This paper is to investigate the relationship between international marketing and service quality, and the moderating effect of gender in that relationship. The data to make an empirical analysis were gathered from 269 workers in telecommunication sector. Multiple regression analysis revealed that (1) education was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and (2) internal communication was positively related with tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and (3) delegation of authority was positively related with assurance. Hierarchical multiple regression analysis revealed that (4) compensation was more positively related with reliability in woman, and (5) employment security was more positively related with assurance in man.

A quality assurance safety assessment database, called QUARK (QUality Assurance Program for Radioactive Waste Management in Korea), has been developed to manage both analysis information and parameter database for safety assessment of low- and intermediate-level radioactive waste (LILW) disposal facility in Korea. QUARK is such a tool that serves QA purposes for managing safety assessment information properly and securely. In QUARK, the information is organized and linked to maximize the integrity of information and traceability. QUARK provides guidance to conduct safety assessment analysis, from scenario generation to result analysis, and provides a window to inspect and trace previous safety assessment analysis and parameter values. QUARK also provides default database for safety assessment staff who construct input data files using SAGE(Safety Assessment Groundwater Evaluation), a safety assessment computer code.

Precipitation samples were collected by the wet-only sampling method at Seoul from September 1993 to June 1995. Sample were analysed for the anions $(NO_3^-, NO_2^-, SO_4^{2-}, Cl^-, and F^-)$ and cations $(Na^+, K^+, Ca^{2+}, Mg^{2+}, and NH_4^+)$ in addition to pH and electric conductivity. In order to establish the chemical analysis data of high quality, the assurance checks for analytical data of precipitation were performed by considering the ion balance and by comparing the measured conductivity with the calculated conductivity. As we applied the various assurance checking methods by the ion balance used until recently to a data set measured in this study, the f value expressed as $\Sigma C/\Sigma A$ was found to be not appropriate for the data screening. Also, the scattering plot between cations and anions in each sample was found to show the general tendency of ion balance but was proved to not quantitate the standard of data screening at a data set of samples of various concentration levels. The h value defined as (A-C)/C for C $\geq$ A and (A-C)/A for C < A was used to check the ion balance. However, the standard of data screening by h value must very in response to total ion concentration of samples. In this study, the quality assurance of chemical analysis data was checked by considering both the ion balance of evaluating by h value and the conductivity balance. Further the quality control was achieved by these quality assurance methods. As the result, 67 samples among total 77 were obtained as valid. As the central tendency value for a statistical summary in the analytical parametr of samples, the volume-weighted mean value was found to represent more the general chemistry of precipitation rather than the arithmetic mean. The volume-weighted mean pH was 5.0 and 25% of samples was less than this mean. The concentrations of sufate and nitrate in precipitation were 90.4 ueq/L and 32.4 ueq/L which made up 59% and 21% of all anions. The raion of $SO_4^{2-}/(NO_3^- + NO_2^-)$ in precipitation was 2.7, which indicates that the contributions of $H_2SO_4$ and $HNO_3$ to the acidity of precipitation are 70% and 30%, respectively.

As more individuals and organizations participate in the complex design process of manufacturing industry, collaborative product development and management of the global supply chain have become more popular. Although the product quality concerns once focused on the manufacturing process, they are now directed at earlier stages of the design cycle where the engineering product is created as a 3D CAD model. In this paper, we describe the current state of product data quality activities in the manufacturing industry and the yardstick to measure 3D CAD data quality. Moreover we introduce a quality assurance method through the result of statistical analysis of 3D CAD models and suggest a six sigma level of CAD data quality by analyzing 76 samples provided from three Korean automotive companies.

The main objective of this study were to develop the scale for measuring service quality and to identify the differences of service quality among apparel store types(department store, fashion specialty store and national brand independent store). Data were collected from 463 subjects who finished their shopping with a self-administered questionnaire. The results were as follows; 1. As a result of factor analysis, seven dimensions were identified for service quality: VMD, store atmosphere, pleasant enviornment, product assortment, store policy, salesperson's assurance, and salesperson's responsiveness dimensions. The first five dimensions and the last two dimensions were corresponded to store service and sales service respectively. Those dimensions explained 56.56% of service quality. Especially the salesperson's assurance had the most explaining power. 2. The fashion specially store was evaluated as the highest in five dimensions of store service, whereas the department store was evaluated as the lowest in the pleasant environment dimension. 3. Store policy, salesperson's assurance, store atmosphere, and VMD dimensions explained 38% of store satisfaction.

최근 국가지리정보체계 구축계획의 일환으로 1 : 5,000 국가기본도의 수치지도제작사업이 활발히 추진되고 있다. 국가기본도의 수치지도자료는 향후 추진될 공통주제도, 지하매설물종합도 및 공공 GIS 활용분야 등의 기본이 되는 자료로 구축된 자료의 품질 확보가 중요한 관건이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수치지도작성 작업규칙에 의거한 품질확보 과정을 정립하고 자료량에 따른 검수시간과 경제성을 고려하여 데이터베이스의 자동 품질확보 프로그램을 개발함으로써 국가기본도 수치지도제작 데이터베이스의 품질을 향상시켜 공공 데이터베이스의 신뢰도 및 활용성을 높이는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 수행 결과, 국가기본도 수치지도제작 데이터베이스의 품질확보 과정을 정립하였으며 , 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자동 품질확보 프로그램이 공공 데이터베이스의 신뢰도 및 활용성을 향상시킴을 알 수 있었다.

군수품의 품질보증을 담당하는 국방기술품질원에서는 크게 4가지 형태로 군수품을 구분하여 품질보증 활동을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 군수품에 대한 품질보증형태 분류는 품질보증기관의 입장에서만 결정되었기에 다른 이해관계자라 할 수 있는 방위사업청, 제조업체 및 수요군에서 요구되는 분류 기준과 상이할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 군수품에 대한 효율적인 조달 및 생산, 품질보증을 위한 적정 군수품 품질보증 형태 분류 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 군수품에 대한 정부 품질보증기관인 기품원 뿐만 아니라 정부 조달물자의 품질확인을 담당하는 한국조달연구원의 품목 분류제도에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 방사청 등 계약 및 제조, 품질보증, 수요군 등 모든 관련기관 입장에서의 적절한 군수품 분류기준을 정의하고 분석하였으며, 현 기준에 따른 군수품 분류 데이터 현황을 파악하였다. 아울러 제시된 품질보증형태 분류 기준을 활용한 적용사례 역시 제시하였다. 끝으로 본 연구에서 제시된 품질보증 형태 분류 기준을 적용한 차등화된 정부 품질보증 활동을 통해 업무 효율성 개선을 통한 군수품 품질향상에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

치료계획을 수행하는데 수반되는 isodose planning system 과 isodose calculation system, data set, equipment 등에 관한 치료계획의 성능관리에 대한 고찰을 시도하여 치료 오차의 한계를 최소화하여 치료행위의 정확성을 기하고자 한다.

품질보증데이터는 제품의 신뢰성평가에 귀중한 자료이므로 기업에서는 이를 분석하여 제품의 개선전략을 세운다. 하지만 기업에서는 제품의 수명을 고려하지 않고 통상 월별 또는 분기별 클레임건수를 1000제품 당으로 나타낸 품질보증회수율을 구하여 표나 그림으로 나타낸다. 본 연구에서는 그런 데이터를 통상적으로 어떻게 분석하는지 살펴보고 수명까지 고려한 분석이 효과적임을 설명한다. 아울러 이런 분석의 결과는 신뢰성추적시스템에 들어가야 됨을 설명한다.

Digital representations of products and parts have largely replaced physical drawings as the form in which product data are stored, analyzed, and communicated among the people contributing to the design of an automobile. Many individuals and companies participate in the design of an increasingly complex automobile; hence, the design process depends critically on team members' ability to share information about essential design elements. These trends have elevated the importance of the quality of product data and its efficient exchange. In this paper, we show state-of-the-art on Product Data Quality(PDQ), and activities of PDQ assurance. And we propose a novel design history-based approach for diagnosis and healing of a CAD model.
