To obtain the goal of this research, we derived the core problems of current exhibition industry service through previous literature, open-ended question and focus group interview. And then, we provided prioritization of twelve new services utilizing six assessment items(importance, duplication, urgency, ease of execution, prevalence, publicness) to derive policy priorities. We analyzed two portfolios that combination of four assessment items - importance/urgency and ease of execution/prevalence. Through surveying and analyzing the result, this paper serves that the priority facts are 'The work invisible barrier installation services', 'Exhibition history management and referral services', and 'Exhibit labels and descriptive text information service utilizing Augmented Reality'. In particular, 'The work invisible barrier installation services' is the most important service not only the assessment criterion of duplication and publicness but also overall measurement score points.

This will increase the level of trust in government data and its utilization will be tied into the individual connectedness for social integration. The role of government as an information provider needs to establish the role of mediator which always keeps social rules and tracks down violators in a timely manner in the process of information production. With transparent information flow and fair game, the richness of information and a positive production environment will be created.

  • This paper deals with the longitudinal study on the supply & demand-side diversity of digital media service. The purpose of this study is to measure the diversity of contents supply and demand-side of digital media platform providers by longitudinal data and discuss the implication. In the approval and re-authorization of pay-TV broadcasters, there were attempts to measure diversity indicators as items to evaluate the publicness and public interest of broadcasting, but they are mainly limited to the method of measuring diversity in the short-term supply side. Thus researcher wants to confirm the evaluation of two aspects through this study. First, researcher proposes a demand-side measurement methodology that utilizes actual audience data from users, and second, a longitudinal evaluation methodology that evaluates long-term trends of diversity change. Researcher has secured the actual supply and demand data of the platform player and confirmed trends of longitudinal diversification indexing for 50 months from 2012 to 2017. Through this research, researcher expects that the supply and demand-side and the longitudinal diversity evaluation will be utilized in a balanced way of publicness and public interest evaluation of broadcasting.

  • Background and objective: This study was conducted to obtain empirical data for deriving necessary items for the creation and management of gardens in urban agricultural parks while maintaining the publicness of the place by examining the difference in perception among park visitors about the gardens in the public parks. Methods: A survey was conducted on users of urban agricultural parks in 6 locations and 113 copies of the questionnaire were collected. After understanding the demographic characteristics and the current use of the garden, we identified the importance of the necessary items for the public gardens. Results: 108 subjects(95.6%) responded that gardens are needed in urban parks, for psychological and emotional health (26.2%) and for interaction and friendship with family and neighbors(23.2%). For use of garden crops, most were private sales(96 subjects, 64.4%), and both sales preferred to partially donate their crops. Most used communal gardens operated by public institutions(30.1%). It was found that 96.4% of the respondents were satisfied with gardening activities, and 107(94.7%) of them showed their intention to participate in the gardening in the future. The Kaiser Meyer Olkin value was .848 and the significance level was .001, proving the validity of factor analysis. The factors were named composition elements(Factor 1), management items(Factor 2), convenience elements(Factor 3), and operational facilities(Factor 4). In the survey on the creation and management of gardens in urban agricultural parks, there were no statistically significant differences, but all items had correlations. Conclusion: The results have reflected the needs of actual users in establishing the plans to operate urban gardens, thereby having great utility value as the basic data for continuous garden management. Further research can be conducted to derive detailed elements that can guarantee sustainability of urban gardens and suggest high-quality data for management of gardens in urban agricultural parks.

  • The sailors on seagoing ships experience much difficulty in communicating with their families, friends or associates ashore due to communication cost or technical difficulties so that they are sometimes unable to adapt to the rapid social changes promptly. This is mainly the result of an insufficient Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-environment on their ships. To surmount such a problem, an electronic shipboard voting system that guarantees the publicness and absolute secrecy in voting process has been proposed in this paper. The system not only helps crews to catch up with up-to-date news and provides them a feeling that they are being connected to the everyday lives of the outside world, but also allows them to cast their votes based on the newly acquired information (e.g., current political or economic situations in their respective regions and etc.).

  • Recently, a large number of cryptocurrencies and block chains have been continuously released. However, these cryptocurrencies and block chains are open to users without authorized verification and testing procedures, causing various reliability problems. Existing cryptocurrencies and blockchain test methods build a blockchain Testnet for a certain period of time by the developer without external verification by a third party, and after repeatedly self-testing and self-operating processes, commercialization is in progress by switching to the Mainnet. This self-verification method does not guarantee objectivity and publicness, and high reliability of customers cannot be realized. This study proposes a cryptocurrency and blockchain test interface and test control system as a third-party open test method.
