  • This study, for the purpose of comparing and analyzing 23ea of national unisex apparel brands website consists of product, price, promotion and place divided by marketin gmix. Based of theoretical study and pre-research about the marketing mix, we made the classification standard for the marketing mix and analyzed the unisex apparel brand website according to 4P's individual item and the result was appeared like this. First of all, in the product section, this study provide information about product introduction/guidance, a product figure for item, introduction for new items, propose for coordination and brand introduction/information. Secondly, in the price part, almost apparel brands are provide their product's image, or present their goods photo with price, or displayed through the banner advertisement of discount or special price. Thirdly, For the marketing promotion part, compare to the other component in the most of apparel brand's website, marketing promotion has more section than the other marketing mix. And, especially, various events and customer service space has more weight than the others. Forth, in the place section, it's focused on the information of shopping mall location, contact number, address, and on-line shopping mall. In Conclusion, when the most of apparel brands are doing internet marketing, they're concern to product and promotion, but price and place needs more supplement in the unisex apparel brand's marketing mix.

Photo-Fenton 산화공정에서 반응표면분석법을 이용한 축산폐수의 COD 처리조건 최적화 및 예측식 수립 (Optimization and Development of Prediction Model on the Removal Condition of Livestock Wastewater using a Response Surface Method in the Photo-Fenton Oxidation Process)

  • 본 연구는 축산폐수 중 COD$_{Cr}$을 응집공정 후 Photo-Fenton 공정에 의해 산화분해 최적조건 및 제거 예측식에 수립에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구는 축산폐수 중 COD$_{Cr}$에 대한 Photo-Fenton 산화반응을 이용하여 이들 분해특성을 2차원 반응모델로 추정하기 위해 중심합설계법 대안으로 많이 사용되고 있는 박스-벤켄법(Box-Behnken method)을 이용하였다. 최적조건 수립을 위한 입력변수, 즉 3가지 변수(Fe(II)(x$_1$), $H_2O_2(x_2)$, pH(x$_3$)) 등을 램덤화, 반복화 및 블록화 원리에 따라 실험설계하여 반응값에 대한 예측식을 수학적으로 산출하였다. 수학적 및 통계적으로 산출된 예측식은 Y = 79.3 + 15.61x$_1$ - 7.31x$_2$ - 4.26x$_3$ - 18x$_1{^2}$ - 10x$_2{^2}$ - 11.9x$_3{^2}$ + 2.49x$_1x_2$ - 4.4x$_2x_3$ - 1.65x$_1x_3$와 같이 얻을 수 있었고 COD$^{Cr}$ 제거율(%)의 실측치에 대한 예측치의 적합도(goodness of fit) 검증시 결정계수(coefficient of determination: R$^2$) 0.96으로 에측식을 충분히 설명할 수 있었다. 예측 모형에 대한 최소제곱추정법으로 적합된 반응표면에서 1차 선형항(linear term)은 Fe(II)(x$_1$), $H_2O_2(x_2)$, 그리고 pH(x$_3$)은 상승작용(synergistic effect)으로 반응모델에 유의한 차이를 보였으며(p < 0.001) 그러나 교호항(cross-product term)은 $H_2O_2$ $\times$ pH(x$_2x_3$)와 순수이차항(quadratic terms)의 Fe(II) $\times$ Fe(II)(x$_1{^2}$), $H_2O_2$ $\times$ H$_2O_2$(x$_2{^2}$) 그리고 pH $times$ pH(x$_3{^2}$) 등은 대립적인(감쇠)(antagonistic effect) 작용으로 반응모델에 유의한 차이를 보였다(p < 0.01). 반응 모델에 대한 예측식 수립 후 COD$_{Cr}$ 제거율(%)의 최적조건을 도출하기 위해 정준분석(canonical analysis)와 능선분석(ridge analysis)에 이용한 결과 반응값(결과값: Y)은 84 $\pm$ 0.95%, COD$_{Cr}$ 최적처리를 위한 변수들의 조건은 Fe(II)(X$_1$) = 0.0146 mM, $H_2O_2$(X$_2$) = 0.0867 mM 그리고 pH(X$_3$) = 4.704 등의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 또한 이들 최적조건을 이용하여 재현성을 통한 모델검증 결과 높은 신뢰성을 보였다.

패션 비주얼머천다이징의 뇌 과학적 접근 -fNIRS를 이용한 패션매장의 긍정적/부정적 VM에 대한 뇌 활성 비교- (Neuro-scientific Approach to Fashion Visual Merchandising -Comparison of Brain Activation to Positive/Negative VM in Fashion Store Using fNIRS-)

  • This study examines the possibility of a neuro-scientific approach to fashion Visual Merchandising (VM), by researching the brain activation of customers about fashion stores in terms of VM. Study subjects were in 20's-30's residing in Busan and ten ordinary person or fashion industry related individuals, it measures the change of cerebral blood flow on positive/negative photo stimulus in terms of VM using a functional Near Infrared Spectroscopy (fNIRS) device, and then compared the brain activation to the difference of the fashion store VM. Photo stimuli utilized in the experiment were selected through a preliminary study in advance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the brain activation was found in all 16 channels of stimulus ranges of fashion store VM regardless of positive/negative stimulus. This means that the VM of fashion store causes changes to the cerebral blood flow of consumers, which implies that consumer behavior can be affected by store VM. It also shows that the brain is more active in negative VM stimulus than positive VM despite slight differences in the subjects. In terms of VM, this suggests that the negative factors of fashion stores have a greater effect on the brains of consumers compared to the positive factors. Second, the reaction of the brain channel is different according to the positive/negative VM stimulus of the fashion store by product group and confirms that positive/negative VM stimulus can be distinguished by brain-reaction for the three product groups except for the underwear group among four product groups (men's wear store, women's wear store, underwear store, and sportswear store). The results indicate that more objective scientific measure and decision-making are possible through neuro-science in the strategic execution of VM. This study verified the possibility for a neuro-scientific approach to fashion VM; therefore, there are expectations for the various activation of interdisciplinary research and subsequent development of VM that utilize neuroscience in fashion marketing.

자외선 경화형 지방족 에폭시 아크릴레이트의 합성 및 특성분석 (Synthesis and Characterization of UV-curable Aliphatic Epoxy Acrylate)

  • 지방족 에폭시 수지인 glycerol diglycidyl ether (GDE)에 단관능성 아크릴 수지인 2-carboxyethyl acrylate (2-CEA) 또는 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (2-HEA)를 반응시켜 지방족 에폭시 아크릴레이트를 제조하였다. FT-IR, $^1H$-NMR, 그리고 $^{13}C$-NMR를 사용하여 생성물을 확인하였고, 수율은 prep-LC를 사용하여 얻었다. 생성물의 자외선 경화거동은 photo-DSC를 사용하였고, 열경화 반응성은 DSC를 사용하여 얻었다. 2-CEA의 반응성이 2-HEA보다 월등히 높음을 알 수 있었고, 2-CEA로부터 제조한 지방족 에폭시 아크릴레이트(GEA-C)의 수율은 약 83%이었다. 촉매를 제거한 GEA-C 생성물의 자외선 경화반응($T_{max}$)은 약 10 s로 빠르게 진행되었다. GEA-C는 투명하고, 내열성이 우수하며 저점도를 갖고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. ${\Delta}E^*$는 2.51, 점도는 192 cps, 5% 중량감소 때의 온도는 $299^{\circ}C$이었다. Kissinger와 Ozawa-Flynn-Wall 식으로 얻은 GEA-C의 열경화 반응의 활성화에너지($E_a$)는 91~92 kJ/mol이었다.

  • 본 논문은 반도체 공정에 사용되는 고속 EFEM(Equipment Front End Module) 장치의 새로운 성능평가시스템을 제안한다. 다관절 로봇으로 구성된 EFEM은 실리콘 웨이퍼 또는 포토마스크를 클린 스토리지 캐리어와 각종 계측 및 테스팅 시스템 사이를 이동시키는 반도체 자동화의 핵심장치이다. 성능평가 시스템 개발을 위한 이론과 실험적인 연구가 수행되었고, 그 결과는 고속 EFEM 장치의 성능 평가시스템이 적합함을 입증한다. 특히, WTO/TBT(Technical Barhers to Trade) 협정 및 PL(Product Liability)법에 대처하는데 매우 효과적이다.

  • LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) is widely used electronic product. It needs too many processes such as PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Vapor Deposition), Sputtering, Photo-lithography, Dry etch. Each process is important but inspection process is more important because most companies emphasis on the six sigma. Recently, LCD inspection system is composed with inlet, inspector, outlet air pads. LCD is inspected on air pad which is shooting air from air hole. This paper studies on pad design of air bearing for LCD inspection to minimize LCD fluctuation. This design is able to reduce fluctuation and then satisfies CCD inspectional range. Also inspection pad needs to adequate stable area.

정밀 광학 부품의 복굴절 측정 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Birefringence Measurement in Precision Optical Product)

  • Recently, injection molding process became more popular than ever to produce large quantities of high precision products. Extensive studies have been conducted for reducing the residual stresses and birefringence in injection-molded optical products. Flow-induced and thermally-induced stresses and birefringence have been found as two main sources during injection molding process. Generally, quantitative value of birefringence can be measured with polarizing microscope using the compensator. However, it is difficult to measure low order retardation with microscope, so developing a measurement system for low order optical path difference is in need. In the present paper, a system using Photo Elastic Modulator (PEM) is demonstrated to measure low phase retardation in injection-molded products.

  • Irradiation of 1-(o-allyloxyphenyl)-2-pentamethyldisilanylenthyne 2a in methanol yields two 1 : 1 photoaddition products 3 and 4 via silacyclopropene intermediate. Photolysis of 2a with acetone in deaerated methylene chloride yields site specific and regioselective 1 : 1 adducts 6 ad 7 via silacyclopropene and 1-sila-1, 2-propdiene intermediate, respectively. Photolysis of 2a and 1-(o-(3', 3'-dimethyl-2'-propenylox)phenyl)-2-pen-tamethyldisilanylethyone 2b in benzene provides novel stereoselevtive intramolecular cyclization products 10 and 11, respectively. Irradiation of 1-(o-acetoxyphenyl)-2-pentamethyldisilanyl ethyne 2c in benzene yields the photo-Fries rearrangement products 18 and 19 and a photoproduct 17 via silacyclopropene intermediate. Photolysis of 1-(o-methoxycarbonlymethoxyphenyl)-2-pentamethyl disilanylenthyne 2d in benzene provides a novel intramolecular cycloaddition product 25 and 1-(o-methoxycarbonylemthoxiyphenyl)-2-trimethylsilylethyne 26 via silacyclopropene intermediate.

천연색 사진에서 전사방법에 관한 고찰 (Study on Image - Transfer Process in color Photography)

  • 천연색 사진에서 전사과정중 발색화합물을 Polaroid 사 제품과 Kodak사 제품을 선정하여 고찰하였다. 이들 화합물은 초기에 Alkali 가동이거나 불가동이었다. Alkali 가동 화합물은 분해에 의하여 상적으로는 불가동화가 요구되며 Alkali0불가동 화합물은 상적으로 가동화가 요구된다. 고찰겨과 Polaroid사 제품은 Alkali 가동을 나타내며 Kodak제품은 Alkali불가동을 나타냇다.
