The school library in Korea, with its short history, has not been fully awared of its importance yet. As a result, most of school libraries in Korea have not been fundtioning as the center of educational activity which is closely connected with learning process and as the place of the extension of classroom, but as the place of storing books. Besides the importance of materials and facilities, the educational function of school libraries can be fully achieved only when each school librarian clearly understands his work and duties, and accomplishes them successfully. This study, which are based on analysis of literature investigations and precedent studies, are summarized as follow: 1. There is an absolute lack of the number of school librarians (or alternative teachers) in comparison to the number which is specified in the regulations of Library Law. 2. There is no a n.0, ppropriate legal foundation for employment of school librarians and library assistants, and of their o n.0, pportunities for promotion. 3. The school library in korea has been stayed so far on its infantile, namely 'the period of material arrangement', in the aspect of the function. 4. The administrative organization of the school library has not gained much recognition of its professional character. And even more the position of the school library today is not enough clear to be stable in the total school system. By solving these factors step, the newly reformed school library in Korea will play a great role in improving her education by the hand of school librarians whose spirits are re-filled with willingness and creativity.

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effects of marketing factors on the long-term purchasing behavior regarding industrial goods, using data from wholesalers and retailers. Research design, data, and methodology - We used multiple regression analysis and 3-step regressions to investigate causality. We used 177 questionnaires targeting wholesalers and retailers of industrial goods. Results - First, long-term purchasing behavior is positively related only with advertising and marketing factors. Second, the relationship between marketing factors and brand value show that the physical environment, word-of-mouth advertising, and publicity are positively related, except advertising and sales promotion, respectively. Third, brand value and long-term purchasing behavior are positively related. Finally, brand value is not a mediator between marketing factors and long-term purchasing behavior. Conclusion - This study suggests that industrial goods providers should use marketing strategies that are different from those used in the consumer market. Further, if they want to maintain long-term relationships, they should increase their brand value.

Purpose - In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in the region, different grade cities should adapt to local conditions and differentiated development as the angle. It can promote the optimization of regional tourism industry structure, and make relevant suggestions accordingly. Research design, data, and methodology - Based on the characteristics of cultural tourism creative industry, 24 indicators are selected from four aspects. The comprehensive competitiveness evaluation index system of cultural tourism creative industry is constructed. The essay use factor analysis to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and use cluster analysis to classify the competitiveness of cultural tourism creative industries in each city into five types. Results - The results of cluster analysis show that the whole area presents five kinds of step-like features, which are mature leading type, the advantageous development type, comparatively advantageous type, well-grounded type and difference-promotion type. Conclusions - The factor analysis method was used to quantitatively evaluate 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, and cluster analysis was used to classify the cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness of each city into fives type city. Based on the differentiation of cultural tourism creative industry competitiveness and 27 cities in the Pan-Yangtze River Delta, the relevant strategies were proposed.

Currently, it is usually a 3D scanner processing method as a laser method. However, the laser method has a disadvantage of slow scanning speed and poor precision. Although optical scanners are used as a method to compensate for these shortcomings, optical scanners are closely related to the distance and precision of the object, and have the disadvantage of being expensive. In this paper, 3D scanner using variable focus lens-based structured light module with improved measurement precision was designed to be high performance, low price, and usable in industrial fields. To this end, designed a telecentric optical system based on a variable focus lens and connected to the telecentric mechanism of the step motor and lens to adjust the focus of the variable lens. Designed a connection structure with optimized scalability of hardware circuits that configures a stepper motor to form a system with a built-in processor. In addition, by applying an algorithm that can simultaneously acquire high-resolution texture image and depth information and apply image synthesis technology and GPU-based high-speed structured light processing technology, it is also stable for changes to external light. We will designed and implemented for further improving high measurement precision.

An innovative application of voltage-contrast (VC) inspection allowed inline detection of NMOS leakage in dense SRAM cells is presented. Cell sizes of SRAM are continual to do the shrinkage with bit density promotion as semiconductor technology advanced, but the resulting challenges include not only development of smaller-scale devices, but also intra-devices isolation. The NMOS leakage caused by the underneath n+/P-well shorted to the adjacent PMOS/N-well was inspected by the proposed electron-beam (e-beam) scan in which VC images were compared during the in-line process step of post contact tungsten (W) CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization) instead of end-of-line electrical test, which has a long response time. A series of experiments based on the mechanism for improving the intra-well isolation was performed and verified by the inline VC inspection. An optimal process-integration condition involved to the tradeoff between the implant dosage and photo CD was carried out.

In transformer cooling systems, oil temperature is controlled through the use of a blower and oil pump. For this paper, set-point algorithms, a reset algorithm and control algorithms of the cooling system were developed by neural networks and fuzzy logics. The oil inlet temperature was set by a $2{\times}2{\times}1$ neural network, and the oil temperature difference was set by a $2{\times}3{\times}1$ neural network. Inputs used for these neural networks were the transformer operating ratio and the air inlet temperature. The inlet set temperature was reset by a fuzzy logic based on the transformer operating ratio and the oil outlet temperature. A blower was used to control the inlet oil temperature while the oil pump was used to control the oil temperature difference by fuzzy logics. In order to analysis the performance of these algorithms, the initial start-up test and the step change test were performed by using the dynamic model of a transformer cooling system. Test results showed that algorithms developed for this study were effective in controlling the oil temperature of a transformer cooling system.

The human body is structured as sentence of healing. This study examines how the mechanism of healing works in the human body by the narrative relation of functor and argument. So, we predict the way of extreme healing by literary or human narrative. For this purpose, we analyze the principle that the emotional and semantic arguments are called by the functor set by the sentences containing the fingerprints of mind in Gosijo and the mechanism of healing works extensively. We analyze the process of the transition from the narrative of the literary to the narrative of the human body. Thus, the barcode of the healing, which is made up of the relationship between the functor of the literature and the argument, is transferred to the human body and it is judged that the fingerprint of the human mind is operated through the stage of encoding and re-encoding due to the action potential. In addition, it was predicted that the neurotransmitters such as dopamine and the secretion of hormones would be promoted and the healing level would be increased. In results, we conclude that the function of argument and functor which contains the fingerprint of the mind in the third sound step on the last sentence of Gosijo is transferred to the human body and is especially heavily focused and operate with healing.

This is qualitative research using grounded theory to examine the experiences that mothers of children with epilepsy can have. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and memo-taking with a total of 13 participants in this study-10 mothers taking care of children with epilepsy and 3 principal informants-and the data were analyzed using the method developed by Strauss and Corbin (1998). As a result of data analysis, 163 concepts, 26 subcategories and 8 categories were formed through open coding. Such categories were analyzed by the paradigm of the grounded theory, and as a result the experiences of the mothers of epileptic children were based on a causal condition of 'confrontation' and the central phenomenon of 'Wandering around the forest under a yoke'. The contextual conditions, which exerted influence on phenomena, were 'stigma cognition', 'personality traits' and 'health of children.' The action/interaction strategy selected by participants was 'Quietly pulling through: Bracing myself, Getting to know my enemy and myself, Taking care while hiding, Putting out one step at a time, Establishing a foothold. The intervening condition affecting action/interaction was 'the support system', and its result was 'watching.'

Recently, major activities for the transfer and commercialize of the innovatory IT techniques are revitalized with the active study and development of the IT technologies. Nowadays, the primary concern for the systematic technology valuation gets the great attention in order to transfer or trade innovatory IT techniques easily. It is because the accurate appraisal for the technology is the most important step to get its proper utility value in the transfer and commercialize of the techniques. In this paper, we survey the general technology valuation methods for the transfer and commercialize of the techniques and also examine the special technology appraisal method for the innovatory IT techniques, which have relatively short technical life cycle and can create high added values, in order to transfer innovative IT techniques satisfactorily.

From the 2006 report of Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private school(KFPP), Private college account for 97% and private university account for 79% of the all college in country. The report shows that private college invest in educational facilities about 200 million won every year. But the standard of investment analysis which is for the private business of private college is not arranged, private college could not make progress the business. Accordingly the research is suggested "eligibility analysis method theory" that is a basic to make decision. At first in case of Quantitative VFM analysis, we suggest alternative analysis & progress procedure in analysis step. And in case of qualitative VFM analysis, we developed 15 items of analysis which is made with professional interviews.
