본 연구의 목적은 학교도서관에서 읽기와 쓰기를 통합 지도 할 수 있는 학습독서 전략을 개발하여 제안하는 것이다. 읽기와 쓰기 전략은 인지과정에 기반을 둔 절차와 관련된 간접전략과, 절차의 성공적 수행을 도와주는 직접전략으로 나눌 수 있다. 따라서 읽기와 쓰기를 통합한 학습독서 전략을 교수설계모형에 해당하는 간접전략과 모형의 각 단계별 구체적인 실행 방안을 담은 직접전략으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서는 학습독서가 프로그램 형태로 운영될 수 있는 상황을 고려하여 간접전략인 기본 모형을 준비-설계-운영-평가와 같이 4단계로 설정하였다. 그리고 읽기와 쓰기를 통합 지도하는 학습독서 운영 단계는 '주제정하기-목차쓰기-탐구하기-집필하기-수정하기-출판하기'와 같이 6단계로 구성하였다. 또한 각 운영 단계별로 읽기와 쓰기 활동을 구체적으로 도와줄 수 있는 직접전략을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 오픈액세스서비스에 대한 이용자의 만족도를 분석하여 향후 오픈액세스 활동의 활성화 및 발전방안 수립을 위한 전략과제를 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 오픈액세스코리아 서비스의 이용자를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였다. 서비스별 품질을 나타내는 이용자의 만족도 지표는 해당 서비스에 대해 이용자들이 지각하는 품질을 측정할 수 있도록 설계하였으며, 품질지수, 만족지수, 성과지수로 구성되었다. 분석결과 사회적 품질, 사회적 만족 등의 항목은 상대적으로 높게 산출되어 국내 연구자들의 오픈액세스서비스에 대한 사회적 기여도 및 공익성 측면에서의 긍정적인 평가와 기대를 확인하였다. 반면, 서비스 과정품질 항목은 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 보여주었으며 국내 오픈액세스 콘텐츠의 부족에 대한 의견이 다수 도출되어 국가 차원의 전략수립 시 콘텐츠 개발 및 확보 전략에 대한 고려가 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 오픈액세스에 대한 정책적 지원, 오픈액세스 저널 출판 및 리포지터리 운영, 거버넌스체제 구축 및 오픈액세스 홍보활동을 통한 연구자들의 참여 유도, 글로벌 공조체제 구축 등이 전략과제로 제시되었다.

최근 등장한 다양한 플랫폼 기반의 스마트폰과 iPad와 같은 미디어 디바이스의 등장은 전세계 소비자의 관심을 불러일으켰다. 이러한 관심은 종이책의 디지털화를 가져오게 되었고 국내외 전자출판물 산업의 가파른 성장을 가져왔다. 하지만 다양한 디바이스와 콘텐츠들이 생겨나면서 호환성 문제가 대두되었고 전자출판물과 관련한 콘텐츠의 교환 및 공유를 위한 표준화의 필요성과 수요를 만들어 냈다. 본 연구는 전자출판물 표준화와 관계된 산 학 연 관 이해관계자 16명의 의견 수렴을 통해 향후 전자출판분야의 콘텐츠 및 유통, 디바이스, 표준화, 기술적 보호조치, 저해요인 등에 대한 미래에 예측되는 변화들을 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 추후 표준 개발을 위한 영역 및 요소를 도출해보고자 한다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to review and analyze EAJBE (The East Asian Journal of Business Economics) of EABEA (The East Asia Business Economics Association) and all of their published articles of 2013 to 2017 and to revise and update the existing publication standards and practices in order to improve the overall quality and reputation of EAJBE. Research design, data, and methodology - This paper applied an analytical approach, a case study method, to analyze and examine the published articles and the publication standards and practices of EAJBE (East Asian Journal of Business Economics) from their first publication. Results - The EAJBE has been issuing academic journals four times a year since its foundation. Although it is a journal based in Korea, overseas scholars publish articles steadily compared to other academic journals and the EAJBE raises the level of globalization. The level of internationalization of association's management and editorial members is also high, making the overall academic journal more cosmopolitan. Conclusions - Although the EABEA (The East Asia Business Economics Association) is a newly formed, the association is actively managing the academic community and making two major goals for the development of the academic journal. First, this journal is actively attracting overseas scholars, and is raising the level of internationalization. As an integrated academic conference is held with overseas scholars, they actively exchange with overseas scholars by contributing and publishing their papers. Second, it is seeking to establish national and international ties by publishing the papers of Korean scholars as well as abroad and holding academic contests regularly.

본 연구는 책 내용, 유명인의 인지도, 유명인의 전문지식이 책 구매에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고, 이를 통해 유명인들이 책을 발간할 때 고려해야 할 요소 및 판매를 위한 마케팅 방안에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유명인들이 책을 발간 할 때는 독자들에게 충분히 공감할 수 있는 소재와 평소 자신이 편찬하려는 책 분야에 대한 정보의 신뢰성을 심어줄 수 있는 마케팅 활동을 활발하게 해야 할 것이다. 둘째, 유명인들은 책의 편찬할 때는 자신의 이미지와 맞는 형태의 책 디자인이나 그림 선정 등에 신경을 써야 할 것으로 판단되고, 나아가 이런 이미지가 독자들에게 심어질 수 있게 새로운 형태의 광고 전략을 구축해야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 유명인들은 책의 편찬하기 전 평소 자신이 가지고 있는 정보나 경험, 학습된 지식 등을 여러 광고 환경에서 시청자 및 펜에게 알릴 수 있는 다양한 수단들을 간구해야 할 것이다. 이를 지속적으로 인지시킨다면 향후 자신이 편찬할 책의 구매도는 높아질 것이다.

The Purpose of this study was to define the School Health Education Concepts, to establish the learning objectives and contents for school health education, and to diagnose the phenomenal aspects related to current school health Education in Korea. The results of its diagnosis indicated that the Education Ministry had never had any open opportunities for the teachers to get health education licence, and. universities had never issued health education teacher′s licence to the perspective students in Korea. Under such condition, there was "Korean nursing teacher′s association" for school health education, which had lectures, for two to three years, in order to learn how to develop, teach and evaluate the school health program. Currently, School boards in cities recommended that all nursing teachers should teach school health education in classes for six hours in a week without any fixed health program. Also, There was only "Korean Society for Health Education" for the purpose of dealing with school health education, which had been publishing annual journal. This study demonstrated how to develop school health education curriculum, which composed of the methods for needs assessment and PRECEDE Model(Predisposing, Reinforcing, and Enabling Causes in Educational Diagnosis and Evaluation).

As a new medium for knowledge diffusion, E-Journal is expected to be a general type of scholarly communication. However, the techno - economic problems have hindered the advancement of the E-Journal. For the technical aspects, there are problems such as the standardization of document format, automatization of the document preparation, forward and backward link between documents. Also there are necessities for the support of the information infrastructure of digital library and information superhighway. For the economic domain, reengineering of total publishing cycle is considered and the new paradigm of peer review is analyzed. We pointed out that the main difficulties in the diffusion of E-Journal are on the promotion of service and technological advance, not the price and marketing strategy.

We-the-media (aka wedia) is a concept where the users of social networking sites, such as Facebook, turn into the broadcasters. This study used the popular application Bitstrips as the experiment tool. Facebook was used as the Wedia platform for publishing designed comics, then used the three elements of Goffman's dramaturgy model-role, scene and dialog-to analyze 265 comics created by 3 researchers and observe the audience's responses within 9 months. The results showed that people want to see a good story with positive dialogue, and prefer scene is school more than work. As all these elements are controllable, Wedia communication has the potential for more applications. We also found that including the elements of news, gambling and gift-giving tended to trigger greater response. Furthermore, We suggesting that such embedding of product information in web episodes (webisodes) with caricature could be a successful marketing strategy.

인도-태평양 국가인 대한민국에게 이 지역의 안정과 번영은 국가의 생존과 이익에 직결된다. 현재 인태지역은 미국과 중국의 전략적 경쟁으로 안보환경이 불안정하며, 초국가· 비전통적 위협도 상존하고 있어, 소자/다자 간 공동의 대응을 요구하고 있다. 이에 따라 미국, 일본, ASEAN 및 역외의 EU, NATO까지 자체 인태전략을 발표하며, 이 지역 현안에 개입하고자 노력 중이다. 한국도 2022년 12월 28일, 독자적인 인태전략을 공개하였는데, 이는 이전 신남방정책의 균형외교(전략적 모호성)를 벗어나, 광범위한 인태지역의 현안에 적극적으로 개입·기여하겠다는 의미로 받아들여진다. 이제 해군은 정부의 인태전략을 뒷받침하기 위해 준비해야 한다. 첫째, 역내 안보현안 관련 소자/다자 간 군사협력을 강화하고, 둘째, 이 협력의 메시지를 전파하기 위해 해군력 현시, 연합훈련 등 실제 전력을 운용하여 잠재적 위협에 대해 거부적 억제를 달성해야 한다. 셋째, 인태지역에 상존하는 초국가·비전통적 위협에 대응하는 한편, 선진국으로 발돋움한 한국의 해군으로서, 개발도상국의 해양력 증강을 지원하는 기여 외교도 실시해야 할 것이다. 이러한 역할을 수행함에 있어, 해군 고유의 작전특성(기동성, 융통성, 지속성, 현시성, 투사성)이 발휘될 것이며, 이를 구현하기 위해 해군 내·외부 작전환경(SWOT)을 분석하고, 발전방안을 제시하였다.
