소가구(小家口)를 위한 욕실 디자인 경향 (A Study on Bathroom Design for Small Households)

  • Households of today tend to gradually change from a large household to a small one. The tendency starts from urban concentration of population with modern industrial society. Small-sized households have rapidly increased with the following three reasons: (i) one-person households with aging society, (ii) individualistic pursuit of happiness, and (iii) emergence of single households due to high prices and a decline in the quality of life. With these social changes, various products for small-sized households have been created and there have also been changes in dwelling patterns with small-size housing and one rooms increasing. Current small-sized living space has combined space of a living room, a bedroom and a kitchen, which makes a house compositive space. A bathroom, however, requires a differentiated suggestion from existing one since it is special space where water is used. Based on this issue, this study intends to present bathrooms in small-sized living space.

Doing More by Seeing Less: Gritty Applicants are Less Sensitive to Facial Threat Cues

  • People differ greatly in their capacity to persist in the face of challenges. Despite significant research, relatively little is known about cognitive factors that might be involved in perseverance. Building upon human threat-management mechanism, we predicted that perseverant people would be characterized by reduced sensitivity (i.e., longer detection latency) to threat cues. Our data from 5,898 job applicants showed that highly perseverant individuals required more time to correctly identify anger in faces, regardless of stimulus type (dynamic or static computer-morphed faces). Such individual differences were not observed in response to other facial expressions (happiness, sadness), and the effect was independent of gender, dispositional anxiety, or conscientiousness. Discussions were centered on the potential role of threat sensitivity in effortful pursuit of goals.

  • 그 동안 경영판단의 합리성은 자기 이익 극대화라는 경제적 합리성에 국한되어 판단되었다. 그러나 환경, 사회, 기업의 이익을 조화와 균형의 관점으로 추구하는 ESG 시대의 경영합리성은 새로운 판단 기준을 요구하고 있다. ESG 경영의 목표는 지속가능발전이다. 지속가능발전은 과거 경제의 목표였던 부의 축적을 넘어 전체 사회와 함께 발전하는 상생과 공정한 발전 등 전체 사회의 행복을 지향한다. 지속가능발전이 도모하는 전체 사회의 행복은 아리스토텔레스의 관점에서 공동체 구성원인 시민의 최고선과 다르지 않다. 이에 본 연구에서 필자는 ESG 시대의 경영자에게 요구되는 새로운 경영합리성을 아리스토텔레스의 시민 개념과 ESG 경영의 주체인 '기업시민' 개념을 비교함으로써 모색하고자 시도하였다. 이러한 비교·분석을 통해 ESG 시대의 새로운 경영합리성은 재무적 이익과 환경적·사회적 이익의 조화와 균형에 있고, 이것은 기업의 최고의사결정권자의 올바른 신념과 실천적 지혜에 달려 있음을 주장한다. 이러한 주장은 국내 대표기업의 지속가능경영보고서와 관련 연구에서 객관적인 성과로 확인할 수 있었다.

텍스트 마이닝을 통한 상급종합병원의 미션, 비전, 핵심가치 분석 연구 (Analysis of Mission, Vision and Core values in Korean Tertiary General Hospitals Through Text Mining)

  • Purposes: This research is conducted to identify main features and trends of mission, vision and core values in Korean tertiary general hospitals by using text-mining. Methodology: For the study, 45 mission, 112 vision and 190 core values are collected from 45 tertiary general hospitals' homepages in 2022 and use word frequency analysis and Leyword co-occurrence analysis. Findings: In the tertiary general hospitals' mission, there are high frequency words such as 'health', 'humanity', 'medical treatment', 'education', 'research', 'happiness', 'love', 'best', 'spirit', and mission mainly includes the content of contributing humanity's health and happiness with these words. In case of vision, high frequency words are 'hospital', 'medical treatment', 'research', 'lead', 'trust', 'centered', 'patient', 'best', 'future'. By using these words in vision, it represents the definition and characteristics of vision such as ideal organizations in the future, goals and targets. As a result of the Leyword co-occurrence analysis, vision includes the content of 'high-tech medical treatment', 'special care for patients', 'leading education and research', 'the highest trust with customer', 'creative talents training'. -astly, the high frequency word-pairs in core values are 'social distribution', 'innovation pursuit', 'cooperation and harmony', and it defines standards of behavior for organizations. Practical Implication: To correct the problems of vision, mission and core values from findings, firstly, it needs for Korean tertiary general hospitals to use the words that can explain organization's identity and differentiate others in their mission. Secondly, considering strengthening the role of hospitals in their community and the importance of members in organizations, it is necessary to establish vision with considering community and members to activate vision effectively. Thirdly, because there are no specific guidelines of establishing mission, vision and core values for healthcare organizations, this research concepts and results could be utilized when other organizations establish mission, vision and core values.

청년층 직장인의 SNS 이용동기에 따른 사용시간의 결정요인에 대한 연구 (Determinants of SNS Use Time Depending on SNS Motive in Youth Workers)

  • SNS에 대한 기존 연구들에서는 SNS의 이용동기가 복수임을 밝혀내었음에도 불구하고, SNS 이용동기를 결정하는 선행 변수를 규명한 연구는 없었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국교육고용패널(한국직업능력개발원) 자료의 10차년도 조사(2013년)부터 12차년도 조사(2015)를 통합하여 분석을 진행하였다. SNS 이용동기를 정보 교류, 친목/인맥 관리, 재미 추구의 세 가지로 구분하고, 결정요인으로 이용자의 직장관련 요인, 인구통계적 요인, 건강 및 심리상태, 성격 요인 등을 구분하여 탐색적인 분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 이용동기가 정보 교류일 때, 성별, 건강 상태, 성격 중 외향성과 성실성이 영향을 주었다. 이용동기가 인맥 관리일 때, 직장 규모, 교육, 건강생태, 주관적 행복, 직무만족도, 신경성, 친화성이 영향을 주었다. 이용동기가 재미 추구일 때, 외국계 기업 여부, 자녀 유무, 직무만족도가 영향을 주었다. 이러한 결과는 청년 직장인들의 SNS 이용패턴에 대한 기존의 이해를 확장하여 관련 연구 및 유관 분야에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

디지털 환경의 웰빙 패션 디자인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Characteristics of Well-being Fashion Design in Digital Environment)

  • The viewpoint of growth pursuit is changed to that of life quality's and happiness' pursuit by modern people. Modern people in digital environment, tired of fast-changing and oppressive daily life, prefer well-being trend providing tranquility and relaxation. Well-being is related to digital, because negative influences of digital lead human-oriented, environment-friendly well-being design. Therefore the purpose of this study is to research and analyze the relation of well-being fashion design and digital environment through case study in contemporary well-being fashion design. The results of this study are as follows: 1. This study shows that the attributes of digital environment make up function-intensive, interactivity, mobility & nomad, human & emotion-oriented and environment-friendly. And this study shows the design characteristics of digital environment consist of function-intensive design by digital convergence, open structure design for interactivity, modular design for mobility & nomad, emotion-oriented & multi-sensory design and environment- friendly design. 2. Function-intensive design in modem well-being fashion composed of vogue of caports style(casual+sports), practical use of multi-functional new-healthy textiles, and popularity of many style's mixture at once. Open structure design consist of wrapover design, use of transparent materials. Modular design are layered styling, practical use of zipper and velcro. Emotion-oriented & multi-sensory design are constitute of fad of wrinkle materials, application of bright & vivid tone, personal color and family look. Environment-friendly design in contemporary well-being fashion are comprised in use of natural color, re-advent of natural floral motif and eco-design.

드론프로그램 참여활동 청소년의 자기통제력이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Self-Control on Life Satisfaction of Youth Participating in Drone Program)

  • 본 연구는 드론프로그램 참여활동 청소년의 자기 통제력이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 연구 대상자는 수도권(서울, 경기)에서 드론프로그램 활동에 참여하는 청소년이며 설문지로 진행하였다. 유효한 설문자료를 코딩하여통계분석하였다. 가설검증에 대한 통계적 유의수준은 ⍺= .05수준으로 설정하였다. 이와 같은 연구과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기 통제력의 요인인 단순과제 선호와 신체활동 선호요인은 생활만족도의 정신건강에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기 통제력의 요인인 모험추구 요인은 생활만족도의 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기 통제력의 요인인 모험추구와 자기중심 요인은 생활만족도의 자율성 및 자아감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 코로나 19 팬데믹 시기에도 드론프로그램에 참여하는 청소년은 높은 자기 통제력을 통하여 일정부분 생활에 만족한 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

개인의 상실감이 디지털 컨텐츠 선호에 미치는 영향에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Effects of the Negative Emotions on the Selection of Digital Contents)

  • The adjustment of negative emotions in later life is related to the quality of life and life satisfaction. any studies have examined how to control the negative emotions in related to physical, psychological, and social relationships. As the digital media and contents positively influence elder's mental and somatic well-being, it is significant to examine this problem from IT usage, especially the selection of digital contents. This study validated the theoretical study through a qualitative exploratory study comprising both negative emotions and the selection of digital contents, and empirically tested the proposed research model on the older people. The result shows the pattern of linkages between the grief of loss and the pursuit of digital contents. Loss from being parted by death and loss of relations was positively related to the information seeking contents. Economical loss and loss of physical functions was positively related to the innovation seeking contents. Loss of physical functions and Loss from being parted by death was positively related to the emotion seeking contents. And economic loss and loss of relations was positively related to the entertainment seeking contents.

레트로로 표현된 로맨틱이미지 패션디자인 개발 -CAD System을 활용하여- (A Study on the Development of Fashion Design of Retro Romantic Image -Using the CAD System-)

  • In the 21st century, fashion design trend is focused on 'retro'. 'Retro' is the one of the important trends in this century. In the rapidly changing present, the more people want to find a clue to the hope and happiness from the past nostalgia. Reflecting such people's desire, retro fashion has boomed again from 2000 as one of powerful trends. This research conforms the meaning of retro fashion and characteristic of retro fashion design. And through this processing, it was find that retro fashion design had lost century retro romantic fahion image. Therefore, in this research, the processing about development of retro dress design of retro romantic fashion image was showed by using CAD. The results of this study are as followings. First, Retro fashion is worth the high value of good producr of new and creative for consumers who pursuit tranquil mood in the midist of dailly change Second, Nostalgia and revival of style for each 10 years after 1920's is well brought out in Retro trend of modernt fashion. Also decorative and elegant style are marked by retro romantic fashion mood. Third, fashion design using the computer graphics was presented by application retro romatic image. It is mixed with elegance and modernity based on retro feeling, It is suggested that computer graphics was effectively used in fashion design development to the newly romantic and modern style through 1950'-1960'intimate retro fashion image.

해양 생물 모티브를 응용한 크루즈 룩 디자인 (Cruise Look Design Inspired by the Ocean Life Motif)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop cruise look design inspired by the ocean life motif using by computer CAD system. Domestic and international brands were selected for this study researching cruise line collection. A variety of literature and online site for concept of cruise look and sustainable design was studied. Adobe Illustrator CS2 and Adobe Photoshop CS2 program were used for cruise look design through analysis of 07/08 S/S trend. The diffusion of cruise look reflects a societal trend to be changed life pattern. The results of this study are as below. First, as this society has become modernized with advancement of technology, people have been increasingly interested in the pursuit of happiness and the concept of 'quality of life', thereby creating a new trend of consumption culture. As a result, fashion market place changed targeting sensible and self-enrichment customers. Second, as combining rapid technological innovation and mass production, industrial design caused environmental pollution and the problems are being worsen. Fashion design has same problems and led to eco-friendly design by the large. Third, as the change of style influenced by economic and social condition, cruise look re-defined and became more common. The change of various fields led to fashion market place should be changed. The cruise look design using computer program will give more benefits to many designers.
