Better Bootstrap Confidence Intervals for Process Incapability Index $C_{pp}$

  • Greenwich and Jahr-Schaffrath(1995) considered a new process incapability index(PII) $C_{pp}$, which modified the useful index $C^{\ast}_{pm}{$ for detecting assignable causes. The new index $C_{pp}$ provides an uncontaminated separation between information concerning the process accuracy and precision while this kind of information separation is not available with the $C^{\ast}_{pm}$ index. In this paper, we will study about the index $C_{pp}$ based on the bootstrap. First, we will prove the consistency of bootstrap deriving the bootstrap asymptotic distribution for our index $C_{pp}$. Moreover, with the consistency of bootstrap, we will construct six bootstrap confidence intervals and compare their performances. Some simulation results, comparison and analysis are provided. In particular, two STUD and ABC bootstrap methods perform significantly better.

  • 본 연구에서는 사서교육훈련의 중장기적 발전방안을 마련하기 위해 도서관 대내외적 환경변화와 인적자원개발(HRD) 트렌드를 반영한 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표를 설계하고자 하였다. 사서교육훈련의 비전 및 목표 설계를 위해 사서교육훈련 필요성, 목표, 사명, 역할 등의 재정립, 사서교육훈련의 비전과 목표 실현을 위한 추진전략 모색 도서관 미래 인재 양성을 위한 핵심역량 및 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 기반 교육운영 가이드라인 개발을 위한 세부추진계획 등을 마련하였다. 먼저, 국내외 선행연구 및 문헌을 분석하였을 때, 미래 사서는 첫째, 창의융합형 인재, 둘째, 소통협력형 인재, 셋째, 선도전문형 인재, 넷째, 공감포용형 인재 등이 포괄된 역량을 갖춘 인재상을 기반으로 교육훈련을 수립해야 할 것으로 파악되었다. 도서관 미래 인재상 및 핵심역량에 따른 교육과정은 다음과 같은 프로세스 모형으로 제시하여야 하며, 창의융합형 인재, 소통협력형 인재, 선도전문형 인재, 공감포용형 인재상별 사서역량을 도출하고, 사서역량에 따른 직무능력을 설정하여 직무능력 향상을 위한 교육과정을 설계하는 방향으로 교육 방향을 설정해야 할 것으로 파악하였다.

  • "Tolerance" is considered as an important professional quality of a modern specialist, which is manifested in an active moral position and readiness for constructive interaction with other participants in the pedagogical process; characterized by the manifestation of humanity, tolerance, friendliness, focus on resolving conflict situations in the professional sphere on a non-violent basis. The article considers scientific approaches to understanding the phenomenon of "tolerance". There are a number of factors that significantly affect the formation of tolerance in students. The way to the formation of tolerance is the rejection of social prejudices, negative social stereotypes, the development of an objective attitude to man regardless of his individual characteristics, the formation of skills of tolerant interpersonal interaction, the use of lectures, discussions, games and training in educational work. The purpose of this article is to highlight communicative tolerance as a necessary component of pedagogical practice of future professionals. It was emphasized that tolerance is the basis of religious tolerance and peace, prevention of all kinds of extremism, which are of particular importance for a multinational and multi-religious Ukraine.

대학의 UCC 프로젝트 교수·학습 모형 개발 및 적용 (University's the UCC Project Teaching and Learning Model Development and its Application)

  • This study was conducted for the purpose of developing the UCC project teaching and learning model based on the rationale which are applicable effectively in the field of university education. Firstly, we have designed the rationale based on the research of documents and preceding researches about teaching method models. Secondly, we have developed the UCC project teaching and learning model. the UCC project teaching and learning model based on the rationale was assessed by the professional formative evaluation group and tested in the field of university education in advance and thereafter. It was finally rectified and supplemented. Particularly, any corrections were to be made repeatedly in the stage of developing of the UCC project. And also, during the assessment and arrangement process, it was designed for the study participants to feel a sense of achievement as learners who combine knowledge and attitudes toward participants'subjects of the curriculum and professional vocational skills by performing the nursing science training scene which could happen in the field. Thirdly, the final version of the UCC project teaching and learning model was verified in its effectiveness by being applied in the field of the nursing science education in the $2^{nd}$ step. As a result, we noticed that learners diverse abilities were improved through systemic process and performing elements such as teaching plan which was needed for designing the UCC project in the field, making storyboard and skills for making video contents. We hope that the UCC project teaching and learning model in this study will be used by the students for designing, developing and utilizing educational UCCs which are necessary in industrial fields and it will contribute for training university students as professionals having the practical skills in the field.

  • The purpose of this paper is to focus on the development of the arbitration system, such as the establishment of the arbitration industry and expanding the scope of arbitration fields. The solution method of arbitration differs greatly from that of the court's trial process. This can be seen in the way of autonomous conflict resolution. Therefore, the role of arbitrator is a very important function. In this sense, it seems necessary to establish a professional arbitrator system. Now the Arbitration Promotion Act has been enacted and interest in the arbitration industry is also rising. It is necessary to deal effectively with new incidents according to changes in the legal environment internationally. In order to do this, it is imperative to train professional arbitrators. A training plan for arbitration manager to assist this is now under consideration. The coming of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the growth of artificial intelligence (AI) technology will simply stop the uniform way of determining winners by lawsuits. Even in new companies entering new markets as well as overseas companies, assistance from arbitration experts is indispensable in order to effectively deal with international trade disputes that will develop in the future. In addition to fostering the arbitration industry, it is necessary to train experts in domestic and foreign arbitration and arbitration practitioners to provide high-quality legal services. For these human resource development measures, we will explore the subject and procedural methods. The Arbitrators Association should concentrate on these matters and be cautious when focusing on the training of arbitrators and arbitration managers through the selection process. The Arbitrators Association must strengthen the level of new education (designation / consignment). Measures must be taken in order to grant such procedures as well as subsequent steps.

중의학의 발전모형에 대한 연구 -전문화과정을 중심으로- (A Study of the Development Model of Chinese Traditional Medicin - Centering on the Process of the Professionalization -)

  • Through the whole period of the twentieth century, Chinese Traditional Medicine has been affected by the political and cultural changes of Chinese society. Before the 1949 Communist Revolution, Chinese Traditional Medicine was regarded as a dark past which should be cleared off. But Chinese Traditional Medicine has been reevaluated as a national medicine and spreaded quickly since the 1949 Communist Revolution. Moreover, 'the bare foot doctor' who received short term training appeared during the Cultural Revolution. It enhanced the status of Chinese Traditional Medicine. At the same time, it was estimated as a model of the self-reliant development of Third World countries. But the direction of development of Chinese Traditional Medicine was changed again recently. Chinese government has adapted the open-economy policy since the late 1970s. Accordingly Chinese Traditional Medicine also has been changed. Nowadays it pursues the professional development strategy. This paper inquired the following research questions. First, what kind of historical changes in the development strategy of Chinese Traditional Medicine has happened? Second, how much Chinese Traditional Medicine has accomplished the professionalization? Third, what kind of problems Chinese Traditional Medicine has met in the process of professionalization? Finally, why Chinese Traditional Medicine has adapted the professional development strategy?

일학습병행 PBL 확대에 따른 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 과제와 개선방향 제안 (Suggestion of Challenges and Improvement Direction for the Degree-Linked High-Skilled Professional Course in Accordance with the Full Expansion of the Work-Study Combination PBL)

  • 2018년 일학습병행에 PBL(Project Based Learning) 방식이 P-Tech 유형에 처음 도입된 이후 2020년 시범사업으로 운영되고 있는 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정에도 도입되면서 각 학과에서는 PBL 운영 규정에 맞게 표준이수체계를 개편하며, 그에 맞게 PBL 기반의 학습 및 훈련과정을 개발하여 운영하고 있다. 2021년 일학습병행 PBL의 확대 시행에 따라 그 운영 규정은 더욱 정교하게 개정되었다. 본 논문에서는 문헌연구를 통해 일학습병행 PBL의 특성, 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 운영 절차 별 PBL 운영 규정과 가장 최근 시행된 PBL 운영 규정의 변경 내용을 상세히 고찰하였다. 이러한 사전 연구를 기반으로 한국기술교육대학교 IT융합SW공학과의 PBL 기반 표준이수체계 도출 과정 및 개발 결과, 운영 이후 표준이수체계의 적합성 검증을 위해 수행한 설문 조사 결과 사례를 소개하고, 변경되고 있는 일학습병행 PBL 운영 규정과 관련한 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정의 도전 과제와 바람직한 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 대학에서 일학습병행 PBL을 원활하게 적용하기 위한 훈련과정개발의 참조를 제공할 수 있다. 또한 고숙련마이스터 과정을 포함하여 일학습병행의 PBL이 어떻게 발전해 나아가야 하는지에 대한 담론을 제시함으로써 일학습병행의 특성이 잘 반영된 고유의 PBL 제도 정착 및 안정적 확산에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.

미국 edTPA 평가에서 요구하는 예비 수학 교사의 전문적 역량 분석 (Insights from edTPA in the United States on assessing professional competencies of preservice mathematics teachers)

  • 이 연구는 미국 예비교사 교육 양성 과정에서 활용되는 edTPA의 사례를 분석하여 우리나라 예비 수학 교사 교육의 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 최근 예비 수학 교사의 인지적인 차원의 지식 개발뿐만 아니라 실제 수업을 바탕으로 상황적 차원의 영역까지 고려한 전문적인 역량을 진작시키는 것에 관한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 미국 edTPA 평가는 예비교사가 학교 현장에서 수행하는 수업에 기초한 수행 기반 평가이다. 이 연구에서는 미국의 예비 수학 교사가 참여하는 edTPA의 사례가 상세히 서술된 편람을 검토하여 예비 수학 교사에게 요구되는 전문적인 역량에 대해서 분석한다. edTPA 평가는 수업 설계, 실행, 평가 과제로 구성되어 있고, 수업과 연계하여 지속성 있는 평가를 수행한다. 따라서 수업 설계, 실행, 평가 과제 서술에서 평가 항목 및 평가 기준의 연계가 되는 지점과 그 연계로부터 요구하는 전문적인 역량이 무엇인지 분석한다. edTPA 편람을 분석한 결과 edTPA 평가에서 예비 수학 교사에게 요구되는 전문적인 역량은 특정 수학 수업 차시에 대한 초점화 및 이행 역량, 특정 수학 수업 차시 실행 및 평가의 성찰적 이해 역량, 학생들의 언어 및 표상 사용, 학생들의 학습에 대한 학생 성취의 점진적인 판단 역량이다. 이러한 분석의 결과는 우리나라 예비 수학 교사 교육과정 및 실습학기제 운영에서 평가하는 역량의 구인으로 활용할 수 있다.

BIM의 개념을 기초로 한 통합설계 교육과정 제안 연구 (The Proposal Study of Integrated Design Curriculum Based on BIM Concept)

  • This study is the one of the step to propose the Design studio course that apply concept of 'BIM" that is new digital environment of Architecture. This Study propose as followed, First. The proposal of the experimental course of the Design studio, Second, Application of course of study, Third, The design course of study is proceeded by purpose of completion of BIM. This study is proceeded by the purpose of the concept of the BIM first and proposals of fundamental ideas that apply the idea. Proposed training courses are marked by that divide three areas of information - architecture information, environment information, drawing information - with process consisted in professional practice of design and adjust each process and sequence. Also, this study suggest process that applying BIM tools in this work as the basis frame.
