비도로 수송에 의한 온실 가스 배출량 추정 (Estimation of Greenhouse Gas Emission from Off-road Transportation)

  • 건설 장비, 항공 지상 지원 장비, 항만 하역 장비, 농림업 기계를 포함하는 비도로 수송 부문의 경우 IPCC Guidelines의 배출원 분류 코드에 비도로 수송(1A3e2)이 존재하나, 국내에서는 배출자료가 구축되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설업, 항공, 해운, 농림업에 해당하는 석유 통계 자료를 유종별로 구분하였고, 1996 및 2006 IPCC Guidelines에서 제시하는 배출 계수로 Tier 1 수준의 비도로 수송 부문 온실 가스 배출량을 산출하고 비교하였다. 그 결과, 1996 IPCC Guidelines과 2006 IPCC Guidelines에 의한 2007년 비도로 수송 온실 가스 배출량은 각각 4,919천ton $CO_2eq./yr$, 5,530천ton $CO_2eq./yr$으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 추정한 비도로 수송 온실 가스 배출량은 국내 수송 부문 온실 가스 배출량의 약 5.5%에 해당하는 양으로 추정되었다.

Assessing landslide susceptibility along the Halong - Vandon expressway in Quang Ninh province, Vietnam: A comprehensive approach integrating GIS and various methods

  • A GIS-based landslide susceptibility mapping (LSM) was carried out using frequency ratio (FR), modified frequency ratio (M-FR), analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and modified analytic hierarchy process (M-AHP) methods to identify and delineate the potential failure zones along the Halong - Vandon expressway. The thematic layers of various landslide causative factors were generated for modeling in GIS, including geology, rainfall, distance to fault, distance to road, slope, aspect, landuse, density of landslide, vertical relief, and horizontal relief. In addition, a landslide inventory along the road network was prepared using data provided by the management department during the course of construction and operation from 2017 to 2019, when many landslides were documented. The validation results showed that the M-FR method had the highest AUC value (AUC = 0.971), which was followed by the FR method with AUC = 0.961. The AUC values were 0.939 and 0.892 for the M-AHP and AHP methods, respectively. The generated LSM obtained from M-FR method classified the study area into five susceptibility classes: very low (0), low (0-1), moderate (1-2), high (2-3), and very high (3-4) classes, which could be useful for various stakeholders like planners, engineers, designers, and local public for future construction and maintenance in the study area.

결정궤환 기반 IEEE802.11p 다이버시티 모뎀 개발 (Decision Feedback Based Diversity Modem for IEEE802.11p WAVE)

  • 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.11p WAVE 모뎀을 위한 다이버시티 모뎀 구조를 제안하고 설계하였으며, 이를 실차에 장착하여 성능테스트를 수행하였다. 제안한 구조는 듀얼채널과 다이버시티 기능을 선택적으로 수행할 수 있으며, 선택적 안테나 다이버시티와 Maximum Ratio Combining (MRC) 다이버시티 기능 중하나를 선택하여 수신할 수 있다. 개발된 구조는 HDL로 설계되어 Xillinx Kintex7보드를 이용하여 실도로에서 실차에 장착하여 테스트를 수행하여 성능을 검증하였다. 실험결과 개발된 다이버시티 모뎀은 단일 채널 모뎀에 비하여 안정적인 통신 성공률을 유지할 수 있으며, 전송거리도 안테나 후면 수신시 최소 100%이상 향상됨을 확인하였다.

경지정리 사업이 농업기계화에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Land Consolidation on Agricultural Mechanization)

  • In 1990's, two types of land consolidation has been widely carried out to enforce competativeness of rice production in Korea. One is so called large-scale land consolidation for resizing paddy field and farm road, the other is general land consolidation for changing both size and shape of field, water channel and farm road. This study was conducted to evaluate how much effect on fm mechanization the land consolidation had. To evaluate the influence of the land consolidation, theoretical analysis and surveys were accomplished. Land consolidation was analyzed to increase field efficiency by 180 to 670% depending on the type of land consolidation and machine selection. Also, land consolidation brought increment of real working time ratio by reducing traveling time on farm road. Trends of large scale mechanization and increment of custom work were observed to be accelerated by land consolidation. It also gave effect on the pattern of machine troubles. Farmers were conscious of the influence of land consolidation on machine utilization, however, in plains level of satisfaction was shown to be low.

윤거, 축거, 차축 하중 분포가 트랙터 진동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Tread, Wheelbase and Axle Load Distribution on Tractor Vibrations)

  • Effects on the tractor vibrations of tread, wheelbase and axle load distribution were analyzed by using mathematical models of tractor and random road surface. A 4 degrees of freedom tractor model was developed to predict the bounce, pitch and roll motions of tractor. The front axle which is constrained to roll with respect to tractor body was also included in the model. A random road profile was generated and used as an excitation input to the tractor. Output vibrations of the model were predicted and analyzed by a computer simulation method. In general, longer tread tends to reduce rolling and longer wheelbase does bouncing and pitching motions. Tractor vibrations were minimum when the ratio of front to rear axle loads was in the range of 30:70-35:65. Sensitivity analysis showed that rolling and pitching motions most sensitively varied with changes in tread and wheelbase while bouncing motion did with the location of mass center.

블랙보드 구조를 갖는 도로 영상이해시스템 (Road Image Understanding System Based on the Blackboard Architecture)

  • 본 논문에서는 일반적인 도로 영상을 이해할 수 있는 시스템을 블랙보드 모델을 이용하여 구현하였다. 블랙보드에는 계층적인 구조를 갖는 여러 가지의 정보를 저장 하도록 하였으며 이들은 제어모듈의 통제에 따라 여러 개의 지식원들과 유기적으로 결 합하여 가정을 세우고 검증하므로써 도로 영상을 이해하도록 하였다. 실제의 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과는 90% 정도의 물체를 인식하는 것을 확인하였다. 이 결과를 토 대로 무인운항에 필요한 도로 정보의 추출이 가능하다는 것을 확인하였다.

투수성 폴리머 콘크리트의 동결융해 저항성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Freezing and Thawing Resistance of Permeable Polymer Concrete)

  • Permeable polymer concrete in this study is one of the environment conscious concrete that can be applied at road, side walks and river embankment, etc. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of mix proportions such as resing content, filler-binder ratio and aggregate ratio on the freezing and thawing resistance of permeable polymer concrete. The permeable polymer concrete are prepared with the resin ratio of 5%, 6% and 7%, filler-binder ratio of 0, 0.5 and 1.0, and 2.5~5mm sized aggregate ratio to standard sand of 10:10, 10:20, 20:10 and 20:20. It is tested for freezing and thawing test according to ASTM C 666092, and then, weight change, length change, relative dynamic modulus, durability factor, and compressive and flexural strengths after test are measured. From the test results, the resistance to freezing and thawing of permeable polymer concrete increased with increase the resing content, filler-binder ratio and fine aggregate ratio.

2차로 시설개량 사업의 도로 안전성 평가방법 연구 (A Study on Road Safety Evaluation Method for Improvement Project of Two-Lane Road)

  • 최근 사회여건의 변화로 도로정책의 패러다임은 이용자 중심의 안전성 위주로 변화하고 있다. 최근 시설개량사업은 지속적인 증가 추이를 보이고 있으나 대부분 경제적 타당성 확보가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 도로 안전성에 대한 객관적이고 타당한 분석을 통해 합리적인 시설개량 대상사업 선정이 절실히 요구되는 시점이다. 본 연구에서는 새로운 도로 안전성 평가기법 개발을 위해 국도, 국지도, 지방도 등 75개 노선에 대해 현행 도로 안전성 평가기법을 토대로 데이터를 구축하였으며, 이렇게 구축된 데이터를 중심으로 문제점을 분석하여, 새로운 도로 안전성 평가기법의 기초자료로 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 교통사고발생현황을 가중치를 통해 일반 평가항목으로 추가하고, 지자체 공무원들의 문제 지적 및 건의 사항 등을 통해 최종 평가항목을 확정하였다. 각 평가항목에 대해서는 전문가 AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) 설문 평가를 통해 합리적 가중치를 도출하였으며, 항목별 평가기준을 토대로 안전지수(Safety Index)를 결정하였다. 결정된 각 항목의 안전지수(SI)를 토대로, 각 안전지수의 곱인 종합 안전지수를 산출하였으며, 위험구간 판정 기준을 정립하였다. 또한, 위험구간 연장 비율인 종합위험도에 따른 시설개량 대상사업 선정 기준 도출 등 합리적이고 객관적인 도로 안전성 평가기법을 개발하였다.

도로교통소음에 대한 주민들의 반응 (Specific Reaction to Road-traffic Noise)

  • Valid evaluation of community reaction to road-traffic noise exposure is important for the policy making and quality of life. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between community reaction and nighttime road-traffic noise. The study measured nighttime roadside noise caused by high traffic which is greater than LAeq(22:00-07:00) 65dB(A) and lower than 65dB(A) at Chonju city, from March to April, 2003. Three hundred sixty seven subjects, aged from 20 to 65, were selected from those who are residing close to the major roads. They were asked to answer the questions regarding noise source, stress(PWI-SF), annoyance, disturbance of specific activity, disturbance of sleep, somatic symptom, and four suggested confounding factors. The relationship between annoyance, somatic symptom and noise exposure was not significant. Adjusted odds ratio(95% C.I.) for disturbance of communication  and disturbance of attention and rest  were 1.59(1.03-2.71), 1.64(1.06-2.81), respectively. On the other hand sleep disturbance  was indicated as 1.34(0.77-2.32). The results suggested that federal policy-making about road-traffic noise should consider community reaction evaluated by various perspective including annoyance, disturbance of specific activity, disturbance of sleep, and confounding factors.

Kiss & Ride Zone 설치에 따른 교통망 영향 분석 (Impact Analysis of Transportation Network by The Installation of Kiss & Ride Zone)

  • PURPOSES : This research is a study on the changes in the road network of the surrounding area is installed according to the Kiss & Ride Zone. METHODS : Estimating the transportation mode of students by using the Metropolitan household Surveys(2006) and estimating the O/D by Kiss & Ride ratio with the estimated data, then being applied to a method of reducing the number of lanes for certain sections of the road which would be installed with Kiss & Ride Zone. RESULTS : The reason why it is different for delay resolving time and the affected roads as the Kiss & Ride percentage change, was the impact of the Kiss & Ride Zone's installation position. CONCLUSIONS : The purpose of the study was to analyze the impact of the road network in accordance with the installation of Kiss & Ride Zone by using speed and queue delay resolving time, and it is a need to develop a quantitative evaluation technique which was using various indicators in impact analysis according to the installation of the traffic safety facilities in the future.
