  • The drive efficiency is investigated with drawbar pull test to provide the basic data in the gradability and acceleration of the wheeled vehicle. As a result, the drive efficiencies are determined from 4*2 drive : Direct gear 0.89 1st gear 0.81 Other gears 0.83-0.87 4*4 high drive : Direct gear 0.85 1st gear 0.77 Other gears 0.79-0.83 4*4 low drive : Direct gear 0.83 1st gear 0.75 Other gears 0.77-0.81

  • The study proposes three types of production lead time according to the production or demand pattern. First of all, it discusses the difference of three lead times. While pitch time and cycle time are used in push system with process stock and mass conveyor production, the tact time is used in pull system like as JIT based lean production system.

  • Novel push-pull chromophores containing 5’-(4-(bis(9,9-dimethyl-9H-fluoren-2-yl)aniline (bisDMFA) as a donor and phenylazo-methylpyrrolyl-boron difluoride (PhAPy-BF2) as an acceptor were designed and synthesized by the Knoevenagel condensation reaction for organic solar cells. Various electron withdrawing moieties were effectively introduced using 2,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole to afford new asymmetric BF2-azopyrrole molecules that were characterized by UV-vis spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry measurements.

  • In this paper, we proposed a PLL with the clock count type frequency detector, in which the very fast pull-in time can be realized by resetting the VCO at the rising of input signal after charging the capacitor of loop filter with the voltage corresponding to the frequency of the input signal.

  • This paper proposes, for the first time, the design of class I pull-push power amplifier. With the new design, the output power is increased by four times when compared to conventional single-end class I connection amplifier with the same supply voltage. The performance of the proposed amplifier is verified by with a 100-kHz power amplifier constructed using general-purpose NPN transistors.

  • Kanban, a pull system for inventory control is in direct contrast to conventional push systems. In the pull system, the kind and quantity of items needed by the succeeding stage are withdrawn from the preceding stage, only at the rate and at the time they are consumed. In this paper, lot size models are formulated in two special cases of practical interests and simple solution procedures are adapted to minimize the total cost of the kanban system. An numerical example is solved to illustrate the method.

  • In this paper, we first show that the pull-back morphism between two K-groups of the Steinberg varieties, obtained respectively from partial flag varieties and quiver varieties of type A, is a ring homomorphism with respect to the convolution product. Then, we prove that this ring homomorphism yields a property of compatibility between two certain convolution actions.
