Purpose: This study aimed to provide the basic data for improving patient satisfaction and dental services by examining the satisfaction of implant patients who have become important customers of dental treatment due to the increased demand for implants and identifying the factors affecting satisfaction. Methods: Out of 145 questionnaires, excluding 15 questionnaires that were unfaithfully responded to or difficult to analyze, 130 questionnaires were used for the analysis of the satisfaction of the dental patients with implant treatment in 19 dental hospitals and clinics in Gyeonggi-do, South Korea. Results: Implant satisfaction was as high as 3.20 (±0.56) for masticatory function satisfaction, 3.19 for psychological function satisfaction (±0.59), and 3.01 (±0.58) for social function satisfaction. Conclusion: Consistent patient care is important because an implant is not a one-shot cure but ends over a period of several months to several years. It is meaningful in that this study measured the satisfaction of implant prostheses evaluated from a patient's point of view and examined various factors and needs affecting patient satisfaction to provide the basic data for research that can contribute to improving the satisfaction of implant patients.
Purpose: This study was done to examine the relationship of successful aging, depression, and family function in rural elders. Method: A descriptive correlation study design was used and data of the study were collected from 272 people who were overn 65 years of age and lived in a rural community. Result: The mean score for successful aging was $2.28{\pm}0.46$ points of a maximum 3 points. The elders showed a moderate degree of family function ($6.98{\pm}2.83$ points out of 10 points). The mean score for depression was $6.13{\pm}3.75$ points out of 15 points. There was a statistically significant correlation between successful aging and both depression (r=-.659, p<.001) and family function (r=.621, p<.001). Stepwise regression analysis was done to verify factors influencing successful aging. Depression was the dominant factor accounting for 43.2% of the total variance, followed by family function and age in that order. Inclusion of all of the study values resulted in an explanation power of 61.7%. Conclusion: The study results suggest that the provision of individual socio-psychological, and economic measures is important to promote successful aging in rural areas which are different in terms of socio-cultural as well as regional factors compared to urban areas.
Objectives The eye movement (EM) has been reported to play a role in enhancing the retrieval of episodic memories and reducing effects of fearful episodes in the past and worries for the futures. However, it is still unclear in the mechanism of EM in normal subjects. We examined the horizontal eye movement (HEM) effect using an aiding apparatus on mental health indices including negative and positive psychological factors, and psychophysiological measures such as heart rate variability and quantitative electroencepaholography (qEEG) in healthy subjects. Methods Twenty eight healthy subjects were recruited and randomly allocated into two groups : active HEM group and control group. The active HEM group conducted the HEM training with usual stress management audio-intervention using the apparatus inducing eye movement once a day for 14 days. The control group also conducted the same training once a day for 14 days, however, the saccadic eye movement was not included in this training. Psychological measurements, neurocognitive function tests, heart rate variability measurement and qEEG were conducted before and after the training in both groups. Results In the active HEM group, sleep status using Sleep Quality Scale (SQS) positive factors significantly increased after the training. By contrast, scores on the negative items of Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS), and negative items of the Life Orientation Test-Revised (LOT-R) were significantly decreased after the training. The percentage of delta amplitude (1-3 Hz) in qEEG significantly decreased after the HEM training. The percentage of alpha amplitude (8-12 Hz) significantly increased after HEM training. The change of delta amplitude in the active HEM group was positively correlated with the change of sleep satisfaction of Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and the change of alpha amplitude was negatively correlated with depression of VAS, anxiety of VAS and Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Conclusions The HEM training improved sleep quality and well-being, and sense of optimism. The HEM training also increased alpha amplitude and decreased delta amplitude in qEEG. The qEEG changes were well correlated with subjective improvement of mental health indices in healthy subjects. These results suggest some evidences that HEM training using the apparatus that induces EM would be helpful in improving subjective mental health in healthy subjects. Further study with larger samples size would be needed.

Third, differences occurred in the "quality of life (physical well-being, physical well-being, social well-being, productive activities and development, psychological and emotional well-being" of the intellectually disabled. Fourth, the relationship between "self-determination" and "quality of life" of the intellectually disabled resulted in the adjustment effect of family functions. This study is meaningful in that it demonstrated the service practice that should be provided to people with early adult intellectual disabilities in the field of practice by verifying the relationship between self-determination, family function and quality of life viewed from the perspective of the parties.

The survey used in th is study is composed of 37 questions. To practice frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis and regre ssion, a program called SPSSWIN 18.0 was used. The value of Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, which shows the reliability of the stud y, appeared to be over .622. The result is: First, security organizational mentoring type affects mentoring function. T hat is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, friendship protecting function, career managing function and sociopsychological function are promoted. Second, security organizational mentoring type affects organizational commitmen t. That is, when a systematic mentoring is activated, organizational commitment is promoted. Objectives : The purpose of this study was to assess physical illnesses, psychological difficulties, and daily life function of victims' family members one year after the Sewol ferry disaster, in order to establish a basis of strategies to promote their mental health and resilience. Methods : We statistically analyzed self-reported data collected from a survey conducted between March 22 and 28, 2015 with 139 family members of victims. Results : All respondents complained about one or more psychological difficulties, and 95.4% of them had newly diagnosed or exacerbated physical illnesses. An increased number of psychological difficulties was associated with a greater tendency to present physical illnesses including chronic headache, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, obstetrico-gynecological, genitourinary, and cardiovascular disease. In addition, the majority of respondents reported a decrease in life functioning. Specifically, 71.9% reported interpersonal avoidance and 63.9% reported difficulty in returning to work. Conclusions : Not only psychological trauma but also physical illness and daily functioning should be evaluated in detail and actively addressed in the bereaved family members after a catastrophe.
While content word-based frequency analysis has obvious limitations to intentional deception or irony, KLIWC has evolved into functional word analysis and KrKwic has evolved as a way to visualize co-occurrence frequencies. However, after more than 10 years of development, several issues still need improvement. Therefore, we tried to develop a new psychological language analysis program by analyzing KLIWC and KrKwic. First, the two programs were analyzed. In particular, the morpheme classification of KLIWC and the Korean morpheme analyzer was compared to enhance the functional word analysis function, and the psychological dictionary were analyzed to strengthen the psychological analysis. As a result of the analysis, the Hannanum part-of-speech analyzer was the most subdivided, but KLIWC for personal pronouns and KKMA for endings and endings were more subdivided, suggesting the integrated use of multiple part-of-speech analyzers to strengthen functional word analysis. Second, the research trends of studies that analyzed texts with these programs were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the two programs were used in various academic fields, including the field of Interdisciplinary Studies. In particular, KrKwic was used a lot for the analysis of papers and reports, and KLIWC was used a lot for the comparative study of the writer's thoughts, emotions, and personality. Based on these results, the necessity and direction of development of a new psychological language analysis program were suggested.
