Project Financing(PF) was introduced from the way of banks' conditional financing that take buried oil as security and offer required money to oil explores which have weak loaning ability in the U.S. 1930s. After that PF has developed with financial market and it has been activated in the market of Korea since 'An Institution about Private Financing Invitation Promotion' was established. Started with I-Hwa Ryoung tunnel project, PF has been used in the Metropolitan Area Airport Highway and etc. But because of the risk that occurred by PF's complexity and uncertainty, PF has not been used fully and there are only few practical examples. The purpose of the present study is to investigate how to decrease, identify and extract the risky factors of project that being planned by PF.

IT 프로젝트 성과를 위한 두 가지(위험 기반, 지식 기반) 주요 관점을 통합적으로 연구하고자 하였으며, 민간부문보다 상대적으로 제약이 많은 공공부문 IT프로젝트가 성과를 확대하기 위해 관리할 요인으로 사용자 지식을 제안하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 성과에 미치는 2가지 유형의 위험(사용자 관련 위험과 프로젝트 관리 위험) 요인을 실증분석하였으며, 사용자 지식을 조절효과로 검증하였다. 공공기관 IT 프로젝트 참여 경험이 있는 응답자를 대상으로, 132부의 데이터를 수집하여 Smart PLS 3.0으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 낮은 사용자 관련 위험과 낮은 프로젝트 관리 위험은 IT 프로젝트 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 사용자 지식은 사용자 관련 위험과 낮은 프로젝트 관리 위험이 IT 프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 강화하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 통합적 연구결과의 반복적인 검증이자, 공공부문 IT 프로젝트에서 갖는 사용자 지식의 중요성을 강조한다.

현재 건설사업의 발전으로 다양화가 되면서 관심을 가져야 할 분야 중 하나가 리스크이다. 리스크란 잠재적인 성격을 가지고 있으며 예측하기가 어렵다. 또한, 사업기간지연, 사업비 등 사업의 성패를 좌우할 만큼의 중요한 요인이다. 국내 외 건설사업에서 리스크 관리의 중요성을 인지하여 리스크에 관한 기법, 분석 등으로 연구가 지속되고 있다. 각 회사에서는 리스크 관리를 위해 PRM 체크리스트를 사용하는데, 기준과 항목이 각 건설사별로 다르다. 플랜트의 원활한 리스크 관리를 위해서 플랜트 PRM 체크리스트가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 건설사업에서 고려되는 위험요인을 분석하고, 리스크의 사전대비를 위하여 리스크 관련 사례분석과 전문가들의 의견을 종합하여 플랜트 PRM체크리스트를 제안하였다. 그리고 발생빈도 및 중요도를 점수로 나타내서 각 리스크 요인별로 중요도를 보여주었다.

Since the mid-2000s, Korean large-sized construction companies have pursued in earnest to expand their business to global construction market in surroundings that domestic market have a continuous and long-term stagnation. However, during last a few years, they have experienced the serious financial loss from international projects. In the meantime, for the sound improvement of Korean construction industry, many stakeholders long for efficient early warning signals to generally monitor and track the potential risks of international projects. In this study, we introduce an International Project Risk Index (IPRI), which is derived from massive data provided by large-sized companies, and expect to provide the practitioners and decision makers as an aid to proactively cope with the change of the potential risks. The outcomes from the IPRI can be utilized to prepare a timely management strategy and to establish an appropriate government support regulation.

Construction projects are full of risks. This is particularly the case in civil construction projects that are often featured with large scale, complexity and involving a large number of participating parties. The eventuation of risks typically results in extended project durations leading to an increase in the total project budget. The consequence can be amplified considering the significant impacts of civil construction projects on the society, from economical, environmental and social perspectives. This research investigates the significance of risks within civil construction projects and approaches to deal with risks. Semi-structured interviews were undertaken with local industry practitioners in South Australia on this matter. It is found that the industry is fairly aware of risks associated with civil construction projects and subsequently has procedures in place to attempt to minimize the impacts of these risks on the project outcomes. The interview results also indicate that there is limited utilization of software for the risk management purpose from the cost estimation perspective.

최근 활발히 진행되고 있는 도시재생사업과 같은 대규모 복합개발사업은 사업기간이 길고 다양한 사업주체들이 참여한다. 이러한 특성 때문에 사업추진 과정상 많은 위험요인들을 내포하게 되고 이를 관리하는 것은 사업의 성패에 큰 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 도시재생사업에서 위험을 인지하고 대응하는 일련의 위험관리 과정은 정확하고 체계적으로 수행되어야 한다. 위험관리과정에서 위험인지단계는 다양한 위험요인을 인지하고 그 위험의 성격을 규정하는 첫 단계이다. 위험을 인지하는 기법 중 체크리스트는 가장 보편적이고 실용적인 방법이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도시재생사업의 개발단계에서 사업주체들의 업무를 분석하고, 위험을 도출하여 사업주체별로 위험을 분류하는 체크리스트를 제안하였다. 이러한 주체별 위험요인 체크리스트는 실무자가 쉽게 위험을 파악할 수 있는 도구로써, 도시재생사업과 같이 다양한 사업주체들이 자신은 물론 다른 사업 참여자들의 위험을 인지하는데도 효과적일 것이라고 기대된다.

Information system(IS) development projects are mostly unique in terms of the characteristics of projects such as project requirements, customers, project members, and development environment. Therefore, it is very hara by nature, to manage the development process systematically. In addition the long-term enlarged scale projects with more complexity and specificity required have brought in much more risk factors than before. The paper recognized risk factors in IS development projects and measured the importance of those risk factors using the AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The results can be used in the risk management of IS development projects.

The Build-Transfer-Lease (BTL) projects have rapidly increased under the Government support during recent years. This paper presents the risk analysis of factors affecting BTL projects in the initial phase. This study resulted in 10 significant risk factors influencing on each phase of BTL projects and then factors were grouped into each phase. The sensitivity analysis was also performed to identify risk factors with more significant influence on BTL projects. The results may useful to practitioners in order to cope with risks in initial phase of BTL projects. The paper resulted in the distribution of risks to project parties, thus it can be used as standards for risk assignment to competent authorities and private enterprises of BTL projects.

International construction projects are exposed to various and complicated risk factors stemming from different political, economical, social, and cultural backgrounds, which make contractors entering into international construction to experience severe losses. It implies that overseas markets do not necessarily secure the high return, which is typically expected to in the high risky attempts. Accordingly, contractors need to evaluate various risk factors faced with overseas construction projects that can possibly aggravate the profitability. This paper aims at establishing a valid groundwork for further research on developing the integrated risk management model. For this end, it analyzes the long-term trend of profitability on total of 3,487 projects performed by Korean global contractors in world-wide construction markets during the last four decades. Then, it investigates the possible factors/causes of bad profit that have affected the profitability significantly through the structured surveys of 90 real overseas projects based on the project-specific information and experiences of Korean contractors in overseas markets. Furthermore, it analyzes relative importance of these factors/causes and identifies the important features expected for the risk management of international construction projects. Finally, vital distinctions between success and failure projects and lessons learned to improve profitability are then distilled.

공공건설임대주택의 사업비는 국민주택기금, 임대료, 임대보증금, 공사비, 금융비용 등 다양한 수익과 비용이 복합적으로 나타나게 된다. 따라서 공공건설임대주택 사업은 그 특성상 유동성과 재무탄력성에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있는 현금흐름예측이 필요하다. 그러나 현금흐름분석은 일부 시행하고 있었으나, 이를 예측 $\cdot$ 관리하고 있는 곳은 전무한 것으로 나타났다. 현금흐름 예측을 위한 일반적인 사항들은 실적자료와 문헌을 통하여 알 수 있으나, 현금흐름 예측의 정확성을 높이기 위한 리스크에 대한 연구는 전무한 실정이었다. 기존의 리스크에 대한 연구는 사업 전체에 대한 연구로 현금흐름과 정확한 상관관계를 알 수 없었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 수익성 측면에서의 사업성분석 방법으로 현금흐름 예측방법을 제안하고 공공건설임대주택사업의 정확한 현금흐름예측과 관리를 위하여 현금흐름 각 항목에 영향을 미치는 리스크 인자들을 식별 $\cdot$ 분석 하고 그 대응방안을 모색하고자 한다.
