조립식 내부 구속 중공 CFT 교각을 위한 교각세그먼트 접합부 연구 (A Study of Pier-Segment Joint for Fabricated Internally Confined Hollow CFT Pier)

  • 교량은 재료의 발달과 신형식의 개발로 많은 발전을 이루어 왔으나, 현장에서 거의 모든 작업 공정이 이루어진다는 기본 틀을 탈피하지 못하고 있다. 급속 시공 건설 기술은 현재 세계적으로 그 효용성이 증가하게 되어 현재 국내 외적으로 조립식 교량에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 상부구조와 비교하여 하부구조의 경우에는 연구 및 시공 실적이 매우 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 조립식 내부 구속 중공 CFT 교각에 대해서 대략적으로 설명하고, 교각 세그먼트 접합부의 설계식을 제안하였으며 교각 세그먼트 접합부의 구성요소에 대한 매개변수 연구를 수행하였다.

재난 현장에서 이종 센서를 활용한 인명 탐지 기술 개발 (Development of Human Detection Technology with Heterogeneous Sensors for use at Disaster Sites)

  • Recently, a special purpose machine with two manipulators and quadruped crawler system has been developed for rapid life-saving and initial restoration work at disaster sites. This special purpose machine provides the driver with various environmental recognition functions for accurate and rapid task determination. In particular, the human detection technology assists the driver in poor working conditions such as low-light, dust, water vapor, fog, rain, etc. to prevent secondary human accidents when moving and working. In this study, a human detection module is developed to be mounted on a special purpose machine. A thermal sensor and CCD camera were used to detect victims and nearby workers in response to the difficult environmental conditions present at disaster sites. The performance of various AI-based life detection algorithm were verified and then applied to the task of detecting various objects with different postures and exposure conditions. In addition, image visibility improvement technology was applied to further improve the accuracy of human detection.

Deformation characteristics of tunnel bottom after construction under geological conditions of long-term deformation

  • Mountainous areas cover more than 70% of Korea. With the rapid increase in tunnel construction, tunnel-collapse incidents and excessive deformation are occurring more frequently. In addition, longer tunnel structures are being constructed, and geologically weaker ground conditions are increasingly being encountered during the construction process. Tunnels constructed under weak ground conditions exhibit long-term deformation behavior that leads to tunnel instability. This study analyzes the behavior of the bottom region of tunnels under geological conditions of long-term deformation. Long-term deformation causes various types of damage, such as cracks and ridges in the packing part of tunnels, as well as cracks and upheavals in the pavement of tunnels. We observed rapid tunnel over-displacement due to the squeezing of a fault rupture zone after the inflow of a large amount of groundwater. Excessive increments in the support member strength resulted in damage to the support and tunnel bottom. In addition, upward infiltration pressure on the tunnel road was found to cause severe pavement damage. Furthermore, smectite (a highly expandable mineral), chlorite, illite, and hematite, were also observed. Soil samples and rock samples containing clay minerals were found to have greater expansibility than general soil samples. Considering these findings, countermeasures against the deformation of tunnel bottoms are required.

시공단계에 따른 RC공동주택의 동바리 하중 계측 (Field Instrumentation of Load of R/C Apartment under Construction according to Construction Stage)

  • 최근 초고층 건축물뿐만 아니라 공동주택에서도 공기단축에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 골조공기단축을 경제적으로 하기 위해서는 철근콘크리트 공사에서 40%정도를 차지하는 거푸집공사 비용을 줄이는 것이 중요하다. 경제적인 거푸집공사를 위해서는 적은 거푸집 벌수로 전용회수를 늘리고 동바리 지지층수를 줄이는 것이 유리하므로 강도발현 이전에 거푸집을 탈형하고 동바리를 제거한다. 그런데 시공단계의 진행에 따라 시공 중인 구조물에 시공하중이 가해지게 된다. 이러한 시공하중은 시공단계에 따라 변화하고 경우에 따라 과도한 시공하중이 아직 굳지 않은 콘크리트에 가해지므로 시공 중인 구조물의 안전성 및 사용성에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 보다 안전하고 경제적인 공기단축을 위해서는 이러한 시공 중인 구조물의 거동을 합리적으로 예측하여 적절한 가설계획을 세울 수 있어야 하고 이를 위해서는 우선 시공단계에 따른 구조물의 거동이 어떻게 변하는지를 조사해야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시공 중인 공동주택 가운데 바닥면적이 넓은 1세대를 선정하고 현장계측을 수행하였다. 동바리 하중 변화를 측정하기 위하여 동바리의 하부에 로드셀을 설치하였고 10층 거푸집 설치 단계부터 11층 동바리 제거단계까지의 시공단계의 진행에 따라 동바리의 하중변화를 계측하고 이를 분석하였다.

  • Computer has been many effect in diverse field of mankind and it brings development of educational field like CAI. Also development of internet and If bring rapid growth of cyber school and it is required multimedia environment and efficient cyber school construction package for efficient management. In this paper we develop multimedia education-network construction package for cyber school using intranet. It will reduce the cost of management and construction for small and medium size cyber school, and it will raise efficiency of cyber school.

  • Planning/planning stage Construction cost prediction is very important. In particular, flexible thinking is required to predict the construction cost by reflecting rapid market changes and current conditions. Therefore, in this study, we tried to consider the process for calculating the construction cost of an apartment house in a more accurate planning/planning stage. First, cases were collected based on the classification system by construction type. Second, the construction cost was predicted using the case-based reasoning technique. Third, the composition ratio by construction type of the most similar case was applied to the derived construction cost. Finally, the construction cost was predicted based on practical corrections reflecting the market and field conditions.

  • On December 2001, Yongin Light Rapid Transit was started with the Notification of Basic Plan for Private Infrastructure Investment Project and promoted as BTO configuration to effectually cope with the rapid increase of traffic demand in Yongin City and establish pleasant and green urban traffic system to connect with New Boondang Line to diversity traffic demand around roads. On May 27th, 2005, it was applied authorization of detailed plan and the .First Light Rapid Transit in Korea shall be started construction on Nov, 2005, and completion on May. 2009. This Thesis will introduce the Detailed Design for Yongin Light Rapid Transit.

Significant Progress in Construction Equipment of Super High-Rise Building

  • The construction of rapid developing super high-rise buildings constantly faces great challenges and the innovation of construction equipment is a focus of these challenges. In this paper, three new inventions including the operation platform, tower crane and hoist are put forward around two of the most important issues of super high-rise building construction: vertical transportation and operation environment. Study background, composition of the equipment, working principles and key technologies are introduced in sequence. In the end, the paper summarizes the main problems in the further development of construction equipment.
