레이저 발진용 세논기체 섬광관의 방전계통해석 (Analysis of Xenon Flash Lamp Discharge System for Laser Excitation)

  • 세논 섬광관의 방전회로에 관한 특성을 상세히 논했다. 섬광관은 전류에 비전형적이므로 방전회로에 관한 의 비선형 미분방정식을 유도하여 해를 상이형전자 계산기로 구했다. 또한 더욱이 임의의 섬광관에 대한 입력에너지 펄스지속시간 및 모양, 인덕턴스, 콘덴서 그리고 동작전압에 대해 완전히 고찰했다. 아울러 본 해석결과를 이용하면 성광관 방전계통회로를 정확히 설계할 수 있음을 제시했다.

  • 리니어 펄스 모터(LPM, Linear Pulse Motor)는 고정자와 가동자 사이의 공극에 미세한 치 피치로 되어 있기 때문에 고정밀의 유연한 선형운동을 필요로 하는 분야에 적합하다. 리니어 펄스모터의 힘과 위치는 치 피치, 공극 영구자석 및 여자전류에 의해서 민감하게 영향을 받는다. 따라서 LPM은 힘 특성을 해석하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 공극에서 힘 계산을 위하여 퍼미언스법을 적용하였다. LPM의 공극은 공압베어링에 의해서 발생된 압력으로 부상된다. 간단한 공압과 퍼미언스법은 일정 조건에서 공극을 계산하는 데 사용되었다. 따라서 최대로 이용할 수 있는 힘은 공극의 가변에 대한 자기수반 에너지법으로부터 구하였으며, 또한 수직력과 선형 추력은 미세 변위 1[mm]로부터 얻을 수 있었다.

롤러형 파종기 구동용 직류모터의 회전속도 제어 (Speed Control of DC Motor for Roller Type Seeder)

  • This study was conducted to develop a speed control system of a DC motor which drove a barley seeder mounted on a combine harvester. Barley seeder mounted on a combine has been known to reduce labor and cost of barley cultivation. However, development of the seeder has been unsuccessful because the combine, a dedicated rice and barley harvester has not enough space and proper power take-off for barley seeder. To develop a barley seeder, small powered motor speed controller was required. A proximity sensor for detecting working speed of the combine and a programmable one board microprocessor was used to develope a control system. Motor parameters and motor constant, relationship between seeding rate, motor speed, groove volumes of a tested roller, torque were measured. The proximity sensor sent a frequency signal to the microprocessor. In laboratory experiments, the excitation voltage of the motor was shown not to be proportional to the size of pulse width (duty ratio). A table transforming frequency signal, that represented for working speed to proper pulse width was developed from seeding rate experiments. However, seeding rate at low frequency signal was not proportional to the working speed. Seeding rate control proportional to the frequency signal was achieved by shifting of the frequency signal.

  • This research is concerned with the application of the active linear actuator to the active vibration control of structure. The active linear actuator will be mounted on the sub-frame so that it can cancel the excitation transferred from the engine. Accelerometer mounted on the sub-frame detects the vibration and its signal is fed into the DSP controller where the control algorithm is installed. The output of the DSP controller is connected to the driver which amplifies the DSP output. In general, the pulse width modulation power amplifier is used to drive the voice-coil type actuator. This study shows the dynamic characteristics of the active linear actuator and active vibration control experimental results.

  • Switched relutance motor(SRM) has the advantages of simple structure, low rotor intertia, and high power rate per unit volume. However, SRM has the disadvantages of high current harmonics, and low power factor because of the discontinuous excitation of pulse type. The harmonics brings about the distortion and loss of power system, and brings about the incorrect opertion of electronic system. This paper investigates the SRM drive system with the reduced harmonics and improved power factor. The system consists of the switching power converter with poewr factor correction(SPC-PFC), DC/DC converter and 3-phase inverter. The performances in the proposed system are verified through the simpuation and experiment.

  • In this paper, We applied the $\mu$-stepping method on the Phase Excitation Sequence of Hybrid type LPM. Linear Pulse Motor can opeate in an open loop control as an effective positioning actuator. PWM driver was used for low power loss and automatically adjusted voltage at rate current. Finally we find that through the position-velocity for timing Triangular and Trapezoidal Profile are very affected by velocity and acceleration parameter.

  • The signals that can be obtained from rotating machines often convey the information of machine. For example, if the machine under investigation has faults, then these signals often have pulse signals, embedded in noise. Therefore the ability to detect the fault signal in noise is major concern of fault diagnosis of rotating machine, In this paper, minimum variance cepstrum (MV cepstrum) . which can easily detect impulse in noise, has been applied to detect the type of faults of ball bearing system. To test the performance of this technique. various experiments have been performed for ball bearing elements that have man made faults. Results show that minimum variance cepstrum can easily detect the periodicity due to faults and also shows the pattern of excitation by the faults.

전자방사식 고압 저전력 방전을 이용한 OH radical 발생기의 개발과 성능 평가 (Development and Performance Evaluation of Hydroxyl Radical Generator using Electron Emission Type High Voltage and Low Current Discharger)

  • 본 연구는 MOSFET을 이용하여 안정적인 구형파를 구현함과 동시에 순간적인 전류의 상승을 최대한 줄여 전체 회로의 안정성 이 확보된 폐수처리용 전자방사식 OH radical generator를 개발하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하고 안정성이 확보된 전자방사식 고압 저전력 방전을 이용한 폐수처리용 전자방사식 OH radical generator를 개발하고 그 성능을 평가하고자 하였다. 실험은 2016년 11월부터 2017년 3월까지 실시하였다. 그 결과 AC 체배 변환기의 입력 단에 연결되는 Power MOSFET의 drain 전류는 CR-스너버 구조의 부궤환(negative feedback) 회로를 통해 안정적이고 일정한 펄스 파형을 제공할 수 있었으며 AC 체배 변환기의 여기 전류(excitation current) 감소 및 발진 회로의 안정성을 상승시킬 수 있었다. 또한 이와 같은 회로를 갖는 전자방사식 OH radical generator에서 OH radical을 안정정적으로 발생시킬 수 있었다. 또한 살균능을 평가한 결과, E. coli, S. aureus와 S. flexneri는 60분 후 최대 99.9%이상의 살균력을 보였다. 본 연구 결과를 기반으로, MOSFET을 이용하여 안정적인 구형파를 구현함과 동시에 순간적인 전류의 상승을 최대한 줄여 전체 회로의 안정성이 확보된 살균능이 우수한 폐수처리용 전자방사식 OH radical generator를 개발하였다.

High Efficacy AC-PDP toward 10 lm/W

  • The high efficacy concept, featuring in this study an auxiliary electrode and a 200 ${\mu}m$ coplanar gap, is applied to AC-PDPs with a stripe - type and a closed - type barrier rib, respectively. The roles of the pulses applied to the auxiliary electrode create additional excitation during the sustain period and reduce a discharge current that flows into the display cells. The efficacy of the proposed panel with the closed barrier rib has maximum values when the auxiliary pulse voltage is 50 volts and 80 volts for the Ne+4%Xe and Ne+20%Xe gas-mixtures, respectively. The maximum luminous efficacy is more than 10 lm/W in terms of the measurement of the discharges in VGA resolution ($540{\mu}m{\times}720{\mu}m$) and the green cells.
