This paper analyzed the statistical status of public properties, management organization, operational performance focused on Gyeonggido. And This paper tried to get some implications through comparative analysis of public property management system of Gyeonggido and other local governments including Seoul, Incheon. The survey was also conducted on the whole practitioners of public property management in Gyeonggido. As a result of analysis, although Gyeonggido has an urgent need to raise funds because financial independence is insurfficient, non-tax revenues from it's own public properties are insignificant compared to holdings. The major reason would be pointed out that the dedicated management department on public property is not composed and lack of workforce. The survey results conformed that establishment of the dedicated department to public property management is urgent by reorganization of management structure for the higher operational performance.

Nowadays, many companies have embraced corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices because CSR is a vital component of the current competitive and complex business arena. It contributes greatly to social, environmental, and economic condition. With CSR practices, companies are able to achieve many benefits and there is evidence that CSR practices predict higher brand equity. However, little evidence has been produced concerning the effects of CSR practices on financial aspects of brand equity in developing countries such as Malaysia. Therefore, this paper aims to investigate the effects of CSR practices on financial based brand equity among Malaysia Top 100 brand. A CSR checklist instrument was used in the current study to examine the extent of CSR practiced. The results indicated that PLCs that were actively involved in CSR practices such as environmental, community, workplace and marketplace, found that this involvement enhanced their brand equity. The findings provide useful support and evidence for the management of PLCs in Malaysia, as well as companies in other developing countries, to engage more in CSR practices as a core element of their strategic and brand management.

Excessive public loan with low interest and other tax benefits have been provided for fishermen, but much of them turned out to be little performed. There were the moral hazards of Suhyup in the process of executing the public loans. As the government gave the reimbursement on the financial loss of Suhyup resulting from the public loans, Suhyup had no responsibility of the bad debt loss. Therefore, Suhyup gave little efforts to reduce the non-performing. The government perceived this problem and tried to reduce the under-performing loans. Thus, the government decided to take limited responsibilities. Suhyup made the progress to reduce the under-performing public loans. Suhyup dealt with these situation and made the credit evaluation model of the fisherman's public loan. This paper is for the credit evaluation model in the fisherman's public loan, which explains the model development methodology and the model characteristics in detail. This evaluation model is composed of two sub-component model. the one is the quantitative model and the other is the qualitative model. Fraudulent financial reporting practices can have significant consequences for organizations and all stakeholders, as well as, for public confidence in the capital and security markets. In fact, comprehensive, accurate and reliable financial reporting is the bedrock upon which our markets are based. Keen to project a rosy picture of the Satyam to investors, employees and analysts, Mr. Raju (CEO and Chairman) fudged the account books so that it appeared to be a far bigger enterprise, with high profits and fast growth rate, than it actually was. The Satyam fraud has shattered the dreams of different categories of investors, shocked the government and regulators alike, and led to questioning of the accounting practices of statutory auditors and corporate governance norms in India. This is an exploratory study based on secondary sources of information. An attempt has been made to provide an explanation for various intriguing questions about Satyam scam. After thorough investigations by the CBI and SEBI, they have unveiled the methodology by which Satyam fraud was engineered. Finally, we recommend "Fraudulent reporting practices should be considered as a serious crime, and accounting bodies, courts and other regulatory authorities in India need to adopt very strict punitive measures to stop such unethical practices."

The financial technology sector is now growing rapidly all over the world, and it has improved the banking system efficiency and customer experience. This research study attempts explicitly to explore the consumer acceptance attitude of FinTech and its products in Pakistan. Technology Acceptance Model was used to assess the entire variable associated with the consumer attitude to adopt new technology. Based on a survey conducted from Pakistan data and by employing the multiple regression analysis, this study proves that the risk involved in FinTech products and services results in less usage of financial technology. The findings of the study also show that the risk should be reduced if banks and other institutes that are involved in financial transactions online must provide security. Moreover, customers are not willing to pay an extra amount for using financial technology. It argues that usefulness helps to change the attitude of banking customers to use financial technology. The attitudes of the customers have a positive relationship with the adoption of financial technology. These results also help guide financial institutions to enhance the adoption of FinTech products. User attitudes must be changed by providing users with more security, less risky applications, and cost-effective products.
