대학 교양 체육수업에서 교수 피드백 유형과 자기효능감 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계 (The Structural Relations between Feedback Types by Professors of University Physical Education and Self-Efficacy and Sport Continuance)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학교양 체육수업에서 교수 피드백 유형과 자기효능감 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계를 규명하고 피드백 유형과 운동지속의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적 달성을 위해서 수도권에 소재한 대학교 3곳에서 교양체육 수업을 수강하고 있는 학생을 대상으로 유의표본추출법을 이용하여 총 309부를 최종 유효 표본으로 선정하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0 및 AMOS 18.0을 사용하여 전체모형에 대한 적합도 검증을 실시한 후 가설검정을 하였다. 그리고 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지각된 교수 피드백 유형에서 격려/칭찬 피드백과 수행지식/긍정적 비언어 피드백은 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 부정적 비언어 피드백은 자기효능감에 부적으로 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교양 체육수업에서 지각된 교수 피드백 유형의 격려/칭찬 피드백은 운동지속에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않고, 수행지식/긍정적 비언어 피드백은 정적으로, 부정적 비언어 피드백은 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째. 학생들의 자기효능감은 운동지속에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교수 피드백 유형의 부정적 비언어 피드백과 운동지속의 관계에서 자기효능감은 유의미한 매개역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다.

중소병원 간호사의 조직시민행동 관련요인 (Factors associated with the organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to determine the levels of burnout, self-efficacy, intention to stay, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among nurses in small- and medium-sized hospitals, and factors related to nurses' OCB. Methods: A targeted sampling method was adopted, whereby 185 clinical nurses employed at 1 of 4 hospitals were enrolled in the study. OCB was measured with a tool developed by Podsaoff et al. Associated factors, including nurses' general characteristics, burnout, self-efficacy, and intention to stay, were measured using a structured survey. Data were analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient and multiple stepwise regression. Results: Levels of OCB in nurses was on average 3.52 on a scale of 1 to 5, exhibiting a positive correlation with self-efficacy and intention to stay, and a negative correlation with burnout. The final related factors were self-efficacy, burnout and intention to stay with a predictive and explanatory power of 52% for OCB. Conclusion: To increase the level of OCB of nurses, an environment in which such behavior is encouraged needs to be established by introducing measures related to administrative support and task efficiency that reduces mental burnout, while increasing self-efficacy and intention to stay.

초등 교원 SW 쌍방향 연수 프로그램의 교수 효능감 및 만족도 분석 (Analysis Teacher Efficacy and Satisfaction of SW Interactive Training Program for Elementary School Teachers)

  • 본 연구에서는 SW 교육을 학교에 적용하는 교사들의 SW 역량을 함양하기 위해 초등 교원 SW 쌍방향 교육 연수 프로그램을 개발하고, 학교 연수 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 분석하였다. 연수 프로그램 개발을 위해 현재 진행되는 SW 교원연수 프로그램을 바탕으로 연수 개발 방향을 설정하고, 코로나-19 상황에서 비대면으로 연수를 진행할 수 있도록 쌍방향 연수 프로그램을 개설하였다. 개발된 연수 프로그램을 경기도 초등 교원 104명을 대상으로 적용하였다. 쌍방향 연수 프로그램의 효과성을 분석하기 위해 교수 효능감과 만족도 조사를 실시하였으며, 교수 효능감과 프로그램 만족도 부분에서 긍정적인 결과를 확인하였다. 앞으로 교원을 대상으로 하는 다양한 SW·AI 교육 연수들이 쌍방향 연수로 진행될 것으로 예상하는 만큼, SW·AI 교육 연수의 효과에 대한 분석 연구의 시행이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

아버지와 어머니의 부모 효능감, 양육지식 및 민감성의 비교 연구 - 영아기 자녀를 둔 부모를 대상으로 - (A Comparative Study between fathers and mothers on the Parenting Efficacy, Knowledge of Infant-care and Sensitivity)

  • The purpose of this study is comparing parenting efficacy, knowledge of infant-care and sensitivity, The subjects of this study were 100 parents having 12-24 monthes old child in the city of Jeonju, Korea. Parenting efficacy was developed by Shin, Suk-Jae(1997) and consisting of 16 questions. The knowledge of infant-care was assessed using Knowledge of Child Development Inventory(KCDI) by Yoon Hyung Ju, which was modified by pedology Professor and 3 graduate school students in master's or doctorate courses. In addition, by using a tool made by Gwon, Mi-Gyeong(1998) centering on the literatures on infant cue in Barnard's NCAST program, the parents' sensitivity of infant cue is investigated. The statistical analysis of the collected data is done with SPSS 10.0, and frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t/F test and Pearson's correlation are also used. The results of this study were as following: First, mother's parenting efficacy was higher than father's. There were significant differences in parenting efficacy by eudcational level of mothers. Second, knowledge of infant-care was higher in mothers than fathers. Areas that mothers have knowledge of infant-care in the order of the lowest areas are emotional development, sociality development, physical development and cognitive development. Third, mothers reaction to infant cue is more sensitive and positive than father's. Fourth, There were positive correlations with father's parenting efficacy and knowledge of infant-care on emotional development, and paternal parenting uneasiness has negative correlations with his sociality development and emotional development.Meanwhile, There were positive correlations with mother's parenting efficacy and knowledge of infant-care on emotional development. Maternal parenting efficacy has negative correlations with her knowledge of infant-care on emotional development.

유아교사의 과학교수효능감과 유아의 과학적 태도의 구조적 관계에서 유아교사 창의성의 매개효과 (Mediation effects of early childhood teachers' instructional creativity on the structural relationship between early childhood teachers' science teaching efficacy and children's scientific attitude)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 어린이집 유아교사들의 과학교수효능감과 유아의 과학적 태도가 어떤 관계를 보이는지 살펴 본 후, 교사-영유아와의 상호작용의 질을 높일 수 있는 매개변인으로 교수창의성을 투입하여 교사 영유아와의 관계가 어떻게 변화되는지를 알아보는 것이다. 본 연구는 2018년 경기 수원지역의 어린이집 유아교사 303명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료 분석을 위해 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 이용하여 구조방정식 모형과 Sobel-test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 유아교사의 과학교수효능감은 유아교사의 창의성과 유아의 과학적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 유아교사의 창의성은 유아의 과학적 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. Sobel-test 결과, 유아교사의 과학교수효능감과 유아의 과학적 태도 간의 관계에서 유아교사의 창의성은 매개역할을 하여 유아의 과학적 태도를 증진시키는 데에 중요한 변수로 작용하였다. 결론적으로 유아교사의 교수 창의성은 유아의 과학적 태도 향상을 위해 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 변인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 유아교사가 과학교수활동을 할 때 교수 창의성을 높일 수 있는 교육이 동시에 제공된다면 유아의 과학적 태도의 질을 높이는데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

근거중심의 보완의학 (Evidence Based Complementary Medicine)

  • The increasing use of complementary and alternative medicine(CAM) in Korea as well as in U.S.A. and Europe seems to lead to a growing integration of CAM with conventional medicine. By using conventional mainstream medicine with CAM(integrative medicine) proved in efficacy and safety, integrative medicine seeks to treat the whole person, to assist the innate healing properties of each person and to promote health and wellness as well as the prevention of diseases. Also in pediatric diseases, especially for cancer patients, integrative medicine serves as an interdisciplinary, comprehensive, and children-centered care which results in more effective care by synergistically combining therapies. But the research to prove the efficacy and safety of CAM and the education for CAM in the medical school should proceed before applying them to patients.

내부마케팅과 자기효능감이 조직몰입과 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (Effects of Internal Marketing and Self-efficacy on Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 논문에서는 내부마케팅의 실행요인 및 개인의 행동과 업무 수행수준에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인인 자기효능감을 살펴보고, 내부마케팅과 자기효능감이 기업의 조직 구성원들의 행동을 유도하여 조직몰입과 직무만족에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 실증적으로 확인하기 위한 구체적인 평가의 방법으로는 수집된 자료를 SPSS21.0 및 AMOS21.0을 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 기업의 내부마케팅 활동과 자기효능감은 심리적 영향에 따라 조직 구성원들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 내부 직원들의 업무 지향적 태도 형성을 위해 조직의 방침과 목적달성을 공유하기 위한 기업의 역량강화 활동과 조직 구성원들의 심리적 관리가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

교수임상연수 프로그램의 만족도와 교수효능감과의 관계 (The Relationship Between Satisfaction of a Clinical Training Program for Nursing Faculty and Teaching Efficacy)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the degree of satisfaction of the clinical training program and teaching efficacy and their relationships among nursing faculty who joined clinical training program. Methods: In this cross-sectional descriptive study, seventy three nursing faculty participated in the clinical training program sponsored by Korean Academy Society of Nursing Education from July 2010 to February 2012. Collected data were analyzed by t-test, $x^2$, and Pearson's correlation coefficient through the SPSS WIN12.0 program. Results: The mean score of satisfaction of the clinical training program was $3.88{\pm}0.56$, and $4.24{\pm}0.49$ for teaching efficacy. Teaching efficacy showed associations with Major area (F=2.78, p=.014) and Goal of participation (F=3.39, p=.039). The results presented that satisfaction of the clinical training program positively correlated with teaching efficacy (r=.56, p<.001). Conclusion: This study reports high satisfaction of a clinical training program and teaching efficacy for nursing faculty. In order to increase the satisfaction of the program, there is a need to develop a client-focused program that meets the goals of participation and major areas for nursing faculty.

일부 치위생과 학생의 성격선호지표와 성취목표, 학업적 자기효능감, 시험불안의 관계 (Relation of personality preference, and achievement goal orientation, academic self-efficacy, test anxiety in selecting dental hygiene students)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to identify correlation of personality preference, and achievement goal orientation, academic self-efficacy, test anxiety in selecting college students who majored in dental hygiene. This study also provides a basic data regarding personality for education of dental hygiene students. Methods : 192 students of S college who majored in dental hygiene were asked to answer the MBTI GS form, academic self-efficacy scale, achievement goal orientation scale and test anxiety scale during the month of May, 2009. The total of 160 copies were analyzed. MANOVA, independent-sample t-test were conducted. Results : 1. Looking at distribution of personality preference type of the students, extroversion type (63.1%) was more than introversion type(36.9%), sensing type(87.5%) was more than intuition type(12.5%), thinking type(54.4%) was more than feeling type(45.6%), judging type(59.4%) was more than perceiving type (40.6%) 2. In subscale of achievement goal orientation, performance approach level was higher in extroversion type than in introversion type. Performance avoidance level was lower in extroversion type than in introversion type. However, other preference personality type didn't show any significant difference in subscale of achievement goal orientation. 3. Academic self-efficacy was higher in extroversion type and thinking type than in introversion type and feeling type. There wasn't any significant difference between judging type and perceiving type, sensing type and intuition type. 4. In subscale of academic self-efficacy, confidence was higher in extroversion type than in introversion type. Task difficulty preference and self-regulated efficacy were higher in thinking type than in feeling type. 5. There wasn't any significant difference between personality preference type and test anxiety. Conclusions : Professor should find out difference between students through using information of preference personality and develop a teaching strategy that can encourage strength and make up weakness of each students.

조리·외식 전공자의 일반적 특성에 따른 학교지원, 진로결정 자기효능감, 학교만족 및 학습지속의향 차이 분석 (Analysis of Differences in School Support, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy, School Satisfaction and Learning Persistence Perceived by University Students - Targeting Students Majoring in Culinary Art and Food Service -)

  • This study evaluated methods of improving sustained learning participation by examining the structural relationship of school support consisting of professor support, friend-senior support and educational environment support, career decisionmaking self-efficacy, school satisfaction, and learning persistence depending on the characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. The study findings were as follows. First, the general characteristics of college students majoring in culinary art and food service were perceived significantly more by female students than by male students. Second, school support directly influenced the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction, but did not directly influence the learning persistence. Instead, school support influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence indirectly by the medium of career decision-making self-efficacy. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy directly influenced school satisfaction and learning persistence and indirectly influenced learning persistence by the medium of school satisfaction. Lastly, school satisfaction directly influenced the learning persistence, implying that school satisfaction is an important factor for the learning persistence of college students majoring in culinary art and food service. These results show that, because school members and environmental support cannot exclusively make learning persistence, diverse systems and programs must be developed and applied to improve the career decision-making self-efficacy and school satisfaction of college students majoring in culinary art and food service.
