The purposes of this study were to examine the factors affecting the avatar addictive buying behavior. The survey subjects were 220 females and males who had purchased avatar items in the internet. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, factor analysis, t-test and regression analysis were used. In the results, first, the frequency test of quantity of owned items, payment method, main using site, frequency of purchase, and price of purchase was conducted to reveal the avatar addictive buying behavior. Second, the avatar addictive buying behavior was classified into three factors: conspicuous addictive, psychological addictive and habitual addictive. Also, the pursuit of pleasure was classified into three factors: superiority, pastime and enjoyment. Third, flow, vicarious satisfaction, stress, superiority and pastime affected avatar addictive buying behavior. Based on these results, fashion marketing strategies and implications regarding avatar addictive buying were suggested.

Rebar work takes up big proportion in a construction work. The current process of purchasing, cutting and election, and working of rebar induces a lot of loss in rebar. This study is focused on analyzing the problem and the present condition of the process from the calculating of rebar quantifies to the actual constructional stage through surveying those who have experience in the estimation department, or the construction site of a domestic construction company. Many reform measures such as diversification of standard(i.e., 8-meter)bar, calculation of rebar quantities and construction according to the rebar election drawing, expansion of accuracy in layout plan, thoroughness in examination of layout plan in advance, utilization of the worked material, systemization of rebar control(management), and a shift in attitude of the field(site) manager were proposed as the result of the survey.

This study suggests a safety management model for construction management (CM) suitable to domestic conditions so that inefficiency resulted from the operation of construction projects by public and private indtitutes according to different systems can be eliminated for the securing of systematic and efficient safety managment. Based on the suggested safety management model, this study also develops a safety management information system that can efficiently and consistently manage and maintain a large quantity of information, and give necessary supports in a speedy way in the managing of construction projects.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic guidelines for qualitatively advanced children facilities and spaces in grand bookstores. The main concept is considered with a situation that grand bookstores of large corporations are increasing in quantity, but their social missions for the user are often being connived. The study is peformed by research of current six domestic grand bookstores, two branches of each three large corporations, larger than 2,500py in Seoul, and the research is applied to Murtha's User Benefit Criteria as a basic format. As a result of the research, some problems to be improved are detected in ways of behavioral facilitation, physiological maintenance, perceptual maintenance, and social facilitation, therefore findings in survey turned out to be parents' dissatisfaction in many aspects. Finally, with this result, it is desirable for interior designers to reflect the indicated insufficient elements to their following children's bookstore space design for the user, children and their parents.

The purpose of this study was to suggest the data of base for automated underwear manufacture by analyzing the technology of the automated underwear manufacturing facilities in the area of Jeonbuk with a focus on Jeonju and Iksan. The case study samples were 6 underwear firms. The results were as follows : 1. Automated underwear manufacturing systems in the area of JeonBuk introduced over the entire period between 1990 and 1997. Most of Their production type was multi-kind and small-quantity production. 2. They were using Gerber, Assyst, Lectra, Microdynamics and Investronica systems as the CAD/CAM system, of which the Gerber system was mostly used by them. 3. In the stage of production planning and in the stage of preparation for production, most of them realized automation, but in the stage of main production, every firm did not realize automation. In most cases, they used both the stage of mechanization and the stage of unit process automation.

In this paper, we investigated the relationship between the variables of the industrial accident factors and the manufacturing performances such as production quantity, quality, cost, and delivery. For this investigation, we collected the real data from 30 small/medium-sized manufacturing industries by performing a questionnaire survey and a on-site inter-view with the workers. Thirty industries were made up of 10 from each of the following three industries: metal processing, machinery manufacturing, and chemical products manufacturing. The data analysis was made using SPSS PC+. Based on the result of the analysis, we came to the tentative conclusion that only two variables such as work skill and load affected all four manufacturing performances and the rest of them two or three performances.

Fragility and loss functions are developed to predict damage and economic losses due to earthquake loading in Reinforced Concrete (RC) structural components with smooth rebars. The attention is focused on external/internal beam-column joints and ductile/brittle weak columns, designed for gravity loads only, using low-strength concrete and plain steel reinforcing bars. First, a number of damage states are proposed and linked deterministically with commonly employed methods of repair and related activities. Results from previous experimental studies are used to develop empirical relationships between damage states and engineering demand parameters, such as interstory and column drift ratios. Probability distributions are fit to the empirical data and the associated statistical parameters are evaluated using statistical methods. Repair costs for damaged RC components are then estimated based on detailed quantity survey of a number of pre-70 RC buildings, using Italian costing manuals. Finally, loss functions are derived to predict the level of monetary losses to individual RC components as a function of the experienced response demand.

Building on previous literature of human resource management and development, this paper investigates the effect of various characteristics of informal education a firm offers on employees' individual creativity. we identify quantity, quality, and variety as three critical components of informal educational and training circumstances. Data from a multi-informant survey conducted to 442 employees in Korean postal service show that a firm's informal educational training has significant effects on its employee creativity. The results indicate that enough high quality of program, various training method have a positive relationship with his/her individual creativity although time and opportunity don't have an critical impact on employee creativity. This study highlights the importance of a firm's informal education in terms of motivation and skills, and helps to explain individual discrepancies in creativity.

우리나라 전력기술 수준의 평가는 전력기술 중장기 발전계획에 대한 기초자료로서 전력인프라의 투자, 연구개발정책의 수립, 예산배분의 기된 데이터로서 활용되고 있지만, 대부분의 기술수준 평가방법이 전문가 설문조사에 의한 정성적 평가에 그치고 있어 산업 현장의 데이터가 반영되는 데는 미흡한 점이 있었다. 된 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 전력기술전반의 수준 평가를 전력산업 각 부분의 계량지표를 관간으로 산출하는 방법에 의한 계량적인 기술평가를 시도하였다. 이 정량적 평가결과를 전문가의 정성적 평가결과 및 과학기술부 조사결과와 대비함으로써 그 차이를 논하고 향후 해석적인 기술평가를 위한 발전방향을 제시하였다.
