파트너십품질과 정보품질이 SCM 특징에 미치는 영향 - 자사와 협력업체간의 관점 차이를 중심으로 (The Effect of Partnership Quality and Information Quality on SCM Features : Focusing on a difference between the views of Own Company and Partner)

  • 본 연구에서는 SCM을 구축한 업체들간의 파트너십 품질과 정보 품질이 SCM의 주요 특징인 공급사슬 유연성, 공급사슬 민첩성, 공급사슬 불확실성 통제에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 특히 파트너십의 품질과 정보 품질은 자사의 입장과 공급업체의 입장으로 구분하여 두 기업간의 관점 차이를 살펴보았다. 140개의 기업을 대상으로 설문이 이루어졌으며, 분석에는 SPSS 23과 SmartPLS 3.2.3을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 자사의 공급사슬 유연성, 민첩성, 불확실성 통제에 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 요인은 자사의 정보품질이었으며, 공급업체가 인지하는 파트너십은 큰 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

No-reference Image Quality Assessment With A Gradient-induced Dictionary

  • Image distortions are typically characterized by degradations of structures. Dictionaries learned from natural images can capture the underlying structures in images, which are important for image quality assessment (IQA). This paper presents a general-purpose no-reference image quality metric using a GRadient-Induced Dictionary (GRID). A dictionary is first constructed based on gradients of natural images using K-means clustering. Then image features are extracted using the dictionary based on Euclidean-norm coding and max-pooling. A distortion classification model and several distortion-specific quality regression models are trained using the support vector machine (SVM) by combining image features with distortion types and subjective scores, respectively. To evaluate the quality of a test image, the distortion classification model is used to determine the probabilities that the image belongs to different kinds of distortions, while the regression models are used to predict the corresponding distortion-specific quality scores. Finally, an overall quality score is computed as the probability-weighted distortion-specific quality scores. The proposed metric can evaluate image quality accurately and efficiently using a small dictionary. The performance of the proposed method is verified on public image quality databases. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed metric can generate quality scores highly consistent with human perception, and it outperforms the state-of-the-arts.

피부미용실의 서비스품질이 고객만족과 전환장벽에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Service Quality on Switching Barrier and Customer Satisfaction in Skin Care Shop)

  • This study is conducted to verify out whether any important differences can be made with factors of service qualities by the population statistics and trait of skin care shops. And this study is conducted to find out the relation that service qualities may influence on switching barrier and customer satisfaction. For this study, 396 questionnaires were used which had been returned from the customers of the skin care shops of Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungchyung provinces from 15th April to fifth May, 2013. To analyze above data, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, regression analysis are carried out by using an SPSS 18.0 statistical package. The results are as follows : The features of services of the skin care shops are analyzed into four factors which were Assurance, Materiality, Responsiveness, Agreeability. The features of switching barrier are analyzed into three factors which are Alternative attractiveness, Interpersonal relationship, Switching cost. There are important differences in the concept four service qualities of skin care shops by the features of the statistics of population according to sex, marriage, monthly income and the types of job. The four features of service qualities of the skin care shops have positive influences on the three features of switching barrier - Assurance, Responsiveness, Agreeability and the three features of customer satisfaction - Assurance, Materiality, Agreeability. Through this study, We can have the conclusion that the switching barrier made by the building up the qualities of service can prevent the customers from dropping away.

  • 본 논문은 현 검색시스템의 단순한 키워드 입력 방식에서 발생하는 오차를 줄이기 위해 이미지의 그레이스케일 히스토그램과 에지정보를 이용하는 검색 시스템 구현을 하였다. 검색알고리즘은 질의 이미지의 특징을 추출하는 단계, 이미지 정제 및 에지정보 추출단계, 추출된 특징을 분석하는 단계, 분석된 특징들로부터 필요한 정보를 확보하는 단계, 확보된 정보를 데이터베이스로부터 검색하는 단계, 검색된 데이터베이스에서 이미지를 비교 추출단계로 이루어진다. 제안한 검색시스템은 빠른 검색과 고 정확도를 목적으로 실현되며 시뮬레이션을 통해 이를 검증하고자 하였다.

  • Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) is an approach for retrieving similar images from an image database based on automatically-derived image features. The quality of a retrieval system depends on the features used to describe image content. In this paper, we propose an image clustering system that takes a database of images as input and clusters them using k-means clustering algorithm taking into consideration color, texture and shape features. Experimental results show that the combination of the three features brings about higher values of accuracy and precision.

  • Although iris recognition verification is considered to be the safest method of biometric verification, studies have shown that iris features may be illegally used. To protect iris features and further improve the security of iris recognition and verification, this study applies the Gaussian and Laplacian mechanisms and to hide iris features by differentiating privacy. The efficiency of the algorithm and evaluation of the image quality by the image hashing algorithm are selected as indicators to evaluate these mechanisms. The experimental results indicate that the security of an iris image can be significantly improved using differential privacy protection.

A Study on the Required Features of Social Network Service

  • The study is to investigate which features are perceived by Social Network Service(SNS) users as the most required one to further boost the usage of service, and to examine the perception of these features of SNS sites varies according to their demographic and service usage characteristics. The study also is to suggest a few of research propositions on the relationships between required features of SNS sites and characteristics of SNS users, based on statistical analyses. To accomplish these research purposes, the study defined characteristics of SNS users including demographic(gender, age) and service usage one(start time of service usage, service usage place), and required features of SNS sites(system, service, information, emotion) based on the literature review of SNS. The results show, based on the statistical analyses using survey questionnaire on Korean and Chinese SNS users, that there are differences in perception of required features of SNS sites among the respondents grouped by age, start time of service usage, service usage place. Finally, the study proposed three research propositions, based on the analysis result, that could be used in SNS related researches in the future.

  • Laryngeal disease harms quality of life, and laryngoscopy is critical in identifying causative lesions. This study extracts and analyzes using radiomics quantitative features from the lesion in laryngoscopy images and will fit and validate a classifier for finding meaningful features. Searching the region of interest for lesions not classified by the YOLOv5 model, features are extracted with radionics. Selected the extracted features are through a combination of three feature selectors, and three estimator models. Through the selected features, trained and verified two classification models, Random Forest and Gradient Boosting, and found meaningful features. The combination of SFS, LASSO, and RF shows the highest performance with an accuracy of 0.90 and AUROC 0.96. Model using features to select by SFM, or RIDGE was low lower performance than other things. Classification of larynx lesions through radiomics looks effective. But it should use various feature selection methods and minimize data loss as losing color data.

  • 인터넷을 기반으로 실세계에 존재하는 여러 사물들과 가상 세계에 있는 사물들이 연결되어 서비스를 제공하는 사물인터넷(IoT) 기술이 4차 산업혁명 시대의 초연결 사회를 가능하게 하는 기술로 부각되고 있다. 사물 인터넷 기술은 디바이스, 네트워크, 플랫폼, 서비스를 아우르는 융합 기술이기 때문에 여러 다양한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구들 중에 IoT 소프트웨어가 제공하는 서비스 품질을 측정할 수 있는 척도들에 관한 연구는 아직 많이 미흡한 실정이다. IoT 소프트웨어는 사물인터넷이 가지는 하드웨어 부분과 이를 바탕으로 하는 기술, 임베디드 소프트웨어가 가지는 특징, 네트워크의 특징 들을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징들은 IoT 소프트웨어 품질 측정 메트릭을 정의하는 요소로 활용된다. 그러나 현재까지의 IoT 소프트웨어 품질 측정 관련 메트릭들에서는 이러한 특징들을 고려하고 있지 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 요소들을 고려하여 IoT 소프트웨어의 여러 가지 품질 요소 가운데 재사용성 측정을 위한 메트릭을 제시한다. 특히 IoT 소프트웨어는 사물인터넷 디바이스를 통해 활용되기 때문에 IoT 소프트웨어 내 서비스가 변경이나 교체 또는 확장이 가능하도록 설계되어야 하며, 이를 측정할 수 있는 메트릭이 매우 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 IoT 소프트웨어의 서비스들에 대한 재사용성을 측정 및 평가할 수 있는 변경성, 교체성, 확장성이라는 3가지 메트릭을 제시하고, 사례연구를 통해 제시한 메트릭에 대한 검증을 하였다. 본 논문에서 제시한 메트릭을 통해 IoT 소프트웨어의 서비스 품질 검증이 이루어짐으로써 사용자들의 서비스 만족도 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

  • In this paper, reliability estimation using Gibbs sampler is considered for the mixture model with Gamma family, Gibbs sampler is derived to compute the features for the posterior distribution. By simulation study, the maximum likelihood estimator and the Gibbs estimator are obtained. A numerical study with a simulated data is provided.
