문화사업 담당 건강가정사 양성 및 보수교육을 위한 직무와 역량 분석 (An Analysis of the Job and Competency of Healthy Family Supporter for Culture Work)

  • 본 연구는 건강가정 문화사업 담당 건강가정사의 주요 직무를 분석하고 핵심역량과 역량개발영역을 파악하고자 일정 경력 이상의 대상자를 조사한 것이다. 그 결과 문화사업 담당 건강가정사가 인지하는 주요직무 1순위는 프로그램 기획과 가족자원봉사 프로그램 기획으로 거론되었으며, 핵심역량은 의식주 생활문화와 여가문화의 이해, 대인관계 및 사회성 향상 기술, 창의적이고 독창적인 사고능력, 전문가다운 문제해결 태도로 나타났다. 개발하여야 하는 역량 영역으로는 프로그램 기획과 평가, 보고서 및 평가서 등의 서류 작성 기술, 창의적이고 독창적인 사고능력, 전문가다운 문제해결 능력인 것으로 나타나 현장에 투입되어야 하는 관련 분야 종사자들의 필수 이수교과목들과 종사자 보수교육 주제에 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

종합병원 간호사의 재직의도에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Associated with General Hospital Nurses' Intention to Remain)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between general hospital nurses' work environment, resilience, and intention to remain, as well as to identify the factors associated with nurses' intention to remain. Methods: Study participants were nurses at a general hospital in Jeollabuk-do, South Korea. Data collection was undertaken from July 6th to 20th, 2017, through questionnaire responses from 257 nurses. Descriptive statistics were employed for data analysis, including: independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS/WIN 22.0. Results: Nurses' work environment, resilience, and intention to remain were found to have a statistically significant correlation. Intention to remain showed statistically significant positive correlations with the nurse's work environment (r=.72, p<.001), resilience (r=.50, p<.001). Factors found to influence intention to remain were work environment, resilience, job satisfaction, and health status. Conclusion: The study findings support the development of a specialized program to strengthen nurses' intention to remain. During the program's formulation, it is necessary to improve nurses' work environment and find ways to bolster the resilience of individual nurses.

일자리 참여가 노인의 자아존중감에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Work Participation on the Self-esteem of the Elderly)

  • 본 연구는 노인의 심리적 복지의 하위개념인 자아존중감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 노년기 일자리 참여요인과 인구사회학적 특성, 경제특성, 건강특성을 포함한 노인의 일반적 특성요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용 일대일 면접을 통해 이루어졌으며, 노인일자리사업 참여노인 145명과 비참여노인 150명을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 분석방법으로는 t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과, 노년기 일자리 참여집단(38.93점) 노인들이 비참여집단(33.19점) 노인들에 비해 자아존중감 수준이 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 높게 나타났다. 일자리 참여특성별로 살펴보면, 자아존중감은 '참여기간'과 '경제적 도움정도'에 의해 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한, 일반적 특성요인들과 일자리 참여여부 요인을 중심으로 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과 자아존중감에 대한 설명력은 29.8%이며, '일자리 참여여부'와 '주수입원', '주관적 건강상태'가 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 일자리 참여여부가 자아존중감에 가장 큰 영향력을 가진 변인으로 나타나 노년기 심리적 복지에 기여하는 중요한 요인임을 시사하고 있다.

소비자상담 현장실습에 대한 실습생의 평가 및 실습만족도 (Interns′ Evaluation and Satisfaction with their Consumer Counseling Internship Programs)

  • This study investigated the internship experiences of female college students who have participated in consumer counseling programs. The factors that determine interns' counseling time and interns' level of satisfaction with the programs were examined. Major results of this study are summarized in the following. First, interns' time spent on counseling consumers was the longest for the program at the Korean Consumer Protection Board, followed by the programs at consumer agencies and firms. The time spent on counseling by interns was shorter when there was l) a larger number of employees; 2) a smaller proportion of female employees: 3) a larger number of counseling rooms and a higher the frequency of counseling at the agency; and 4) a lower evaluation on the work performance of the counseling agency and the employees. Second, the level of utilization of interns was the highest in consumer agencies, followed by the Korean Consumer Protection Board. When all employees were female and the evaluated level of work performance of the counseling agency and employees was high, the level of intern utilization was also high. Third, the evaluated level of work performance was the highest at the Korean Consumer Protection Board, and interns' satisfaction with the internship program was the highest with the consumer agencies and the Korean Consumer Protection Board. Fourth, interns were highly satisfied with the program when the level of intern utilization was high and the agency's operation was evaluated as good.

  • 자동코딩 방식을 이용함으로써 업무 수행능력이 배가되고 용이하게 호출이 가능하며 디스켓에 따로 저장하는 보완장치가 있으므로 상당히 안전하리라 생각된다. 대형컴퓨터에 비해 그 소요경비가 무척 절감되었으며 언제든지 프로그램 보완이 가능하여 앞으로의 이용이 주목된다 하겠다.

공공부조 급여구조가 수급자의 근로동기에 미치는 효과 (Work Incentive Provisions in Benefit Structure of Social Assistance Program)

  • This paper examined the impacts of the welfare reform program, California Work Pays Demonstration Program(CWPDP), implemented in 1992. CWPDP was designed to move welfare recipients into the labor market by reducing the amount of AFDC grants and one-third earned income disregard. The evaluation of the policy impacts on the welfare recipients was conducted in two areas: employment and earnings. This study used a subset of a database created by the California Department of Social Services, and University of California Data Archive and Technical Assistance. The subset is composed of 3,936 AFDC-FG cases selected in LA County: 1,311 control cases and 2,625 experimental cases. The control group was kept on the AFDC rules as of September 1992, while the experimental group was subject to AFDC rule changes implemented under CWPDP. The analyses of the employment and earnings using the random effects probit model and the random effects regression model, respectively, indicated that CWPDP did not effectively encourage female heads to participate in the labor market. It also revealed that CWPDP did not significantly increase the earnings of female heads. The findings imply that the disincentive structure of the public assistance program is not the main barrier preventing female heads from getting jobs and leaving the welfare rolls. Rather, participation in the labor market and exit from welfare is mainly determined by their own demographic characteristics and the economic cycle. Based on the findings, policy implications are suggested on the National Minimum Protection Program in Korea. Those include a flexible exemption rate for the earned income of beneficiaries, affordable child care services, and guaranteed public jobs.

중소병원 간호사의 긍정심리자본과 심리적웰빙이 직무열의에 미치는 융합적 영향 (A Convergence Effect of Positive Psychological Capital and Psychological Well-being on Work Engagement of Medium and Small Hospitals Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 직무열의에 미치는 융합요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구방법은 B광역시 3개 병원에 근무하는 간호사를 대상으로 2016년 4월 18일부터 4월 30일까지 설문조사한 자료 198부를 IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과 직무열의는 긍정심리자본, 심리적웰빙과 정적상관이 있는 것으로 나타났고, 직무열의에 미치는 융합요인은 심리적웰빙(${\beta}=.300$, p<.001), 긍정심리자본(${\beta}=.363$, p<.001)이 직무열의를 52.7%, 교육정도(${\beta}=.102$, p=.040), 직무만족(${\beta}=.109$, p=.044), 간호직 만족도(${\beta}=.137$, p=.022)는 직무열의를 4.4% 설명하였다. 이를 토대로, 중소병원 간호사의 긍정심리자본과 심리적웰빙을 증진시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 검증이 필요하다.

저소득층 청소년의 튜터링 프로그램 이용 경험 (The Using Tutoring Program Experience of Low-income Youth)

  • 본 연구는 튜터링 프로그램에 참여한 저소득층 청소년의 경험을 이해하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 자료수집은 2013년 6월부터 8월 중에 반구조화된 심층 인터뷰와 문서를 사용하여 실시하였으며, 9명의 청소년들이 참여하였다. 지속적 비교분석방법으로 분석한 결과 청소년들의 경험은 존중받는 나, 성장하는 나, 미래를 준비하는 나로 분석되었다. 튜터링을 통해 자아존중감과 학업성취도가 높아졌으며 사회적 관계에서 긍정적인 유대감을 형성할 수 있게 되었다. 참여자들은 진학과 진로에 대해 진지하게 고민하기 시작했으며, 튜터들을 닮고자 하는 마음에 장차 자신도 튜터가 되어 청소년들을 만나겠다는 목표를 세우고 준비하고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

정신장애인가족의 임파워먼트와 자기옹호 증진을 위한 프로그램의 효과 (The Effectiveness of Program to Promote Empowerment and Self-Advocacy of the Mentally Disabled Persons' Families)

  • Purpose: This study was to verify the effectiveness of group program for promoting empowerment and self-advocacy of the the mentally disabled persons' families. Methods: This program was set up for the mentally disabled persons' families to share their experiences, do consciousness raising, advocate themselves through group process. A pre-post control group design was used for this study. Results: The results of this study verified that group program was effective to promote empowerment and self advocacy of the mentally disabled persons' families. Also group program helped to express and ventilate family burden actively. Conclusion: This study suggests as follows. In the mental health social work practice we need to develop group programs for family to talk about themselves, to ventilate their emotions, to understand their circumstances and to initiative the change of mental health circumstances as well as education and coping skills about mental illness. For this, there is a need for mental health social worker to have a macroscopic viewpoint and work with family. Also there is a need for mental health social worker to promote family self-help groups and to support their construction and growth.

Conceptual Design of an HTS large power transformer with continuously transposed coated conductors

  • This paper shows results of a design work of a program that is to develop a large power single phase high temperature superconducting (HTS) transformer. The program forms a part of a national project in Korea. A target of the design work is an HTS power transformer with rated voltages of 154 kV/22.9 kV and material for windings is supposed to be coated conductor. The design results presents in this paper will include: 1)HTS winding structures for high voltage in liquid nitrogen, 2)design result of continuously transposed coated conductor (CTCC), 3)conceptual design of high voltage bushings, 4)cooling system. A feasibility study will succeed to this design work for construction of a prototype HTS power transformer with capacity/voltage of 33 MVA/154 kV.
