2005, National railway was converted from government enterprise form to public corporation form. Korail is facing in necessity to equip new manpower operating system to achieve public enterprise's part and two purposes called profit creation according to conversion to construction system. Accordingly, railway construction work began services for formation diagnostic and job analysis to construct management formation of new paradigm, personnel management course manpower operation system of the job value priority. This dissertation is research for direction establishment of human resource management(HRM) of railway construction work. Examined problem of current personnel management system with trend of HRM paradigm for this. And presented various strategy to construct greeting executive system of job putting first in person putting first and strengthens formation capacity.

Signifying clothes can be defined as a process in which a clothes obtains a symbolic meaning by confining its use and purpose. In this paper we catagorize the process of signifying clothes that appears in the Byongkut as follows : first removing the clothes, secondly putting on the clothes, and thirdly burning off the clothes. Removing the clothes is a process of dramatic realization and clearly shows proven facts about the things that will occur in the process. Putting on the clothes is a process of falsified expression in which the interest is transferred from the person who wears the clothes to the clothes itself by the shaman's insinuation who leads an interpretation about the clothes. Buring off the clothes is a pro-cess of mystification in which the end of Byongkut is sublimated mistiriously by making the partici-pants believe with the burning that the clothes and the diseases have been curred, and therefore, the ritual is kept from spoiling. The clothes used in Byongkut that religious belief and belief system are expressed through behavior style, and that supernatural power is designed to reveal is related with the various aspects of symbolic life indicated by the clothes.

This paper deals with a novel autocalibration method of three-axis micromachined accelerometers applied to a new intelligent putter for golfers. This putter can help golfers monitor and analyze their putting posture and therefore modify their putting action to get better score and enjoy their lives through golf. The micromachined accelerometers to get information of the motion are the essential part of the putter to measure the three-axis acceleration as accurately as possible. This paper presents autocalibration algorithm to find the offset and sensitivity of accelerometers only by using six different static measurement data. The experimental results shows the validity of the algorithm for the new smart putter.

And aIso cut down logistics and inventory cost and bring up the Profit as much as they can. This means the change of putting enterprise first in importance to putting customer first in importance. therefore to correspond to customer's demand, shorting lead time is becoming a essential condition. The answer to this changes of environment is supply chain management In this study, we use Goldratt's drum-buffer-rope scheduling in between manufacturer and supplier. And when shortage of inventory occur, search for the supply chain's CCR. Pressing CCR for more production, and supply Inventory from logistic center to guide for inventory buffing. using logistic warehouse between manufacturer and supplier, can execute function of buffer.

We have developed charged particle type display using opposite-charged two particles. We fabricated the charged particle type display to be controlled the addressing layers by putting voltage. To get the effect of number of layers, we measured driving voltage, reflectivity, viewing angle, and color characteristics, for 1~2 layer. Reflectivity was different according to the number of layers and wavelength of yellow particles is alike to that.

We solved this problems using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for consistency at relationship matrix, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) is based on Saaty's consistency rate. If consistency rate is under 0.1 point, preference rate's weights are acceptable. This study develop a program for AHP weights and support Satty's consistency rate.

Objectives : Riding stance has been basic traning of chinese martial arts and Gi-gong. The aim of this study is to observe history, methods, effect of riding stance. Methods : Compare riding stances of each family of martial arts and Gi-gong. Result : 1. Since Wang, the father of Daesung-Gwon had created Chamjang-gong, riding stance becomes a independent foam of Gi-gong 2. The essential method of riding stance is Relaxing the upper body, straightening the spine and putting stress on inner side of the legs. 3. Putting stress on inner legs help relaxing upper body. 4. Riding stance is very similar to horse-back riding. 5. Relaxation must be done for effective riding stance training. Conclusions : Riding stance is necessary for stressful modern people.

The charged particle have characteristics of high-contrast ratio and wide-view angle, quick-response time. When positive voltage is applied to the upper electrode, the yellow particles with negative charge move toward the upper substrate and the black particles with positive charge move toward opposite direction. We have developed the putting method that can fill particles in cell of panel and control the amount of charged particles. We investigated putting method, fabrication process, aging and driving for charged particle type display.
