방사선과 학생의 직업가치관 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Types of Work Values of Radiologic Technology Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 방사선과 학생들의 직업가치관 유형을 분석하여 그 특성을 규명하는데 있으며 전국에 소재한 7개 대학 방사선과 학생 791명을 대상으로 자료를 수집 분석하여 직업가치관 유형을 추출하고, 직업가치관 특성을 알아보기 위하여 관련 변인에 대한 차이를 검증하였다. 이 연구에서 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 방사선과 학생들의 외재적 직업가치관(지위, 경제적보상)은 내재적 직업가치관(사회기여, 성취, 능력, 직업흥미)보다 높게 나타났다. 2. 방사선과 학생들이 중요하게 생각하는 직업가치관 유형은 경제적 보상, 지위, 성취, 능력, 직업흥미, 사회기여 순으로 나타났다.

방사선과 대학생이 지각한 방사선사 이미지와 자아존중감에 관한 연구 (A study on Images of the Radiological Technologists Perceived by College Students of Radiology and their Self-Esteem)

  • For this study, this researcher conducted a questionnaire survey of college students as juniors who were majoring in radiology at universities located in Daegu and Gyeongbuk. The distribution and collection of the questionnaire copies were made from April 2nd to 30th, 2013 when the researcher explained the purpose of this study to those students and asked them to fill in the documents. Out of the distributed coies, 220 were finally collected and analyzed. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. Concerning conventional images of the radiological technologists, the male college students of radiology were most affirmative about 'being rational and logical' and 'doing business with putting patients first' while, the female ones of the same major, 'being accurate in doing business' and 'being reliable'. 2. Regarding social images of the radiological technologists. the male college students of radiology were most affirmative about 'being highly intellectual' while, the female ones of the same major, 'being attractive in profession'. 3. In terms of professional images of the radiologist, the college students, irrespective of gender, were most affirmative about 'having highly professional skills' and 'having expertise'. 4. In relation to personal images of the radiologist, both the male and female college students of radiology were most affirmative about 'being kind', but most negative about 'being egocentric'. 5. The radiology students' perceived images of the radiological technologists, and their self-esteem were statistically, significantly correlated with each other. Among those images, conventional ones were found most correlated with self-esteem.

방사선과 대학생의 기초직업능력 수준에 대한 연구 (Study on the Department of Radiological Technology Students' Basic Vocational Competency Skills)

  • 직업구조가 빠르게 변화하는 상황에서 기업들은 기초직업능력의 중요성을 더욱더 강조하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 S대학교 재학생의 기초직업능력 수준을 파악하여, 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 수집된 자료는 T-test 및 일원 분산분석(Oneway ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 기초직업능력 일곱 개 영역에 있어 전반적으로 보통이상의 수준을 가지고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 이 중 의사소통능력 중 읽기와 쓰기 능력이 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 그 다음이 조직이해능력 중 글로벌 문화를 이해하며 외국어를 활용할 수 있는 능력, 수리능력 순으로 나타났다. 반면에 대인관계능력이 가장 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 이는 앞으로 병원 근무에 있어서 환자 및 구성원들과 대인관계를 잘 형성할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 또한 의사소통능력 중 읽기와 쓰기 능력, 수리능력, 조직이해능력 중 글로벌 문화를 이해하며 외국어를 활용할 수 있는 능력이 학년 간에 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.01). 본 연구는 S대학교 방사선과 재학생을 대상으로 기초직업능력 수준을 파악하였기 때문에 연구결과를 전체 대학교 재학생 및 모든 학과에 대해 일반화하는데 다소 한계가 있을 수 있다. 이상의 결과를 토대로, 학생들이 의사소통능력, 수리능력, 조직이해능력, 자기관리능력 등을 향상시킬 수 있도록 전공 교육과정과 연계하여 지도하여야 할 것이다. 따라서, 우수한 직업기초능력을 갖춘 인재를 양성하기 위해 학과의 특성과 학생들의 특성을 잘 고려하여 학년별 및 학생 수준별로 진행될 수 있는 다양한 프로그램 활용 및 산업체와 잘 연계된 맞춤형 교육이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

  • In the pandemic situation due to corona 19, we examined the satisfactory level of students' between non-face-to-face and online classes in the first year of radiology. In the case of online non-face classes related to radiation majors, it is considered better to conduct real-time lectures than recorded lectures, which allows students to understand difficult radiation majors throughout real-time questions and answers, and at the same time allows them to sympathize with difficult subjects such as intimacy and bonds between students. As a result of the analysis of the answers to questionnaires, the coefficient of answer correlation between first and second grade students is P>0.05, and there is no answer correlation between grades, and it can be seen that the higher the grade, the higher the demand for face-to-face classes was.

방사선과 재학생의 수시출입자 방사선 피폭선량에 대한 고찰 (Consideration about Radiological Technology Student's Frequent Workers Exposure Dose Rate)

  • The Nuclear Safety Commission amended the Nuclear Safety Act by strengthening the safety management system for the frequent workers to the level of radiation workers. And students entering radiation management zones for testing and practical purposes are subject to frequent workers. It is inevitable that this will incur additional costs. In this paper, the validity of the amendment to the Nuclear Safety Act was to be assessed in terms of radiation protection. Study subjects are from 2014 to 2016, among university students in Seong-nam Korea and comparisons for analyses were made taking into account variables that are differences in annual, practical types, on-class and clinical practice students exposure dose. The analysis showed that exposures between on-class and clinical practice received were less than the annual dose limit of 1 mSv for the public. Then, some alternatives that excluding from frequent workers during on-class practice or mitigating the frequent workers' safety regulation for only on-class frequent workers can be considered. Optimization is how rational is the reduction in exposure dose to the costs required. Therefore, the results are hardly considered for optimization. If the data accumulated, it could be considered that the revision of the act could be evaluated and improved.

방사선학과 대학생의 스마트폰 과의존이 대학교 생활적응에 미치는 영향 분석 (An Analysis on the Influence of Smartphone Addiction by University Students of Radiological Science on School Life)

  • This study analyzed the influence of smartphone addiction on adaptation to school life by using the questionnaire survey method of 431 students of radiological science in six regions. The results showed that 89.6% of students are the general user group, 6.3% the high risk group and 4.2% the potential risk group. Adaptability to school life was found to be social adaptability 3.71, righteous adaptability 3.17 and academic adaptability 2.95. Academic adaptability was 3.06 for male students and 2.79 for female students. And righteous adaptability was 3.26 for male students and 3.03 for female students. As a result, male students were more adaptable than female students in academic adaptability and righteous adaptability, which was statistically significant. And Social adaptability was 3.73 for female students and 3.68 for male students, but there was no significant difference(p<.001). Adaptability to school life by smartphone addiction level was found to be the general user group 3.19, the potential risk group 3.05 and the high risk group 2.81. The difference of righteous adaptability between the general user group and the high risk group was statistically significant. And social and academic adaptability of the general user group and the high risk group was no significant(p<.01).

방사선 전공 학생들을 대상으로 코로나 이후 수업 만족도 조사 연구 (A Study on the Post-COVID-19 Class Satisfaction Survey of Radiology Majoring Students)

  • This study surveyed 233 students who experienced non-face-to-face and face-to-face classes in "86 first-year, 76 second-year, and 71 third-year students" enrolled in the radiology department of universities in the Seoul metropolitan area. The main question of questionnaire consisted of a total of 14 questions, including online lectures and face-to-face lectures, use of electronic devices during classes, students' thoughts on flipped learning methods, and finally, whether it was helpful for students who were unable to participate in face-to-face classes due to COVID-19 to take classes online. The responses were composed optional to select the content of the questionnaire and descriptive to obtain open thinking from students. Comparing the significance level of responses of second and third graders based on the first graders, p>0.05 for second graders and p<0.05 for third graders, showing a significant difference in satisfaction with third graders who were greatly damaged by COVID-19 and freshmen. In conclusion, even in a situation where face-to-face lectures can be conducted, it is considered beneficial for students to conduct online lectures and face-to-face lectures according to the method of the major subject.

전산화단층촬영 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 임상교육 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study into the Effect of the CT Simulation Program on Clinical Education)

  • 전산화단층촬영 시뮬레이션 프로그램은 환자가 받는 방사선 피폭 선량에 전혀 관계가 없으면서 임상에서 사용하는 고가의 의료 장비와 같은 모의실험을 함으로써 양질의 교육효과를 얻을 수 있다. 이러한 프로그램의 장점을 최대한으로 이용하기 위하여 강의 교안을 만든 다음 교육을 실시하였다. 이론교육만 실시한 학생을 대조군으로, 이론교육과 시뮬레이션 교육을 동시에 실시한 학생을 실험군으로 분류하여 면접평가 하였다. 대조군과 실험군의 평가를 시행한 결과 실험군의 성적이 월등히 향상됨을 알 수 있었다. 그러므로 시뮬레이션 프로그램은 학생들과 임상을 앞둔 방사선사에게 양질의 교육 자료로 활용될 것으로 사료된다.
