과거 20여년간 작업분담구조도(WBS)는 대규모의 정보시스템을 개발 및 획득하여 운용하고자 하는 시스템 프로젝트 관리자에게 관심의 초점이 되여 왔다. WBS 는 정보시스템을 개발하고 획득하며 운용하기 위한 관련된 많은 작업을 효과적으로 식별하고 임무를 분담시켜 프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 중요한 수단이다. 즉, 정보시스템 개발 프로젝트를 효과적으로 기획하고 관리/통제하기 위하여 WBS 는 없어서는 않되는 중요한 프로젝트 관리의 메커니즘인 것이다. WBS 는 프로젝트를 조직화하고, 비용을 예측 및 통제하며, 작업을 효과적으로 관리하고, 외주용역 시에는 계약 업체를 관리할 수 있는 편리한 기능을 제공해 준다. 본 논문은 저자의 실질적인 경험에 의거하여 사례로서 개념적인 WBS 를 모형화하며, WBS 개발 시에 중요한 고려사항을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 모형과 고려사항은 조직 내에서 요구사항을 만족하는 WBS 를 개발하는데 많은 도움이 되리라고 확신한다.

Recently, intensive urban redevelopment concentrated on new towns has reduced the number of settled population, and weakened various functions such as commercial, culture, education and welfare in old towns, and made the stagnation and declination of the entire or some parts of old towns. Urban regeneration project means renewing cities' functions in terms of physical, environmental, social, cultural, industrial and economic aspects or revitalizing the existing functions through improvement project in the entire or part of a city, which is now drawing keen attention from the public. However, urban regeneration project is huge in scale, needs long construction period and various complex facilities, and also characterized by complicated relations with many stakeholders. Due to such characteristics, there are many risks in the project. Therefore, systematic risk management is absolutely necessary to efficiently manage various risk factors inherent in urban regeneration project. The purpose of this research proposes a basic model to establish risk management plan and work process in order to help project participants to perform risk management more systematically and rationally in the development phase of urban regeneration project.

The problems like exceeding estimated cost, late due-date, expensive maintenance, insuffiency of experts and low productivity are becoming emphasized related with the software development. In order to overcome these problems and to develop the highly qualified software within the limited resources, a project management tool is used. The purpose of this study is to develop a conceptual model of the project management system which can plan, analyze and control the software development projects effectively. The model is constructed with plan and track management system, cost management system and operation management system for the efficient project management. It is named by LSD-PMS : Large-scale Software Development Project Management System. We reviewed 5 cases of project management. LSD-PMS is evaluated and reviewed by the project managers in the field. It is proved that LSD-PMS is a tool which can help project managers develop software successfully given budget and time schedule. In the future, this system should be further developed as an integrated model with system implementation tools such as CASE products.

High speed railroad project management has been almost completed by starting operation of Seoul-Busan high speed railroad with the exception of a few constructing blocks currently in April, 2004. After Korea Rail Network Authority was established in 2004, it needs to develop new project management system for both conventional railroad construction and high speed railroad construction for domestic railroad projects, while it plans to invest in overseas railroad project for logistics innovation and improvement in passenger transport services on a large scale. Therefore this paper provides the method that we can adapt the project management system for high speed railroad containing experiences and know-how from construction of high speed railroad for both conventional railroad construction and high speed railroad construction or improve project management system for high speed railroad to use it as project management system for overseas railroad projects.

As a recent global trend, the majority of mega-size plant projects are delivered through EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts, where a single contract is awarded for engineering, procurement, and construction. Under this contracting mechanism, it is challenging for contractors to carry out the projects under traditional project management processes used in design-bid-build projects. A new EPC Plant, the POSCO Special Steel Plant in Changwon, was built successfully at the beginning of 2012 and it is currently in full-scale production. The project has encountered a number of major difficulties however, with some technical and managerial issues through its development process. As summarized in this paper, the authors (as project participants with the contractor) investigated it as a post construction analysis and recorded the Lessons-learned for future project management improvement.

This study aims to evaluate healthcare providers' satisfaction and demands pertaining to the collaborative first-stage pilot project between Korean medicine and Western medicine. This survey was conducted via electronic mail among 33 healthcare providers participating in the pilot project. Likert type 5-point scale or Likert type 7-point scale was used to evaluate each item. The response of '${\geq}4$' on the 5-point scale, and '${\geq}5$' on the 7-point scale were analyzed as positive answers. A total of 27 healthcare providers (81.8%) responded, of which 9 were western medical doctors (33.3%) and 18 were Korean medical doctors (66.7%). In respect to satisfaction of the pilot project, 88.9% gave positive responses on improved patients' convenience, 59.3% on treatment efficiency and 55.6% on diagnosis efficiency. In terms of self-evaluation on the pilot project, 70.4% gave positive answers on changes in quality of collaborative treatment, 74.1% on cooperation of results, 63.0% on cooperation of structure and 51.9% on cooperation of process. In terms of demand for collaborative treatment or the pilot project, 'standardized manual' and 'simplification of administrative procedures' showed highest demand, resulting up to 88.9%, followed by 85.2% demanding more public relations and 63.9% demanding enlargement of participating hospitals. This survey revealed that healthcare providers are generally satisfied with patients' convenience and treatment effects. Further studies are needed to develop a standardized manual, simplified administrative procedures, and expanded pilot project contents.

국내 CM현장은 경기침체로 인해 성장이 다소 둔화되고 있지만 최근 공공기관 이전사업 등으로 인해 CM시장은 꾸준한 규모를 보이고 있다. CM제도가 도입된 이래로 다수의 발주기관들이 건설사업관리 역량을 점차 보유하고 있지만 이에 대한 건설사업관리 조직 규모 산정을 위한 노력은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 공공공사 건축공사 10개소 사례를 바탕으로 통계분석과 관리인력당 사업비를 활용하여 건설사업의 관리업무를 수행하는 전체 관리조직의 규모 산정 방법을 도출하였고 Case Study를 통해 활용성을 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 적정 관리인력 규모 산정 및 투입으로 건설사업의 원활한 업무수행과 성공적으로 사업을 수행하는데 기여하고자 하였다.

최근 우리나라에서도 2030 국가 온실가스 감축목표를 달성하기 위한 이산화탄소 지중저장 기술이 큰 주목을 받고 있으나, 국내 대규모 CCS 사업이 지연되면서 우리나라의 이산화탄소를 해외 저장소에 저장하는 국외감축 사업이 주목을 받고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 호주 깁스랜드 분지에서 추진 중인 CarbonNet 프로젝트의 개발 현황을 조사하여 단기적으로는 국내감축을 위한 대규모 저장소 탐사, 장기적으로는 국외감축 부지 정보 축적을 위한 보조자료로 활용하고자 한다. 먼저 호주의 퇴적분지와 호주에서 추진 중인 CCS 사업을 간략히 소개하고, 대규모 CCS 사업이 추진 중인 깁스랜드 분지의 지질학적 형성과정을 분석한다. 이후 CarbonNet 프로젝트의 부지 선정 과정을 정리하고, 선정된 펠리컨 부지의 CCS 적합성을 논의하고자 한다.

Today's construction is a large-scale and long life span program, so called Mega-scale project, that every moment constructor faces much of hardships, It is because of a large amount of stakeholders, data and complicated relationship among workers. In order to overcome these problems, IETM(Interactive Electronic Technical Manual) has been introduced to construction industry recently, It is regarded as a useful tool for handling the data, procedures of the construction, but it is similar to existing IT-based information systems, the PMIS(Project Management Information System) and the KMS(Knowledge Management System), without characterizing. This research is intended to find out IETM's property and to present the Ontology scheme discriminating Construction IETM from existing systems..

신기후체제 출범 이후 온실가스 감축목표 달성을 위한 대규모 $CO_2$ 직접 감축의 거의 유일한 방안으로 알려져 있는 대용량 $CO_2$ 지중저장의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 포항 분지 해상 중소규모 $CO_2$ 지중저장 실증사업은 대규모 $CO_2$ 저장 사업에 필요한 핵심 기술을 우선적으로 확보하기 위해 추진하고 있는 연구개발 사업이다. 국내 저장 실증을 위한 $CO_2$ 저장소 확보를 위해 2010년부터 3년간 육상-연안 $CO_2$ 저장소 탐사 연구 과제를 수행하여, 한반도 동남부 육상 및 연안에 걸쳐 발달하고 있는 포항분지를 중소규모 $CO_2$ 지중저장 실증 후보지역으로 선정한 바 있다. 2013년부터는 포항분지 해상 지층을 대상으로 저장소 탐사, 탐사시추, 저장소 특성화, 저장 설계, 플랫폼 설계 및 설치, 주입공 시추 및 완결, 주입설비 설치, 주입 및 모니터링 등의 개별 기술 개발을 수행하였으며, 2017년 초 국내 기술력을 기반으로 해저 실증 저장소에 국내 최초로 $CO_2$ 시험주입 실증에 성공하였다. 향후에는 $CO_2$ 저장소 연속 운전 실증을 위한 수송체계 구축과 저장소 운영체계 확립 연구를 진행할 계획이다. 안전하고 효율적인 저장소 운영을 위해 상시 주입 모니터링 및 정기적인 거동 누출 환경 모니터링을 수행할 계획이며, 이를 위한 주입 전 모니터링을 완수하고 모니터링 체계를 구축하였다. 포항분지 해상 중소규모 $CO_2$ 지중저장 실증 연구를 통해 국내 대규모 CCS 통합실증 및 상용화 사업에 필요한 핵심적 $CO_2$ 저장 기술을 자립화 하였고, 성공적인 시험 주입으로 대규모 $CO_2$ 지중저장 사업의 기술적 경험적 기초를 확보하였다. 또한 본 연구 사업은 국제적으로 점차 확대되고 있는 $CO_2$ 지중저장 기술 시장에서 우리나라의 기술 경쟁력을 확보하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
