본 연구의 목적은 교육과정 질 관리에 대한 문헌 고찰과 전문대학 유아교육과 교육과정 질 관리에 대한 사례 분석을 토대로 시사점 도출 및 전문대학 직업교육에 적합한 평가 모형을 설계하고, 평가 모형을 적용한 유아교육과의 체계적인 교육과정 질 관리 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 연구 핵심내용으로 학과 차원에서 교육과정 질 관리를 체계적으로 접근하기 위한 방안으로 학사행정적인 절차로서 PDCA의 절차를 활용하고, PDCA 평가(C) 단계에서 국내 뿐 아니라 국외에서도 교육과정 평가를 위해 다수 활용되고 있는 프로그램 평가 모형인 CIPP 모형을 활용한 전문대학 유아교육과 교육과정 질 관리 모형을 제시하며, 구성원들의 역할 및 질 문화를 제안하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 전문대학 유아교육과에서 다양한 기관 및 정책적 지원을 위한 사업에서 요구하는 교육과정 질 관리를 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대된다.

현재 하천의 수질관리를 위하여 여러 수질모델이 개발되어 있으며, 이러한 수질예측모델에 각종 수질관리에 따른 대안을 적용시킴으로써 그 효과를 사전에 모의 평가하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 수질모델을 적용하기 위해서는 복잡한 형식의 입력자료 구축단계가 요구되고 있으며 모델을 통한 타당한 분석결과를 산출하였음에도 불구하고 모델 자체의 표현의 한계성으로 인하여 효과적인 의사결정 자료로서의 활용이 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구는 GSIS를 이용한 하천수질모의에 관한 연구로서, 기존 수질모델의 이러한 제약을 극복하고자 GSIS환경에서 유역별 오염부하량을 산정하고 입력자료를 생성하며 모의결과를 시각화하는 인터페이스를 개발함에 있어 모델의 전ㆍ후처리과정에 GSIS를 적용하는 유연한 통합(Flexible coupling) 방법을 이용하여 수질모델과 GSIS를 통합하였다. 수질모델로는 기존의 하천수질모델 중 우리나라의 실정에 적합하여 비교적 정확하고 또한 그 적용이 간단하여 많은 지역에서 실제 적용되어 그 적용성이 검증된 QUAL2E 모델을 사용하였다.

최근에 많은 기업들이 재사용 컴포넌트를 이용하여 소프트웨어를 개발하고 있다. 컴포넌트의 효과적인 재사용은 소프트웨어 개발 생산성을 높여주고, 품질 향상을 유도하며, 품질이 우수한 컴포넌트 산출물의 개발은 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어 개발의 이슈로 논의되는 유지보수 문제를 감소시킨다. 본 논문에서는 경험적 연구에 의한 컴포넌트 개발 문서의 품질 평가 및 개선 관한 방안을 제시한다. 컴포넌트 품질 평가 방안은 컴포넌트 품질 탐조 모델과 품질 평가 모델로 구성된다. 탐조 모델은 컴포넌트 개발자를 위한 품질 지침을 포함하며, 평가 모델은 컴포넌트 유통 및 평가기관을 위한 평가 지침을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문의 타당성을 검증하기 위해, 컴포넌트 개발 기업을 대상으로 품질평가 모델을 적용하고 개선에 관한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 컴포넌트 문서의 품질 개선 방법 및 개선 효과에 대한 분석 내용을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 컴포넌트 개발 산출물의 품질평가 모델은 품질이 우수한 컴포넌트 개발 산출물의 생산을 유도하며, 합리적인 품질 평가 방안을 제공한다.

This research compared the observed and model predicted results that include; runoff, sediment yield, and nutrient losses from a 2.71 ha cattle grazing pasture field in North Alabama. Application of water quality computer simulation models can inexpensively and quickly assess the impact of pasture management practices on water quality. AGNPS single storm based model was applied to the three pasture species; Bermudagrass, fescue, and Ryegrass. While comparing model predicted results with observed data, it showed that model can reasonably predict the runoff, sediment yield and nutrient losses from the watershed. Over-prediction and under-prediction by the model occurred during very high and low rainfall events, respectively. The study concluded that AGNPS model can be reasonably applied to assess the impacts of pasture management practices and chicken litter application on water quality.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate individual's mobile Internet acceptance by extending the technology acceptance model (TAM) to the field of the mobile Internet. This research utilized the structural equation model to examine the research model on the mobile Internet use. System quality and information quality as external variables were examined, and playfulness as an intrinsic factor was tested. The research model was successfully validated in the environment of extension model for the mobile internet.

To provide a specified power quality under electric market system is becoming an important issue for customers and utility company. However, there is no realistic infra-structure to design a power system for the specified power quality. Present electric market is operating under the economic point of view. The low power price could be attractive, but the effect of low price could result the lower power quality for the long time and threat power system security. This paper presents a model which conceptualize the dynamic power quality control mechanism to minimize total cost of a society which is affected electric power quality. This model aims to produce a basic infra-structure to balance cost and quality under the electric market system.

This paper presents case studies on database Quality uSing an extended database Quality model developed by Korea Database Promotion Center, which shall be called KDPC2003. The model is applied to evaluate two kinds of databases ; one is an operational database, the other is an information service database. The purpose of this research is two-folded. One is to evaluate database quality and assess current status of database quality management; the other is to assess usefulness of KDPC2003 and to propose ideas for its augmentation. The findings in this study will provide basic facts to test database quality evaluation models.

In order to operate water quality model for a lake or a channel, user should examine the all kinds of parameters and should know how them react to the model for calculating the pollution which are happened from the watershed or are reacted in the water. The aim of this study is analyzing the characteristics of parameters which are used by a water quality model (CE-QUAL-W2), so that we are trying to find out how them to react to the model for calculating the many kinds of pollution.

In this paper, we propose SSS Model for Service Quality Improvement.
