Including the Qualfication of Staffer required for Commuinication, the National Law of Professional qualification is a basic law for supply with manpower of high growth industry, and it is aiming at perfect the national Policy Concerned improvement for education and training of staff, carrying out of state examination for qualification and getting an occupation or application for special qualification. This law has established a management committee for qualification system in The Ministry of Science and Technique ROK, and authorized competence Minister according to kind of special qualification aiming at getting employment, practical use and courteous treatment in society and economy for national qualification, and also regulated their each official duty. A qualification of staffer required for communication is an administrative measure giving as occupational certificate after some examination for knowledge, technique and faculty in vocational ability to adapt to intrinsic of telecommunication. This certificate has the cause of an attribution of over the sphere of telecommunication, and so it has been originated in international situation, and then some of them is forced by international law, otherwise it be in common use between the nations. The Characteristic and orthodox of communication certificate has been succeded continually in company with development of telecommunication and the appliable field of them is specified, but the sovereign power of nation is approved by ITU that she can extent the applicable position for communication certificate and coordinate the utility of qualification for telecommunication value. Korean telecommunication law excepted the application of communication certificate in public communication field. It is unreasonable and even disobeyed against the theory of communication science and intrinsic of telecommuncation. Therefore it should be corrected immediately and then communication certificate have to accept in the public communication field at all, if so, the application field of communication certificate can have more than useful extenxion such as administration measure should be achieved by the management committee for qualification system in Ministry of Science and Technique and competemce Minister appointed according to special kind of certificate and the administration have to manage by the method and proccess caused by communication science or cooperative system between administration, industry, education and science. And, then, every acquisitor of qualification also has to try to perfect his vocational duty sincerely and to promote each self-realization.
This study aims to survey the perceptions held by students and field workers regarding the clothing-related qualification certificates, which can serve as the base for becoming clothing professionals, to compare and analyze the actual state of qualification certificates on the basic research level, and thus to search for the directions suitable for the clothing-related qualification certificates. The questionnaire method was selected for the study. The responses of 406 copies from students and 81 copies from field workers were used, and frequency analysis and t-test were done with the assistance of spss 10.0 statistics program, The findings are as follows. First, as to the qualification certificates perceived by the students, the certificates of colorist engineer and colorist industrial engineer were known most. 237 students, or 58.4% of the student respondents, had obtained the information about the qualification certificates mainly through the internet and mass media, and 77.3% of the students had a plan to get the qualification certificates. Second, as to the qualification certificates perceived by the field workers, the respondents indicated that school grades(43.2%) would be given the highest additional points at the time of employment, while the clothing-related qualification certificates gathered low responses of 11.1%. The field workers perceived that the qualification certificate of Western suit engineer(pattern) was needed for the job, while 45.4% of them perceived that no qualification certificate was required for the job. Third, both the students and the field workers showed low acquisition levels of the qualification certificates, and in view of their perceptions that the qualification certificates of languages or computer skills were more useful, the improvement is needed in order for the national certificates for the clothing-related skill qualification to develop in the more job-related directions.
When certificates of qualification relating to computer have shown up like dam water and meeting the age of office automation (OA) utilizing computer throughout the community, and at the point of time when the promotion of efficiency of duty is attempted by utilizing internet, the improvement plans should be groped for to expect to cultivate the national industrial manpower efficiently and by easily approaching the related OA certificates of qualification related to computer so that everyone can acauire the additional points for recognition of credit, entering company and promotion by the dimension of public trust, recognition degree, practial using level in actual affairs, reliability of problems and after manpower management of the certificates of qualification less expensively and saving time. the concrete plans are as follows: First, in the standard of making questions for the examination of 'Computer Utilizing Ability' executed by the chamber of commerce and Industry, there is the independent examination, but by inserting the presentation portion in the higher grade and middle grade, it should be contributed to improve office efficiency both in mane and reality. Second, though the internet retriever's examination is executed by the nongovernment specialized examination, since it is actually widely utilized in the office activities due to universality of using internet, it is now the time to newly establish and accommodate it as the national examination of 'internet Utilizing Ability', not the interest specialized retriever. Third, the applicants, shall take examination for the nongoverment certificate of qualification or enterprise's certificate of qualification at the date and place designated by the applicant, but there are much restrictions for the national certificate of qualification, so the date of examination shall be decided flexibly and efficiently to give chances to students by adjusting to the semesters of the students. Fourth, in this rapidly changing age of the informationalization community, the acquisition of the certificates of qualification through the university and the designated and entrusted educational institutes should be increased the proportion of activation to become officially recognized, and the extent of special treatment for obtainers of the certificate of qualification should be expanded to equip manpower competitive power in the age of informationalization.
This study is concerned Meaning of the certificate of qualification and Prospect of the certificate of qualification in private security in korea. Now, private security area is need the certificate of qualification, and the first examination in 2006' in Korea has meaning that open the period of the certificate of qualification. The 40 university(include colleges) applied the first examination. This exam is enforced 11. 25. 2006. in six part area in Korea. The 822 students are applied and 763 students(the ratio of successful applicants 92.8%) passed this exam. This apply exam is meaning the start of new development and specialization in private security area. I hope that this exam is a opportunity of cooperation between industry and the academic world. Also, this exam is a opportunity of student in private security are more hard training before take a job. As my understanding this exam is the confirmation by an authority, this exam is only neutral evidence to get the confidence and credit from the clients.
The purpose of this study is to make profits and enhance national competitiveness through the globalization of Korean food. For this purpose, this study analyzed the certificate of qualification for Korean cooking technicians in the field of technical cooking. The results of presenting the perception, motivation for acquisition, and improvement measures of the Korean cooking certificate are as follows. First, as for the perception, if Korean cooking technicians acquire the certificate, they are acknowledged to acquire the qualifications and basic technology as licensed cooks in Korean food; however, they cannot practically execute cooking affairs. They cannot receive additional marks in time of employment. Getting the special education in cooking schools is helpful to acquiring the certificate. Second, the motivation for acquisition results from its advantage over other types of business, and a hope for running Korean food restaurants. Third, the improvement measures cover changing examination contents to be utilized in practical affairs, improving cooking methods, fair evaluation, and considering excessive technicians not to depreciate the value of the certificate.

The effect of solving questions and learning via internet is getting more and more important these days. In this paper we propose an active learning method that makes a database for the information about certificates and practical examinations and accesses it easily. First of all, this method makes it possible to evaluate students individually, improves the motive of learning and gives students a sense of achievement by providing a user-specific question filtering technique using user profile information by weight. And, it elevates the acquisition rate of certificates by advising and managing for certificate-acquisition and it also draw more interest and understanding for future directions. The case using the method of this paper, the examination record of a certificate of qualification is elevated about 10 marks.
The goal of this paper is to estimate firm performance of hospital coordinators through a survey on employees of medical institutions placed in Busan and Ulsan. The survey for this paper is constituted by 34 questions of 4 groups related to firm performance, qualification requirement, general fact and a certificate of qualification. The survey was carried out from September 12th, 2008 to September 24th 2008 and 388 question sheets collected finally and used for result analysis. In the result analyses related to hospital coordinator and firm performance, we found some principal outcomes such that 88.6% of respondents approved that hospital image by patients and customers is raised, 87.7% of respondents approved that degree of patient's satisfaction on hospital services is raised, and 81.5% of respondents approved that employees recognized importance of services on customers, by hospital coordinators. In the result analysis on differences in firm performance by presence of a certificate of qualification for hospital coordinator, there were meaningful differences in degree of patient's satisfaction, financial performance and degree of employee's recognition on importance of services. From the all of the above results, we verified that establishment and improvement of educational process for hospital coordinator should be performed through researches on degree of patient's and costumer's satisfaction for hospital coordinator, degree of hospital coordinator's satisfaction for the job and surveys of requirements from related industry.
This study examined current system of qualification for dance teacher and curriculums along with their actual state, and sought to suggest methods to improve system of qualification for teacher among secondary school dance teachers by type and curriculums. Firstly, through literature analysis, the study examined systems and methods related with acquiring certificate for the current secondary school teacher (2nd grade) and for culture & art teacher for physical education (2nd grade) at the time when preliminary teachers qualified as secondary school dance teacher turned out. And then, using instrumental case study, it analyzed main issues and discourses by examining the cases in which they acquired qualification for secondary school teacher and qualification for dance teacher. Building on this, the study suggested how to improve systems in regard to qualification for dance teachers among regular teachers of secondary school, acquisition path, method and curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of integrated school education and education for sustainable development of secondary school science teachers, judging that the existence of a common science teacher qualification certificate is related to the expertise of the common science map. To that end, the survey was conducted for three months from June to August 2018 for secondary school science teachers, and multiple choice questions were analyzed as statistical processing and descriptive questions as topical modeling. According to the analysis, teachers with a common science teacher qualification certificate had a high awareness of integrated school education, and the response average was high in all areas of value, direction and success condition of integrated school education. In addition, the average response of teachers with a common science teacher qualification certificate was also found to be higher than those with a common science teacher qualification. There were no major differences in perception between the two groups on the strength of science education and ESD integration, but the difference was that teachers with a common science teaching certificate focused on science in all topics and recognized science as a medium for each topic compared to teachers who did not.
