This paper introduces test configuration and operation method for the GPS receiver system under electromagnetic test of KSLV-I upper-stage as a system qualification level and describes performance analysis of the test results. The GPS receiver system has clearly passed the electromagnetic test specifications of component level which is based on MIL-STD-461E through several design changes. Under electromagnetic test as a system qualification level, the GPS receiver system normally operates in spite of electromagnetic interferences with other systems. Performance of the GPS receiver system is also, not degraded on the condition of electromagnetic field incidence and electrostatic discharge. The KSLV-I GPS receiver system, as a result, is verified on the electromagnetic condition of the KSLV-I upper-stage.

Objective: In this study, a department accreditation system was introduced as a specific way to improve the professionalism of childcare teachers, and evaluation indicators for department accreditation and the implementation system were derived to find a practical direction. Methods: According to the purpose of this study, related laws and websites were reviewed. In addition, in order to investigate opinions on the composition and implementation system of qualification indicators, a meeting was conducted with professors of the department of childcare teacher education and other qualification experts. Results: In order to introduce a department accreditation system for childcare teacher education, it is necessary to specify the relevant laws, and that the operation of an organization affiliated with a public institution is appropriate for the practical implementation of the system. In addition, an evaluation index plan composed of three indicators of educational conditions, curriculum, and performance areas was derived. Conclusion/Implications: In this study, a practical preparation plan, such as evaluation indicators and an implementation system, was presented for the introduction of a department accreditation childcare teacher education system. It is expected that this study will contribute to the successful establishment of the accreditation system of childcare teacher education.

This study is designed to review the current status of the National Technical Qualification(NTQ) system in the field of die & mold, which is focused on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of die & mold professionals including the master craftsman, engineer, industrial engineer and craftsman. And it is also the purpose of this study to suggest improvement strategies for the NTQ system in the field of the die & mold. This study analyze the NTQ system for the die & mold technologies or skills based on the role model which is matched their business demands, and prepares the authority(such as Human Resources Development Service of Korea) for NTQ creation, combination, abolition, setting questions, and standards correction with priority given to die & mold industry and NTQ. It also offers elective options to reshuffle NTQs through focus group interview by experts.

A method to verify seismic qualification of the plant protection system cabinet for a nuclear power plant is presented. A finite element model of the cabinet is developed and the dynamic characteristics are obtained. The results of the modal analysis provide insight into the fundamental dynamic properties of the structure, which correspond to the frequency of the peak values of the input seismic spectrum. It necessitates the design modification of the reference cabinet. Techniques for verifying structural integrity and operability are exemplified by summarizing response spectrum and time history analyses of the structure.

The industrialized countries have promoted the rehabilitation of existing housing units as a national agenda, such as green policies, whereas korea, although having a housing stock as huge as that of world countries, have focused on the growth of housing by constructing new units rather than rehabilitating existing ones. Today, it has been so long since many multiple dwellings in Seoul and in the vicinity of Seoul were constructed. There were, however, very few political efforts to encourage the rehabilitation of housing. Today, substantial time has passed since multiple dwellings in Seoul and the first-stage new cities such as Bundang and Ilsan were constructed. What is required to maintain the quality of the existing housing and use it with safety is to promote the engineer of maintenance for multiple dwellings to work the maintenance of existing multiple dwellings. The objective of this study is to compare and analyze the maintenance qualification system of multiple dwellings of Japan, and then to propose to raise engineers of maintenance for multiple dwellings in korea.

A brake pedal for the flight control system of the Korean primary trainer is developed using composite material. The development includes the structural design, stress analysis, manufacturing and the qualification tests. A FEM analysis is used for the structural design and stress analysis. Autoclaving process is used to fabricate the composite brake pedal. For the qualification tests, modular fixtures are developed and applied. It is shown that the composite brake pedal developed meets all the structural integrity requirements specified in the military specification for aircraft parts.

Qualification test range for Lox/Kerosene gas generator cyle liquid rocket engine was determined by considering engine dispersion and flight inlet conditions. With various pump characteristics, the operation range of components and system was investigated through dispersion analysis. The variation of engine performance shows opposite trends in calibration and dispersion.

Although the number of domestic electric vehicle registrations exceeded 100,000 in the first half of 2020, legal and institutional concerns for maintenance and management are insufficient. In particular, the existing automobile maintenance business and qualification holders are not prohibited from performing electric vehicle maintenance without additional qualifications or training under the current laws. In this study, we review the current status of Korean laws and regulations, examine discussions abroad such as the UK, the US, and Germany, and then discuss desirable laws and institutional reform. This study proposes to temporarily reorganize the system in a way that separates the electric vehicle maintenance business and the electric vehicle maintenance qualifications from conventional vehicle.
