The purpose of this study was to explore how science docents developed their expertise in the context of situated learning where two experienced docents played roles of mentors. Two experienced docents as mentors and six participating docents as mentees interacted in the community to develop exhibition interpretation strategies to be more professional in interacting with visitors through the workshops developed by the researcher. To figure out how docents developed their expertise in exhibit interpretation, the researcher collected the data from docents through observation, artifacts, and interviews as well as surveys. The result of this study included that participating docents formed new perception about scientific inquiry as well as scientific literacy and they developed professional skills of planning, implementing, and reflecting of exhibition interpretation in the context of situated learning, where docents formed alliance one another. It is recognized that participating docents' passions to be professional in exhibition interpretation and two experienced docents' wills as mentors made dynamic interaction in pursuing the same aim of docents' expertise in exhibition interpretation.

본 연구는 기술혁신지표의 하나인 인력 유동성을 고용관계가 수반되지 않은 활용중심적 시각에서 다루고 있다. 향후 이에 대한 개념화 작업이 추가적으로 수행되어야 함을 전제하고 현장연구를 통해 이에 대한 기반을 제공함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 연구는 2002년부터 2005년까지 우리나라의 19개 이공계 출연(연)을 대상으로 하였으며, 활용중심의 연구인력 유동성의 유형을 (1)방문/박사후과정/초빙 연구원과 (2)전일제 위촉 연구원, (3)파트타임 혹은 연수생, (4)외국인 과학자로 구분할 수 있었다. 우리나라 출연(연)의 외부 연구인력활용수준은 2005년 현재 전체 연구인력의 35.7%로 2002년 이후 계속 감소하고 있다. 이러한 수치는 미국이나 독일, 일본의 연구단체의 외부 연구인력 활용과 비교하여 상당히 낮으며, 무엇보다 박사후과정생 등 고급 연구인력의 활용비중이 낮아 상당히 제한적으로 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 본 연구에서는 연구인력 유동성을 증진시키기 위한 법적.재정적 지원제도에 대한 조사분석을 통해 2002년에 비해 양적으로 다양한 지원책이 마련되었음에도 불구하고 혁신촉진을 위한 실질적 지원수준이 아직 미비함을 지적하고 있다.

This research aims at exploring what Korean teachers of English need for their effective professional development, particularly from the perspectives of peer trainers who are school teachers as well as teacher trainers. The research is based on an assumption that despite the critical roles of peer trainers in the changing process of English education, very little attention has been paid to listening to their voices. Having an awareness of the meaningfulness of their voices in teacher education, the researcher collected and analyzed the data, employing a questionnaire responded by 32 peer trainers and in-depth group interview with 6 peer trainers who responded the questionnaire. The research findings suggest that the majority of peer trainers believe that the priority should be put on teaching practice rather than language competence for Korean English language teacher development. It has been found that they believe that teacher learning within the workplace with some support from outside experts is the most effective way of making classroom change possible and keeping teachers' professional development sustainable. Finally, the research suggests school-based professional development as an alternative strategy to satisfy their needs on effective and sustainable professional development.

This study was conducted as a part of the project to establish professional development system(PDS) for teachers in Korea. This study aimed to provide a case of running a professional learning community(PLC) of teachers in science education based on the collaboration of a national university of education and its affiliated elementary school, in search of learning by participants and implications for professional development of teachers as well as for science teaching in elementary schools. Teachers and researchers who participated in the PLC were able to accumulate meaningful experiences through 11 rounds of meetings. It was not easy to secure enough time for meetings, but they were able to boost their self-confidence for science teaching and enhance the quality of lessons through these gatherings. Participating teachers had a chance to share instructional design, planning, strategies and practices, which include cases of guiding free-choice research activities among students, thereby to be motivated for improved science teaching for the future. The researcher participating in this PLC was also able to understand the identity of an elementary school, especially the affiliated school, and identify the reality and difficulties related to science teaching in schools. Experiences of participating in PLC are expected to help improve the quality of science teaching in affiliated elementary school and pre-service teacher education of the university.

본 논문은 수학 교사 학습과 전문성 신장에 관한 보다 종합적이고 체계적인 이해를 증진하기 위한 노력의 일환으로, 우선 교사 학습을 이해하기 위한 다양한 이론적 틀을 검토하고 교사 학습과 관련하여 지식과 교수 관행간의 관계를 조사하며 탐구 공동체를 중심으로 한 효율적인 전문성 신장에 관한 아이디어를 분석한다 이와 같은 이론적 분석에 터해 교사 학습과 이에 관련한 수학교실문화의 변화 과정을 연구하는 프로젝트를 간단히 소개하고 탐구 공동체의 운영, 교사의 관점에서 교수 관행을 기술하는 것, 공동체에서의 교사 학습을 분석하는 것 등 프로젝트를 수행하면서 부각되는 문제점에 대해 논의한다.

이 연구는 필름 사진에서 디지털 사진으로의 변화를 경험한 직업사진가들이 겪은 경험과 인식에 대해 현상학적 접근을 통해 직업사진가들의 노동과 창작 환경의 변화 의미와 맥락을 찾아보려는 데 있다. 디지털 기술의 발전은 사회에 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 사진도 디지털 카메라의 보급으로 커다란 변화를 겪었다. 아날로그 사진에 비해 디지털 카메라는 어렵고 복잡했던 사진 제작 공정을 카메라 안에서 촬영과 동시에 완성되도록 만들었다. 조작이 쉬운 디지털 카메라는 대중에게 빠르게 보급되었고 사진의 창작과 소비 형태도 크게 변해 갔다. 반면, 기존의 전문 사진 업계는 어려움을 겪기 시작했다. 광학 기반의 사진 산업은 붕괴되고 직업사진가들은 수입의 감소나 소외감을 겪기도 했다. 연구를 위해 연구자는 디지털 사진과 디지털 산업에 관한 선행연구들을 찾아보았다. 이를 바탕으로 직업사진가 12명을 만나 심층인터뷰를 실시했고 수집된 자료들로 현상학적 분석을 적용했다. 이러한 접근을 통해 필름 사진에서 디지털 사진으로 변화된 이면에 사진가들이 느끼는 불안과 소외감, 그리고 새로운 방식에 적응하기 위한 노력 등을 통해 디지털 사진 시대에 직업사진가들이 겪은 경험과 사회적인 의미를 탐색해 보고자 했다.

본 연구는 일본과 미국 의용소방대의 운영체계 전반에 관한 비교 고찰을 통해 우리나라 의용소방대의 개선방안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 관련 학술논문, 선행 연구논문, 국가기관 발간 책자, 소방관련 서적 및 일본 소방단 신입단원용 교재, 해외 연수보고서 등의 문헌조사 연구방법에 따른 기술적 접근방법을 활용하였고, 우리나라 의용소방대의 효율적 운영을 위한 개선방안을 제안하였다. 연구결과는, 첫째, 지역사회의 공동체 의식 강화 및 의용소방대의 위상 정립 둘째, 의용소방대 활동영역의 구조 구급분야 확대 운영 셋째, 의용소방대 현장 전문교육 훈련지도 전담팀 확대 설치 운영 넷째, 개별적 보상방법 개선과 의용소방대의 정체성 인식 및 재정적 지원 강화이다. 본 연구결과는 향후, 우리나라 의용소방대 발전을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

본 논문은 수학 교사들의 TPCK (Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge) 개발을 위해 만들어진 수학교사 전문성 개발 프로그램을 통해 한 교사의 TPCK의 변화를 알아봄으로써 테크놀로지를 이용한 수학교육과 수학교사 교육의 개선점을 제공한다. TPCK는 수학 내용 지식, 테크놀로지 지식, 그리고 수학 교수 학습에 대한 지식의 교차부분을 말하며 이 전문성 개발 프로그램은 특히 수학 교사들의 수학 교육에 있어서 스프레드쉬트의 이용을 기초로 하고 있다. 이 프로그램은 여름방학 과정과 실제 수업실습의 두 과정으로 구성되었다. 10명의 교사들이 여름 방학 프로그램에 참여했으며 그중 변화가 가장 큰1명의 TPCK를 조사하여 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 것이 무엇인지 알아보았다. 교사 전문성 개발 프로그램에서 실제 수업이 뒤따르는 요구가 변화에 가장 큰 영향을 주었다.

This study suggests ways to strengthen the expertise by analyzing the problems caused by the lack of expertise of the qualification management body managing the Korean qualifications in the realm of firefighting from the perspective of external signal dependency of capture theory. As a method to prevent the dependency of external signals in capture theory, it is suggested to strengthen the expertise of regulators and strengthening roles and functions of regulator institutions by supplementing education and professional manpower. On this basis, analyzing the problems of qualifications management to the external signal dependency tendency, the researchers in qualification management at the Human Resources Development Service of Korea have a variety of different majors, so understanding and application can be limited if they are working in an unfamiliar area of work. Therefore, in making decisions regarding topics such as policies and roles, suitable alternatives should be found based on external signals. In order to improve this, it is necessary to select firefighting majors in the Korean qualification management of the firefighting realm, to reorganize the job scope to a similar job field of the researcher in charge. It is also necessary to strengthen the expertise of the researcher through various programs, such as mandatory periodic maintenance education in order to understand the work of the researcher.

There haw been some courses related to science education for the graduate students, but almost the study for no instructional model and reading material development haw been pursunded in Korea. This study intended to discuss the discipline character of science education research for the systematic survey of concepts, principles and theories related to science education as the first put task, and designed an instructional model of the introductory survey course of science education at graduate level, and then proposed a developmental plan of a reading material for the course teaching aid. The main work of the study was to survey the foreign literature, but the subjective analysis of researcher's courses work during graduate study in abroard and some courses offered to undergraduate and graduate students in Korea by this researcher was quite helpful, even though which was not a strictly designed experimental research. Later it was found that this kind of study was not fitted to the traditional research style but worth while to try for the research in and teaching of "science education" as an area of discipline and professional activity.
