The article considers the training, competitiveness of specialists, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of specialists in the context of distance learning. The advantages of distance learning are shown. The characteristic features of distance learning in the preparation of students and in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process of higher educational institutions are determined. Competitiveness, professional mobility, professionalism and competence of a specialist are qualities that determine a person's life and work success. Professional mobility is interpreted as a systemic quality of a specialist's personality, which includes a whole range of knowledge, skills, abilities, personal qualities, value orientations, and so on. The vision of mobility of specialists by foreign scientists is presented. It is noted that the classification of professional mobility presented in the article makes it possible to organize various movements from a single position, to present them as separate manifestations of the general process of professional and pedagogical mobility, to determine which type of mobility ensures the performance of certain social functions. It was found that mobility can be differentiated into differentiated and intergeneration. According to the subject, individual and group mobility are distinguished; according to the direction - internal and external. The classification of employees according to their attitude to mobility is shown, which can be divided into the following groups: actually mobile; potentially mobile; actually stable; potentially stable.

This paper is to represent the cross-border mobility of experienced Professional Engineers by establishing and maintaining an EMF International Register of Professional Engineers which is based on confidence in the integrity of national assessment system and a system of mutual recognition secured through continuing mutual inspection and evaluation of these systems. This paper would cover develop, monitor, maintain and promote mutually acceptable standards and criteria for facilitating the cross-border mobility of experienced Professional Engineers based on. There are three major international agreements governing mutual recognition of engineering qualifications and professional competence of the International PEs; namely, Washington Accords, APEC engineer agreement and EMF agreement. International Organizations of APEC Engineer Coordinating Committer and Engineers Mobility Forum established international registries with the goal of improving international mobility. APEC and EMF membership requires minimum qualifications for licensure with the minimum standards including engineering education, Professional experience, compliance with home jurisdiction requirements, having verified record of responsible charge, and demonstrating a commitment to continuing education.
This paper presents an emerging concept, professional mobility in S&T innovation system, that focus on the utilization of highly qualified researchers without recruiting. In this paper we divided the utilization of external researcher into four types: (1)visiting/post-Doc/guest researcher, (2)collaborating research student, (3)part-timer or trainee and (4)foreign researcher. From 2002 to 2005 in 19 Korean government-funded research institutes, while total researchers have increased by 13.3%, external researchers have decreased from 39.2% to 35.7%. In 2005, visiting and foreign researchers were only 6.5% of total external researchers. It may indicate that the innovation capability of Korean research institutes is on the quite limited situation compared to foreign research institutes. The financial and institutional support programs for promoting the professional mobility are also insufficient in Korean S&T innovation system.

Compared with the Certification Requirements for Professional Engineer in other country, those of Korean are not satisfactory. This is due to a few facts such as no relation with accreditation of engineering education and no separation of technical field and engineering field. Eventually, this problem makes it impossible to ensure the international mobility of Korean professional engineers. This research reviews the international trends regarding the professional engineer certification requirements, compares the requirements of Korea and other countries, proposes three alternatives for improvement, and suggests two implementation plans for the alternatives.

This study examines how different uses of social network sites (SNS) and mobile phones (MP) to communicate with friends and business associates are related to the acquisition of job-related information, job mobility, and entrepreneurial intentions, using social capital as its main theoretical lens. To this end, a nationally representative, random digit dialing (RDD) survey was conducted in Singapore. Path analyses show that SNS interactions with friends are positively related to both bonding and bridging social capital. The former is linked with greater job mobility, the latter with entrepreneurship, and both are associated with more job-related information. SNS interactions with business contacts are directly positively related to job-related information and entrepreneurship. For mobile phones, interactions with friends are positively related to social capital, job information and entrepreneurship. Professional networking is associated with more bridging social capital, job information and job mobility. Bonding capital is found to be linked with greater job mobility, while bridging capital has a positive relationship with both entrepreneurship and job mobility.
The term "Professional voice user" refers to not only a singer or actor. but also anyone who uses the voice as a primary means of occupational communication Examination begins with observation of a patient and careful listening of the patient's voice during history taking. Examination of the vocal fold includes observation of the vocal fold, its mobility and vibration. (omitted)

Pitching machines have been around for many years for casual amusement purpose or professional athletes' training usage, and so forth. The current pitching machines are usually built on the firm ground and do not have any mobility function. In this paper, we develop a pitching machine that has both ball-shooting and mobility functions. Our developed pitching machine consists of two parts. The upper body part has a function of shooting a ball using two DC motors and the lower body part has a function of mobility like mobile robots by using two wheels governed by DC motors. All these functions are operated wirelessly by Android smartphones via bluetooth. The control of each DC motor is done by ${\epsilon}$-PID control method in which the gain tuning is simplied by using a single parameter ${\epsilon}$. Simulation and actual experiment show that our developed pitching machine has both nontrivial shooting and mobility features.

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the mobility of newly graduated nurses from regions where their nursing schools were located to regions where they took up their first jobs, and to identify factors influencing nurses' mobility. Methods: Data from the Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey, collected annually from 2010 to 2014 by the Korea Employment Information Service, were analyzed. The sample consisted of 1,488 graduates and 1,229 nurses who were employed on a full-time basis in hospitals. Multiple logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify factors associated with geographic mobility. Results: Among the nurses working in hospitals, 69.2% had their first jobs in their nursing school regions and 11.3% in their high school regions. Fifty-two percent of the nurses worked in the capital region; 47.2% thereof had moved from a non-capital region. Nurses were more likely to work in their nursing school region when they were female, were older, graduated from a high school located in their nursing school region, graduated from a college (vs. university), had a lower nursing school performance, and expected lower monthly wage, compared with those who left their nursing school region. Conclusion: Education and remuneration policies are required to reduce geographical mobility to the capital region.
This study attempts to examine the acceptance factors of mSFA systems based on the innovation diffusion and technology acceptance model, and to measure the performance effects of mSFA systems using BSC metrics. Results show that (1) the characteristics of mobility and interactivity have positive impacts on perceived usefulness, ease of use, and professional fit. But the characteristics of personal identity were not perceived as useful due to users' negative feelings about privacy infringement and surveillance. (2) Job fit has positive impacts on perceived usefulness and professional fit. (3) Perceived usefulness, ease of use, and professional fit positively influence the degree of users' dependence on mSFA systems, which have positive impacts on users' performance measured by the personal BSC metrics including perspectives of finance, customer, internal process, and learning and growth.
