future.

본 연구는 출판문화산업 활성화를 위해 도서자판기를 편의점에 설치하여 유통채널을 확장시키는 방안에 관한 연구이다. 먼저 편의점의 의미와 도서자판기의 개념을 정립한 후 편의점 내 도서자판기 설치 및 운영 필요성을 도출하였다. 편의점 시스템을 이용하여 도서판매의 공정성과 투명성을 제고할 것이며, 출판업계와 편의점업계 사이의 아웃소싱, 소비자를 위한 옴니채널 서비스 확대, 고객 만족도를 높이기 위한 고객 경험가치 제공 등을 추진할 것이다. 도서자판기의 구성은 스마트 도서관 형태의 자판기로 운영하며 키오스크 프로그램에 유니버설 디자인을 적용한다. 이러한 과정을 도식화하였고 실질적인 운영방안을 모색하기 위해 성인 310명을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였다. 향후 편의점 도서자판기 설치와 같이 출판물의 판매 및 유통채널을 다변화하는 연구를 통해 출판문화산업 활성화에 따른 국민 1인당 독서량 증가로 국민의 독서환경이 증진될 수 있기를 기대하는 바이다.

전 세계적으로 유행하는 코로나19로 인해 많은 사망자가 보고되고 있다. 코로나19의 추가 확산을 막기 위해서는 의심 환자에 대해 신속하고 정확한 영상판독을 한 후, 적절한 조치를 취해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 환자의 감염 여부를 의료진에게 제공해 영상판독을 보조할 수 있는 딥 러닝 기반 코로나19 흉부 X선 판독 기법을 소개한다. 우선 판독모델을 학습하기 위해서는 충분한 데이터셋이 확보되어야 하는데, 현재 제공하는 코로나19 오픈 데이터셋은 학습의 정확도를 보장하기에 그 영상 데이터 수가 충분하지 않다. 따라서 누적 적대적 생성 신경망(StackGAN++)을 사용해 인공지능 학습 성능을 저하하는 영상 데이터 수적 불균형 문제를 해결하였다. 다음으로 판독모델 개발을 위해 증강된 데이터셋을 사용하여 DenseNet 기반 분류모델 학습을 진행하였다. 해당 분류모델은 정상 흉부 X선과 코로나 19 흉부 X선 영상을 이진 분류하는 모델로, 실제 영상 데이터 일부를 테스트데이터로 사용하여 모델의 성능을 평가하였다. 마지막으로 설명 가능한 인공지능(eXplainable AI, XAI) 중 하나인 Grad-CAM을 사용해 입력 영상의 질환유무를 판단하는 근거를 제시하여 모델의 신뢰성을 확보하였다.

본 연구는 게이미피케이션 기반의 퀴즈 활동이 정형화 배열의 회상에 미치는 영향을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 서울 소재 대학의 교양 영어 수업을 듣는 신입생 87명을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였다. 교재는 Marvel Cinematic Universe과 Twilight 및 Harry Potter 등 유명 프랜차이즈의 내용을 소재로 하는 EFL 교재를 이용하였다. 실험은 어휘 학습, 독해하기, 작문하기 순서로 진행하였다. 네 번째 활동은 두 집단에서 다르게 진행하였다. 실험집단은 게이미피케이션 기반의 퀴즈를 이용하여 정형화 배열을 연습하는 활동을 하였고, 비교집단은 독해한 내용을 요약하는 활동을 하였다. 평가는 정형화 배열 의미 회상과 형태 회상으로 나누어 실시하였다. 평가 결과, 정형화 배열 의미 회상 평가에서는 집단 간의 차이가 없었으나 사후 정형화 배열의 형태 회상 평가에서 실험집단이 비교집단에 비해 높은 점수를 나타냈고 이는 유의미한 차이로 나타났다.

본 연구는 이청준 소설 「눈길」을 통한 독서치유의 수업사례이다. 독서치유는 독서를 통한 동일화, 카타르시스, 표출, 통찰, 적용과정을 거쳐 진행된다. 연구를 통해 학생들은 소설 속 인물의 상황을 객관적으로 살펴보고, 이를 자신의 상황과 비교해서 바라보게 된다. 학생들은 소설 속 인물의 상황을 평가하고, '내가 만약 소설 속인물이라면 어떻게 할 것인지'에 대한 답을 통해 소설 속 인물의 다양한 삶의 입장을 경험하고, 자신은 그들의 삶과 다르게 살아갈 것이라는 자신의 의지를 표출한다. 그러면서 나와 부모님과의 관계를 들여다보고, 문제가 있는지, 있으면 어떻게 해결해나갈 것인지에 대해 진지하게 고민해본다. 이러한 과정을 통해 학생들은 자신의 감정과 문제의 상황을 살펴보고 해결할 수 있는 방법을 구체적으로 제시하게 된다. 결국 독서를 통해 학생들의 상처받은 감정은 일정부분 혹은 충분히 치유될 수 있는 것이다. 이 연구를 통해 독서치유의 방법이 좀더 구체화되고, 긍정적인 방향으로 발전하기를 기대한다.

본 연구는 드라마 <날씨가 좋으면 찾아가겠어요>(2020)을 통해서 드라마가 문학 작품을 활용하여 드라마의 정서와 서사, 그리고 인물을 효과적으로 제시하는 전략을 살핀다. 이 드라마는 시를 활용하여 인물의 내적 갈등을 효과적으로 보여주어 시청자들로 하여금 인물을 훨씬 더 긴밀하게 이해할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 동화의 서사를 통해 인물들 사이의 관계 변화와 성장의 서사를 보여준다. 한편으로는 회차마다 등장인물의 일기를 스틸컷과 함께 보여주어서 마치 드라마를 시청하는 것이 한 편의 문학 작품을 읽는 것과 같은 서정적인 효과를 불러일으킨다. 이로써 드라마 <날씨가 좋으면 찾아가겠어요>는 문학을 적극적으로 활용하여 시청자들로 하여금 성장과 치유의 서사를 공감하고 자신의 것으로 체험하게 하며, 문학이 지닌 치유의 효과를 입체적으로 형상화한다.
