Due to the development of modern technology and the enlargement of industrial scale, the scale of many projects is expanding and the complexity is also increasing. Individual management of existing projects cannot effectively manage projects in this trend, and it is necessary to systematically manage the entire process from initiation to completion. Accordingly, the need for integrated management and life cycle management that can efficiently manage the entire project is emerging, and for this, a systematic project management system is also required. PMS enables efficient project management by linking business processes such as resource, schedule, scope, and output management of a project with separately separated infrastructure accordingly. In this paper, a research model was proposed to manage the project from the perspective of implementing integrated management and life cycle management, especially during R&D project execution, and to prove the mediating role between PMS and R&D project performance for this purpose. The proposed research model will be able to help companies and organizations that feel the need to implement integrated management and life cycle management and are preparing to build a PMS-type system or that have already been established to efficiently perform project management.

The study proposes to draw out the correlation on what kinds of influences local government personnel's performance capability affect the overall quality of the project, and to suggest institutional supplement policies. For the study, two analytical methods are conducted. First, a hypothesis per each factor was set by classifying the factors which affect the personnel's performance capability into organizational and individual factors. Second, a survey was conducted targeting the project management personnels and presented the result on the verification of the hypothesis through statistic techniques. As the result, it is considered that the quality of forest tending project is more affected by the individual factors than the organizational factor, thereby this study suggests the methods of reinforcement in project management personnel's performance capability.

The purpose of the research is to propose an integrated project planning process and its implementation method. Although there is increasing interest in the application of the Earned Value Management(EVM) method in the project management area, the progress and maturity of the technical performance have not been included in assessing the Earned Value. The main concept of the planning process is to use cost, schedule, as well as the technical performance in the assessment of the Earned Value Management for Military R&D project management practices. The resulting process can enhance the efficiency of the project work by eliminating the currently duplicated activities between traditional project planning process and the newly implemented Earned Value Management process and by shortening the early planning process duration of projects adopting EVM practices.

본 연구의 목적은 중소건설업의 원청기업이 하청기업을 선정하는 과정에서 나타나는 거래 현상을 구체화 시켜 양 기업 간의 거래에서 나타나는 공정성과 파트너십의 관계, 거래 공정성과 프로젝트 성과의 관계, 그리고 파트너십과 프로젝트성과의 관계를 확인하는 것이다. 분석을 위해 원도급자와 하도급자 각각 집단에 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 빈도 분석, t-검증, 피어슨의 상관관계 분석, 회귀 분석, 3단계 매개 효과 검증 등을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 거래 공정성은 파트너십에 양의 영향을 미쳤으며, 상호공정성과 절차공정성이 프로젝트 성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 파트너십의 세부 요인 중 상호 신뢰만이 프로젝트 성과를 높여주는 것으로 나타났으며, 거래 공정성이 파트너십을 통하여 프로젝트 성과에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 중소건설업을 대상으로 한 기존 연구들은 중소건설업의 문제점을 확인하고 경쟁력 제고에 대한 연구들이 주축을 이루었다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 중소건설업이 처한 환경을 보다 면밀히 검토하여 원청기업과 하청기업간의 거래관계에서 공정성이 양 기업 간의 파트너십과 거래의 결과로 나타나는 성과에 대하여 실증적으로 분석하였고, 이러한 점에서 의의가 있다.

본 연구는 대형화되는 건설프로젝트의 성과 달성을 위해 체계적으로 프로젝트 관리를 할 수 있는 PMC의 중요성과 도입의 필요성을 증명하는 연구이다. 이를 위해 구조방정식 모형(SEM) 분석을 통하여 PMC의 역할과 건설프로젝트 성과와의 관계를 분석하여 PMC의 필요성 및 프로젝트 성공의 중요한 요인인 인적자원역량 중 PM리더십과 팀 구성원 역량이 건설프로젝트 성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 연구결과, PMC는 인적자원역량과 건설프로젝트 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 인적자원역량 또한 건설프로젝트 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 대형 건설프로젝트에 PMC를 도입하고 PM리더십과 팀 구성원 역량을 강화한다면 건설프로젝트를 성공적으로 완공할 수 있음을 시사한다.

Group social capital can be defined as an intangible asset that promotes knowledge sharing and social interaction. It is posited here that the group social capital raised and nurtured among group members positively influences on team performance in IS (Information Systems) development projects. And communication effectiveness is selected as a critical antecedent and its detailed relationships with the dimensions of group social capital are analyzed. Effective communication plays important role in ISD project teams by integrating knowledge from different areas. Moderating effects of project phase between the sub-dimensions of social capital and project performance are investigated. Hypotheses are tested using data from 131 project teams of 85 manufacturing firms. The results indicated that Communication effectiveness positively impacted sub-dimensions of social capital (social ties, trust, and shared vision). Moreover, the team performance is influenced by shared vision and trust, leaving social ties as a leading subcontract, as theoretically proposed in prior research. The project phase moderates the impact of shared vision on team performance.

Nowadays, IS projects are getting more complicated and large-scaled. Therefore, many researchers and practitioners have been interested in the IS development methodologies, automated tools, techniques, and TQM to improve IS performance. Latest Standish Group's research reported that after the PMO introduction, project scale became bulkier than 1 or 2 year ago, and that IS development project success probability was increased sharply by 62 percents from 37. The previous researches listed just various PMO functions. This research is to seize the core functions and management level of the PMO affecting on the IS project performance with banks which are the leading industry to accept the PMO in Korea. The activities in the categories of implementation management technology support management infrastructure management are the core functions of the PMO to affect the IS performance including schedule management quality management user and stakeholders' satisfaction. Also, the PMO management level is important for IS project success. Among the 5 levels PMI suggested, PMO can implement the project effectively at least at the third level. Korean companies which are about to introduce the PMO have to consider the PMO core functions and management level to increase the IS maturity.

This study focuses on the instructor's role in student-centered learning and aims to test the effects and moderating role of instructor feedback on perceived loafing in team project-based learning. A conditional effect model including team efficacy, perceived loafing, instructor feedback, and team performance was proposed. Data were collected from students who registered for team project-based learning courses at a university in South Korea. A total of 420 cases were subjected to moderated mediation analysis. The results demonstrated that instructor feedback was negatively related to perceived loafing and moderated the relationship between team efficacy and perceived loafing. Furthermore, instructor feedback moderated the relationship between perceived loafing and team performance. In particular, even when perceived loafing was high, students who received frequent instructor feedback were found to significantly reduce the damage to team performance. Based on these findings, the importance of instructors' facilitation in team project-based learning is discussed.

현재 국내에서는 건설공사 사후평가 제도에 따라 사업 준공 후 공사내용 및 그 효과를 조사하여 프로젝트의 성과를 평가하고 향후 계획된 유사 건설사업의 효율적인 수행을 위한 자료로 활용하고 있다. 그러나 건설사업의 성과를 보다 효과적으로 관리하기 위해서는 프로젝트 진행 과정에서 단계별 성과를 평가하여 그에 따른 유연한 관리전략을 수립할 수 있어야 한다. 따라서 건설사업의 효율적인 성과관리를 위해서는 건설사업 단계별 성과평가체계가 필요하다. 본 연구는 건설사업 초기단계의 성과를 평가할 수 있는 계획단계 벤치마킹을 위한 기초 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 한국개발연구원에서 제공하고 있는 예비타당성 조사 보고서 중 완료된 도로공사 354건에 대해 데이터베이스를 구축하였다. 계획단계 성과를 평가할 성과지표로 시설용량을 기준으로 한 표준공사비와 표준공사기간 지표를 개발하여 도로사업의 계획단계의 성과를 분석할 수 있는 벤치마킹 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 도로사업 계획단계의 표준공사비 및 표준공사기간을 산정하고, 도로사업의 특성별 차이를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 계획단계의 성과와 설계 및 시공단계의 성과를 연계하여 분석한다면 건설사업 생애주기 동안의 성과관리가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Construction Performance measurement and management has been interested by construction practitioners. However, current construction project management practices are related to short-term improvement plans rather than long-term and systematic approaches based upon performance analysis. AR a result, there is a need for developing of a collaborative plan over project life cycle. Therefore, this paper reviews extensive literature and proposes the construction performance estimating model using a system dynamics. The paper proposes casual maps for planning, design, procurement, and construction phases. Each casual map includes all performance indicators and factors that impact on performance directly or indirectly. These casual maps that were developed by system thinking will enhance the understanding of the relationships among performances and factors. After further data gathering, these models can be used to estimate construction performance and eventually these will save project costs and shorten project schedule.
