대학 스키수업 만족이 학생들의 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 -교수이미지와 교육이미지의 이중매개효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Ski Class Satisfaction on Re-participation of Ski in University Students: Focused on Double Mediations of Professor and Education Images)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of ski class satisfaction on re-participation of ski focused on double mediations of professor and education images. The results of this study were summarized in the following. Firstly, the satisfaction of ski class was statistically positive effect on re-participation of ski. Second, the indirect effect of the satisfaction of ski on re-participation of ski through the image of professor was statistically positive significant. Third, the indirect effect of the satisfaction of ski on re-participation of ski through the education image was statistically insignificant. Lastly, the indirect effect of the satisfaction of ski on re-participation of ski through the image of professor and education image was statistically insignificant. This result indicated that there was no the relationship of satisfaction of ski and re-participation through the double mediations which were professor and education images.

  • Demand for construction technology is expected to change due to changes in domestic and foreign construction markets and the fourth industrial revolution. In particular, demand for project management strategy and project management capability is even more increasing rather than existing production technology capability. However, the current re-education program for engineers and technicians in construction industry is not matching the need of improving capacity required to reflect the demand of construction technology from construction industry. Therefore, in this study, as a part of efforts in innovating the current global construction talent re-education system to cope with the change in the construction industry, we analyzed the difference between the demand of construction technology and the present condition of construction re-education program. In order to investigate the current status of re-education of construction, questionnaires were prepared to gather opinions from construction engineers who attended construction re-education program and also from industrial partners that are jointly doing business. This study can be an example to improve the construction re-education program as a system for substantially reinforcing the competence of engineers rather than those programs that are merely verifying and/or extending engineers' certification.

모델리스트의 업무 및 교육 실태에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Status of Work and Education of Modelists)

  • This study aims to provide basic data to suggest guidelines for re-education and work improvement of modelists based on the analysis of the current status of modelist work and education. A survey was conducted from January 4 to May 15, 2020, targeting 44 people working in pattern, pattern CAD, and grading in domestic apparel companies. Descriptive statistical analysis and frequency analysis using SPSS 25 were employed to analyze the status of work type, work difficulties, and re-education. For pattern production, the rate of using pattern CAD for business was high. It was found that companies mainly use YUKA CAD (63.8%), and branded companies use pattern CAD (100%). It was found that 3D CAD is mostly employed by vendors (88.9%), and CLO (90%) is mainly used. Regarding difficulties in pattern making, it was found that they experienced difficulties with stretchable materials owing to the amount of shrinkage and sagging of the fabric. The work problem was the lack of requisite working hours owing to the volume of work. Regarding future re-education, 63.6% of the total respondents indicated that they required a course related to pattern correction and material. Moreover, it was found that re-education was necessary to upgrade technology and acquire new knowledge, however, information on re-education was insufficient.

조리 관련 학원의 교육 환경이 학습 만족 및 재수강에 미치는 영향 - 부산 지역을 중심으로 - (The Effect of the Environment of Cooking Education Institutes on Study Satisfaction and Re-registration - Focused on Busan Area -)

  • This study analyzed the effect of the environment of cooking education institutes on students' study satisfaction and re-registration in Busan, in order to provide those students with good education environment and useful information. The survey was conducted from March 25th to April 11th, 2008. 300 copies of the questionnaire were distributed and 293 copies were returned, among which 270 copies(unsuitable 23 copies were excluded from the analysis) were included as reliable statistical data for analysis. To figure out the result, frequency analysis, reliability verification(Cronbach's Alph), factor analysis and regression analysis were employed in this study. Analyzed factors included cooking environment factor, education service factor, additional factor and lecturer's attitude factor. For the regression analysis to find out the effect of cooking education environment factor on study satisfaction and re-registration, it was found that cooking environment factor, education service factor, additional factor and lecturer's attitude factor had significant effect on study satisfaction and re-registration, which meant that the assumptions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 were adopted in this analysis. For the regression analysis to find out the effect of the satisfaction for the environment of cooking education institutes on re-registration, it was found that study satisfaction had significant effects on re-registration and the assumption 6 was adopted. Through this study, it was suggested that the satisfaction and re-registration of cooking education institutes were influenced by all factors, especially for cooking environment and education service. Thus, it is necessary to improve the old environment for cooking education and cooking education programs. Also, continuous study should be conducted to secure potential customers in the future.

Preparation and Characterization of the Paramagnetic Rhenium Complex, $(CO)_4ReL_2$ [$L_2$= 2,3-Bis(diphenylphosphino)maleic anhydride]

  • The paramagnetic complex of $(CO)_4ReL_2[L_2=$ 2,3-Bis(diphenylphosphino)maleic anhydride] was prepared both by the photochemically induced homolytic splitting of $Re_2(CO)_10withL_2and$ by the chemical reduction of $[(CO)_4ReL_2]SO_3CF_3.$ The $(CO)_4ReL_2$ compound was characterized by ESR spectrum. The spectrum exhibits three group of sextets arising from one $^{185.187}Re$ nucleus (Ⅰ= 5/2) and two equivalent $^31P$ nuclei (Ⅰ= 1/2). Infrared, ESR, and cyclic voltammetric data are reported for all of the complexes prepared in this study.

과학기술인력의 재교육·계속교육프로그램 개발에 대한 요구분석 (A Needs Analysis for the Development of Re-Education & Continuous Education Programs for R&D Human Resources)

  • 본 연구는 과학기술인력에 대한 재교육 계속교육 요구를 분석하여, 과학기술인력에 대한 기존 교육의 체계화 및 신규 프로그램을 발굴하고, 더 나아가 과학기술 인력 재교육 계속교육에 대한 정책 추진에 도움이 될 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 과학기술인력 재교육 계속교육의 필요성 및 기존 산업현장의 요구를 분석하고 시사점을 도출한 후, 대학 및 출연(연), 그리고 민간기업 연구소의 연구 인력을 대상으로 재교육 계속교육의 시행 현황 조사 및 시행 프로그램에 대한 중요도 만족도 조사를 통해 기존의 교육 프로그램에 대한 교육 대상자의 요구를 분석하고, 교육 활성화 장애 요인 및 개선요인을 조사하여 체계적이고 효율적인 재교육 계속교육 프로그램을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한, 과학기술인력의 재교육 계속교육에 대한 정부 지원의 필요성 및 지원내용의 중요성에 대한 조사를 통해 과학기술인력에 대한 정부 지원 정책에 대한 요구를 분석하였다.

은퇴자를 위한 재취업교육의 효과분석 (Analysis of the Re-Employment Education For Retirees')

  • 본 연구는 은퇴자를 위한 재취업교육이 취업불안, 취업스트레스 그리고 진로신념에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다. K에 소재한 G교회에 출석중인 은퇴자 67명을 선정한 후 각각 실험집단 32명과 통제집단 35명으로 구분하였다. 매주 1회 총 14회기의 재취업교육을 실시하였으며, 본 연구에서 나타난 주요 결과를 요약하여 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 재취업 교육에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 취업불안이 감소되었다. 둘째, 재취업 교육에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 취업스트레스가 감소되었다. 셋째, 재취업 교육에 참여한 실험집단은 참여하지 않은 통제집단보다 진로신념이 향상되었다.

교육서비스품질이 고객만족 및 재이용에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구 - E평생교육센터 중심으로 - (An Empirical Study on effect of Education Service Quality which Influence Re-Use and Customer Satisfaction - Focusing on E life-long Education Center -)

  • In this research, we study on to find the inter-relation among education service quality and customer satisfaction and re-use focusing on E life-long education center. Education service quality consists of four factors such as training center's facility, trainer, employee's service and operating service. As like the results of this research, we found that three factors of education service quality such as facility, trainer and operating service give a positive effect to customer satisfaction and also we found that customer satisfaction gives a positive effect to re-use.

  • 2000년에 접어들어 고령화 사회로 진임하게 된 대한민국은 2017년 고령사회로의 진입하게 됨에 따라 장기적으로 청년 노동력의 감소와 그로인한 숙련된 중장년 및 고령인구의 감소가 국가경제의 중요이수로 부각되고 있다. 따라서 은퇴 및 실직자들의 창업 및 재취업이 사회의 중요한 화두가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 중년기를 위한 창업 및 재취업교육이 재취업불안, 재취업스트레스 그리고 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 실시하였다.
