  • The NH$_3$oxidation, which forms thermal oxide layer on silicon substrate with pure $O_2$gas added with small amounts of NH$_3$gas, has good interface sates due to activated gettering effect during oxidation. The superiority of interfae state in NH$_3$ oxidation method is not affected by preprocess but by gettering during oxidation. The dramatec reduction fo interface state is conformed with observing OSF when NH$_3$ oxide is annealed in NH$_3$ atmosphere.

  • An overview will be given on recent Mossbauer and magnetization investigation of the applied field dependence of the magnetic properties of typical systems without strong magnetic anisotropy and showing the absence of magnetic saturation in high fields (including iron-rich spin glass (amorphous $Fe_{93}Zr_{7}$, soft ferromagnets (amorphous $Fe_{88}Zr_{12}$, $Fe_{70}Ni_{20}Zr_{10}$ and $Fe_{88}B_{12}$) and pure Fe). The results emphasize that shape anisotropy due to surface irregularities causes misalignment between the magnetization and the applied field in the otherwise collinear magnetic structure.

  • Based on the state-feedback adaptive neuro-control algorithm for a SISO nonaffine pure-feedback nonlinear system proposed in [15], an output-feedback controller is proposed in this paper. The output-feedback adaptive neural-net controller for the considered nonlinear system has not been previously proposed in any other literatures yet. The proposed output-feedback controller inherits all the advantages of [15] such that it does not adopt backstepping and this results in relatively simple control and adapting laws. Only one neural network is required for the proposed adaptive controller. The proposed neural-net control scheme expands the applicable class of nonlinear systems.

  • This paper examines empirically the net impact of residual state ownership on privatized firm efficiency in the transitional context of Vietnam. Vietnamese privatization has its own characteristics. Instead of mass and full privatization, Vietnam has chosen a partial and gradual path. Thus, it is important to assess the net impact of residual state ownership on privatized firms during the post-privatization period. This study employs stochastic frontier analysis to investigate the association between residual state ownership and the efficiency of privatized firms, using a sample of all privatized firms that are listed on the Vietnamese stock exchanges over the period from 2007 to 2017. Also, two-stage least squares regression is incorporated into the model to deal with potential endogeneity issues. Our study provides evidence that state ownership should not be considered as a pure source of agency problems. Indeed, the net impact of residual state ownership on privatized firm efficiency is non-monotonic, and the relationship between residual state ownership and privatized firm efficiency is under an inverted U-shape. A moderate level (less than 50%) of residual state ownership might be beneficial to privatized firm efficiency whereas too much state ownership is detrimental to the efficiency of privatized firms.

  • Electrochemical properties of LiMn2O4 cathode were investigated in three types of Zn-containing electrolytes: lithium-zinc sulfate electrolyte (1M ZnSO4 / 2M Li2SO4), zinc sulfate electrolyte (2MZnSO4) and lithium-zinc-manganese sulfate electrolyte (1MZnSO4 / 2MLi2SO4 / 0.1MMnSO4). Cyclic voltammetry measurements demonstrated that LiMn2O4 is electrochemically inactive in pure ZnSO4 electrolyte after initial oxidation. The effect of manganese (II) additive in the zinc-manganese sulfate electrolyte on the electrochemical performance was analyzed. The initial capacity of LiMn2O4 is higher in presence of MnSO4 (140 mAh g-1 in 1 M ZnSO4 / 2 M Li2SO4 / 0.1 M MnSO4 and 120 mAh g-1 in 1 M ZnSO4 / 2MLi2SO4). The capacity increase can be explained by the electrodeposition of MnOx layer on the electrode surface. Structural characterization of postmortem electrodes with use of XRD and EDX analysis confirmed that partially formed in pure ZnSO4 electrolyte Zn-containing phase leads to fast capacity fading which is probably related to blocked electroactive sites.

  • Despite of various useful features, functional languages do not provide an efficient way of representing states. To improve expressiveness of functional language, it is required a method representing explicit state without violating of functional semantic properties. In this paper, imperative functional language, $\lambda$st-calculus is designed to represent states without compromising the properties of pure functional languages. And we construct an algorithm to reduce proposed imperative functional language. $\lambda$st-calculus model which is an extension of the $\lambda$-calculus model with explicit state constructor without violating their semantic properties. it improves expressiveness of syntax through a concept of state composition and simplified reduction rules.

  • Let $Let\eta={\eta m}m$ be an eventually constant sequence of unit vectors $\eta m$ in $C^{n}$ and let $\rho$η be the pure state on $UHF_{n}$ algebra which is defined by $\rho\eta(\upsilon_i_1....\upsilon_i_k{\upsilon_{j1}}^*...{\upsilon_{j1}}^*)={\eta_1}^{i1}...{\eta_k}^{ik}{\eta_k}^{jk}...{\eta_1}^{j1}$. We find infinitely many state extensions of $\rho\eta$ to Cuntz algebra $O_n$ using representations and unitary operators. Also, we present theirconcrete expressions.
